Big room, great customer service and overall the location was perfect.

BE PREPARED TO CHANGE YOUR ROOM!
Unfortunately we had to stay in Brunswick because our car broke down.
1st room, dirty toilet and shower. 2nd room, dirty bedspread had crusty semen on it. 3rd room, dirty and with musty smell. Settled for the 4th room but still needed to wipe everything down.
With Covid one would think it would have been cleaner than expected, not dirtier.
Because of our car needing to be repaired and a job that we needed to do, we needed an extra 2 hours for checkout. The morning clerk was very rude and basically told me they would never offer a 2:00 check out. Long story short, we took the two hours but not without them being extremely rude and with no sense of understanding why we were even there to begin with. And they charged $40 too. I wrote the manager an email twice and he wouldn’t even manager up and write back. Very sad. Customers are obviously not a priority.

Clean, comfortable room… easy location from I95… gas station beside hotel and a nice restaurant across the road The Toucan. In addition, warm cookies are served at 7pm. A great overnight hotel whether heading north or south.

Very nice, large, clean room. The night desk clerk was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the day desk clerk was rude. Also, this hotel won't allow you to re-enter the hotel from the pool area. You have to walk around the hotel to regain entry. A $10 rug on the floor would be a much better solution than having PAYING GUESTS inconvenienced… just saying.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Fresh baked cookies at night! Hotel is undergoing renovations but nothing too terrible and the room I was in was freshly cleaned and painted.

Great place to stay. Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Our cleaning lady ran after us and came outside to give us something we left in the microwave. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay! Super clean very friendly staff. The room was awesome! The bathroom was large with great adjustable shower pressure. No complaints at all! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great and service at the desk. There was a problem with my first room and they quickly relocated me to a better room. They are in the middle of some Renovations so when it's all done they will learn the full five stars. Great location of I-95.

We spent the weekend at Sleep In and Suites. Lacted conveniently near hey 95 and a short drive from Jeykll Island. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival and staff is helpful.

I'm currently on a road trip from Texas to SC and back with my family. Coming through GA on the way to a Choice Hotel in FL, we decided to stop at this Sleep Inn because my elderly father needed to use the restroom. My sister went ahead to find where they were located and as my father and I walk in I hear the lady at the front desk rudely say they don't have public restrooms without looking up from whatever she was doing. We had to turn around, get my 82 year old father loaded back into the van and head across the way to Hampton Inn where, as expected, were very friendly. I hope my experience in FL is better. I travel often and don't think I'll book with Choice Hotels in the future based on this interaction.

Clean, nice place to stay. Grocery store and Subway on same parking lot if you need something quick.

Nice updated rooms, pool, hot and cold breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I was very pleased with my stay here, it was a little higher than a couple others on price but was worth it, I'll definitely be staying again and recommending this place for sure.

Very decent hotel. Clean. Great breakfast and allows dogs and smokers! They get 5 for smoker friendly.

Staff was soo nice! Breakfast was good. Rooms were good for the price. Hotel was clean. We would definitely stay there again if we were driving through.

We enjoyed our room and the staff was friendly. Got a room with two queen beds and it was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Easy to find directly off of I-95. Beds were comfy and hotel was overall clean. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Would stay here again.

Had to stay here because nicer hotels were sold out. I give two stars ONLY because front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But they should fire their entire cleaning crew. I know this is not a luxury hotel brand, but there is NO excuse for pubic hair in the shower and dried blood on the comforter. Disgusting. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Decent hotel, Bedding looked real stained and grungy looking when we got inside our room. Wasn’t real impressed for the HUGE price we paid on a non-holiday weekend for one night! Bathrooms are clean though, nice fridge, huge TVs in room.

First impression outside. Looks great. Walk inside to reception for online reservation, lady isn't so insightful on discounts for military. It's under renovation. Not sure if room was already renovated. Found dust on desks and alot on clock. Bathroom was hair on counter. Found coffee creamer liquid and sugar in drawer. Makes me think no maidens check or cleaned. It's okay but not for $104

Front desk person was very friendly and the rooms are excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay until last week. On the morning of 11.2.17 I asked the lady at the front desk to open the door to the workout room and she was rude. As I was leaving the hotel later that morning the same lady was behind the front desk watching TV and did not acknowledge my presence, rude again. There are many other hotels in the area that I will start staying at.

The place is nice the room was very clean. We'd stay there again. Breakfast was good but not excellent.

One of the nicest Sleep Inns I have stayed in. My room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Four stars instead of five due to mediocre breakfast offerings.

All Sleep Inns are the same except for the staff. The staff at this one is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Short stay but everything was great. Bed was comfy, water pressure was great. Didn't have time to eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Will stay there again.

We stayed there twice, on our way to NC and on our way back home FL. Very clean and the staff very nice! Pool, breakfast 6 to 9am, the room has a small refrigerator and a microwave and the best pillows ever… Everything was very close, restaurants, shoping stores and even a bowling ali right across… lots of fun!

Stayed for a night while on a road trip. The beds were nice. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. The pool looked clean though I did not swim. I would stay again if I had the opportunity.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Sleep Inn and Suites. Got a last minute good deal. The room even had a microwave and refrigerator. And the bathroom was nice and big and spacious. Also, everything was conveniently close. From the supermarket next door to restaurants close by and down the street. And what made it a super plus, it's by the express way. If I had to change a couple of things it would be to have the refrigerators colder and have a choice of tea and cocoa besides just coffee. But still five stars from me.

I usually stay here on my trips back to Louisiana every time, so far my stays have been pretty good. However, This time the customer service wasn't there, had breakfast and the lady that was attending the breakfast area was rude and yes they clean up at 9 but she could have asked if we wanted anything else before getting rid of the food and turning off the juice.

Stayed 09/3/16.2 Queen beds. Charged 139.00 with Taxes was 159.29. When we ask why so much was told the prices change daily. I have stayed many times at various Sleep Inn Suites and never paid that much. We did not even get the senior discount. We were told to contact the General Manager Yogesh Patel which is never available. We went online and checked the rates for the room we had and only on Christmas day was the rate over $100.00 which is listed as $109.00. Why would the rate be $139.00 for a Saturday and not even a holiday? Never will we stay at Sleep in again!

Clean and updated facility. Friendly and courteous desk staff. Standard continental breakfast. We stayed at the Brunswick Sleep Inn twice in the last month and both times were positive experiences.

Renovated but not well. Dirty sofa. Beds comfy.

This place is full of a bunch of people who think they have too much power, gross stains on the bed, refrigerator does not work, rude manager and employees, overall awful experience, I seriously wouldnt stay here if I was you. If you want to stay here, make sure you call this place. Do not book on another website because they will not honor aaa or any other discount that you may have.

After looking around at reviews I settled on sleep Inn. And it was a great choice. It was clean and quiet despite them getting fully booked. It's what you expect from a hotel with its amenities and I recommend you stay here if you need a place for the night.

First time I was not allowed to view hotel room before checking in. Rude staff at desk. At the time, the sign said manager on duty was "Yogesh. " Female clerk did not have name tag, but was quite rude and unprofessional and completely unhelpful.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was and I even shared pictures. We had stayed at other places but this was perfect for us. The room was clean, pretty and functional. Then breakfast the next morning was even better. The staff was very nice and since we make this trip often we will be back.

Room was almost perfect, hardly no complaints only sand was left swept in a pile in the bathroom b/f we checked in and I wouldn't have the breakfast area so close to the lobby. Other than that everything is a plus! Room was clean other than the beach sand, restaurants and stores were in walking distance and the beach wasn't far. I most def would stay again infact Sleep Inn would be my first choice.

We paid for a suite that turned to be one room instead of two. The sofabed was so beaten down and my daughter could feel the springs in the sofabed when she slept on. Also we were told they are out of towels and they have to wash and dry them before the can give us any, that when we requested couple extra shower towels. There was no bed sheets to use on the sofabed. Breakfast host was not really friendly or inviting. Breakfast was being taken away while we were still eating with our two kids, something that is against hospitality.

I was very happy with my stay this past weekend. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. We had the king room and ai loved the walk in shower. The linen and towels were all white and were very clean. Great neighborhood. Grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance.
