Laundry list of issues. worst being the staff. worst Ive ever dealt with. from front desk to housekeeping walking in on my mom while she got dressed. no hot water, w no resolution or offer of one. Don't waste your money.

Very nice rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The gentleman who was tending to the breakfast area was awesome. Very polite and helpful to the kids in our group. Thank you!

Very clean comfortable rooms. Nice mattress on the bed although I prefer a real pillow Notch half size one. Plenty of clean towels. Nice breakfast in a very clean breakfast room with a friendly helpful attendant.

AC is stuck on cool and the fan won't turn off. Display broken. Had to unplug it. The TV has no guide and the remote takes about 30 seconds for each channel change. The lobby is full of people who don't seem to be guests, but maintenance workers and no one is wearing a mask, including the desk clerk.

Great place to rest for the evening.

I was traveling from WV to Fl on August 27th 2020. I was tired and decided to see if this hotel had a vacancy. When I arrived the front desk lady was upset that she had to reclean a room because someone switched rooms. She was not the most pleasant woman to deal with but I was tired and wanted to get to my room. I got into my room at 8:00 p. M. The room smelled like mildew. It seemed that maybe the carpet had been cleaned and wasnt dried properly causing the smell. I overlooked the smell because I was only going to be in the room for about 12 hours anyway and most of that time would be sleeping. I came in made a few phone calls, went down to car to get my luggage, got in the room and took a long bath. At 12:00 I crawl into bed and there was a roach crawling on my bed. I called the front desk and the owner came up to my room. He refused to come in and see what kind of bug it was. He offered me a different room. I refused because if 1 room has bugs I am sure others have it also. I told him that I was leaving and wanted my money refunded back to my card. I was no by him and that is not how it works in this county. I was told I needed to call pest control myself and that if they come out and check and if there was an infestation I would get my money back. If no bugs I would not get money back. He was very rude and hard to deal with so I left and went to the hotel across the parking lot.

Rude front desk. Got yelled at for having children playing in our room. For 150$ a night I would love to be able to stay without the staff being rude. We came to evacuate & this is how you treat us? Not to mention she yelled at us for my friends boyfriend holding the door open for an elderly crippled woman. We will NEVER stay at another best western or this one EVER AGAIN. Horrible service.

Spent the week here for our conference, hotel staff was friendly an keep our room clean… Continental Breakfast was good enough to get us thru to lunch.

Our room was ok, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. The toilet seat definitely didn't get cleaned well from the last visitors. Breakfast was really nice for a hotel of this kind.

Very clean wonderful breakfast Lot of good coffee. Beds were really clean. You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

Let us check in early. Very nice room also the pool is saltwater very nice. Whirlpool was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only draw back was we missed breakfast on Saturday morning.

Clean hotel, clean rooms, clean sheets, clean floors and a great breakfast spread with both warm and cold items; warm protein options change daily. Coffee is available 24/7 and they have fresh baked cookies in the evening. There is an indoor pool which I love because I don't have to worry about bugs or getting sunburned. The pool however was not heated, slight "brrr" for me but no impact on toddlers fun. Sauna feels amazing if you braved the pool. Laundry facility on site, $2 to wash and dry. Staff is friendly, highway is around the corner and there are a couple restaurants you can walk to if you're too tired to drive to dinner. Helpful hint: housekeeping comes daily, about 9AM for us, for towel pick up (before cleaning your room) so if you want to sleep in be sure to put your 'do not disturb sign' up as they will come into your room if you don't respond to pick up and provide fresh towels.

We stopped here on a road trip down to Orlando and this hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed at! Weighted comforters, fridge and microwave in room, the complimentary breakfast is all encompassing with both healthy and indulgent options and the staff was beyond friendly. I will be staying at a Hampton again if they are all like this!

The staff was excellent. Very obsevant of your needs and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed to make my stay more comfortable.

There were of us in a 2 bed room. Reception got us in fast, we were offered a dolly for bringing the luggage to our room, and the room was tidy and clean. Bathroom was well supplied with towels and soap. We slept well and were quickly able to get on the road the next morning.

What a cluster of errors. First of all, Expedia confirmed the room without my credit card information. But it’s not confirmed. If you don’t give them your credit card number the room is not guaranteed. However, the morning that we left VA (on road trip and needed a place to stay the night) I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and tell them we would not be checking in until nine or 930. The person on the other end of the line said no problem, room will be held. We roll up at 9 o’clock at night they tell me they gave the room away at 6 PM because they did not have a credit card on file for me and Expedia didn’t give them my phone number. And now, they were sold out and had no room for me. I couldn’t believe it. The hotel clerk even confirmed she saw the note on the reservation that I called that morning and said we were checking in late. I lost it. The hotel clerk, whose name was Raye, dripped attitude, blamed Expedia and took no responsibility for the error. Why when I called in the morning to confirm didn’t they ask me for the credit card number? I would have happily given it to them so I wouldn’t be stranded in nowhere GA without a place to stay. I told Raye exactly what I thought about her ability to do her job, at which point she just began to ignore me and started helping another customer. We ended up in a dirty hotel across the road. Hampton Inn Brunswick — your staff is inept and uncaring. It’s time for either additional training or staffing changes.

I stayed at the Hampton for 13 days. This was the best hotel experience ever, all of the staff were so helpful and nice. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable room. It was a bit crowded with the two double beds, but for a one night stay while passing through town it was fine. The refrigerator, while small, was a good bit bigger than the one that you get at a Marriott Courtyard. The bathroom was roomy and the shower had good water pressure. Toiletries were Neutrogena brand. The full length mirror on the closet door was a nice touch.

Despite reservation mix-up, we were offered a room by the elevator which most people complain about. We were so tired it did not matter. Thanks to Chris at the desk for being so nice.

Nice room, recently refurbished, very comfortable, quiet. The hallways are being redone but construction not started until late morning. Breakfast delicious and plenty to choose from along with 2 very nice gals serving the food.

The Hampton Inn is a great facility. I enjoy the rooms and they keep them very clean and neat. I also enjoy working out in the fitness room and I really love the oatmeal and fresh fruit breakfast. It is a great place to stay for both business and leisure.

Outstanding. The suite was huge. Clean New with everything you could want to including ethernet connection for my laptop. Will definitely stay here again. The staff was outstanding go.

Room was terrible. We turned heat and ac off as the room was quite stuffy. BUT every 20 minutes or so a blasting noise came out of the unit. No sleep! The staff though were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. They deserve 5 stars.

Horrible. Cancelled my reservation claiming credit card was declined. Used credit card all day long driving to get there with no issues. Used contact number to 'attempt' to call me to notify me of issues that I had changed on my hhonors account months ago. Management must really be idiots. Will never return to this location. I had stayed multiple times before without issue, but front desk was not helpful or understanding this time. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else, like the best western next door.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really accommodating. Very comfortable room and I enjoyed my stay.

Giant room. Plenty of space. Travelled with wife and 4 kids, 8, 5, 2, infant. Worked very well for us. Was a last minute, one night stay. The breakfast was good as well. Great Coffee.

All the staff we encountered we're very friendly. Seating at breakfast was terribly inadequate, and the trash cans were located in the thick area near the food, so to throw away your plate you had to plow through the already congested area (terrible traffic flow, but easily fixed), but the hostesses were very kind!

The hotel was clean and modern. The only thing I didn't like was the price. Hard to get a good night's rest knowing what damage it did to my wallet. The bed was comfy though.

Clean, quiet room. The entire facility was very clean. They have a indoor hot tub and pool. Computer available for use. I didn't get a chance to use the exercise room, but it appeared clean and adequate. Breakfast was CROWDED, but the staff kept everything well stocked. The mattress and pillows we're comfortable.

The staff is Awesome, and they made sure that our Every need was met, and Every expectation was EXCEEDED! Worth EVERY PENNY! The breakfast was really good and Everything was really fresh! And in abundant supply. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated, we felt Super comfortable and safe. We will absolutely come back!

We stay at this location frequently. I havr always been pleased with the hotel and staff. This time we had a good bit of complications but the staff was so very helpful. Even provided us with a different room and offered to help us move our things. Great staff makes a world of difference.

Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Whirlpool was not hot. Not even as warm as a bath. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's in a good spot with St Simons Island only a short drive away. Most importantly the rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Carpets can use some updating. Friendly staff.

The accommodations are very nice. The staff even nicer and very friendly. The included breakfast was also great with plenty of variety. Overall, the Hampton has been a great experience.

Very large suite. Breakfast was very good which is becoming the norm. Good location off the exit but not a lot to look at when you get there.

My husband and I stayed there the weekend of October 24, and had a wonderful stay. We explained to the clerk that this was our wedding anniversary trip and she offer to upgrade our room at no charge. Also, we asked about local eateries in the area and were recommended to some great place. We plan on coming back to the area three or four times a year and will be staying here again.

I was traveling with my family from Florida to Maryland, and decided to stop for the night in Brunswick, Ga. I saw the Hampton Inn and went in to see if there were any rooms available. The rate was $104.00 per night. Next I asked about a military discount, and was told that the military rate is $143.00 per night. I was very put off by that, and both women at the desk had a very smug attitude. I also made it clear that I was not on orders. Still they insisted that the price was $143.00. I walked next door to Best Western and received a 15% military discount. I hope when this review is read Hampton Inn is ashamed and decides to give a discount to military members not charge them 30% more for the same room than anyone else who stays there. I travel down from Canada several times a year for work on my to Florida and stay there everytime, never been disappointed.

We ended up changing our reservation at the last minute and stayed at Hampton Inn @ Brunswick. Hotel was very clean, staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, Beds were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay and thankful to get away from our previous reservation at Days Inn on Jekyll Island. Great job with hotel grounds (indoor hot tub, heated pool, Breakfast staff too! ) Modern, contemporary and fresh accommodations helped to make our vacation a great time. Thanks for your "Hamptonality" =).

LOVED this place. Everyone was nice. The room was super clean. Especially the bed and the bathroom. And the bed was so comfortable I was looking for a way to take it home with me. A+.

Our stay here recently was efficient, clean, courteous and restful. The staff were friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel has a particularly large selection of TV channels. Breakfast was just above the average Hampton Inns. Hot, quick and tasty.
