Good enough for an extended stay but lacked some basic amenities including room service.

It's an budget hotel in many ways you get what you pay for. The laundry room costs $2.00 per use of the washer or dryer and the key cards periodically stop working altogether. Currently they are renovating the parking lot and this limits the availability of spaces. Also maid service is scheduled weekly and you are required to take out your own trash to the dumpster. There is no valet trash and they even put up signs threatening eviction for leaving it in the hallway.

The staff is nice, but the desk personnel are also the housekeeping personnel. I had to clean 1/4 inch of pet hair off the bathroom vent. The tile floor area was so sticky it also had to be cleaned. The room is nice but the floors are dirty. And the vent a good fan over the stove is also dirty. The laundry room have five machines, but only two are working. The vent a hood over the stove and the light over the stove do not work, been reported to management, no repair scheduled. There are silver fish in the rooms and the internet and cable go out for a few minutes daily. Not exactly a unable business environment. Cheap place to stay but they are under staffed and limited in what services they provide.

Really nice people super good service.

The showers are amazing! And everything was clean and well taken care of. We had guests staying near us who were very disruptive, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The hotel could use some updating, but nothing was too bad. Overall my stay was great!

Place is very nice rooms clean and staff goes above and beyond to help.

I had to move out of my original room because of a flood and now my TV isn't working in my new room. Called the office 3 times and no one cares. There are many people smoking in their rooms and nothing is done about it! No one goes out of their way to care for the guests!

Get a top floor room if you must stay here. Very noisy.

Horrible! I will never stay here agin! They do not clean your room everyday. They clean rooms by the floor each day. If your not on the floor that's scheduled they do not clean your room. I had an issue with my sink in the bathroom that I reported first thing in the morning and they did not take care of it by the time I returned that evening. Never again!

Rooms are very clean and the staff members I've encountered were very nice and professional.

The rooms are very small and the grounds around are full of beer bottles and trash. Also the laundry is ridiculously priced. We also got told if several amenities that did not exist Andee gl almost got ripped off by hotel employees on pet prixing.

Pet friendly… that's cool. However pet hair everywhere carpet felt gross, room smelt like pee, fridge didn't work, beds were not comfortable. Then we found a bed bug. Checked in a little early around noon promptly left at 10:30

Nice rooms good customer service.

Honestly one of the worst places I ever stayed in. The kitchen cabinets did not have the doors. Microwave had no tray. The tub had mildew and mold. Chairs were so dirty that I used a towel to move them out of way. Carpets were soiled and smelly. Hallways, elevators and common are were smelly, outdated and dingy. Staff was friendly and courtious and that's about the only good thing in this place. I don't like posting negative reviews but posted pics do not tell the truth.

Staff friendly, rooms decent considering its an extended stay type of hotel. It's like an efficiency. Over all good stay no real complaints other than the water pressure to strong and the mildew/ mold stains building in the bathroom, and both the tub and sink drain slow. I will probably stay here again and probably suggest it to a friend.

My reservation was cancelled by hotel. They were made by an agent. Why no confirmation was sent. They tried to put the problem on the Booking Agent, which was still showing us booked. We received email asking how was my check in. If you reserve with them, make sure you have your reservation status. Be sure to get confirmation number. Then they didn't hv any more double. The staff was nice and friendly. But they just didn't want to hold themselves accountable for the mistake.

Rooms were clean and it was updated nicely. Very basic and a lot of construction worker clientele. Good value for those who need short term housing. I chose not to stay because I needed frills. :-)

A very clean and very nice place. The staff was extremely helpful. The prices were very good 4 what you get in the room. I would definitely stay there again. I would even stay there for a long period of time if for some reason I needed a place to stay for one or two months. Very nice!

Everything was good, the only thing that was "bad" was getting someone to come to the front after hours, after calling several time.

I liked how Sean assisted me as soon as I walked in. I didn't have a reservation… however I was lucky that there was space available. He showed me around and I was immediately sold. I loved the fact there weren't any bugs… pretty clean… and as long as you gave a reasonable amount of notice… they were more than happy to go out of there way to satisfy you… I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at value place and received good service from the staff they made me feel at home thanks a lot Tye and the value place family.

The Front Desk Manager, whoever she is that works until 6 pm is nasty and very disrespectful! She treat people very rude. As soon as I found out her name I'll write another review!

Very poor and rude management! Asked for double smoking, got single nonsmoking with huge roaches! Then got moved to double n got charged for smoking in it because we assumed that it was a smoking room, since that was what we paid for. And very dirty rooms. Not comfortable at all!
