Great atmosphere and beautiful scenery!

Our Server was excellent! I can’t remember her Name but she is from Belize. Her friendliness, professionalism and kind nature was, well, received by our Family. Social distancing is adhered to and cleanliness is, well, noted. We were Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The food. Took, longer than, usual but was well worth the wait. Our Server ended our night with a private tour of the rooftop. She, even, snapped a few pics for us. I, highly, recommend The Partridge Inn and will return.

The stay was fantastic! The staff was so dang nice. It was so refreshing as I am a native of Augusta, I just never stayed in this hotel until recently last week. Rooms and suites are very nice and clean. The only downfall was housekeeping was in a rush and didnt vacuum the carpet but it wasnt nasty so I just got my car mini vacuum and vacuumed it up.

Just the best… Staff, Accommodations, and Atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This is a beautiful historic hotel, that unlike a lot of historic hotels, is in great shape. The renovations were done beautifully! We stayed in a king room and it was spacious and very clean. The bed was probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. The staff was warm and friendly and breakfast was delicious. The only complaint was the shelf in the bathroom made it difficult to use the sink but that is minor. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I visited the Partridge for a Jazz event open to the public. Gorgeous ambience in the lobby with welcoming desk clerks, and the grill area was lovely, but the rooftop bar was a little lacking — no soap or paper towels. The bartender was very cordial; she was patient with my indecisiveness about my drink order and gave helpful recommendations.

Fun and historic… and I emphasize HISTORIC. They've definitely maintained the Inn, as much as possible, in its original condition. Neat building though… as long as you don't mind slanted floors and non-sound proof walls. Nice location with a bus service to nearby sites.

Some parts of this hotel were really nice. It had a good rooftop bar and the front desk was very pleasant. The hotel itself is older and those coming for golf or history would enjoy some of the unique history and offerings. The rooms were quite spartan and although some upgrading was done, it still lacked. My air conditioner could not get the room below 75 until the sun went down and when maintenance came to look at it they tried to tell me it was because the thermostat had motion sensors (I had been in the room several hours by then). The shower was also incredibly small. All said I think for those taking pleasure travel may enjoy this hotel more. Also for those that may have some mobility issues the floors have a few stairs up and down to different levels so be aware to ask for a room without stairs if this is a concern for you.

Positive experience. Very unique hotel. No two rooms seem to be the same. Staff was fantastic. Only complaint was that our room was very warm during the day. Only had one vent in the room and one in the bathroom. AC was doing all it could but it was pretty uncomfortable if you had to be in the room during the day, especially getting ready for a wedding. If you're staying in the summer I'd bring a fan.

Stayed here last night. I was highly impressed. Super nice staff and top notch food in their restaurant. The gym is new and nice! I cant say enough about the hotel. Just 5****s all day long. Great stay and will be coming back.

Seriously by far the best hotel in AUGUSTA… I travel here for work all the time and this is my go to. The service is excellent, the rooms are perfect and very clean. To top it off the restaurant and roof top bar are on POINT… well done and I will be coming back more and more. Best hotel I have stayed in for for hands down! Highly recommended. Thanks.

Such a quaint and beautiful hotel. The view of the city from the rooftop bar was breath taking. The room was spotless and very comfortable. There is no better place to stay in Augusta.

Very unique rooms! Each of us had a different layout. Great restaurant as well. A minor complaint is the room didn't get as cold as I like but it was perfectly acceptable. And a note for anyone that has trouble with stairs most of the floors and some of the rooms have stairs that may preclude you from staying at this hotel.

The location is almost convenient to quite a lot, but not quite. Parking is difficult. BUT, it's a lovely building with great spaces inside. The people are helpful and warm. It's a great place.

The staff was fantastic, they forgot my recommendation but they fixed it, dinner was outstanding other than the portions were tiny. But… breakfast Valentine’s Day morning was horrendous worse than a 2 star hotel breakfast. The only thing eatable was bran muffin and fruits! It was a nightmare! I love love breakfast it’s my favorite meal… The rooms are reasonable price and very nice!

While an older hotel the recent renovations make it a nice place to stay. Close to all the good places in Augusta from shops to eating. Parks and all just about everything within 5 or less miles. Walls are a bit this but the first floor standard room almost resembled a suite. I had a couch desk two TV's and a bedroom. Bathroom was as small as a broom closet but still a pleasant stay. Good staff too.

Very spacious. The one bedroom was a nice size and well maintained. The bar and the food was good. The fitness center was great nice machines and very well maintained didn't get to pool and hot tub. Great staff.

I’ve been here for a week now and I currently have no shower curtain for the tiny stand up shower, causing water to get on the floor every morning. The room is very tiny for a “queen” room with very little room to walk around bed. Room service hardly ever cleans or gives new towels. One time even giving one clean towel and not attending the room at all. No vacuuming, same sheets from day one, only sometimes make the bed. Food is way overpriced. I just paid $8 for a yogurt and fruit this morning at what was initially free continental breakfast. Brunch yesterday was $32 for a southern greasy buffet that was told was included for guest. First day I got a bowl of crab bisque and got maybe a quarter cup for $12. I’ve gotten better service at a holiday inn. Will be switching hotels this week for the remainder of my stay in Augusta.

Chic Hilton location. Extremely polite staff w/ complimentary valet parking. The restaurant / Bar has an extended menu w/ a variety of meal options (Duck/Ostrich/Farm Rabbit/Salmon/Steak etc) I highly recommend this Location for anyone but especially if you enjoy the history of Augusta and the Masters. Don't leave without checking out the Top floor/ Penthouse for its amazing views.

Rooftop bar is great. The restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor is really nice also. It's an older building. My room was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Too toilet paper. Bring your own. Great customer service. Before though, my bartender tipped herself 25 percent on $14 food pick up that I ordered. Even though I gave her a cash tip, for picking up my own food from my room.

My fiancee and I went for the first time. We really enjoyed most of the stay until we decided to lay down. There was a party on the roof that sounded like a wrestling match. It got better after the party cleared out. Overall our experience was good.

The bar is on the second floor. I have not tried the food. The bar and dining area is nicer than comparable places in the area. The drinks are generally 5-10$. Atmosphere is low-key and chill. There was no music playing at the bar so we ended up going somewhere else to dance.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are a little small and if you book a corner room be prepared to climb stairs. Just don’t take a lot of luggage or you would be in trouble on the corner rooms. Other than that it is a very nice place. Lots of windows in the corner room. My daughters loved that part.

Beautiful old hotel with great restaurant and facilities. Staff are very friendly and I was able to get a last minute manicure appointment during during a busy weekend. Location is within walling distance of some pretty good bars. On weekend evenings we found a very hip mixed crowd, with a surprising amount of visitors from abroad. The beautiful old lobby was transformed into this cozy, lively lounge with a roaring fire.

Partridge Inn needs to fire the person who manages events and outings for special holidays and more. Throw the whole sales/events planning away. I have two planned holiday events I literally shared on social media, spent money in preparation and arrived to be sadly disappointed. Yes WITHIN TWO MONTHS TIME! Briefly to describe if you post an event manage the event, follow the event and hold that damn event! No one from front desk staff to the engineer should say "i don't know about that my man". That's dumb!. Halloween was horrible and New Years Eve was horrifying! There are people like me who worked our way up the hotel industry and appreciate the guests, their smiles, and satisfaction of hosting something well planned and performed. The sales/event staff DO NOT CARE. If so quit! hire staff and managers who love it. Damn its a 100 year old hotel with renovations!. So so sad, do not attend any events here until you read in the paper all management has been fired and replaced.

From the outside, this looks like a well-preserved 19th century hotel. But I stepped in the door and met with great disappointment. Every trace of Victorian charm has been erased, and the atmosphere is ultra modern-right down to contemporary art on the walls in the rooms. No attempt to use retro fixtures or patterns in the decor. I will be looking for a more authentic experience elsewhere next time I book a room.

This is one of the most Romantic places to stay on Augusta. The brunch is excellent but a little high at $30 a person. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Love the bar and wrap around porch.

As a driver for Uber, I have had the pleasure of picking up various clients from the Partridge Inn. They have been very pleasant and generous in the realm of gratuity. The valet staff are also very helpful and understanding of the service being provided by our drivers. The Inn is located right in the center of Augusta, making it a convenient starting point for all part within and around the city.

A very nice hotel, with very historic characteristics. The building itself is quite old, however everything you touch is brand new, giving a feel of character, but with modern amenities. The wrap around porch in the restaurant has a great view, but the 5th floor bar is even better. Parking is either valet, or you can park behind the hotel on the small parking garage.

Best hotel in town! We were married at Windsor Manor in October and the bridal party and out of town guests stayed at the Partridge Inn and we had a BLAST. The staff is top notch, including the front desk, bartenders, and waiters. The Sunday Brunch is incredible. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel probably better for weddings and events. The rooms are small and if you are a diamond member the breakfast is way better than most Hilton properties and it's free. The front desk staff are great as are the staff at breakfast. The maid staff didn't do the greatest (didn't clean my toilet for two days, I put the garbage can in the middle of the floor to catch a leak that started after a severe storm and two days later when I checked out they hadn't moved or emptied it. The rooftop bar is really nice but make sure they aren't having an event or it may be closed to guests. The decor is a little too modern for the building. I would have gone a little classic.

The restaurant is great and the front desk staff is excellent. The rooms are a little on the small side but that's common for the older curio hotels. They've been well remodeled but the furnishings felt a little cheap and out of place for such an elegant building. Parking is an issue and while the regular valet all week is very courteous and friendly the extra help they hired for the weekend was rude and very disgruntled (there was a wedding on the rooftop bar so this may have attributed to that). The toilet got clogged while I was there so I asked the front desk to have it fixed (again the front desk personnel were awesome the whole stay). While I was gone maintenance cleared the clog but it took two days until I finally had to ask to have someone come up and clean the toilet afterwards. The rooftop bar is really the draw. Between it and the numerous balconies you get an amazing view of Augusta and driving around the area you see some amazing mansion homes. With so many hotel choices in Augusta it really is surprising that Hilton didn't put a little more effort into this gem.

Ate brunch here on a Sunday. The omelettes were great, as were the grits, sausage and oysters on the half shell. The service was also excellent. We came from out of town and didn't know about Georgia's backwards alcohol laws, so we couldn't order an alcoholic drink. Apparently we weren't allowed to sit outside on the porch to eat (it was confusing). Overall, pretty good for the price ($30 a person) if you pig out.

We attended the Sunday brunch for a family get-together. Overall the food was above average, average cost per person was around $35. I would recommend it again if you are in the mood for a mixture of classic southern breakfast and lunch items mixed together in a fresh Buffet. The servers were polite and the room was newly decorated. Overall the experience was good, a little pricey for what was given to you but still adequate.

The hotel is nice but appears to be a little dated. Stayed in a king room with balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing! Definitely the best part of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent but not large amount of selection. The roof top bar has a great view but limited selection on drinks.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are unique. The food at the restaurant is always good. The staff is always very polite. The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind as it has a nice view and there has always been a slight breeze when I've been up there. Would recommend.

Where to start… We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and there hasn't been a worry-free stay. It was actually pretty great the first time we went, before it was bought out by Hilton. Since then it's been a joke everytime, to the point I am never going back. The rooms are much nicer since they have had work done, but the hotel lost a little bit of its vintage feeling. Beds are great, rooms are comfy overall. Staff is mostly short and annoyed with you — everytime, we've had to struggle to get anything (including, one weekend, being ignored at the bar for hours, we had to go get our drinks ourselves because waiters were ignoring us, and that next morning, being ignored at brunch and never getting coffee…). Everytime, we got double charged and had to call in the following days to get a refund. Last time was it : they had a wedding reception and gave us a room above the party… nobody got any sleep, and once the party was over there were drunk people in the hallway all night. They didn't apologize for the fact that they didn't even think of putting the regular guests away from the party nore for the noise. I understand you want to have fun on your wedding day but why should other customers be troubled by it? Poor management, unfriendly staff, there is always something going wrong. Last but not least, they are no longer serving their fantastic Sunday brunch.

Very unique. They opened up the roof top suite for everyone the night we stayed there. Beautiful views with an awesome lightning show. We got a king suite with balcony that looked over the pool. My wife and I sat out out there until 1:30 am having a few drinks and listening to the cicadas. The staff strives very hard to make sure you're happy. Actually, this is the friendliest staff you will find. Everyone, including housekeeping wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Loved the restaurant too. Had a fresh breakfast with Crab Benedict and luscious local fruit.

The front door clerk was very very rude. He discriminate against us like we couldn't afford this place business. He (Clarence) I don't know if I'm spelling his name correctly but he's the African American guy that works the front desk to check guest in/out. I wasn't pleased at all with my n I stayed two nights. N also Im a African American female to be clear but I so felt discriminated against.

Poor maintenance of rooms… I was moved due to an inoperative AC into another room which was just as bad. Seems they havent kept up with maintenance. 15 rooms were not available due to inoperative equipment when I was there. Hallways smell musty/nasty, rooms lack normal amenities including plastic laundry bags. After requesting a wake up call, it doesnt get made in the morning. Desk worker couldn't figure out how to check me out and spent 15 minutes asking me to wait at 5am. Although the bar is nice (and excellent food) in this historic hotel, I recommend you find another place until they decide to fix things and train their staff…

The Partridge Inn is a great place to attend or host your event whether a wedding or wedding reception, stay for a night, enjoy nice food at the restaurant. Customer service is always Top Notch and the quality of food is some of the best in August. The parking garages and parking spaces can be limited and aggravating but the Partridge Inn itself is an experience worth having.

Lovely hotel, facilities were great. Service was well intentioned, though not exactly polished. Staff were all genuine about wanting to help though.

I stayed Friday night here for my wedding night. Our room was on the 5th floor and was very nice. A bedroom along with an extra living space was provided. This place exceeded my expectations and I believe this has to be up there as one of the nicer hotels in Augusta. I would definitely recommend this place if you are okay with the price.
