Lobby is clean and fresh smelling. Bar staff was fun and friendly. Clean room and great water pressure. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. Make sure to select breakfast at check-in if you want to eat there, otherwise there's a Denny's and Waffle House 1 minute away.

The Hilton Garden was the location on the k12 online public school's end of the year testing. They had no accommodations for the parents (which was probably k12's fault, not theirs) and were kinda rude about it. They made it clear that k12 did not pay for the parents to have coffee, which is fine, but why not just say how much it costs instead? Just seemed rude to me. The hotel was beautiful and clean and I'm sure it would be a great place to stay while visiting Augusta, providing you have the money.

Fantastic venue. I was a vendor for the Augusta toy and comic show and the accommodations were great. Wonderful staff, extremely clean lobby and rooms.

I am a local and I visit this hotel a lot for meetings & breakfast. Today I had the best customer service ever from a host name Laura Wagner. She did above and beyond asked me questions I have never been asked at this hotel. She builds so much report with everyone in the room. Even tables that was not hers. I will definitely be back and I want her every time.

Had dinner with a friend that was a guest at the hotel. Truly enjoyed it! The waitress Diana and the cook Robbie were very helpful in getting my steak perfect. Super experience!

This is the best place ever! Our hostess Laura made us the best hot chocolate EVER. The fitness and the pool are so wonderful too. I hope I can come back in the future.

Best major hotel in Augusta GA! staff at bar, lounge, restaurant, front desk have great attitudes (5 days in a row) … very pleasant.

It was clean, it looked very nice, and the person at the front desk was able to tell me exactly where I needed to go. No complaints here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was absolutely the most heavenly for sleep. Housekeeping did a very awesome job cleaning the room and had it stocked correctly. Kudos to them. There is a little spotting on the carpet outside be the elevators like some water damage. Which deep cleaning could possibly solve that… water pressure was one of th most enjoyable showers to be had. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay on business or for a simple getaway. The staff are all excellent. The location is well maintained and clean. Enjoy a drink at the bar, Jennifer is a very good bartender and helpful. The kitchen prepares excellent meals and will go to great lengths to accommodate your choices. Just a very good place to spend a night or a week.

Passed through here on the first trip through about 1am. Was told to go across the street in the cold because she was doing her audit. Stayed here on my return trip and will not come back. For starters they knocked on the door at 8:52, then when I asked what for they said they would come back probably to wake us up again. No free breakfast unleas you are a gold member. Go across the street to the holiday inn for the same price. Get ready to sweat. Had to put the ac on when it was in the 30s outside they had so much heat pumping. The room was clean but the policies and staff make this place somewhere I wont stay again.

We came to Augusta to attend my sisters Christmas party. We stayed at this hotell with our 3 kids. This hotel is in a wonderful location. Plenty of resturants and shopping. Beds are comfortable. Room were clean. The staff is amazing! So very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and fresh! We will stay here again when we come back out to visit.

Didn't stay there, however we used the conference room for a special event. Appreciated the complimentary amenities when though I wasn't a guest.

Whenever I travel to Augusta I stay here. Really never had a problem with the place. It is in a nice central location to a lot of restaurants, the outside padio is great to relax at night, and the free non-alcoholic drinks they always have ready are very tasty. This last trip I did have an issue with the Wi-Fi not working but other than that I was happy with the stay. Maybe a tad pricey but it is competitive with the other hotels.

It was a decent hotel. Nothing exceptional about it, nor nothing poor. A bit over priced for the stay.

My stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It seemed as the staff member from the front desk was on a date with his girlfriend having dinner when we walked in. He seemed to hurry us along eith our check in just to get back to his date. When I would ask him a questipn he just rolled his eyes. There were no carts for our bags. The beds were horrible and the furniture is old and mismatched. We will not be back to this hotel.

Rooms were well appointed. Lobby area had a nice bar and pay breakfast. Would return if in area for work again.

Suites have tons of room and nice features. On site dining is good as well.

We stayed here for our weekend in Augusta, as it was reasonably priced and the Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at in the past have been overall good experiences. It's a pretty good location, not too far off of the highway and not far from restaurants and other stores. The room was decently sized and the living area was clean. I was a little leery of the bathroom, as it had the overpowering smell of bleach and I'm not sure if it was some mild mildew/gunk in the areas between the tiles. It wasn't horribly dirty or anything like that, seeing those things just kind of raised my eyebrows a bit. Other than the bathroom concerns, the room was nice. Comfy bed, mini fridge in the room as well. Other comparable hotels in the area, might check those out if I'm back in the area again but wouldn't be opposed to stay here again.

This is our go to hotel when visiting family. We find the hotel to be exceptionally clean, modern, customer friendly. The hotel is located on a major interstate, however, it was surprisingly quiet. If your staying at the hotel for a family gathering, it has a very nice patio area for hanging out and good conversation.

Another GLORIOUS stay! Stopped in town for my Son's wedding. Didn't want to risk a bad hotel experience. Hilton Garden Inn didn't let us down! Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, professional room service! Another GLORIOUS stay!

Not very Good, pool closed and looks disgusting, seems they could at least do something so it is not so visible to the guests. Desk clerk says use pool at next door Hotels! How about telling us when we checked in.? Asked for a local newspaper I was told they only have USA today, I'll have to go off property to get one. After that they don't even comp our breakfast, where's the hospitality and the welcome committee? "Down with Hilton Gardens on Stevens Creek Road Augusta Georgia. We WERE going to stay a second night, but not after this experience. Sorry!

The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was great. I felt very safe in my room and the rooms and hotel was very well kept.

When we came to check in, they couldn't find our reservation, and we even provided the confirmation number. It had turned out that somehow another guest checked in under our name. We were then told we could have the room for the same rate, but upon check that was not the case. Room service was slow, but the food was delicious. We ordered the brownie specifically for the vanilla ice cream, but when it arrived it did not have ice cream, and we were then told they no longer make the brownie with the ice cream, although it is stated on the menu it comes with ice cream. The room was very clean and comfortable. Altogether it was a decent stay.

Hi there, I was not pleased with the hilton. The front desk guys were more busy chatting with each other than take care of people checking in. I was not very happy with the lack of ammedities in the room. I was shocked to hear that my room did not have a microwave or fridge in it. I was asked if I wanted one, it will be a charge to my room. I said do what needed to be done I need both, for I am staying a few days. I was heading down to the swimming pool and hot tub. I found out that the pool water was hotter than the hot tub. I asked if I could have it turned on the first day there. One guy came and told us that his boss said it will be opened tomorrow. We thought ok next day we can have a hot tub day. Comes to go bk in there next day, I asked front desk. She said no it will not be turned on. I was disappointed. Well, then we went shopping and there was some weird musty smell I smelled walking into the place. It was so hard for me to breathe and I couldnt sleep well. It was still there the next day. I was glad because that was my last day there. Not happy with this hotel and not sure I will return to again.

I stayed here for several months for work. The staff was always very nice. The full breakfast is a huge plus and pretty good. The location is great because it's close to I-20 and in the middle of all that Washington Rd has to offer.

We are in town for the holiday and also to see our grandson in the GRU hospital. We originally were in the Jameson Inn suites but the room was old and not very clean and the front desk clerk wasn't friendly. Walked into this Hilton and Rachelle had rooms for us, gave us a great rate, Gloria the head of housekeeping showed us our room and it was wonderful and clean. Rachelle told us how to get our money back at Jameson and we got it. Checked out of there and into Hilton. Breakfast was superb. When we come back to Augusta we are staying here and nowhere else.

Decent HIlton Garden Inn. Try it this month or any of the Hilton chain hotels since they are having double points M-Th and triple Hilton Honors points F-Sun, but MAKE SURE to go to the Hilton site to register and become a Hilton Honors member and sign up for the promotion too! Many of these Hilton hotels have suites that aren't advertised or promoted at all, or highly so check them out. Good service here, not brand new, does have WI FI.

Well, I stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. Although the hotel is not old it sure felt that way with some fixtures in the room, but overall customer service made up for it. I would stay there again.
