This is the wrong place to stay. Every time I have a problem they won't fix it the manager flipped his lid I don't think he knows what he's doing I asked him if he will hire me he just kicks me out of office and he's a Crazy Looms in manager. I can run this place better than he can.

Would give it no stars but had to put one this place is nasty the room was no smoking walked in and smelled like nothing but smoke couldn't breath. Roaches everywhere I went and got my money back so fast. 63 dollars turned into 100 at another hotel real quick.

A little dated and the bathrooms could use some reno but the staff are great. And the price makes it a good value resting spot!

This filthy, disgusting "hotel". My room was towards the back of the hotel, which had very questionable people just hanging out in the parking lot. As you enter the parking lot, you will find a stack of old, dirty mattress piled up in the grass. The room itself stunk, dirty lamp shades, no remote for the TV, old, stained up raggedy mattress, and the list goes on. Definitely needs an update. DESPITE ALL that I stayed the 1st night since I already paid. The next after while me and my guest were getting ready for a wedding, we found a BED BUG. Yes a bed bug. I informed the young guy at the front desk due to finding a bed bug I will not be staying my second night. He said " well bug beds are uncommon, but once the manager get's here on Tuesday I will let him know what happened. " Of course I did contact Expedia, who has EXCELLENT customer service by the way, and he told them the same thing. Fast forward I noticed my claim from Expedia was denied. I called, and they explained THE OWNER DID NOT BELIEVE ME. He basically called me a liar. When the customer rep informed him I had video, he told her to email it to him. I think not. I would rather post this on all review sites/social media to expose on how NASTY, DIRTY THIS PLACE IS AND PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. I not only had to find another room in a city I never been it, I had to find it an hour before a wedding was to start.

Stopped in here late (around 2 a. M. ) while on a long drive when we just couldn't drive any longer. From the street this place appears quite dated. The first red flag for some may have been the security guard posted outside the lobby or the bulletproof glass the reception uses during certain hours, but we were really tired and had stopped for gas at this exit so we were close. Lots of notices about long term guests so it seems this one operates a bit as a sro type joint. The desk attendant noted there was only one ADA room left at a rate 68 USD but that he had to check the room to verify that the floor was not wet as the micro fridge was not working and had defrosted. The attendant returned and indicated the floor was just a bit damp near the base of the refrigerator. We asked for a discount and were initially told no but were still a bit on the fence so chatted amongst ourselves for a moment. We were offered 3 USD off for the night and decided just to take it as we were unsure if other local rooms were available cheap and were beat and very tired. The attendant noted the room had a queen size bed, it does not. The bed is a full size. The room was tiny and very dated, but everything sans refrigerator worked. The bed was only 10-12" from the hvac unit. The bathroom was large (this was and ADA room) and dated but clean. Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable and offered little support. We crashed and bounced out around 5 hours after we checked in.

If I could give this place 0 I would! I was driving thru Atlanta and decided to stay here based on price and location and oh boy did I make the worst mistake! My back and chest are still hurting from this place. They claimed the room 209 that I slept in was newly renovated but they might have forgot the mold infested air conditioning unit that made both myself and my wife wake up with sore throats and heavy chest. Keep in mind we did not come here to enjoy the luxurys of the room we needed to sleep/shower/eat for the night and morning. I couldn't sleep because the beds/pillows are so uncomfortable you cannot find peace long enough to fall asleep. And if I did dose off it wasn't for long because they allow people to hang around the balconies and yell scream and carry on by my room door all night long. The next morning when I went downstairs to grab coffee and return my keys the same gentlemen that checked my wife and I in ask how we slept, of course she told him what happened and why we had a horrible night and his response was "oh no I'm so sorry if you told me sooner I could have done something for you"!? What the hell does that mean. And how much sooner should I have said something? Do not go to this hotel there's plenty of others in this area, trust me you don't want this back pain, I'm 28 and I've never felt pain like this from a Hotel mattress.

Check in was easy, the staff was really nice. The location isn't ideal, it's right next to an on ramp for a major highway, so its ALWAYS loud. They put in new mattresses. Our room was gross. Cigarette holes in the comforter and sheets, cigarette and weed odor upon arrival, there was something old and sticky on the dresser, mold in the showers along with somebodies pubic hair. I had 2 small children with me, so I chose to just deal with the conditions of the room considering it was for less than 24 hours and we weren't there most of the time. I would give 2 stars, but I'm giving 3 because the GM, Domin, was really apologetic and understanding about our experience and worked with Expedia to get me some sort of refund. He gave me a call before he left like he said he would and did not leave me hanging.

But that crazy manager saw me coming and going then he judge me the way I dress and then he locked me out of the room. Told me I had to pay a fee. Then the next day. I came in and pay the fee. He said no he would not going to that my money for fee. I only had the clothes on my back cuz my clothes was locked up in the room and plus I was on my period and I had blood running down my leg and crazy manager when not let me in the room so I can change my clothes. Since I was on my period. He asked me to leave that he will give my clothes. I told him I call police and. He said didnt care. But the chubby black lady told me she would let me in the room but he was here. I wait and give her 50 dollar. I was bothering everbody don't stay here cuz these people are crazy.

Great rates, management was extremely helpful the first day of checking on then after that the friendly smile fade into a transphobic snarl. He turn into a dictator and told me that I cannot have two rooms under one name and was just really rude me that if I wanted to masturbate I need to do it in the bathroom instead of getting another room for privacy this place is a joke.

I stayed there for 11 days I would have stayed longer if the people at the front desk would have minded their own business. If I have a room and I say I would like to get another room so I have two rooms that shouldn't be a problem the management decided to tell me that it was a problem that I could not occupy two rooms at one time and that it was weird And they started harassing my transgender roommate. The fake Smiles they put on when you first meet them turn into evil faces.

Caution Read this carefully. Let’s start with if you don’t believe my review read the other ones below it that say the same thing. This hotel has bed bugs, the health department really needs to shut this place down, broken ac shower room smelled like urine, too many other things bottom line this a bad hotel. Pay more and get somewhere safe and secure not dangerous in every way, majority of good reviews come from there staff or the owner him self.

Stayed there awhile back had to change rooms 3 times that night with my family. I have to say that the front desk audit guy was helpful in trying to find us a room. But they have a major bed bug and roach problem. Management never got back to me. That place is gross. Nasty.

This is the worst place to stay. I had two bad experiences here. The first of which is when I stay the weekend in Atlanta and was in desperate need of a place to stay and tired of driving so, I stopped here. God, why did I do that? The room was absolutely filthy and the pool had sitting water it was disgusting. There were drug dealers hanging out, asking me if I wanted to buy weed. Not a family friendly hotel at all. The second experience was at another time I had been driving around and again this was my last resort. I had to release water so bad I asked the rude clerk at the front if there was a restroom I could use so, I went outside to a nearby bush to quickly relive myself so, when I walk back in the clerk calls me stupid for urinating outside and refuses to rent me a room. I'm not racist by any means but if people from other cultures can come from different countries and think they can disrespect people because of the standards of their culture they should not be allowed to have businesses here, period. If I'm spending my hard earned dollar with your establishment I should not be treated less than and then you expect to still get my money, absolutely not! Do yourself a favor a go to a different hotel one where they have a restroom in the lobby and not some angry Indian man telling you you're stupid for having to perform a basic human behavior. A place where they respect you and your money.

The staff is friendly and the location was what we needed for a night. Price is affordable. Rooms are not very clean and could use a facelift.

My room was very clean and my bed was comfortable. The receptionist guy that does overnight is amazing and really helpful. Will be staying again. Also is very reasonable pricing.

It was nice. Been there before and liked it. Not anything special but kept a tidy place.

This place is simply racist. The second I can in I asked about my reservation when I did he asks me if I want smoke or non smoke and the said to me "it's non smoking are you ok with that, because I smell it on you. " I was like excuse me. I thought he was joking until he said I won't rent to you because you were just smoking. I just came from the airport how could I smell like weed? My friend was very upset and started to talk back to him but I had to sit them outside and he repeated asked me is that how you friend behaves. Will your friend continue to make noise in this place. There are no words on how color affected this transaction. Just because we are black he automatically thinks us as smokers. And this is coming from a middle eastern. Save your money. I won't be back. This is the worse I've ever seen. Not. Sure what will happen from here I only been here five mins so far.

If it seems too good to be true, it definitely is. Or, you get what you pay for. If this hotel is all you can afford, stay home. My impression after reading other recent reviews (and after seeing the storage pods in the parking lot) is that they must be renovating the property, slowly. I had the great misfortune to stay in an unrenovated room, which was, to use my husband's word, stank. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, a horrid smell of stale cigarettes and neglect throughout, and every horizontal surface in the room was dirty with remnants of food and drink from years past. This neglectful attitude will mean that the newly renovated rooms will soon be disgusting, too. I showered before bed, but needed another shower the next morning to try to remove some of the odor that my body and belongings had taken on overnight. Also, the happenings in the parking lot were not encouraging. Stank, seedy. Do not stay here.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, I pulled in and thought I was at a Hilton. Before I could get out of my car, I was kindly greeted by a nice young lady seeing if I wanted some company for the night, I declined since I had to be up very early for a business meeting. When I finally got settled in, I met the people in the next room whom offered me heroine since I told them I was stressed out about my business venture in the morning, I thought that was very gracious of them. Overall, I have a great experience here and will return again.

Great location, rooms were clean. Prices are reasonable. I will stay here when I am in town.

It is ok. Compared to Master Inn on Montreal. I prefer that one but its okay for a few days.

Great place too stay your own bed microwave light bathroom.

"I reserved a queen room and arrived early. I was told by the manager that there were no queen rooms available. But he stated I must be tired (running game) ; so he directed me to a handicap accessible room explaining all of it's short comings. I accepted it. He immediately charged me $10.00 early fee. I put my luggage in the room and left for 30 minutes. When I came back I noticed my garment bag was wet. "Saturated visibly". Therefore I summonsed the manager and showed him my problem. The floor and carpet was saturated with water. He moved me down the corridor to a queen room; none smoking like I reserved initially, which he stated he had none available just 45 minitues earlier. Why did he tell me a bold faced lie initially. "Highly unethical and uunprofessional. " The fact is he could rent the same room twice even for a higher price if someone walked in to rent. Extremely insulting and displays low moral character; and this is the manager. All smiles. He's an indian. I'm black. So therefore the insinuation being is that I'm evidently mentally underdeveloped… "NOT! " If you're just trying to save a dollar, trust me. It's not worth it. Spend the extra dollar elsewhere. "

Decent spot for a decent price. Friendly staff. I'd say a strong contender in its comparative bracket.

I love a clean simple room for an affordable price at night it always gets nosey on backside wouldn't stay there near pool. Other than that its a great place to stay. The staff is really good. My room was clean and housekeeping was nice. May stay there again because there cheap.

My family and myself visited Master's Inn Doraville, Ga. I wanted to see if all those were true? Funny; the hotel staff was very professional, very polite, the room was ready and very clean no bed bugs. The rooms are small especially if you are wheelchair bound. A very nice stay. I would say if I am over there again I'd visit again.

Worse hotel i've ever went to. Wish I wouldve read the reviews before. Dont do it! the bed bugs are real. And when you let them know, they act like its damn normal. You can carry that stuff home with you. I had to leave some stuff there cause the bugs were so aggressive. Never again… this place needs to be shut tf down.

The rooms look nice and upgraded. But, I have been bitten by bed bugs and this is the second room I was switched to. Luckily this time I got pictures of them crawling and took my proof to the lobby. They simply could move my room which was done already. Then the weekly side have roaches and just look horrible. Will not return.

I stayed in dirty looking hotels before but this had to be the worst hotel ever. I thought everything was fine I go in there the shower is so dirty, dirt marks all in the tub. And worst of all I go lay down to go to sleep I start I itching I thought it was nothing. I wake up and see bed bugs on my pillow. I had bite marks on my body. This has got to be the worst hotel ever don't go here. Only thing good is the Wi-Fi.
