It was so clean and very great staff.

the head boards have what appears to be blood. Dirt. Urine. And fecal matter on them. We called to the front desk and spoke with the mngr Nelly and they confirmed that they were aware that the head boards were filthy. I took pictures and videos. In the time of covid19 to sleep in a room that looks like this is unacceptable. Nelly the mngr was 100% professional dealing with this issue. That being said she shouldn't have to. Period. We will never stay here again.

The hotel needs to be renovated badly. The furniture is old and kinda worn out. The biggest problem was the headboard and the base board were stained badly. They told us most of the rooms are like this. The stains looked disgusting. I couldn't even sleep because idk what they were. They ssid when people waste drink it causes this. They did change the headboards so I feel like they can update the room. Parking was hard because the lots closest to the hotel was full. If they update and change parking they would be a great hotel.

Beautiful Surroundings And Very Safe Area. Enjoyed My Time While Staying There. Staff Had Very Good Customer Service.

This is my first time in Atlanta. This hotel is beautiful. Love my room. The staff from my check in to answering questions were so friendly. The shuttle service was wonderful. I am highly recommending this hotel if you are are here.

My husband and I enjoyed our first stay at your hotel. The late night room service was great and the food was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable and soft. Breakfast buffet was great and fulfilling. We look forward to visiting your hotel again. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay for us.

Only downside was s weird humming noise all night like buzz buzz buzz, my husband heard it too so not my imagination, also the coffee maker made great coffee but only in a 4oz serving just enough to piss you off, food and cocktails were great though, especially the quinoa and sautéed kale with the salmon and the blood orange cocktail.

Nice place. The room I was in has a white cloth headboard. It was starting to turn yellow. Yuck! Also the room scent is to tobacco based. I guess this is a thing. No I wasn't in a smoking room. The staff said that they use tobacco scented room spray. Nada fan.

While the modern/chic isn't normally my go to style, I stay here as frequently as possible on my visits to the area. The bourbon selection at the bar is great, and there is good meeting space downstairs when I travel with coworkers. Upgrades seem to be a regular thing if you have status and the club lounge on 12 rounds things out nicely. Thanks!

Stayed at the hotel for a braves game. Location was not adjacent to the ballpark but was only about 15 minutes away. For the cost and location, this was a great place to stay. Parking was free and the staff was cordial and interested in guests having the best experience.

Pre paid for room a week in advance. Arrived on 7-28-18 with our Autistic grandson after spending a hot day exploring centennial park and Coca-Cola museum. After attempting to check in was notified I would need to also leave a $100 deposit for incidentals. Attempted to pay in cash. We are cash people who do not believe in charge cards or financing miscellaneous expenditures. Hotel does not accept the official currency of the United States. Left with one disappointed grandson who discovered halfway home that we would not be spending the night out or swimming in the big pool.

Kirby was the best thing about the Hotel! He was the absolute best! Very prompt, attentive and knowledgeable. Handled everything on this very busy weekend with a smile!
The hotel elevator is being remodeled and there was only one very small elevator available for all the very busy weekend with two family reunions an a 40th class reunion being held at the hotel. I’m in pretty good shape so I didn’t mind taking the stairs for exercise! But It was a lil annoying while dressed up. My room was nice but the walls were exceptionally thin, as I heard everything the people in the room next to me said at 1am each night when they seemed to become the loudest! Also, the ice machine right outside my door was the busiest in the middle of the night!

Beautiful hotel, outstanding front desk, Bell stand etc. My only very minor complaint was no extra bedding in the room. I am sure if I had asked they would have been more than accommodating but it was very late and I didn't want to wake my husband. Also, my in room coffee maker was broken. Again a minor point but a name brand coffee would have been nice to have at such a convenient time and place.

This place is so Fancy! All the staff were very professional and they made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this establishment!

We loved this hotel! Room was spacious! Service was nice! The Illy Coffee machine and coffee were enjoyed each morning! No more than 20 mins from most of the hot spots in Atlanta! Pool was closed so we look forward to going back and experiencing that as well!

Very disappointing. The place was clean and in generally in decent condition other than the elevators which are being updated. Unfortunately they couldn't care less that you stayed there. Housekeeping did a very poor job and the front desk politely told you they really didn't care. Highway robbery at the bar — $40 for a drink! Other than giving free lower level internet, they did nothing for SPG Gold status, not even recognition at check in.

This hotel has gone from a beautiful near 5 star property to a below average hotel full of issues. We stayed here twice about 18 months ago and everything was flawless then. We Booked a club suite that is supposed to be on floors 11-12. However, we were put in a room on the 9th floor upon checkin. When they finally attempted to move us to the 12th floor, the room had a nauseating foul odor from the previous guest. Housekeeping was unable to remedy the odor and it was so bad that they had to bring in an ozone machine. We are currently waiting in Limbo in the club lounge waiting for a new room. To say this stay had been miserable so far would be an understatement. I had even emailed the hotel manager and director of rooms prior to our arrival to say we were excited to return and to put in a couple requests. I never received a response. We have 3 more nights here, hopefully things improve.

Love the room, the decor is very nice! But front desk rep did not have a pleasant attitude. The ice machine does not work on level 12, 11, or 10 so we had to go down to level 9 to grab some ice. I also dislike that there is no refrigerator to keep your drinks cool sense the ice machines were not working.

Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful large rooms and nice modern decor. Big work desk with great space & it's own small TV. Bed was very comfortable. Just be sure your room has a bathtub if you prefer that, because some rooms only have showers. Bar was nice with a packed crowd. Excellent location. Huge mall is right across the street & has lots of amazing restaurants & tons of shopping.

I wanted to comment on my wonderful experience during a business training I attended at the Le Meridien. One of the team members named Nicole Sarangi was very accommodating during my visit. I'm a new mommy and needed a private room to pump milk for my new baby. She spoke with her team supervisor and was able to find a clean sanitized space for my special situation. I was so very pleased with this as I was wondering what I was going to do during the training. I've never stayed at the hotel but I would imagine that if you have a team of Nicole's, then my stay would be just as amazing as well. Being a mom comes with its own stress and challenges and I am so glad that Nicole was able to lighten my load today. She was friendly, polite, and willing to assist me without hesitating. With so much negativity displayed in the world today, I'm very fortunate to have experienced such great service as Le Meridien from Nicole.

Stayed here 4 times, last was the past weekend. Staff used to be friendly. This time very time I visited the reception desk, even upon checking in, nobody even said hello, very cold and impersonal. First thing that came out of the staff person was : "Checking in? ID and Credit Card"… Time to start looking for another place to stay when I am visiting the area…

Great rooms… very comfortable bed. It's a really nice hotel for the price of staying there. However, there is a parking fee on weekdays.

This was and always a great Experience. We were here 2 years ago for our Mothers Summit Atlanta conference. I've enjoyed my stay each time.

It was ok. We expected more. Especially staying as platinum members. The lobby is great, but the rooms are lackluster, nothing special. Certainly not worth the price of what we paid. We could have stayed somewhere else. The service was ok. The maid service did not clean our room, they merely made the bed up and didn't change the sheets or wipe down the mirrors or tables. Probably would not stay here again.

I stayed here for a week during a work trip. Upon arrival you will be misled thinking that it's a chic and modern hotel but when you find glass pieces in your bed and report, you're only asked if you were cut, your room number and that was it. I had to get housekeeping to replace my sheets but they really only made the bed and removed the glass. Also, I was under the assumption that I had access to a refrigerator and microwave. For some reason they stock the room with coolers that don't get colder than 50 degrees and you are directed to the bar but they instantly get annoyed and aren't afraid to let you see it. I spoke to Essence Moody regarding the microwave issue and suggested maybe at least a community microwave in the lobby area. She too seemed annoyed and told me it was a fire hazard and walked away. The best thing they have going for them is the ladies at the check in counter. They were always helpful and pleasant. Maybe my expectations are too high but I just like to sleep in glassless beds and be able to eat daily.

This is probably one of the best places to stay at in the Atlanta area. The service is great and the top floor lounge always has hot coffee. The executive suites are top-notch.

This hotel is great! The cleanliness and the staff almost made me extend our reservation! The rooms are really spacious and modern. I absolutely LOVE this hotel. I will DEF be back!

A very nice stay overall. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was very large with two king beds. The bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the room, but perfectly sufficient. Like all Le Meridiens I've stayed in, they seemed to be doing some remodeling. Front desk staff was very nice.

This hotel was very nice. From the minute you walked in. The staff was very nice and always made sure everything was okay. The room was perfect. Shower could have been better. But overall my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend here.

Rooms were a good size and clean. Only complaint would be that there is not much lighting in the rooms. Service was great. Provided a free shuttle to locations in the area which was really helpful.

Got a free upgrade to the executive suite for out new years/anniversary stay. The room was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. Got approved for a late check-out of 1pm for free as well so that was nice. The service was good but a bit slow although I'd attribute that to it being new years.

The front desk personnel were nice and the man that helped take our luggage from the car and to our room was so nice, but, ran out of toilet paper and not a spare in the room. Mattress was substandard. Coffee was $5.00 per cup which is crazy. No one needs Ily coffee let alone pay for a cup in the morning. Coffee should be complimentary. Would not stay there again or recommend the place.

I gave someone a Bday party here in one of the Suites, I also had a cool breakfast package. It was awesome! This is my fav Hotel, I adore the lobby area & can't wait to have my book signing here next! TBA 2017

This place was absolutely incredible. I was there for a holiday party so this may have been different than a normal night. All the staff were extremely friendly. The food was incredible. The bartenders were awesome. The check in staff was super helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. It was a great night and stay.

I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is quite beautiful however the elevator experience was fairly mind numbing. For those that stayed in the lower floor I'm sure the stairs were fine, but I was on the tenth floor and waited an average of 5-10 minutes for the elevator most times.

This is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and polite staff. The lounge is large and very relaxing. The decor is a bit weirdly modern and I wish they had a parking garage but everything was clean and well kept.

I thought this hotel would be an amazing choice for my wedding weekend and I was so wrong. The aesthetics of the hotel are amazing but everything else isn’t. The guest service staff were rude, disorganized, and uncooperative. They promised us things that weren’t actually allowed. The elevators were so slow, I think I spent most of my stay waiting around for one. There is only one tiny trashcan in the entire hotel suite. The shuttle never showed up for my husband and his groomsmen when they booked a time. The valet was rude to my husband when he was trying to check in. They were so rude that I cried right before my rehearsal and my rehearsal dinner. I had to work with 3 different managers because they all keep getting fired. After making me cry, the current manager told me not to stress and just have a good wedding weekend. Really? We had around 30 rooms booked there and they still refuse to comp our room for the wedding night. They have been a nightmare to deal with and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Stayed for 2 days at this hotel and it was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had. All the people were nice and respectful. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Atlanta.

Where to start — the first check in person did not smile or say hello. I asked for someone to help me get my bag out of my car, they said the guy would be right out, he never showed up. The security lock on my room door was broken. At 2:00 p. M. I asked the desk to fix it. At 9:00 p. M. It was still not fixed. When I returned to the hotel this evening the gate to guest parking was up and THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY. I was charged BOTH a service charge and a delivery fee for a bottle of perrier. As of 9:45 p. M. The disco music from the first floor of the hotel was blaring into my room on the ninth floor. There was no do not disturb sign in the room (very minor point but hey, after everything else…). Really they could care less about my business DO NOT STAY HERE!

Location was extremely close to the Perimeter Mall and MARTA station, which made it easy to access the surrounding Atlanta area. Rooms were clean and roomy with all the basic amenities. Service was above all the most notable, with professional, responsive staff.

Management disaster of a hotel, abusive treatment. It is very unfortunate that such a beautiful property and facilities are run by disgraceful management from the point of check in, customer accommodations and all the way through check out. Verbal abuse, lying, racial issues — I would not even stay there if you are a white American, because you will be treated like trash. All that after spending over $1K at that property. If nothing changes, this business will be out very soon. Not worth a penny with current rude and abusive treatment. All local personnel must go… Disgrace!

The hotel was very well appointed. Our suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the elevators did not work well during overnight stay. Otherwise great stay.

Suites are spacious. View is not nice. Hotel is very clean. Guest services is very responsive and nice. On site bar and walking distance to food and mall. It has a pool small but nice. Fills up quick limited seating by pool.

Extremely long waits for an elevator. We had to call our last 2 days for clean towels. No housekeeping at all the last day we were there. Not to mention the pool water was green the first 2 days we were there. We were given a map to drive to a nearby hotel to use their pool, but were not told they offered shuttle service, which we found out later they did. Rooms were roomy and nice but no refrigerator or microwave. Overpriced for what what you got. Would not recommend.

The best upscale hotel I've ever been to. The place is beautiful, elegant and clean… great staff… I will definitely be back! I think their food and drink menu is waaaay too expensive. I'll NEVER buy food from there but it's a great place to stay. It is now one of my favorite hotels. It would be my number one if they had complimentary breakfast… Lol!

Great hotel in the middle of everything! You get lot of hotel for the money. The lounge is awesome with lots of space to relax. Lobby is a bit too bright at night, feel they could dim it a little… rooms are phenomenal, with great views as well!

I loved my stay at Le Meridien. Rooms were spacious and nice! Loved the staff and how pleasant they were. Lonnie was my favorite he gave my friends and I that southern charm and made us mid west girls feel welcomed! Only suggestion is to have more than one trash can in the room. This will be my place to stay every time I come to Atlanta!

This place is very nice. However, for the room price, they still make you pay extra for Wi-Fi, which I found kinda silly. It's $12.95 for Wi-Fi per day. The room itself was in fantastic condition and very clean. No complaints there. Just on a personal note, I found the rooms and decor to be a bit 1960s looking. Kinda retro.

More expensive than I'm used to as I normally stay at the LA Quinta or an establishment of similar calibur. The Le meridian has been amazing. It's 10 min from just about everything. Service and the facility are very nice. Will stay here again on my next trip.

My fiancé and I stayed three days, two nights. Everything was really nice, but there were not enough towels in the room, the ice buckets are unbelievably tiny, the beds are designed so that the pillows slide off between the bed and the wall. The staff is imcredibly polite though and the whole establishment is very classy. I would highly recommend.

It's a very nice and clean hotel my wife and I had a great experience here… try the suite it's large and comfortable big screens in both rooms.

One of our favorite hotels in the ATL. Recent remodel, clean, up-scale, great staff, comfy beds, nice pool. Great location — close to mall and Marta.

Location was near many shopping venues and reataurants. It was a little difficult to find, at first. The room was very clean and trendy looking, as was the rest of the facility. The self parking situation is strange, and not layer out very well, but it isn't a deal breaker. Hotel staff were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Bar prices are ridiculously high. Overall, a good value. Wad much nicer than expected.

Nice hotel and a decent location. Some folks have nailed it, the customer service borders on terrible. Lack of follow up and a generally disconnected approach. I was incredibly disappointed and still have my unresolved issue.

I stayed there last September and loved everything about it. The rate was great for the two king bed suite, the breakfast was great, the staff was great. No regrets except if you need to be in downtown Atlanta, the traffic is a struggle.

Amazing! I recently had the privilege of staying at this newly renovated, beautiful hotel. Two weeks ago, I underwent a significantly invasive surgery at nearby Northside Hospital. The staff at Le Meridien was BEYOND amazing. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers and a get well card signed by the staff. To think they actually took time to all write their well wishes overwhelmed me with gratitude. Upon being released from the hospital, a very kind employee named Jabar helped my mom get me out of the car and brought me a wheel chair. I mean really, who does that?! Incredible service. This was my third stay at this hotel, and I most assuredly will make it a point to stay at Le Meridien whenever I am in Atlanta. As a side note, if you frequently travel to the area for business, be sure to let them know as they have special offers for frequent travelers. This hotel is part of the Starwood family (SPG) and they don't miss a beat! I have traveled to many 5 star SPG properties in Europe, Canada and U. S. ; this hotel is the gold standard for customer service.

Great modern renovation. Well located. Rooms excellent to work or play from. Desk set up is excellent if you need to spend a few hours, or a few days.

From the moment of the arrival here, we could tell that this was a 'swanky' hotel. It was upscale, in an upscale neighborhood. Retro/50's-70's decor, easy check-in, excellent room, bed, bathroom, etc. Loved the showerhead, it's one of those 'rain' showerheads. Very nice. The coffeemaker/espresso maker was nice, very high-tech, and made good coffee. On that note, we left a note for housekeeping to leave an additional robe and extra coffee accessories and they were provided.! props to the housekeeping staff.! can't advise on the food, bar service, or breakfast, as we didn't have any of that. I did need a working remote late (11.30pm) at nite and the front desk/security promptly brought me a new one. There are plenty of good restaurants around, a large mall, and several upscale salons, bars, stores, and streets easy to navigate. Stay was quiet, we slept well, and had an excellent stay. a tip; ** 400 is a toll road ** to go around this, take hwy 19, which runs parallel to it or take 85 into town. I knew this already, but for someone new to the area, it's a helpful tip, I think. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my 2 year wedding Anniversary with my wife. Everything was brand new and has just been remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the lounge was great. We both enjoyed our complimentary breakfast with our room and the service was great from the manager! I would definitely recommend this hotel and just as a tip I would definitely recommend a Club Floor Suite. We had one on the 12th Floor (top floor) and it was excellent.
