Reviews of Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest 3*
Very nice place. I would recommend.
We had booked two rooms for this weekend. Well, my son and I both tested positive for Covid this morning. We tried to get our reservations canceled, but because we booked through Priceline, the front end supervisor, TAMEKA, said that there was nothing they could do and would not give us a refund. We were booked at the Sheraton the following night and they gave us a refund with no problem. Maybe I’ll drive up and check in anyway…and make sure to shake hands with TAMEKA. 🤬
Very Nice customer service was on point. The hotel was clean fresh and great vibes.
Great Atmosphere! Cleanliness, peaceful.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Not crazy about the parking situation and needing a room key to enter and exit.
nice pool area.
Beautiful view, can see for miles, nice accommodations.
Awesome staff, luxurious room, great bartender, pool area resort-like, food was awful need new cook — but we had a wonderful stay because of the staff.
Grateful place to stay the staff was wonderful.
Great hotel. Excellent rooms.
Great Place to stay. Nice staff and great customer service.
This was once my favorite hotel to stay in the area, but after my last visit, I will never return. HORRIBLE customer service!
What a warm, comfortable place. Great service, excellent food.
Enjoyed my stay the view was beautiful, the gentle man who took us to empire sports bar. Was wonderful as well.
Very very nice! I loved the atmosphere!
Multiple times I have booked and paid for staff to stay here. Multiple times they claim to not have the reservations/payments. They then proceed to over charge my staff to stay there and treat them like second class citizens at the same time. Gentlemen manager got involved today and was very condescending. What happened to treating your guests as guests? You can however enjoy some great hiphop music when you call in and get placed on long holds!
My new favorite hotel in ATL from now on. I was AMAZED at the room space and cleanliness AWESOME.
This is a great place to stay. The staff was Great very friendly, rooms was clean the beds was a little hard then in use to but I still got plenty of rest… I would stay there again…
Very clean, professional staff, great views and convenient location. My family and I will definitely use this location again.
Beautiful, comfortable suites… sleep like a princess.
Very nice hotel! The staff have been very pleasant, the service has been quick, and the room is super comfortable! The only thing that I would change would be the parking situation. It can be difficult to find a space. All in all, it has been a wonderful experience!
I stay here often. Great staff. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms. The pool is very nice. And the restaurant is excellent with a pretty garden fountain view. Although I've never paid for parking, they ate updating to begin charging.
Stayed to go to a Braves game. Wanted to take the shuttle that was advertised in the lobby to Suntrust park but it was no where to be found and the staff was clueless about it. Either they need training or the advertisement should be removed. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable but he sofa bed was terrible. This place has potential with a few improvements.
Spending 2 weeks here for work and so far it’s been a pretty good experience. Bartender and all the staff are very nice! Shuttle will bring you to various shops/restaurants in the area which is great! Nice pool area. Hotel is very busy and only has 1 working elevator which is causing delays, but able to get extra exercise taking stairs to the 6th floor daily! Seems like they have satellite TV but it doesn’t work most of the time in my room and is constantly freezing up so hard to watch when I’m ready to relax in my room.
I'm only giving it 2 stars based on the fact the room was very nice once we finally were able to check in. This hotel is very close to the new Braves stadium and we were in town for a concert, just like 90% of the other guest. This concert was scheduled months and months in advance and should've alerted the hotel to be prepared for large numbers of guests. However we weren't allowed to check in early bc the business convention from the previous days were given extended stays. So when we arrived to check in at 330 as instructed… the line was a mile long with one person checking guests in. It took us an hour and a half to get into our rooms. No apologies made no comps given… except parking which I thought was a given when paying nearly 300 dollars a night for a room! I've never in my life dealt with such rude people. We will never stay at another Hyatt again.
We were on vacation and decided to stay at this hotel. This hotel was functional and had many of the standard amenities. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Poolside was also pretty good, and nicely stocked. The suite was great for our two kids and our pooch. FREE BREAKFAST! A FULL HOT BREAKFAST EVERYDAY! That was a great value, since we're going to Six Flags and prices are expensive. The hotel was near the airport and pretty close to Six Flags. The parking is free, but parking is cramped near the front entrance and pool. On one side of the hotel the stairway leads to the sidewalk, right next to the road way. Be careful with pets exiting this door, and ensure they're leashed. There's a pet area but there's not much to it.
The hotel is pretty new so you are getting good quality rooms that are large. Each room has a the bedroom area separate from the living room area. The hotel is right next to a free shuttle stop that goes to the baseball stadium. I am giving the hotel three stars because they are not as accommodating to business travelers than other hotels in the area. Most hotels in the area provide free breakfast to businesses travelers. The hyatt doesn't offer this. If they do eventually provide this then this would be the place to go. Also their irons are not labeled for the temperature and clothing material, thus it is hard to know what setting to use. I even asked for a second iron and sure enough no labels. If these two things are corrected then this would be a great place to stay.
Stunning outside and in! Best service ever! Update on my latest visit! This place is one of my favorites. And it continues to shine better and better every time I come! I've booked several events here and my staff and upper management rave about the hotel, food, rooms and especially the Oasis around the pool! Only pictures can do it justice!
This is one of the most impressive hotel rooms I've stayed in. The room was very large and even had doors to separate the bedroom from the living room and kitchen area. It was great when the kids went to sleep and the adults could stay up without disturbing them. The indoor pool was an added bonus for the restless kids. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Has potential but really needs to step up their game. Our suite was very spacious… which I really liked. Customer Service was too inconsistent. I'd be thinking they handled something well and then the next thing they'd totally bomb with. The pool area was amazing but it was out of order which was weird!. I'dve them another chance but I'd want to see significant, consistent progress going forward.
Nice rooms, very spacious and CLEAN. Hotel staff is so friendly. I booked via 3rd party and accidentally booked for the wrong date and Hyatt fixed it for me within 10 minutes.
For starters the linen smelt like body odor. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. Around 3:00 pm. They finally brought clean linen. They didn't leave any toilet paper. Again we had to complain. The noise of children playing in the hall way was very upsetting. Never staying here again.
Very clean, nice big room. If you are going to a Braves game, a bus comes by that will take you for free every 30 minutes. Parking does cost $10 a day.
Very nice hyatt. Rooms are great and service is great. Breakfast is one of the better ones in the area. Nice sitting areas by pool. Places to eat close by. Highly recommended!
The only reason this hotel received 2 star is because the room was clean and the bed is comfortable. I came here because if a dance competition. I booked online months had a issue with card so called to check on incidentals at the hotel and was told by Hyatt customer service which then called and followed up with management to confirm and was told yes you can put a cash deposit of $30 on your room. I come to check in and was told no it is $100 and conveniently no one knows who could have said. One person rudely states well the person working last night was her first night but she was working with the manager. I had to run and leave to check in to the competition come back and I am told the night person had been here for months and would have never said that and that it is posted on the sign at the reservation desk. Which I read to her and it says nothing about $100 and she then proceeds to tell me it was posted policy which is nowhere to be seen. So needless to say I was not happy. I mean how on Earth can you keep talking about a policy and then not have it posted. You have it posted about everything else. Needless to say I don't care where it is if Hyatt comes up I am never booking another property since they feel they can just do whatever they want to do and blame it on the unposted policy and then flat out LIE and play dumb about knowing there policies and employees.
Beautiful hotel. Good customer service. One drawback is 1stbroom were we given looked like it had not been cleaned. We were move to another room immediately. All was good.
Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I even witnessed a member of the staff help load an elderly couple's van and refuse a tip. Prices were also good because it was just outside the perimeter.
Was there for an event with a company I was interested in. They hosted a dinner there. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly.
I stayed here for my birthday, I was very disappointed. Though the room was spacious I really needed upgrading, the bathroom was horrible rust and stains everywhere. Not worth the money that was spent. And to top it off the staff was less than professional, I will never stay here again nor will I recamend anyone I know to.
Not a huge fan of this hotel. Location is problematic with limited dining options. Lighting in the rooms is abysmal — very dark. My bathroom door had what appeared to be hair dye spattered on it. Everything has a charge here — even coffee which is free in most competitors. Bed was comfortable, ac was cold, and staff was friendly. There are just far better options at this price point and even less that offer a far better value. Will not be returning.
The rooms were comfortable and way more than needed for a single person. Great for people needing to share rooms. Breakfast buffet was inedible. Do not eat it. Go hungry. I did my next 2 days. Staff was friendly and courteous. Stay here don't, eat here. :)
Stayed @ the Hyatt on Windy Hill. Greeted by Harley (check-in) who did everything in her power to accommodate a last minute connecting room change on a super busy day NYE. Unfortunately Hyatt reservations provided me inaccurate information when inquired about a connecting room; I was advised this property did not have connecting rooms which I thought were strange. We were able to receive a connecting room for 4. Harley checked me in & out today. Brandon provided service with a smile as he was asked to go check room. The Executive Chief Ray pulled together 2 last minute Tracy's with chocolate covered strawberries & a tray of deli meats, cheese, and crackers. My hotel room was clean and spacious… Perfect for entertaining. Excellent customer service all around. kimberlyn january 1st check out.
We were just there for a party. The hosting of the event was fine. Indoors where we ate and whatnot was great. Would be better if the dance tent thing was warmer and had a tunnel to it. We were cold.
Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Nice and updated. Location is great. Across the valley from SunTrust Park, near to all the shopping we wanted. Lovely landscaping. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets were in rough shape. 10 dollars for self parking seemed excessive considering they have a large parking lot and nobody mentioned the charge to me, the only way I knew about it was an obscure sign at the valet stand. I'd stay there again all things considered. The suite room was great for traveling with a baby.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a king size suite that was clean. It had some cosmetic things like the ceiling paint was chipping. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
My ratings for this particular Hyatt Regency would have been much better had it not been for the carpet. I have stayed in other hotels that had carpet and a few of them have irritated my allergies but none like this one. I sneezed from the time I entered the room and everytime I entered it. Right now, I am staying off work because I have a sinus infection from all of this.
Overall very nice stay. We were greeted by very friendly staff at the Front Desk when we arrived. I had already made a room selection using the mobile app. The rooms are very spacious and have a great layout, especially good when traveling with kids. The pool area was well kept and clean. The pool itself could have been cleaner. The valet staff was very friendly as well. I would stay here again for sure.
There was a stain on our placemat in the dining area. Wasn't sure if it was safe to sit my silverware there. The food wasn't good (it was when we last visited 3 years ago). There were fruit flies around the dried fruits. The room key stopped working, and although my name wasn't registered on the room, they gave me a new copy of the key. If I could get one, anyone could have done so. My girlfriend was in there alone. That's a huge safety risk. We were told the shuttle bus would run twice an hour throughout the weekend, but on Saturday morning, the driver said the manager told him he only had to go once an hour. One lady who was waiting nearly missed her class at a nearby University. The driver eventually gave in and drove us, hit was obviously unhappy about it. All in all, it has been a pretty dreadful experience for about $150/night, and we've paid for one more night. Last time we stayed, it was great. This place has seriously gone downhill.
The front desk customer service was awful, she act as though she didn't want to assist in any kind of way, the house keeper was very helpful and nice. The front desk lady just left me standing at the desk and the housekeeper notice I needed assistance. Once I finally got checked in the room about an hour later because I had to go through a third party, then I realized it was pet friendly & most the pets was on the 1st floor with all the barking, I had to change my room, I have nothing against animals but I don't want to sleep behind any animals no matter how much they say they deep condition during cleaning, I didn't want to stay their once I learned it was pet friendly, I felt very uncomfortable, asked if I would be penalized if I didn't stay. I will never again stay at a pet friendly hotel and would not recommend this hotel due too bad customer service and the pets!
My friend was having a party in one of the rooms there. We took pictures in the garden with the waterfall. They had a nice view of the city from the top floors and a swimming pool. At the party they served us pasta which they cooked in front of us. We were able to choose what ingredients we wanted to go in there as well. It appears to be a nice hotel from what I had seen. I would definitely recommend checking it out wether for a party or staying there. It's similar to a Marriott.
Great spaces, good beds. Rooms are a bit dated. There is no safe in the room. Gift shop pricier than other naturally pricy locations. Front desk team not so nice at times. Some team members were great some were not. Overall we had a very good stay.
Very clean and very nice staff. Food is great and they are pet friendly. Very happy with our stay especially as an evacuation from Hurricane Irma. Thank you Hyatt.
What an amazing hotel! Awesome staff too! We are from Florida, and we're traveling to Tennessee evacuating from Hurricane Irma. I got in my phone to find a pet friendly hotel to catch some sleep for the night and found this gem! Clean rooms, comfy beds and a 5 star staff for sure. Forgot to get the young lady's name who checked us in last night at 11pm — she's a rockstar! Definitely will come back when traveling and stay at other Hyatt's too!
Good atmosphere of the restaurant, however the waitress service a little slow.
BAD EXPERIENCE… Currently still staying at the hotel until Saturday and just overall the worst experience. Atlanta is not the greatest this week very cold and the heat dosen't work or they have it set to only go so high. Housekeeping came in my room even though I had the "do not disturb sign" on the door and turned off the heat. I already changed rooms and I still have a draft in my room. I actually got sick while here and was feeling better but last night I had to come into a cold room because housekeeping turned the heat off. Hyatt you have to do better! I am a frequent traveler and I've had a better experience at the Extended Stay America.
Good rooms, a little dated reception.
Had a few issues with the room, but they were able to take care of them. The courtesy shuttle was also great to have.
I stayed at the listed location for one night with two small kids from the timemail we arrived back from dinner the tenants next door apparently was having a part. We were in room 307 and they were in room 309. I called the front desk several times to complaint and finally around 2 am they finally quit. We don't appreciate. My wife and I have several video Documenting the incident including the front desk putting me on hold for a while. Am a police officer in another state and it took everything in me not to go into police moodepartment and go over. We were on a mini vacation. To get away from all thelse problem that's going on around the world. But this place is a good place to stay.

Clean rooms, Friendly Staff, nice pool, Wi-Fi was crazy fast. 82Mbps download, 23 Mbps upload.
This was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have stayed in! Very comfortable bed, nice living room area, and two TVs. Starbucks coffee and coffee maker, very nice pool and garden area to hang out in. There was a place to do laundry and ample free parking, which was important because we stayed mid-road trip. There was one small hiccup with my reservation but the staff fixed it immediately and we had a great experience during our stay.
I had a great stay at this Hyatt. Our check in went smoothly, the front desk agent was very nice. The bartender was attentive helpful and friendly. We had the nachos and wings at the bar and they were excellent. The room was spacious and the view of the pool area was beautiful. The housekeeping staff were very polite and accommodating. They cleaned the room while we got dressed for the evening. The room was older and you could see it on the walls in the bedroom and the bathroom. But there were many upgrades, I believe they are in the process of remodeling. Definitely enjoyed my stay.
Super-friendly staff, super-comfy rooms! The suites are sizable, bright and airy, with all the amenities: coffee, hairdryer, HBO. The bedroom even has closing doors so you can work on the sectional couch (complete with chaise lounge! ) or at the desk without disturbing anyone who might be sleeping in. A true home away from home. Location is easy to find, with easy access to 75 to/from Atlanta and the airport. Look forward to returning! Update June 2016: Did a second, longer stay at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest. I was here in May for a long weekend, and this time I was here for 5 days. My first visit completely exceeded my expectations (see above), and the second, longer visit just confirmed that this is one of the top hotels in the country in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and professional, courteous staff. It’s June, which means the height of wedding season, tourist season, and business meetings. I think all three were happening at the hotel, and yet the entire staff — front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, valet and security — all checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I was enjoying my stay and had everything I needed. They all took time for each guest, and it really shows. The service and amenities at this hotel are top notch, and I felt just as important as the bride who was having her wedding there! Will definitely recommend and return!
I had already spent the 2 weeks leading up to this stay in other hotels, and I was absolutely not prepared for how nice this place is! First of all, A WATERFALL IN THE HOTEL. Soooo gorgeous, my friend and I kept eating at the hotel just to marvel at its beauty. Second, the suite was almost too big for the two of us — a really nice living room, kitchen and a microwave which we used for tea all the time. We even had an L-shaped foldout sofa that came in handy when another friend needed somewhere to crash. The room was very quiet, perfect for sleeping in, beds are insanely comfy, the water pressure in the shower amazing, and the bath products delicious-smelling. The pool was refreshing and perfectly warm, even at night. The staff was so friendly and nice, even when we'd get in at 3am after a loooong day. The hotel is also really beautiful, with awesome art and furnishings. And did I mention free hot dog day in the lobby?!? I am marrying this hotel.
I recently spent 5 nights at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest. There is no better feeling when you are on the road for vacation or work than to feel at home in the hotel you are staying at. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are more comfortable than the bed I have at home, and the staff is very helpful and polite. There is a very nice pool and courtyard for relaxing. If you need to do laundry there is a complimentary washer and dryer on the 7th floor. All in all, this is a hotel that I would highly recommend to friends, family, and co-workers.
As per usual, my stay was fantastic. Even when the hotel was bustling with a wedding and several other special events the room was quiet, the stay was restful and the staff were courteous and professional. I don't even shop around when I'm headed to Atlanta anymore. I know where I want to stay and it's the Hyatt.
I spend half my life on the road in and out of rental cars and suitcases and airports and hotels. I have seen very nice hotels and I have seen some pretty shady poor excuses for lodging. This is by far the one of nicest hotel I've ever seen or stayed at. The property is beautiful and well manicured. The pool area seems more like a resort in a tropical destination than Georgia. The staff were polite, courteous, and extremely helpful around the clock even when I had issues at 3 AM. The breakfast was amazing, some of the best quality food I've eaten in a hotel. They had chicken spinach sausage, turkey sausage, pork sausage, pork bacon, turkey bacon, bagels, toast, pancakes, fresh cut fruits, strawberry banana smoothies, coffee, orange juice, cereal, oatmeal and grits with fresh and unique toppings, and I don't even know what else I didn't get a chance to try everything even though I stayed for three days. The location is also extremely close to Atlanta. I never had to drive more than 40 minutes to get where I need to go and that was in memorial day weekend traffic. Usually it only took 15-20 minutes. The amenities in the room were also of the highest quality. My suite was enormous and almost too big for one person. There was a foldout couch that was L-shaped and comfortable with a great view of either the pool or Atlanta depending on which side of the hotel you're on.
I was in town for a work function, upon check in the attendant noticing that I'm above average height and had booked 2 doubles said oh no that will not do, I need to find you a long bed. And proceeded to upgrade me at no additional charge. Nice! Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was pleased.
So much to love about Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest! The friendly staff brought me cucumber water while I was being checked in. How cool is that? The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and so was my room. Large living room, large bedroom, and a kitchen. They also had a Fuddruckers within walking distance. I'm telling you, I didn't want to leave!
After running out of another hotel that Had Bed bugs and filth, I was beyond happy when the Hyatt not only had a room but turned out to beautiful hotel. James at the front desk provided service worthy of a Ritz hotel. The only place I will stay on my travels through Atlanta.
Rooms and location are very nice. Staff was nice and professional. My only downsides were the elevators and the food. Got stuck between floors one day on my visit for 20 minutes and eventually they took another elevator out of service for a week — aged elevators and system. Food left a lot to be desired. Order chicken marsala one night and chicken was very fatty and pasta not that great. Have then another chance and ordered Cesar salad with well done steak and steak was under cooked and no croutons. Other than those two issues, stay was great.
The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and well kept. I give this location 2 stars due to their lack of attention to our reservation request that resulted in a pretty much sleepless night during the last day of our stay. I booked the hotel stay 3 weeks before our stay that included a pet friendly room with double beds. (My 70 year old father, 2 year old daughter, and chihuahua were traveling with me). When we arrived I was told that the valet wasn't operating due to a 250 person party over the weekend… this led me to strategically make mulitple trips to get all luggage and everyone to the hotel room. When I arrived to the hotel room I realized that there was only one bed and a pull out couch. I asked the front desk about the 2 beds that I had reserved and they told me that 2 beds were not available for the pet friendly rooms. I asked to purchase another room that connected or upgrade to a suite. I was told that the entire hotel was booked and no such room in the pet friendly area existed. (I'm not sure why the website had allowed me to reserve something that didn't exist). The last day of our stay we arrived back around 8:30-9pm. My daughter was to eat and then go to bed, but the DJ and add-on tent were 30ft outside of our room and the music/bass were much to loud for anyone to sleep. I went to the front desk and asked to purchase another room — anywhere in the hotel, any type, and any price… so my daughter and father could get some sleep.
Our last night at the hotel was miserable. For some reason this "high class" hotel decided to host a swingers party which was going on until 1:30am and had hallways filled with topless women. The first night was fine enough with a beautiful, clean room and a breakfast with decent service and a good price. However, in light of extremely questionable management choices, ill never stay here again.
The staff is amazing at the Hyatt. Above and beyond doesn't cover it. And always a smile and a true willingness to serve your needs to make your stay the best. I can't say enough good things. The rooms are large and comfortable. The apple breakfast bread is to die for.
The food could be better. The room was very clean and the employees were very noble.
Stayed here Christmas night with my family. Great hotel with a nice and friendly staff. The room was great, clean, and very spacious. Only complaint was the front desk people while they were nice and friendly both check in and check out it took a LONG time. The room key thing went down upon check in and took a while to get back up and running and upon check out the the girl was having a hard time getting things straight and seemed generally confused which made for a very lengthy wait at the front desk but she finally got it right and we were on our way. Other than check in/out this is a great hotel in a nice area with nice and big rooms for a darn good price! Solid 4 stars, would recommend to anyone, and if I'm in the area again I will be back.
The property was clean with modern furnishings. Our room and bathroom were spotless and fully stocked. The Wi Fi was super fast. We will definitely be back!
Amazing Property with a view of beautiful landscaped water falls out the back window. Very clean rooms, grounds, friendly staff, free laundry if you need it. Rooms we huge! I will stay at this property every time I visit Atlanta!
Great stay! Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary enjoyed it so much everyone so friendly and welcoming clean sheets very comfortable bedding and very spacious rooms I would recommend a stay for anyone.
We were here on business and the property is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Thanks again!
On Day 8 of our Undercover Comedy Tour, I was really disappointed when we first arrived at the hotel because it was an empty lot with a homeless guy who I've named Toothless Moe living in a shopping cart stolen from a K-mart that must have closed ten years earlier. But then I realized that the people who designed Atlanta (citymakers? landscape architects? Native Americans? ) designed it in such a way that makes it virtually impossible to find ANYTHING EVER EVEN WITH A GPS. Once we finally got to the OTHER 2999 Windy Hill Road, we were presented with a truly stunning property. As my other comedian friend and I walked into our room, he remarked, "The sh*ttiest thing about this hotel is the two people staying in this room. " Since we're comedians and that was funny, I posted it on Facebook, and checked in, and imagine my pleasure to see that the social media team (probably one really gorgeous Atlanta girl sitting in a small windowless office on the first floor) of the hotel responded with a sense of humor! The room was perfect — large and clean and plenty of room to engage in sumo wrestling, beer pong, or a pants-off dance-off. We ordered room service, which was delicious, and our view of the pool provided a beautiful distraction that almost but did not result in hijinx on a level of the David Spade hotel scene from Tommy Boy.
It is a very old building with renovated decent and spacious rooms. The elevator is old and you must brace yourself for the rough stops. The parking lot is not convienant and needs a better layout as well. Breakfast is not included unlike other Hyatts and they do not inform you of this until they charge you $35 for mediocre bacon, French toast and fruit. Overall I will not return to this hotel. Edit: my husband spoke to the front desk and we were able to get the accidental breakfast refunded. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool and nice scenery and do not mind spending money then this may be a great place for you.
Very nice hotel. The separate living room and bedroom were nice to have. You could even close the doors between if you needed more privacy. There was complimentary coffee and fruit infused water all day. So nice to have free parking in Atlanta. The waterfall and pool were really pretty. We had a great view of them from our room window. It was nice to have a pretty view that’s not a parking lot or highway. It’s not super budget friendly, but if you want to spend just a little extra to have a luxurious experience, this is a good bet. We didn’t use our room very much, but I could definitely picture spending the day inside and relaxing or having to get work done from the hotel.
It was a very bad stay. The parking horrible. They closed the lots so they could park the people that were coming to "PARTY" had a place to park but not the guest of the hotel. They even blocked the handicap. The people out there to tell you were to park were very rude. I will never stay at another Hyatt Regency and I will make sure none of my friends and family do.
Very spacious rooms and I love there pillows. 3 stars from me because the hot water takes forever to come through; I stayed on the second floor. The breakfast buffet is $15. They offer fruit, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, pastries and of course coffee and juices. The elevator seemed to be possessed, so said my colleagues. I took the stairs throughout my stay. The two times I used the elevator it worked just fine.
The hospitality at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest is fantastic. The management and staff were very accommodating to my organization and client. The property is well managed and maintained. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Atlanta metro area. Thanks for a great experience.
This place has its ups and downs. The beds and room were clean, roomy and smelled great. However, I got charged double for a deposit (booked through Hotwire and there was nothing in the contract that said I would be responsible for a deposit. ) I have been trying for 4 days to get my deposit back and they have not released my funds. I have also called and attempted to speak with the managers for the last 3 days and they have yet to return my call and have not been able to speak with a manager because they have been unavailable. I called corporate headquarters hopefully to get an answer or progress on this status in a more timely manner.
Well, first off I want to say that this was not the best experience. We made our reservation with the hotel directly. It was a late reservation. We made it at 11pm on May 22nd. We would be driving through that night and wanted to be able to check in right away when we got there so they said we would have to pay for Friday night and Saturday, checking out on Sunday. So we did that. We arrive at the hotel and immediately I was met with we are booked and cant check you in. I didnt even say anything to anyone they just jumped at me right as I walked in. I said to her that I have a reservation. She huffed at me and proceeded to look up our reservation. Well, you were a no show, they tell me. Umm. No I just made the reservation like 9 hours ago, at 11pm. I explained the situation and all she could say to me was You are a no show. So, I asked someone else to help me out. The next lady was a little more understanding of the situation and realized what had happened so she checked us in. They gave us our room key. We proceeded to the room they gave us. There were people in the room. I was livid at this point. SO back down we went. They gave us another room and said that breakfast wasn't included in our room but if we wanted to charge it to our room she would comp it off. I didn't trust her at this point so we did not do that. They have also told me that we will only be charged for one night but so far nothing has been put back onto our card.
They lie about their reservation and mis dirrect information we book a room including a free breakfast and at the end I had to pay a bill of 60.00 per my kids breakfast, after they had told me that this was included in the reservation, we I spoke to the hotel staff at the front desk they only said the yes they were aware of the issue which means it had happens more then ones, for that reason I only give them one start, I dont care to pay for something but when you have allready pay extra and they come with hidden charges is something they should explaind before the booking, this is why I prefer marriott hotels.
Comfortable beds and nice place to stay.
If I could give this no stars, I would. The staff is completely incompetent and utterly rude. The majority of the guests that were present during my stay were impolite, sub-par individuals. Being that I saw some guests participating in the use of illicit substances in the parking lot. The room itself was nice and seemed to be recently updated. There is also a $100 pet fee for a one night pet stay (the highest I've ever seen). I personally will not be returning.
Your gonna love staying at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean with lots of space.
Stayed here for a weekend. Room and bathroom were both very clean, and bed very comfortable. Only complaint was that we requested some new washcloths and shower cap and it took a second call before they finally came. Minor issue and didn't effect our stay. Highly recommend.
Just a great experience. From walking into the door to leaving 3 days later, these guys made us feel like VIP. The housekeeping lady was like a ninja, the food and bar was very good, the complimentary shuttle is a great feature, and the landscaping was beautiful. Our room had 2 tvs, a mini office for me to work, a great mirror for my wife to make herself look beautiful, and a decent gym for me to flex my man tits. Anyways, I will be coming back next time I am in Atlanta.
Best breakfast buffet in Atlanta. Super nice clean suites.
Had my parents stay here when they were in town from Chicago. The service was great and the facilities were wonderful. My parents had nothing but great and glowing things to say about the Hyatt.
We had an excellent stay everyone was nice and the place was beautiful.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The suites are amazing! The bedroom is huge and so is the living room. Very comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. We had a view of the pool. And the pool! It has an absolutely peaceful and lovely setting, with waterfalls tropical plants and pretty flowers. The breakfast was delicious and so was the pizza the night we got in. A very positive experience all around‼️
