The bed felt like a thin piece of cloth over springs. There were 3 pillows, not 4. One of which was the lumpiest pillow I’ve ever felt in my life. Must have been well over 10 years old. Sheets were pilled due to age. Cigarette holes everywhere (carpet/comforter). Wall paper peeling due to leaks everywhere. Water stains on ceiling. A strong odor of cigarette smoke when I booked a non smoking room. That was great for my asthma. Management should stop writing reviews for this site, because it paints a very inaccurate picture of what you get here. Lobby only had walk up window service when we checked in late. This didn’t seem like a bad area. This trashy hotel must attract dangerous people. For $10 more I could have had a non budget hotel. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

HORIBLE! Hotel Mgr is EXTREMELY RUDE! I called inquiring about a room & I respect everyone highly. Without answering my (? ), he told me that he has a customer, said goodbye, & HUNG up on me! Almost made me cry… Seriously. We were gona get 7rooms for 1wk. Their loss.

Checked in at America's Best Value. The process was simple and quick. The man behind the counter was kind and helpful. He made sure we knew we could walk to the show at Suntrust Park. My issue was with the rooms themselves. They smelled horrible. The room was dirty. There was a layer of dirt on the toilet seat. The shower barely worked. The bedspread smelled awful. We left the Concert, grabbed our bags and drove 5 hours home instead if staying. I paid 120 to park and store my bag for 5 hours. Like I said. The customer service was excellent. But the actual room, not so much.

I was visiting someone in room 114. There was a employee cleaning up around the hotel (picking up trash mostly). Most of the rooms are accessible directly from the lot which is a preference for myself. Room was clean and beds were clean.

The people are really nice and helpful. The rates are low, but I feel safe. In the morning I got towels brought to my room and coffee was made. I got the same service from the employee at night as well as in the morning. The beds where pretty big and comfortable enough for my pregnant wife to sleep on. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time im in this area.

Know the people personally great people very quiet environment always customer friendly and always willing to help if needed.

Room was very clean. Workers are very friendly ands helpful. And they gave me exactly what I asked and paid for in reference to a room.

Me and my honey decided to stay here due to last min planning. The rates seemed ok, and the pictures appeared decent. Looking at the 360 view online, I could tell it was no, "Hyatt or Marriott". When we pulled up, I had to double check our reservations. "This cannot be right, I yelled! ". But my honey confirmed it was. The outside was so ran down I didn't even want to go check in. After getting our keys, the room seemed ok. Clean, but its in need of renovation. It looked as if they didn't even have a maintenance guy! The walls were patched up with different color paint, the showers were rusty, they didn't have proper mattress coverings for the beds and the TV looked like it belonged in 1992. (could barely see anything on it) Also, There Wi-Fi didn't work at all. VERY INCONVENIENT Customer service was ok, but I will never go back! YUCK.

Made reservations for another hotel but arrived too early to check in called a few other places and couldn't check in for a few hours was exhausted from driving all night saw this hotel down the road and they checked us in even went and turned on the air conditioner so the room would be cool gave us a room where the sun wouldn't interrupt our sleep will definitely go back room was clean and staff very friendly.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned daily and they ensured that I was satisfied as well as my needs taken care of. By far my most comfortable experience at any hotel (even compared to more expensive inns). Great location as well.
