Admittedly I was probably a grumpy customer when I arrived at the hotel, due to other travel issues I was having. After a very long wait for a shuttle, we finally got to the hotel. We were told the shuttle would arrive every 30 minutes but waited at least 45. The line was quick to get checked in, and I was in my room a little after midnight. I requested a 415 am wake up call and it delivered perfectly. I took a shower, and my only complaint there would be that the drain was closed by default and I had to hold it open to to get the water to drain when I was done. Other than that everything was clean and I got some good rest even if it was only for a couple of hours.

We came here for a family reunion and the staff was great. I had an issue with my room rate and Wendy quickly resolved it for me. My room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and very nice to my family. The ladies at the front desk were great. Michelle at the front desk was very warm and helpful to our family. And she even gave my rambunctious 2 year old a free bag of skittles, before bedtime. My daughter drove me nuts that night, but she was happy! The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and bars. There is a bar in the lobby with reasonable drink prices. The made to order omelets in the morning are delicious. If I visit Atlanta again, I'll return to this hotel.

Big shout-out to these guys who were there and accommodating even when I was checking in at 3 o’clock in the morning due to a delayed and eventually cancelled flight. They were there for me when my airline was not, and the 24/7 shuttle service from the airport was a lifesaver. Room was spacious and very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Staff makes the difference! Extended stay and I've visited about every corner of this place by now. Restaurant staff has kept me well fed on multiple occasions and front desk always helps me with, well … whatever I need and a warm cookie. Workout room is that, a workout room but it along with the rest of the hotel is well maintained and clean. I'm sure I'll be back.

I don't often leave reviews but for this hotel, I have to. The staff was accommodating, kind and welcoming! They made my boyfriend and I feel like home as we walked through the doors. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were delicious and served by polite wait staff. The shuttle driver was so kind and drove us to the closest entrance to the Marta station. Everyone (the staff) made our stay a great one. We absolutely enjoyed our short stay and will certainly be back. Thank you for having us.

Timely shuttle to and from airport. Decent breakfast buffet (extra charge) very nice room. I was placed there as a guest of delta after a flight issue. I would definitely staying there if I was in Atlanta.

The room was clean and very nice. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Room service is aviailable until 11:00 PM and seems to come promptly. Also, it is in a good location, right next to the airport and only about 20 minutes from midtown Atlanta.

An airport hotel. Period! Do not expect more than that. And built for convenience to access the airport. For those who haven't been in Atlanta, if you have to get to the airport around rush hour from the north, you get caught in traffic. This place is convenient tko avoid that and preferred for business travelers.

It's an older hotel but still comfortable. There is a little shop for snacks and anything you may have forgotten. There is also a restaurant and bar area. 8 minutes from the airport and parking is $14/night.

Overall, well within expectations for a DoubleTree. However, one of two elevators was out of service and the one that was working sounded like it was on its last legs. Fortunately only seven stories tall so the waits certainly could have been a lot worse. In contrast, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff was excellent.

Parked in the parking lot, didn't stay in hotel. Attendant was kind and helpful, even late at night. The lot felt secure and when I returned, everything was in order. Great shuttle to airport service.

I was there for a Alumni Luncheon only. Didn't get to see the rooms. The staff that l met were very nice and helpful. The waitresses were very nice and quick bringing out the food and refilling the drinks. The food was okay, could of had a little heat to it. The chicken was juicy not dry. Thumbs up on that. Staff team work was good. Would go back to get room.

One of my favorite hotels. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. I would have given 5 stars but the pool needed a bit cleaning.

This was the worst double tree I have ever been too. First off, the customer service was horrible. We into the room and the TV didn’t work. There was a stain on the bed and a dirty towel in the bathroom. Our cards was charged for more than expected. Tanika Brown is very rude and wanted to report people because she said we we’re getting over but we did not know they changed the policy. Poor management at its best. I recommend everyone not to come here!

Hotel was clean, very modern. The management sends you a text to make sure you are old and settled in fine. One of the best double tree I have stayed at.

Nice stay, only 2 nights… The second night I did not have a TV signal. Called front desk but was always busy, no answer. All other aspects were great.

Comfortable place to stay. Newly renovated rooms. However they lacked in the “small things. ” No refrigerator in the room. They only had one roll of toilet paper that was practically empty upon arrival. We got in late and went to the restaurant to have a small dinner. It took over an hour to get a sandwich and felt like pulling teeth to ask for a refill on tea. I asked two separate employees for more tea because my waiter wasn’t to be found, and I was ignored. The staff was friendly, but their commitment to getting things done was lacking. If you need only a room to sleep in before or after your flight I’d recommend this place. Definitely not a place for longer than an overnight or if you have special requirements.

Clean and comfortable. Nice room design. The only downside was the bathroom; no tub and the bathroom was insanely small, the door would swing and take up the whole space. Would recommend though overall. Very peasant staff.

Front desk reception girls were wonderful. The shuttle drivers are polite and accommodating. They'll take you to and from local pubs and restaurants. Unfortunately, the bar service and food were awful. Do not order chicken wings. Cold, overcooked and saw several customers send them back as inedible. Cobb salad and bbq chicken sandwich were ok.

Convenient location near the Atlanta airport, zoo, and other attractions. It has a good hot buffet breakfast for $12, where they have us one free voucher at check-in. They have a small bar, not exciting and just attached to the lobby, but good enough for a drink with a partner or friend before bed.

Dated. The room implements are a bit shopworn (chipped paint) but the rooms are clean, bed linen is comfortable. The parking is by fee which is why I won't stay here again. The room service is also over by 11 which is not convenient for late night arrivals. The breakfast was okay, not amazing (Omelette was very good). I probably would stay here if I was stuck in ATL, but not for routine travel again. Not a great value.

Keys wouldn't work. First digital then plastic cards. Really annoying taking multiple trips. Upgrade to King corner room, just a king bed and chair. No sofa. Staff was friendly enough. $10 parking is annoying.

Attended an event at this hotel and it was pretty suitable. Parking fee is $10 a night for self parking and $12 a night for valet. We chose valet and it took forever for us to get our vehicle when we were heading out. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was tasty and well stocked. Of course the cookie at check in was delicious. Upon check-in the front desk agent was pleasant and polite. Because we were HiltonHonors members, we were upgraded to the higher floors which were exclusive to members.

We are gold members of Hilton and this hotel is, hands down, the WORST Hilton in the world. Terrible service. Room had bare amenities; we had to request a frig, extra blanket, ect. Way below normal Hilton standards we are used to. Had issues from the moment we walked in the door. Management does not do what they say. Left a personal item that was found by housekeeping. We were told they would mail it and it has to this day not arrived. We stayed on labor day weekend and it is mid October now. Never staying again.

A bit out of the way, but close to a bunch of places to eat that you can walk to or drive just a few minutes to. The food inside the hotel is pretty good, a bit pricey but worth it because of the size, taste and ease to get it. The hotel inside is really clean, big, grand and seems really high end. The elevators only work with room keys so security is stepped up compared to most other hotels. The fitness center is a bit larger than other hotels, a bike, 2 treadmills and free weights but the area is maybe 50-75 sq feet larger. The pool area is beautiful, when you drive to the front door it reminds me of going on vacation on an island as you drive under the trees and the pool is right there, a nice looking place. The staff is really friendly. Jazzy was working the front desk and was eager to help me check in and helped find some where to eat and was just overall awesome. I got a corner room on the 5th floor and it's a rather large room. This would be a great room for a family with a cot or people sleeping on the floor. The windows are huge and the view is of the parking lot but with the huge windows it makes the view rather nice. The furniture is nice, the TV is nice and the bathroom is updated. Bathroom is big, shower is nice and has good pressure. Elevators are quick which is good because there are 7 floors. They say floors 6 and 7 are for hilton honors but the rooms are the same others, maybe just the view is better because they are higher up.

It's a clean hotel. Brand new and the breakfast is good. I would stay there s gain. Parking is ten dollars a nite. Good location.

I stayed here overnight on a business trip. There was no fridge in the room. Seriously these days there needs to be a fridge. The hot water took a while to get hot and then didn't stay hot. Also the phone didn't work at all in my room. Overall not a good stay.

Great hotel! It's much better than other Doubletree Downtown Atlanta that's not done with remodeling, but there are no suites that should be no problem. The rooms look comfortable. The bar is very nice and modern!

The room was very nice. And the bed is comfortable. But there breakfast buffet is okay. I have there lemonade juice, 2 fresh fruit, and cereal. That was pretty good. I enjoy the stay.

I was very pleased with my stay at this recently renovated hotel. The lobby was very nice and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic with a great bed and bedding and a very clean feeling throughout. Even though it is tucked back in the trees, it's worth finding. And don't forget the awesome free cookie!

Was put up by airline due to missed flight. Was not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Check in staff were efficient, empathetic and extremely helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hotel even had an above average breakfast buffet. All in all, if I had to spend the night in Atlanta I could not have asked for a better accommodation.

This hotel is just enough off the road to feel secluded. There are plenty of food choices close by, either walking or by the always available van ride. The people who work here were always friendly and helpful. I especially liked my cookie (just ask for one! ). I stayed here 24 days for work and it almost started to feel like home!

Shariff, in the restaraunt was fantastic. I was blown away by how great he treated me.

Staff was spectacular. Valet service was great, but how it was billed needs to be claritified better. The construction didn't impede on my stay except when they turned off the water on Monday morning.

This place is a joke. They are currently under renovation, which is fine, but they use it as an excuse for everything. You need a "coupon" for everything when you check in. If you don't get the coupons you have to pay for literally everything. Breakfast was 10 a person. Parking is 10 a person. The elevators are falling apart. There's trash and half eaten food everywhere. My towels were dirty. There's crazy weird bugs in the rooms. The pool was closed. I'll never stay there again.

Se of the hotet was staff was nice. Valet or just to park was $10:00 — $12:00 depending on which one you choose. Rooms were decently clean. Had 3 handicap cars with stickers. One was in a wheelchair. None handicap cars no stickers or licences on them, when questioning staff about them. They ask what are you wanting us to do about it. They stated parking was done by a 3rd Party. We asked for a refrigerator and a microwave to be added to our room, we had to wait 24hrs to just get a refigerator, no microwave though. When we got back to the motel the refrigerator we had was filthy. So I as if someone could come up with some cleaning solution, and that's exactly what he did. Dropped of some paper towels and cleaning solution, and left.

Good stuff up front. The staff here were amazing. From valet to front desk to bartender/ waiter. Great. Unfortunately it appears they haven't had housekeeping for several months. My room was absolutely disgusting. Giant balls of hair, beads, and Bobby pins on the floor at the entrance. Gum, tar, and maybe blood (? ) on the floor. Sheets were not just stained but dirty on one bed. Mold in shower, no hot water at sink. Half the channels worked. 1 day later, no bed bugs. Fingers crossed…

They were undergoing renovations when I stayed so the entry way is a bit strange. I'm mostly disappointed because the shower didn't work, basically at all during my first night. The water ran out of the faucet but not the shower. The cold water in the sink didn't work either. We will see if it is fixed tonight. On a positive note room service and food is great. Disappointed that there is no refrigerator in the room. Tvs are small and there is no convenient place to plug in a phone on the night stand. You need to move the nightstand to get to the outlets behind it to charge a phone. Air conditioner is also very loud.

Avoid this place for the time being. The place is being renovated and is a tangled mess. The staff is trying, but it is not worth the money right now.

I reserved, upgraded and checked in to my hotel online so I figured that this would cut down on interaction with staff. Someone switched my room reservation to a room overlooking the parking garage ramp. The 2nd room had a smell to it but it had a decent view. This hotel room was decent but it would have been a better stay if the front desk clerks had not changed my room after I picked my room online without consulting me. To top it off, I was standing by the front curb with a full luggage cart but the shuttle drive was not near the vehicle. The driver literally snuck and got in the van and drove off although there was no way he could have missed me and my luggage. Rude!

This is an older property that is ready for renovation. The furniture is somewhat worn and the in the shower had mildew in the grout. The bed and sheets were clean. Also, the Wi-Fi was not reliable and slow.

Horrible experience so far… they double charged us and said they couldn't reverse the charge for 72 hrs and now I'm out $367 for a total of six days cause of the weekend and presidents day. Waited almost an hour for airport shuttle in the freezing cold now kids are both sick. Manager was so rude! Don't know what to do about the charge to my debit card, now the kids are so sick and were stuck here! (: (Thanks for ruining my family weekend Hilton!

Got in late at night and was checked in very quickly. Room was clean and quiet upon arrival and the heater worked great! Did I also mention that we got a free cookie?

It wasn't the worst stay ever, but we requested towels to be brought up to the room twice and they never brought them even though they said they'd be up in just a minute. Poor service, pretty standard hotel room.

Hotel is a bit dated but out room was comfy and clean. Very nice staff, would stay again.

Rainy night in Atlanta, our power went out! Called several hotels by the airport all were full. When I called the DoubleTree I spoke with Jeffrey, he went to pecking at the computer and came up with us a room! He was very friendly and out going! When we arrived minutes later we were greeted by a very friendly staff and got to meet Jeffrey. The bar was a great experience. The best pillows I have ever had at a hotel!

I parked my car here for the airport. The shuttle was quick and people nice.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I am not some rich guy that wants to be waited on hand and foot. I just want what I pay for. I made a reservation. The person making the reservation was helpful and polite. They even updated my Hilton Honors information. However, I was not impressed in the least once I arrived at the property. I pulled in to self park and was met by a valet that told me the lot had limited spaces available. I told him thank you and proceeded to try and park. After 3 laps around the lot I gave up. I drove back to the valet so that he could park it wherever the valet vehicles went. Turns out those were the ones pulled up on the and parked in the street all throughout the parking lot. He then proceeded to point to an area and had me park my vehicle myself. I did as he asked then he requested my keys and gave me a valet tag. So you're telling me I park myself and still have to deal with a valet? Then there was the questionable young man hanging out at the valet station blasting offensive rap music. I walk inside and the girl behind the counter was pleasant and friendly. She quickly got us checked in and off to our room we went. She placed us in a room per my exact request which was nice. We quickly discovered that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, which we both found odd. Then when we tried to use the TV we found that half of the channels were not working.

Best hotel experience hands down! I wanted to take the bed home with me! From valet, front desk, waiters and housekeepers you'll find people who enjoy what they do. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Even though we didn't stay here, my friend and I were not able to check in to Staybridge Suites next door due to the age restriction, so the lady behind the desk sent us to the Doubletree. The receptionist here at Double Tree stayed with us for half an hour trying to find us another place to stay. She called so many other hotels and made sure we had a place to stay for the night. She genuinely cared about us and that was the best customer service I've ever had, and we didn't even have a reservation at the Double Tree.

Diamond member here. Upgraded to top floor corner room. Got to my room. Ready to leave for dinner. Noticed the door won't lock shut. Called the front desk. They said someone will be right up. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. Thankfully there is a Hilton, a Hampton and an HGI within a mile.

This was my second visit and I will never stay here again. It is an ok place to stay for a night but not a place to expect great service. Elevators were dirty. The front waterfall are has wood panels that need to be replaced. Spots in the carpet in the lobby area. The lobby chairs had cruddy armrests. Extremely noisy vacuum. There was no trash basket in our room. One glass. The hotel was very nice at some point, but the upkeep is poor. We booked two rooms but only one had a fridge. The desk staff were cordial but not very helpful. Housekeeping did not replace all the towels and when we went to the front desk at 7:30 in the morning, she stated housekeeping was not in yet she did not have towels. Finally the maintenance guy came and was able to get access to some towels. There was no list of restaurants in the area or any other information regarding the city. Parking was great. Cookies were great.

Hotel is fine, not the greatest in double tree btw but if you are facing southeast than good luck! the perfect combination of highway and plane will be very quiet. : (.

Miserable experience. My Boyfriend and I flew into Atlanta Airport tonight. He just returned from a 12 month deployment in the Air Force so I reserved a king size bed at this Doubletree before driving to our next duty station. We checked in, and the first issue was problems with our room. Im not sure exactly what happen but the contract orriginally had one room number on it, but the associate said we had to move to another room. When we got to our room I noticed two double beds. I called the front desk and they informed me that there were no more king size beds. I asked Terrance how could that be if I reserved a room with a king bed and no explanation was given. To make matters worse, its 25 degrees outside and the heat is broken. I called the front desk again, who sent the maintenance guy up, but he said just give the unit a little while and it would come on. Well the unit appears to be running but no heat is flowing. I am freezing. I will never stay at another Doubletree again.

A warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in and a lively but small bar.

I was here for a full day conference. This hotel was convenient for travelers, easy to find, and very clean. The staff were great. One major downside: our conference was next to the door where it seems staff go outside to smoke because about every fifteen minutes from eight am to four pm the entire conference room smelled as though someone was smoking cigarettes inside. Yuck! Doing this differently would make a huge impact on my impression of Doubletree.

Great secluded hotel. There is shuttle from hotel to airport. Beds and bathroom clean. Housekeeping is a little slow and some of the rooms doesn't have a microwave and fridge.

Wow! Can't say enough. I'm an airline pilot who has to pay out of pocket when I can't always make it home a few times a month, plus I'm in hotels for a living. This is my new favorite hotel, I'd say in my top 5. Every single staff member goes above and beyond, facilities are top notch. Bar, free breakfast, pool and hot tub fantastic. Drivers always courteous and free shuttle to airport! Thank you manager Ronnie for going the extra mile. I used to stay at other Hilton property until they raised the diamond points per night price. Thanks Doubletree, I love this property and tell all the passengers about it when I can.
