The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had conversation with a few employees and they were very helpful with directions or places to visit for food and entertainment. Housekeeping made sure I had everything and was very helpful if I needed more towels or anything. I would definitely stay again or recommend this hotel. Price was reasonable and staff was very friendly.

Room is not bad, front desk was very good. They have some upgrading to do, as to who helps you at their breakfast bar in the morning. The 2 women there today, miserable. One just kind gives you an attitude that you better hurry up and order, the other gives you the impression that SHE is doing you a favor getting you the food you just ordered. We stay at alot of Marriott properties, never seen this kind of attitude, we won't be back and suggest you do the same.

I've stayed here several times. It's easy to get to. Right off the freeway. Lots of restaurants around. Staff is always friendly and fast. Rooms are acceptable.

Bed was very comfortable. Had all the standard amenities that we're used to when we go to a Marriott family hotel, with exception of the complimentary breakfast.

A very nice stay at a very clean hotel. We traveled to Atlanta for our son's college graduation from Mercer University School of Pharmacy. This hotel is a close and safe location. It is also. Close to Buckhead and lots of dining and entertainment choices. We would certainly stay here again. Exit 89 off of I-85.

The room was clean. Service was quick. It was right across the street from where I needed to be.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! Very clean, staff was super friendly, and the beds were very comfortable! LOVED the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the shower!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the front desk associate was very nice and professional. After booking my itinerary online (which I have proof of), I arrived to check in, and was told I only booked 1 room, but my reservation was for 2 rooms. Long story short, the associate tried to accommodate my family and I since it was an inconvenience to have to book another room and then have my room on the other side of the hotel from me. She was nice, but her coworker had a nasty attitude and made comments in reference to my question of if parking was free and commented on my reservation cost. It should've been free for the amount I ended up paying. (And there was no continental breakfast. ) What a waste of money! Hope that employee that helped me eventually finds a better place to work since she has back-stabbing coworkers. Oh and if my credit card statement continues to keep showing bogus charges, I will be reporting them. I do not recommend this location.

I got false advertisement! I searched hotels specifically with breakfast included. After driving for almost 13hrs to reach my destination I needed a place to rest. Had driven all night. I checked in around 5am. I asked to see the room as the bed size I wanted wasn't available I was told NO, its not possible. I was given the room key and told breakfast was going to be served from 7-10am. We took a 2hrs nap so we wouldn't miss it. We show up to be told there is NO FREE breakfast with my room as the price was "different" I asked to be billed the difference and was told NO. The front desk person asked me for "proof" I went back to the website all rates had already changed (I guess they change every so often). The A/C was in auto as I couldn't turn it OFF for nothing my room was COLD. I felt zero sense of customer service.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming at check-in. However, a few hours later I requested something from room service and was informed that I had to collect it myself. Not only that, though I requested creamer for my coffee the following morning at 10:00am, none was delivered at 2:00pm when I checked out.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great deals on rates. Well run hotel with a great little bar and bistro. Food was nothing special but better than leaving to get dinner.

I would stay there again. Very clean. Close to my doctors office at Emory and its better to stay overnight than drive 5 or 6 hours in traffic the same day.

Horrible experience, was very disappointed with the communication and accommodations for our reservations we drove from Michigan and took us more than 30 minutes to even get checked in, because then we were also put to the side for staff to help other guest that were behind us in line! I would not recommend this place to anyone, however on the bright side housekeeping was very courteous her name was Ada and I left her a tip :-)

I am a Marriott platinum member and have been at this property about 90 days. I am booked for another 60. I accepted the dirty carpet, uncomfortable bed, dilapidated sofa and outdated decor for convenience. However, I've reported ants in my room twice. No one has treated the room. Today I reported the elevator being out of service. Six hours later, I called to check the status as I requested to move rooms and availability is on another floor. I was informed no one will be out to fix it over the weekend and it's scheduled to be turned off on Monday anyway for scheduled construction. This place is a dump. Marriott customer service has also declined. If I'm not valued as a customer, there's Hilton and IHG who will happily invite me to stay at their properties. My advice — stay somewhere else.

We just had a nightmare experience at this hotel last night. We walked in the hotel with a reservation. During check-in, a simple room change request resulted in long and confusing phone calls. In the end, we said forget the room change and just give us a room. So we checked in to a room and were ready for some rest after a long day of driving. But then in about 30 minutes the front desk called and asked us to go to the front desk with no explanation on what is going on. We went there and were told that our reservation was cancelled, and we need to make a new reservation and pay a much higher price. We simply decided to leave this awkward place and end this nightmare experience.

I like the place but housekeeping woke up 2 times very early to clean up.

Execellent hotel to stay at for business and weekend stays. The staff is friendly. A few of the evening staff members are slightly rude and inexpressive towards guests. Be prepared to pay the 20 dollar per night incidental charge. Another option to this is to pay a fifty dollar security deposit. The restaurant downstairs is decent and relatively affordable for hotel dining. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful keeping the room clean and providing you with any toiletry items you may need. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very neat and updated inside. Room was very comfortable and although right beside the highway I heard no noise. I would have liked vending machines for late night snacks and complimentary breakfast feels almost like an entitlement these days, for what it's worth. Overall highly recommend.

Went here for a conference only able to comment on the lobby and event rooms. The event room we had was spacious and had areas for coffee and tea w snacks. The lobby was very nice and looked open and airy they had a dining area and lounge which faced a open window. Now they lost a star due to lack of attention within the lobby restrooms were outdated, dirty and small.

Great hotel wonderful staff and a lovely lobby area. The rooms are adequately furnished. All in all I feel I'm getting very good value for the money. I stay here 2 or 3 times a year and it's a very consistent hotel.

High prices… old carpet with uneven floors making it difficult for a person with disabilities totraverse. No handicap grab bar near toilet, no complimentary breakfast or coffee, just high priced Star Bucks that doesn't open until 6:30. As I sit here, many people left hungry and disappointed about no coffee or food. The lobby is absolutely FREEZING! Staff is very courteous and rooms are clean. With all the other options within the radius of this hotel, for the price of my stay and limited amenities, I will stay elsewhere in the future.

This a very nice place and I am picky. We had to check in an hour past 3p, (check-in time), because our room was not ready. The staff is amazing, but they need help! They probably need 4 more employees up front and in the Bistro for things to runsmoothly and I'm not sure how many more employees throughout the hotel.
But overall the staff they have is great and the place is property is nice!
This was the night before my daughters heart surgery at Egeleston, she felt pampered and at ease here between the staff, pool, and bistro.

My husband and I recently stayed here for about three nights, I had to travel to Atlanta for medical reason. I have a rare chronic autoimmune disease. Well the room was lovely, and the bar mate was amazing as well. One thing really made us upset, one night they called our room to offer us free food for my husband being military. He asked about being able to pick it up and bring it back to the room because 'my wife is very ill and can't walk much' you'd think they'd just app…rove and thats it.
Nope, instead they commented 'yes we know, we can smell her from the hallway' Seriously? Not only did you completely hurt my feeling, and made me feel horrible about myself. But you made me feel like it was my fault. We let it go and went out with our night, later on my husband went to the bar while I rest, talked to the bartender for a bit, and he was very nice. But when I decided to get up and walk a bit, I was not expecting to open the door and see a fan outside my room. Again, seriously? The embarrassment.
Thank you for making me feel like complete crap about myself. I know I can smell, as I have 20+ open wounds that need bandaged. But you had no right to make me as a guest feel embarrassed and hurt. We will not be rebooking again with you.
