Poor facility … Internet speed is in kbps, very slow, only coffee and limited muffins provided in breakfast. Mostly muffins bucket will be not refilled frequently. They will put 10-15 and if they are eaten then they will not put more stock that will stay empty for sometime. Around 8 or 8:30 they will put last stock and if it's over you will miss your breakfast… Swimming pools are mostly not clean lots of leaves inside …

Arrived 30mins before check in and the front desk person didn't initially allow me to check in, after a bit I was allowed to check in. The room was clean but the a/c is so close to the bed that it kept waking me up everytime it went on (which was often). I only stayed one night but this place wouldn't be my first pick next time around. I was told the breakfast would be grab and go style but when I went during the breakfast time there was only coffee.

Place is good for the price. Careful with breakfast just coffee, tea and a bunch of muffins. Nice pool area.

After getting to know the hotel staff on my two week stay I can say with all honesty they are wonderful people and accomidate you to the best of thier ability nothing is as good as home but this staff brought home to me and my family.

I booked a studio suite we had issues with or microwave. The manager moved us to a bigger suite the AC unit in the living area not working, drain in the tub not correctly letting water escape. This trip was for my spouse to enjoy his birthday not for us to come to a hotel to complain.

The rooms were extremely small. We should have went next door to the Extended Stay America. 2 Extended stays next to each other. One with Queen beds and this one with King beds. If you want to check in an hour before 3p. M. This place will try to charge you $25 extra for 1 hour! This is ridiculous. They don't care how long you have been traveling. If you ask for an hour of later check out time they will charge you an extra $10 an hour past 11:00a. M. Another ridiculous charge! The girl who checked us in "Tamika" had an attitude because she stated she was suppose to be off work already. I asked her was she frustrated because she seemed upset. Customer Service here was obsolete! The room was clean but everything else was a bust for me.

The front desk was extremely nice and courteous. The rooms were a pain in the ass though. The first room we stayed in the shower was broke. Then the second room the chair was broken and the microwave did not work. So the first night I couldn't take a shower and the second I didn't get to eat. This'll be the first time I stay here and it is also my last.

Price was good but the room smelled bad of smoke. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast is very basic. Muffin or oatmeal basically, however you can't expect much since it's an extended stay. Location was handy.

No stars customer service is horrible and Managers are rude very rude to customers speaks to customers as though they are not paying customers! Customers should be a mangers first priority not take your positions to bully people around especially when a customer are paying to stay at their establishments. The smell in room was horrible smells like mildew they are using some sort of fragrance to cover up smell. You can smell smoke from where custom ers are smoking in rooms… This is not cool when it's a smoke free establishment Looks as though staff parks in front in front of lobby blocking entrance! I will not refer my company staff to this location again!

Arrived after a very long travel day later in the evening and my room wasnt all up to par. No TV working and heat stuck on at over 80. They moved me to another bad room. Rather than try to figure out a room that was ready they just kept asking me to come back down. The second room smelled like smoke and some kind of coverup fragrance and the window was wide open with snow and sleet coming in. But I kept it to not have to move again. People were nice, but not fun to deal with that stuff. Just check the room before listing it ready.

Currerntly staying for my second night of 20 total. There is a slight odor to the room as others have reported and the walls are paper thin. I am able to hear every word my neighbors spoke in a normal voice. There also wasn't a coffee pot in my room, the breakfast was hardly breakfast (crappy coffee and packaged muffin), and the work out area had a treadmill, bike and elliptical. This place is borderline false advertisement. I definitely do not recommend.

Clean, great amenities. Had an issue with billing and they resolved it quickly. Can't say the same for Priceline though.

The rooms with the carpet does not smell so great. One of the front desk agents has a serious attitude problems. She assumed the customers know all of the extended stay guidelines and had a problem with me changing my dates and extending my time. She also made nasty comments about me to other reps stating " I don't have anyplace else to go. " I felt so much at ease with more privacy, it seemed, when I decided to go to another extended stay for the rest of the visit.

We had two technicians stay here for a week. When they got into their room there was empty pizza boxes in the refrigerator and garbage that the cleaning service never picked up. They asked the front desk to pick it up and no one would. They were now just charged (5 months later) a $25 fee for leaving the room a mess. Obviously the cleaning crew is not capable of cleaning and doing their job if they cannot take out the guests trash. The next time we send technicians there we will not be staying here.

Really friendly staff, quiet, and close to shopping… The negatives are that the rooms have an odor and the do NOT have a complementary breakfast bar as advertised. Instead they put out coffee… I really hate that because I chose this place expecting to be able to have breakfast each day. And lastly, there is NO gym. I'm sorry, a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike does NOT qualify as a gym. Seriously, if it wasn't for the friendly staff I would mark my ratings lower, but the staff I have to admit have been the friendliest I have EVER MET. The staff alone earn 5-stars, but the facility only earns 2 stars.

The tub did not drain. You were standing in water up to your ankles. We told them at 9:00am and then again in the afternoon. We were told a ticket for the maintenance man was done and he just walked into the building. It is now 4:50pm and nothing has been done. Not good. The lady at the front desk had apologized when we reported it at 9:00am but nothing done to correct it. At 5:00pm, I will ask for another room and see what happens. I found it odd that there were no coffee pots in the room. I have found out that many of the tubs do not drain. Sounds like a chronic problem that never gets corrected. I never saw a housekeeper and I never heard a vacuum cleaner. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk in exchange for clean ones.

Great location from Avalon only issue is there is clearly a plumbing problem you might have to flush twice and they have knats I have been here several time a year and they have a knat problem might be coming up the sink. Otherwise clean.

Beautiful lobby, good location with easy access to GA 400. Nice grab and go breakfast. Staff seems friendly enough. Rooms are your average extended stay accomodations.

Like any other extended stay. This one is next to waffle house so that is good!

I went to visit some friends from out of town. The facility itself was pretty nice and clean, but the service was not great. My friends told me about their awful experience checking in and then as we left, we received a call about a noise complaint regarding their dog. We were not gone for even 5 minutes so clearly they did not even wait to see if the dog would stop a minute or two after we left. We were forced to turn around and get the dog and wet not able to go to dinner.

Rooms looked liked they needed updated. AC unit does not work rooms were very warm. We had it set at 60 and it would not get any cooler felt like mid 70. With extended stay hotel usually they have appliances in the room, cups, plates, etc you had to ask for it.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Convenient location. Only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was the fact that dishes, silverware etc. Were not already in the room. You have to ask for them at the front desk.

The lady was mad from the start and she gave us a room that was some lady's room and she was mad because we kept trying her room and came out… she said "hello" and we was like I'm sorry because I would've hated for that to be be as a woman! They don't know what rooms are vacant and what rooms are not. They lady was so rude. I would not book this place!

Let me be specific, there is an East location and a West location. I stayed at the West location. I was initially supposed to stay at the East location, but my reservation somehow got cancelled, but I'm glad my family and I stayed at the West location. Very nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. Good location, stores and restaurants near by. I would recommend the West location to others.

Overbooked us and not helpful in finding new accommodation.

Great location easy to get to places all around,

Rooms were nice (remodeled at least somewhat recently) but the noise from other rooms was horrible. Either the person with the adjoining room had their adjoining door open, or there was only one. I could hear their TV well enough to know what show they were watching and clearly hear most lines. If iwas in the bedroom worn the door into the shooting room shut, itwas okay. That means ispent most of my time there, making the suite irrelevant. There was also very little insulation between floors, so you could hear whenever the people upstairs walked around. There is a gym with a bike, treadmill and stair climber, but after 2 minutes on the treadmill I went running outside. The room had two nice tvs, each with HDMI so I connected my computer and watched via the free Internet. The Internet speed was decent, even without paying for the extra speed. The provided breakfast included coffee and packaged muffins. Overall okay, but your stay will be very dependent on the quality and consideration of those in the rooms around you.

It is a very nice hotel and is in a good location for getting around.

Visited a friend and it's a nice extended place in a nice area.

We had scheduled to stay in the "deluxe king suite" for over a month. However, the room was nasty and not accurate to the pictures that were posted online. The couch and every chair in the room had stains on them, the walls were filthy, and the bathroom looked like there had been some untreated water damage. There was also an unusual odor that filled the entire hotel. We cancelled our reservation right away and found a different place to stay. This is a hotel that is supposed to cater to people who need a place to stay for an extended period of time, but I wouldn't stay here for even one night.

Gross! Just down right dirty! So disappointed, the last time I was in one of these (in New England) it was gorgeous! Won't be back.

Was unaware that I had to make my own bed clean my room Front desk person's were not helpful. Breakfast consisted of plastic wrapped cheap bakery goods none on weekends pool area was loud from employees hanging around after work. When I asked with help with Wi-Fi I was given an 800 number to call.

This extended stay was surprisingly decent. I'm not a fan of extended stay due to the cheapness of quality and little attention payed to detail, but this one was pretty clean, quiet, and located near lots of retail. Very warm staff. Inexpensive room rates (below $60.00).

I don't even know why I give this one star, maybe cause my client and employees are still alive. There are drug dealings that go on outside of their doorways, maybe not totally oblivious to the uncaring staff, but the "whatever" attitude was too much to bear. Loitering, endless visits by the local police, I don’t even know if they have security. Supplies for the rooms, toiletries, towels, assistance, all non-existent. There seems to be no endless problems with this staff. The desk personnel were the start and it just went downhill from there, unhelpful to the point where it’s not their “problem. ” Their corporate offices are going to be informed of the specifics. I take this upon myself for not being more thorough in having people stay there.
