Staying at this hotel was the best part of our ATL weekend stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome and welcoming, and offered free drinks and snacks upon our arrival. I usually try new spots and stay at different hotels on my travels, but if I am ever back at ATL, this is now our go-to place. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and Mrs Finne (I hope I remember her name right) helped feed my kids breakfast just like a loving grandma would do. She kindly even put some hot items in a plate and covered it with a foil for my kids to eat in the car since we left early am and my little ones didn’t feel like eating yet. She is amazing and her kindness and warm personality would be the reason we will be coming back there. ❤️❤️

This is now our favorite Hampton! In particular two ladies on staff. Kate, lovely lady on the front desk and Penny at breakfast. Both ladies are awesome!

Very clean! We checked in late after our ball game and they let our kids stay in the pool after it closed to enjoy it! Very friendly staff and my kids normally turn their noses up at the continental breakfast but not this time, my kids ate 3 plates a piece! Definitely would stay again!

Convenient location to Alpharetta businesses, digital key and suite style room availability. Hot breakfast available 6-10. Not perfect, however. Holding one star for not completely clean bathtub and badly designed shower curtain. No biggie though and would happily return if visiting.

Had a wonderful stay at Thai hotel. Very clean rooms and a great breakfast.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and feels more upscale than the price bracket it's in. Beds are decent enough on the firmness/comfort scale. No Ethernet jacks in the room, which would be fine for most except that the Wi-Fi wasn't working for half of my stay. I had to have my room key reprogrammed every day when I got back to the hotel from work (it even happened when I first checked in, which meant hauling all of my luggage back downstairs to get in line and have it reprogrammed). As an added bonus, no dirty laundry bag in my room. I guess I should stop taking that one for granted. It's not a bad place, but there are other hotels in the area that I will definitely choose before staying here again.

Although its bitter sweet the staff all around was professional and nice. It started out at check in was given a handicap room. Apparently when we booked the room it was the last room and we was not informed this will be a handicap room. So we went back to the front desk and he immediately address our concerns and placed us in a suite. Once we got to the room the keys didn't work so we had to go back so he can re register the card. He stated " they been having trouble all day with cards not working. Once that was fixed and resolved, the pull out bed didn't work it had an "out of order sign". So our kids slept in the other queen size bed. Just when we thought our night was good, while trying to shower the water was clogged up causing water build up in the shower now how nasty is that. We did address this to front desk and next shift crew stated she will notify the manager once she return and she apologize about our stay at this hotel. Due to being out of town we decided we wouldn't stay at another Hamptons hotel. So this will be our first but last time stay.

Every employee I've spoken to has been very friendly and nice. Very easy quick checkin. Got to choose which room I wanted to stay in. Breakfast bar was better than most. (Scrambled eggs, bacon, bagel w/egg, cheese, bacon sandwich, waffles, 4 or 5 different cereals, fruit bowls and lots more. ) Also everything was clean an nice, including pool, room and front desk.

Great staff very engaging, rooms clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Many choices for food close by, one minute to freeway.

Great hotel. Very modern and love the motivationsl themes they have throughout the hotel… highly recommend it.

Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable with decent pillows. Two room temperature control is a plus. Shower pressure could be better. Needs a shaving mirror in the sink area.

It was amazing, the location was pwrfect since I was only stauing one night the employees there where kind. The room was amazing I liked how everything seemed to be neat and I enjoyed the furniture especially the bed it was very comfy.

The hotel is nice and staff seem really friendly/helpful. The room is a good size and in good shape. The bed could be a bit more comfortable and the walls could definitely be thicker, I can hear my neighbors and people in the hallway.

The room is pretty nice and clean. Had a weird perfume smell the entire time but nothing too crazy. The gym is small, only 3 cardio machines. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked the same as other low quality hotel breakfasts.

The hotel was nice for the price… There were a few repairs that were needed in the room, but overall the experience was awesome! The continental breakfast was very good, and the staff was very pleasant… I would totally stay here again! Oh that was a turn…

Nice location. Room was clean & comfortable. Great price considering the comfort and area. Nice breakfast spread. Very friendly and helpful day time staff. The only negative was that after the night time desk clerk signed us in, she disappeared and was not available. We called and called the front desk and it just rang and rang. Then I went downstairs and I could overhear her having a personal conversation in the room behind the check in desk. I called out several times and in the 20 minutes I was down there waiting, the phone was ringing off the hook. I needed some towels, to know the breakfast start time, get a wake up call, and a toothbrush. Night time staff needs to be available for guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Excellent value for the area considering how nice the accommodations are along with the free breakfast spread. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very nice inside here, felt like a really exspensive hotel without the price tag. Less than a 100 dollars, and also if you are a Hilton rewards member you earn points staying here. Super comfortable bed and pillows. And of course very clean, with a little bit better than average breakfast. Would Defiently stay here again.

Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleased. I read a ton of reviews on a number of hotels and finally picked this one. I only needed a one night stay for work but didn't want a bad experience. They had plenty of parking and the check in was fast and friendly. Traveling by myself, I asked about restaurants that delivered and walked to my room with a full list to select from. Free Wi-Fi, a spotlessly clean, large room, lots of towels, a frig and microwave were all perfect. The room had a desk and sofa for relaxing and overlooked the outdoor pool. Although I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, the free breakfast looked pretty good and there was plenty of seating. The room was only $64 but of course taxes took it to $95. It makes you realize that at $64 I sure got my moneys worth.

Clean. Front desk friendly. Check in was quick. Room was immaculate. Very nice hotel.

Check in was very simple. We were greeted with a smile at midnight! The bed was comfortable (I prefer a semi-firm bed), and the room was clean. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived, so we notified the front staff the next morning and it was fixed in the 20 minutes it took us to eat breakfast. The breakfast was an average breakfast that a hotel would serve. I would recommend and would stay again.

They have been AMAZING from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. We had first checked into a room and the water wasn't draining in the shower, so we called down to the front desk, and not even 5 minutes later they had already sent someone up to try and fix it. They couldn't fix it but they immediately switched us rooms and upgraded us free of charge. We couldn't be more pleased with them and their service!

Family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) on Sunday August 20, 2017: Very friendly and clean. 2 room suite cost $66 plus tax with AAA rate. This was actually cheaper than the military rate. After tax= $82. 2 queen beds in one room, 1 queen sofa bed in the other room. Mini kitchen in room but no stove top. We only had 3 towels in the room upon arrival, even though the reservation was clearly for 6. I felt this is something that should have been caught and stocked in the room before our arrival. The receptionist at the front desk was quick to bring us the additional towels though and did so with a friendly disposition. Breakfast ends at 10 — We got there around 845. Many items were already empty or extremely low in supply. Orange juice is very bitter. (Cranberry juice is better than the orange) Since the breakfast was not stocked well, we took the to-go bags at the counter for the ride to our destination. If they don't have any visible on top of the counter at the check-in, ask for them, because they pulled more out from underneath for me. Overall this was a good experience and I would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! We got a king suite, VERY cheap, especially for what we got. The room was HUGE, and very clean! The breakfast was phenomenal. Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, smoked sausage, fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples, etc. ) And every person we spoke to while there, was just so nice and welcoming! We go to Florida every year, and will definitely go the 10 minutes out of the way to stay at THIS hotel, on the way!

I have no complaints. Very large rooms and large bathroom. Up-to-date and clean. No stains or grumpy paint and tile. Absolutely wonderful and comfortable.

Room was quite nice. Well appointed with an extra blanket and fully stocked with towels. Room was a little cool, even for me at first. Check in was a little slow because of a "system issue". The staff member did make it up to us with a small snack.

Extremely friendly, personable, and professional staff. The dining area for breakfast was modern, comfortable, and offered many styles of seating. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to everything you could possibly need.

This establishment was one of the cleanest in the Atlanta area, and very comfy. Well appointed and an amazingly friendly staff. I honestly slept better here, than I did at the Ritz downtown a few weeks ago.

Great Stay, Great Staff, Great pool… This hotel was close to the mall, great eateries and businesses. Location is always important when planting a hotel. Our room was very clean. The establishment, being very clean and modern looking is a little dated. My bathtub creaked and squeaked a little bit… My Bathroom fan was very dusty, I look at these things because I had allergies lol. Other than that I had a great view from the 5th floor. I would stay again.

I only used the conference room. It was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not bad.

Rooms were clean, well supplied everything worked terrific. However Housekeeping did not show up until after 3:30 in the afternoon. That was to prepare for a second night. And we had to leave for a wedding at 5 o'clock. So we were inconvenienced.

It was good. The breakfast was okay but the staff was polite. Overall OK experience.

The second best hotel in the area. Ill give the slight edge to the holiday inn on Cingular Way. But this hotel was GREAT!

Newly renovated or just new, couldn't tell — but very clean, very nice hotel. Highly recommend ANY Hilton property and this is no exception.

Hampton Inn and Suites is a very quite hotel except at night. We were there over the weekend and the wings and bar across the street played music until 1am in the morning all weekend. The noise is so loud it is difficult to rest. They really should have a noise ordiance.

Very clean, good breakfast and very nice staff! Excellent place to stay. Only issue would be no fan in the bathrooms.

My daughter and I booked online, looking for something inexpensive but hoping it was not too… well, you know… yucky. I was skeptical because, by the photos, it looked outdated, but the price was right and there were good reviews. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to see that the entire hotel had been beautifully updated! Everything was so clean (even smelled new) and actually pretty classy! The beds were SO, SO comfy (I'm VERY picky). It was fairly quiet, except for some people checking in at 3 a. M. And slamming their door. Typical hotel stuff. The hot breakfast was GREAT! Sausage patties, homemade grits, pretty little jelly-filled pastries, yogurt, waffles, etc, etc. The breakfast hostess (middle aged African American woman) was exceptionally friendly and really brightened my day! What a sweetheart! The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Because it was not mentioned in any other reviews that I saw, I was also surprised that the hotel was in such a lovely area, picturesque and LOTS of nice restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway 400 (very nice highway, BTW). Overall GREAT experience. I can't figure out why the price was so low. Did I miss something?
