This place was nicer than my own home and I live in a very nice house. Free breakfast that was absolutely amazing and free Wi-Fi. Complementary pool and gym access with your stay and TV's in the breakfast lobby downstairs.

Hotel and rooms are neat and clean. Excellent Service. Complementary Breakfast is good. Defentitley recommends for who are looking for hotel with budget and best quality.

Room was clean and breakfast provided was good. Kids had fun in the pool and the location was convenient and close to many restaurants.

I stayed here while working a local show and the experience was amazing. The staff was both kind and helpful. And the room was clean, comfortable, and very cold, just the way I like it.

Very clean, very professional staff and good location. No nasty scented smells. So it's the best for people who have allergies. Malls are nearby and the surrounding areas are pleasant and beautiful.

Nice hotel but had kids hanging out in the hall by our door. We had to ask them to leave. Fairfield staff didn’t after we asked them to handle the problem.

The hotel was amazing! We certainly did not expect to have such a great experience but they were amazing. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast really good. I was blown away!

I have no idea why people book here with no lunch and dining facility. There are not much choice nearby also. Even breakfast place is usually with a lot of rush and no seating left out.

Nice location. The hotel is nice, but Fairfield does not have microwaves in the rooms, which is a little annoying. I stayed for a few days and was frustrated with not being able to heat leftovers without leaving the room. Also, breakfast is subpar with limited options.

Good place to stay in Atlanta. Rooms are neat and staff very friendly. They could have kept atleast one bottle of water in the room.

Good locating off of highway. Wi-Fi and breakfast included. No lotion. Got loud on my floor (shouting across the hallway/ drunk at midnight. Few other guests had to tell them to be quiet. Found a few red stains on the bed sheets and blanket.

Very nice room. Nice staff. My room was first floor right out of lobby and next to ice machine so it was annoyingly loud. I still got good sleep though.

Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was adequate (it's continental, so that's the top end of the rating). Room was nice sized, but the decor is aging. The stand up shower was a nice touch, but the rest of the bathroom clearly wasn't remodeled at the same time.

Nice place. The hotel is nice and clean but the amenities are small, the gym only has 2 treadmills and was crowded throughout the week. Breakfast was o. K. And typical. The staff was very nice. Overall a good place to stay while out if town for business.

Check in was great, room was ready and clean, well stocked. BREAKFAST was great, the hostess was professional, friendly, and kept foods replenished. Loved the king bed! The suite was very roomy and two TVs was an added benefit. Only suggestion would be spot clean sofas and upholstery for spills from prior guest!

Comfortable, peaceful, best night sleep I have had in a hotel in a very long time. I would recommend to any one.

Recently updated interior. New exercise equipment was nice. Like all Fairfield Inns they do not have an in house restaurant. Rooms on the Haynes Bridge Road side are noisy. Old style PTAC units are also noisy. Friendly staff though.

Acceptable room. Breakfast selection is sub par compared to competitors. And perhaps more importantly, the whole breakfast dining area is ridiculously small, your going to be sitting at a table with a random person you don't know.

Nice workers mostly, except for the people that staffed the breakfast Sunday morning. They did a TERRIBLE job refilling liquids. Coffee, juice, water… and not much better with oatmeal and stuff to go in it. The rest of the hotel were great… the pool, reception when we got there and checked out, very clean rooms. TV worked great, treadmill was good. So I gotta give it a 4! We'll be back.

Great location and staff. Typical Fairfield Inn with a market and above average breakfast. Room remodeled and the bed comfortable, but noise from the street is pretty loud. Ask for a room in the back if this bothers you. Room was fairly clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Other people's hair in the shower and on the floor and the exaust vent was filthy. Overall a pretty good stay and I will stay again.

Nice, clean and great people. However only a sheer see through cover on the window and a crazy amount of light comes in all night. You can also hear ever car door or conversation in parking lot even on 2nd floor.

Strong breakfast earns a 4th star. Thin walls, though. Neighboring room really wasn't been that loud but we could hear full conversations through the walls while we were in bed. Not sure if this issue is isolated to 2nd floor rooms but it wasn't ideal. But, hey, very good breakfast.

At 1100 PM, after a long travel day, I was able to have some hot tea and a cookie! This was a perfect late night snack. I slept like an angel in the firm but soft bed!

The lobby was very well put together, and overall very clean and professional looking. I loved how the staff has a table near the check in/out desk for snack such as fresh baked cookies, and freshly made coffee. Also the hotel has a small but solid fitness room that I really like. Lastly I Really enjoyed my twin bed room. It was immaculate.

Clean, comfortable and great staff during our stay. Very thin walls… we could hear the elevator ding and people talking in the rooms near ours.

Staff was great, but room smelled funny and multiple hair dryers broke.

I stayed there while it was undergoing some remodeling. I appreciate that they are updating the hotel, but the construction had a few minor inconveniences. The bottom floor smelled like wet paint the whole time. The "front desk" was located in a tiny room you could barely turn around in. My jacked got snagged on a piece of exposed metal on door from them changing the locking mechanism. I'm sure these are all just temporary issues though.

The gentleman at the front desk at night, Phillip, was exceptional his customer service skills are wonderful, very nice young man The room was okay as well as the bathroom, they are both in need of upgrading,.

Very basic hotel. Has a weird smell and the rooms are old and inconsistent. Redeeming quality is the nice and knowledgeable staff.

This stay has been wonderful. The staff have been very helpful and the room was clean and well kept.

This place sucks. I travel a lot for business and will usually put up with a substandard Marriott property for the points, but this place is NOT worth the pain. Staying in room 227 and it is dank, musty, carpet stinks and the a/c is way past its useful life.

Shower water was warm but never got hot. Room has peeling paint on bathroom door. TV channels very limited. Breakfast options poor.

I wasn't really a guest but felt I had to leave a review to the wonderful front desk receptionist named Rinny (sp? ). During the horrific snowy/icy weather that occurred yesterday, several people were stranded with all the hotels within a 20 mile radius sold out. We took refuge in the lobby area of the Fairfield Inn and Suites Atlanta Marriott in Alpharetta and were taken care of by Rinny. She provided people with sheets to cover, pillows, waffles and bagels, coffee, orange juice and other drinks to keep warm and fed. The kindness and hospitality shown yesterday was one that I will not soon forget and it definitely turned me into a future lifelong customer. Thank you very much Rinny for everything you did for us throughout the debacle, your smile and words of support were truly appreciated. Thank you.

No fridge or microwaves in rooms, foul mildew, musky, wet carpet smell. And to top it off. My husbands brand new truck got broken into. 30 MINUTES AFTER OUR ARRIVAL! There are no cameras at this dump. Well only at the front entrance. Cheap prices are only to lure you in. Don't do it! cheaper is not always better. These rooms are cheap because of the break-ins at this place. The night manager actually admitted that this has happened to past tenants. I had to call the local pd to do extra patrols in the parking lot.

Everything is old, especially towels. Bathroom is clean but torn. Mold under the soap holder.

I was nervous about staying at this hotel after seeing some of the negative reviews. But we had a very good stay and experienced none of the issues that others mentioned in the reviews.
