Had items stolen from room by housekeeping. Police caution and arrested. Charged with felony theft. Manager will not talk to me and still denies anything happened. Total joke. Stay away.

I always stay at Wyndham hotels but I will not stay here again. The clerk was rude and couldn’t be bothered by me. She over charged me. We had no remote and when I called down to tell her all she said was “ well come get one”
She barely spoke to me at all but was completely attentive to the black man she was flirting with. Guess an old white lady visiting Alpharetta does not count.

The staff was really helpful.

Checking in was simple. Wonderful customer service. They made sure we were comfortable & safe. I had my 2 year old grandson & I asked for bottom floor & it was no problems.

I'm not one of those people that write reviews often at all but this time I have to. The property was pretty nicely renovated though you can tell in areas that it is old. The rooms are nice and comfortable I stayed in a king suite which is basically a king room with a pullout sofa. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Service was okay. There are 2 things that make me give this hotel 1 star. Breakfast is NOT good and I'm pretty sure I was bitten by bedbugs on my foot. I am not saying run for the hills but this is a reminder about how unclean public facilities can be. Take the precautions to inspect your room and bedding thoroughly before staying anywhere. I personally will not be returning.

Wasn’t able to check in at 3 when we got there even though that is check in time. We had to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby for a room. The first room we got, the TV and phone did not work and the hotel room door stuck. Was put in a new room without issue except for a giant flying cock roach that flew from the ceiling in our room to the hotel room door. Was told by front desk that they are so bad that the hotel cannot control them. Wow! Then tried to use the computer in the lobby to print tickets to the aquarium — no internet access. The staff was nice and friendly and tried their best to help but the hotel has so many problems, it is definitely not worth the money spent! The hotel stay put a damper on our vacation. I will not stay at a Wyndham hotel again!

Staff Was excellent, very generous and helpful in every way shape and form. The hotel was impeccable I couldn't have chose a better stay as well as locgaion right off the highway and maybe a 20 minute drive to city! I really enjoyed my stay, oh yeah the breakfast was killer, and will be staying again.

It's ok if you like trash under furniture and unsure how long it's been there. Reported to Staff and was assured it would be cleaned next day, NOT CLEANED. Still there as I pack to leave. Probably will still be there next year, but I won't be here to see it.

Breakfast was good and so was happy hour. The staff was very nice and responsive, and I thought that my room value was good, until I had to change rooms because the shower curtain smelled of mold. They changed my room, even gave me a larger room, and again the shower curtain smelled of mold. I believe the curtains were left in the washing machine too long before drying. Then I pulled back my sheets and they looked like they had been slept on before. I could not be sure, so I slept on them anyway, but I unsure. To make matters worse, the bathroom light and fan came on at the same time and the fan was EXTREMELY loud. It was very annoying! I learned too late that there was No pool. Swimsuit was packed for nothing. In spite of it all, I would book with them again but with caution.

Wonderful staff. Allowed us to check in early. Very comfortable beds. Very clean room and hotel. Great place to stay.

Room was nice but phone didn't work. Asked that room not be by anything noisy so they put me in a room by the ice machine and elevator? I guess they didn't think those things made noise. The Continental breakfast was ok depending on what you ate. Overall not a bad place. Only had to stay for one night and the room was pretty clean.

Very nice hotel with affordable prices. Nothing fancy, the internet was mediocre and didn't work in all parts of the room. Thanks staff was nice and overall I enjoyed the stay.

Mixed review. Friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast, but somewhat unclean room with used soap in soap dish and food on floor of elevator when we arrived. However, the person who cleaned our room while we stayed there did an excellent job (we stayed more than one night). Our son and his family stayed in another room and had asked for extra towels, but had to call again a couple of times. Not a bad stay overall due to the friendliness of the staff, but a little disappointing for a Wingate hotel.

I hosted my wedding party and guest at this facility — talk about kind, flexible, considerate, none short of amazing. The general manager Bryan Sawyer, is so easily available, honest/ truthful, professional, and goes above and beyond. I am so blessed to have booked here and will forever recommend this facility as a wonderful lodging experience. All staff were friendly, rooms were CLEAN, complimentary breakfast with nice options for meat lovers and non meat lovers. They treated our entire party like royalty. Thanks for everything!

I love so many things about this hotel! It’s only four floors with all the same amenities. Short walk to your car, easy taking, super service staff! Thank you Stacey in housekeeping! But most of all spacious very clean! Code this location out of the busy city but was pleased with the wonderful restaurants only one mile away! We came for a concert in Atlanta and was a quick commute. Definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay. Very clean. Beds and pillows we're very nice. Good security. The staff were awesome. We arrived late for breakfast and they made more food for us. We felt right at home!

Every time I stay here, my room is always clean. The desk clerk (s) are always pleasant and smiling. Plus, its quiet in spite of being next to a busy highway. I earn 1000 pts for each reservation and save 10% by being apart of Wyndham Rewards. Love it! This hidden gem is now my favorite spot when I come home from over the road truck driving.

Check in Easy and fast. Rooms very nice, we stayed on 1st floor we had our two dogs. They are a bully breed and glad they don't discriminate. Rooms are Updated and clean. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the one area outside where I took my dogs to use bathroom, had glass everywhere and trash… and fence behind hotel had a cart hanging on it and trash everywhere… so I used other side of building. But otherwise nice place for a great price. I did notice no Bible in the nightstand… which I found odd and first time in my life that one wasnt in there.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and decent breakfast. I would stay here again.

Wingate was very clean. It's convenient to the highway, restaurants & gas station. The kids loved it. They said it's our first staycation that we didn't have to run downstairs to get extra towels & washcloths. They have free breakfast from 7am — 10am. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The lady working the breakfast area was friendly & helpful. It had been a mad rush of guest who cleared all food before 9am. She was on it & had more food ready to bring out.

I liked hotel but I won't be staying again. Apparently they pulled all the bibles from the end tables for some reason. Thats a deal breaker for me. I'll keep checking and I will stay again if they put them back.

Our stay was nice. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Their breakfast is typical for a hotel, the staff are excellent and extremely courteous. The rooms are very clean with nothing broken or missing. There's a lot to in the vicinity but I still recommend you take an Uber or Lyft to get around.

My stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast want anything to speak of, but the beds were comfortable.

Nathan during morning breakfast was a very charming friendly guy. Front desk very friendly during all shifts. Housekeeping was awesome. Overall service 5 stars.

Very modern and tbe entire staff is friendly and helpful. Nice gym and great breakfast. Dawn is a ray of sunshine in the morning and will even make the homemade waffles for you!

My stay was wonderful! Didn't have to wait long to register, the room was immaculate and the people were very accommodating. I had no problems whatsoever. I will definitely stay here again should the need arise.

This place has become our home away from home in the last year, and weve stayed here off and on for about five years. We are from VA and stay here to visit a relative in an assisted living facility close by. We have been through their renovation, etc. Everyone goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I have read some negative comments about this place and feel they simply aren't true. Brian and his gang are wonderful. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast is good and there is something for all. Very happy here and highly reccomend!

These guys are awesome. Front desk staff were super nice, courteous, and interacted in a great way with our daughter. Hotel was clean, and well kept.

Clean and quiet place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I like my pillows firm, but if you like your pillows soft like a cloud, you're headed to to right place!

A very pretty and clean structure outside Atlanta. The rooms are wide with some extra comfort like the couch and a tea table. The bathroom equipment is remarkable: we found many towels, a cool mirror with a lighting frame and a great shower with a sliding glass box instead the classic plastic curtain! Taps and rainshower seemed to be quite new. The breakfast area is very inviting too. I want to mention the automatic pancakes machine and the lemonade, two things that normally you don't find in hotels of the same category.

The room at the Wingate was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The location was fine, it was easy to get into and out of from Highway 400. The breakfast buffet was very good, it just took them a while to restock it. I would definitely stay at this Wingate again.

I stopped in to this hotel work some family friends. The hotel had been renovated since the last visit with a new and modern lobby. The rooms had also been redone and were contemporary. It was a fine hotel.

Awesome staff and very comfortable rooms. Great location with a variety of food options nearby. The rooms were clean and very up to date. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The staff was very kind and was quick to help me with checking into my room. Renea was very helpful at the front desk! She quickly made sure everything was set up and ready to go! The room was clean and they just renovated the rooms to a more professional yet comfortable feel. Love this hotel!

It's OK. Breakfast was a little lacking, the room is nice, but there were some weird things like the plumbing being done in an illogical way. However, location is good and the place has good infrastructure, just little sloppy in how it's run. Overall, totally serviceable if the price is right, but could better.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. But the hotel is older and is in need of some renovations.

The hotel stay was great. I slept great and everything was very clean. Breakfast was typical and I was happy to see fruit available. The staff was friendly and still is while contacting them. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because my account has been charged twice and almost a week later I still haven't received those funds. Typically speaking, if I ever stay in a hotel I can understand some delay but has never taken this long. It's a frustrating process for both ends but they're still polite. Being a student, I'm not necessarily in a place to have an extra night tacked onto my bill when I only had one night budgeted. Hopefully, it'll be resolved soon.

Toilet clogged up on us, they took a $50 deposit from me since I had paid cash for the room, the lady didn't record it correctly on their cash log so it held up my refund for 3 hours this morning before we departed, messing up our vacation & plans for the day. I STILL haven't gotten the refund & have contacted corporate twice, still no answers! Corporate said they have to give that hotel till the 25th to make things right, so until then nothing can be done until then & I was expecting to get my $50 refund this morning before we had left. Not to mention that we are low of money & really needing it, now it could be till the 25th before we get it back! I'm beyond upset & mad about this. Never have had this happen & we will never book a hotel through them again EVER! We will be spreading the word too!

The staff is wonderful, ready to answer all your questions and make your stay the best ever. The best pet friendly hotel around. The bed was out of this world so comfortable I would fall sleep in an instant. Loved the refrigerator and microwave that was available to me in my room, and breakfast every morning what more can one ask for? Maybe the AMC and FX channels. Lol no but seriously overall the Wingate of Wyndham in Alpharetta is the best of the best. I give it one hundred stars and a million thanks for the hospitality to the entire staff at the Wingate of Wyndham in Alpharetta and big kudos to the General manager Bryan Sawyer. Thank you, thank you.

Nasty, mold on the bathroom ceiling, toilet seat ready to fall off the bowl, furniture either completely broken or in disrepair, every lamp shade had either holes punched in it or they were cracked and broken, chaos at breakfast time — everything was empty, had to ask for forks every morning as the container was empty. All in all, just a really badly run and run down hotel that needs a major overhaul.

Comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. The food in the breakfast area was a little crowded and could have used to be spread over more room (maybe put more stuff over by the pancake maker), and there was no way to escape the noisy television while eating, but overall good experience.

Staff was rarely at the counter although pleasant when they came out. Food was ok for breakfast, bed was comfortable. Room is simple nothing fancy.

A good pet friendly hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best tasting, but it was free and hot, so no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the bed was comfy and the room had a good a/c unit. So, overall not the fanciest place you'll ever stay but it suited our needs perfectly.

I've stayed here several times. Very friendly staff. The decor is a bit dated but it is very well maintained, my room is always clean, comfy bed. Simple convenient breakfast. I was worried about it being a pet friendly hotel but in my stays never had a issue with smell, noises or poop near the door. Very well maintained and its in a good location.

We have stayed here three different occasions, for work related training in the area. Each time checking in from Sunday-Friday. Staff friendly and never bothered unless needed. Each stay was different, but pleasant and comfortable stay. Like most places away from home, things could use some extra attention, such as repair and cleaning. For us and some others that we met staying here that smoked, all would have like a comfortable place to smoke and sit outside. This would at least keep smokers from standing near doors and entrance, and likely keep them from becoming ground litter. This is a great place to stay for anyone in area for work related or for pet owners.

Decent, friendly staff, bathroom was dirty.

I probably wouldn't stay there again. I was disappointed in the staff and somewhat with the room. I checked in during the evening and was given no information about anything (check out, breakfast, etc. ). I missed breakfast because it ended earlier than I guessed. My window curtains wouldn't shut all the way so it let enough light in to make sleeping a challenge. My room was next to the elevator, and there was a gap between the floor and door that let all of the hallway and elevator noise into the room. I had booked online through the hotel's website 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived, they checked me in by my reservation, but gave me a receipt showing a charge that was almost 70% more than what I had booked. When I raised this question, an assertive old front desk lady named Trish went into a rude monologue about how she couldn't do anything about it and I'd have to call the company. Not very sharp. Of course she provided no contact information or method of any kind. The room was clean though and my bed was comfortable. Most of the parking lot was well lit. Other than the things I mentioned above, the hotel was about the physical quality you expect from similar class hotels.

It's a nice hotel for the price — clean, fairly new, with friendly staff. However, be ready to eat out of plastic and styrofoam for breakfast (seriously, that is nasty nasty) and the carpets are soaked with shampoo scent that will knock your socks off. Windows don't open to enjoy the outdoors.

Our family totally loved our stay here. We were so impressed with how clean and spacious the room was. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and I don't think we've ever slept that good in a hotel in our entire lives! The hot breakfast had so many choices and everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly and made us feel quite at home. This was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area. Thanks Wingate.
