My family stays at this hotel each year and I cannot say enough nice things about this property. It’s conveniently located to Busch gardens and downtown Tampa via the highway. But the real kudos goes to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. From check in, to breakfast to the shuttle driver everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I appreciate all of the covid precautions the property is taking and it shows!

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing! We were returning to Mobile, AL from a week long stay in Orlando. We have a close family member that is a patient of Moffitt Cancer Center. The day before leaving Orlando we contacted your reservations call center and were able to make a last minute reservation at this location. We had a vehicle full of personal items that we wanted to upack before we proceeded to the Moffitt Cancer Center. We were able to contact the hotel and we spoke with your AMAZING Kayli. Kayli assured us that she would have a room ready for us in 30 minutes for an early check in. Kayli made sure that we received a discounted rate from the call center rate due to our family member being treated at the Moffitt Cancer Center. Your hotel is spotlessly clean. The room is comfortable and clean. Kayli even arranged for a shuttle to take us to the Moffitt Cancer Center as well as pick us up later that evening. This was a very emotional trip for us and your staff made sure that we were well taken care of. My husband and I both experienced top notch hospitality. We made the comment that this experience was better than the one we had at our Premier Disney Resort! We so appreciate your staff and our experience!

We are staying at this Hampton, for a week at a time, and love it. It was nice to find out that they offer a free dinner on weekdays. Also the Breakfast is very good and they change it every day. We love the Breakfast Lady, Pam, she is so friendly and cuts fresh fruit every morning.

Excellent location! The staff was helpful and warm. The room was great and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. I will definitely be returning in the future.

By far, one of the best Hampton Inns my husband and I have stayed at. Everything was clean and well taken care off. The breakfast and dinner were great. But the staff was superb. We did not meet an unhappy worker. Everyone and when I say EVERYONE, that includes supervisors to housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone.

Comfortable and zero bed bugs! That's a plus. Sketchy Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. It was nice.

Awesome stay. My only complaint is the patio around the pool was very slick with small walk space around the pool. We had a large school group with us and several kids fell. The danger was when they fell the fence was very close by so they all slide into the fence.

Loved it, staff was kind and always willing to serve you for with all your need. Perfect spot to be close the USF campus and great and quick distance from Tampa Intrl airport. Rooms tidy and pool facilities great, and plus breakfast is always great!

Staff was very friendly from the start to finish. I was in town to look for a place to live as I am relocating to Tampa for a job. The staff was helpful in even telling me of places to try. Very accessible to 75 so it made getting around very easy.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Rooms are clean and the the hotel is lovely. We are here on an extended stay due to my father receiving cancer treatment locally. We moved from another hotel and couldn't be happier. Andrea and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make your stay a "home away from home. " Definitely will be staying here again. The cleanliness of the rooms is beaten by none. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff checks on us daily to ensure that they're doing the best they can to make our stay exceptional. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Hampton for making us "part of the family" during this difficult time.

The hotel staff were very friendly! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and they gave us lunch bags to go upon request which was terrific! I've never found a hotel of this type as good as this one was.

I usually stay at the HGI a few blocks away as I've always had a pleasant experience with them, however they were sold out so I was given by the main reservations line this room, as it was a few blocks away. We spoke to a front desk attendant earlier before leaving earlier in the day, telling them that I would be paying in cash due to a credit card issue and they said it was fine. I'm currently driving with my family from 4 hours away, running behind schedule and so I called to inform them that I would be still on the way. I spoke to a Chelsea or Kelsey, who then informed me without any apology that the room was given away as the credit card declined. I told her that I already spoke to someone earlier that day, informing them of my issue and that I am already an hour away, now without a room and everywhere in the area is sold out. She was flippant with the issue, proceeded to sound robotic, and then stated "You should call reservations then, because you have no room here and we are sold out. " My family and I have stayed with Hilton properties for 20 years, I even worked with the company briefly as a front desk attendant and so I am familiar with the procedures. This has NEVER happened, it is not proper procedure as we were not called, we were not helped to be relocated to another property and I have never treated a guest so horribly. This was sickeningly heartless, and I do NOT recommend staying at this property now or in the future.

The lady at check in was having a difficult time with a customer who kept wanting discounts. I don't think I could do her job. Great room! Very clean! Nice breakfast. A little crowded for one hotel. Ate in our rooms. But that was fine. Enjoyed the alone time with my wife. Not so good for the elderly ppl who had to sit outside by the pool.

Nice hotel. Pleasant check in. Great attitudes! Extremely clean place. Great beds. Nothing but satisfied! Definitely recommend this Hotel. Its worth what you pay.

Hampton Inn is always my go to place for an overnight stay, but this one disappointed. The sheets were scratchy and somewhat grayish, they were out of extra blankets, and they ran out of some of the foods at breakfast. The shuttle left 20 minutes late despite the fact that it was sitting in the parking lot. At close to $200, I feel they could have done better. On the up side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. Special thanks to Miss Pam and her kitchen staff for doing the best they could.

We got a suite. Main room has a pull out and a full kitchen, and the bedroom a king size bed, both rooms have plenty of extra space, Bathroom too. The staff was super nice! Free breakfast. Super clean! Would recommend. I picked this one, my family was impressed!

Always an amazing stay. Breakfast is good. The hotel is so clean! Housekeeping and all the staff need a raise! They are all doing an amazing job! They even offer free meal M-Th nights which is outstanding! I always sleep here while in Tampa.

Stayed in the suites… cheap and very big room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Nice size. Clean, comfortable beds and no bad smells. — 1 because breakfast had no sausage, bacon or ham. They do have bread, eggs apples, oranges, cereal, waffles, juices and etc. 5 to 10 min away from USF campus. Friendly staff, quiet environment and free Wi-Fi and cable.

5 star service. Complimentary dinner at night was great! Suite was very spacious. Every employee was very helpful, polite, and felt like they cared. Would go out of my way to stay here. Worth the drive.

We arrived to assist after the hurricane. They just got power and were friendly given the situation. Nice hotel.

The staff is always very nice and the rooms very clean. Stayed here a few times and it's quite close to a lot of attractions and one of the best places to stay in the area.

The hotel is located just off of I-75, The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Free Wi-Fi is available and even of good quality in the room. The breakfast was good and had an extensive choice, was lovely and fresh. Lots of choice, gentle music in the restaurant, not too loud. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well insulated for sound. I didn't hear anyone else for my whole stay. The food was great — lots of choices at the buffet and EVA the kitchen staff was great, she help us with everything that we needed and more. EVA is a keeper. Thanks EVA.

Fabulous stay with great room and amazing staff. Free breakfast and a surprise… free dinner too Monday through Thursday. Kids loved the room and entire experience while we stayed during our Busch Gardens visit.

I as there july6-7 … I was hoping to a better experience. I didn't get what I ask for I really was not happy at the stay there. I paid full price cause I didn't have another choice… couch had food from previous customer I had to change the blanket cause it was dirty and over all very unhappy they had given my room to someone else… no I do not recommended … Bad experience…

Com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around… Was there 3/7/17 — 3/13/17 with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons. The hotel was very nice, we travel a lot and "yes" we've stayed at much nicer places, but It's not just the hotel that gets the rating from me, it's also the staff. The staff deserves the 5 stars, they all were very nice and helpful to all of us! A special "thank you" to Pam Calhoun, she treated my family like her family, told us about things going on in the area to do and see, and a few times she gave my grandsons (2 & 4 yr old) cute little stickers and little toys that really made their day… and mine! … we looked forward to seeing her!

My family really enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The staff were very nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle and we scheduled our drop off and pick up times to Busch Gardens. We didn't need to deal with traffic and parking. We booked a suite for our family of six. The suite was big and we had plenty of room for the family. The beds were comfortable. Coffee is always available in the lobby. This location offers free breakfast and dinner.

This is a great place to stay. Reasonable rates, free breakfast. Dinner and free drinks (M-T only). Clean and comfortable.

Rooms were very nice & clean. Had reserved two rooms — one for my husband & I and one for the kids. Unfortunately we did not get adjoining rooms. One big flaw with TV access was the inability to disable HBO & other movie channels. There are adult movies inappropriate for kids and it is a little upsetting that as parents we could not block these channels.

Very nice very clean and very good try it I recommend.

Nice hotel, quiet and friendly. 100% recommended go by car, since it is far from everything. But with a car is unbeatable.

Once again, very pleased with my Hampton Inn stay. This was my first visit thru Tampa, no reservations and a late check-in. Bob, the night auditor, was helpful and professional, even taking the time to find our rewards number. Clean and comfortable room… yet the best part was the location. I love to walk in the mornings and this inn is situated by a nicely landscaped somewhat wooded business park that afforded a few miles of sidewalks. Even saw some wildlife in the creek nearby :-)

I had a very nice room with a kitchen, separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained, decorated very nicely. I had no problems with noise from the halls of other rooms. My only complaint was the eggs at breakfast. Even for buffet scrambled eggs, they were pretty bad. The employees are all very courteous and professional.

Been here since Monday, excellent service so far. They serve breakfast and dinner! They are always here to help. Hands down the best Hampton Inn & Suites by far! Recommend this to anyone.

Quiet comfortable space. Check in was smooth. The breakfast is super delicious and has plenty of options. The lady who attends the dining area, Pam, was the most attentive person I've ever met. She knew to get me things before I even knew about it, like utensils and a tray which I didn't even think to ask for but she saw how I was struggling to bring items up to my partner. Overall, great experience that makes me want to stay here or at anybother Hamilton Inn in the future.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Got in late, was promptly greeted and got into my room quickly. A bit hard to find parking since the spaces are seemingly all made for motorcycles so there's almost nowhere to park.

I came down for the Florida Bar Exam. This hotel was an excellent place to set up for 3 days. It was quiet, clean, and the room had small kitchen which I wanted. I have stayed in a couple other suites in Tampa. For the price you can't beat this Hampton Inn. I think to get something of equal value you are looking at $250/night. My room was very clean, the lobby was immaculate, the front desk was excellent (friendly and accommodating). WARNING: Not all of the rooms had kitchens. That was an issue for me when I first arrived, but they were great about getting me in another room for a fair price. Lastly, the kitchen could have used one decent knife and a strainer. Otherwise the essentials were there.

This hotel appears nice from the outside and the rooms look nice BUT I woke up at 2 AM feeling like I was being bitten by bugs. After turning on the lights and not seeing anything I went back to sleep assuming I was crazy. I left the next day and for the next month could not figure out what the rash was on my body. I saw a dermatologist and he didn't know what it was either. A week or so after that I felt the same biting sensation in my home and pulled off a huge bed bug filled with my blood. I got a bed bug infestation in my own home from staying at this hotel! It cost me $4500 dollars to get my home and cars fumigated. DO NOT stay here unless you want a similar fate.

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was spotless. Get to breakfast early if possible since seating is limited later on. No issues whatsoever.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly — especially Pam and Heather! If I ever get a chance to visit the Tampa area again (or anywhere close to it), this is most definitely the hotel that I will be staying at!
