Stay was good, very clean and staff was pleasant. Only issue was it took the room quite a bit to cool down because the ac was off when we arrived, so it was smelled musty in the room. But once it did cool it was better.

Literally would never stay here again. I stayed here 3 years ago when it was Best Western and Suites and absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly no worries. Wonderful breakfast. So here I am 3 years later, they have changed over to Days inn and suites, front desk people are absolutely awful. The only one I can say was friendly was Lorraine. The man that works nights behind the desk is completely rude. Wants to follow children around fussing at them over water from their pool dripping. I get it may be a hazard and people could fall but he should approach the parents not the children being nasty and rude. The ladies cleaning are pleasant and kept the room very nice for us. It was solely the treatment from the front desk staff. So after all of the harassment and her being followed to the parking lot we are leaving 3 days early from our vacation and will never stay here again.

Amazing place for price. I only spent one night there with my girl and 3 kids but I was very satisfied. Rooms are very nice beds are very comfortable and compared to any other hotel room I've stayed at it had a fridge double the size of most (which we had a lot of food due to having our three kids with us) a nice microwave and a pretty big flat screen TV. We were on a very tight budget and didn't have the full amount on us for the deposit. They allowed me to only put down half the deposit which no other hotel in the area would allow us to do. We Had a reservation for Comfort Inn down the street which we had to cancel because we didn't have the full deposit and they would not work with us whatsoever and the staff was very rude at Comfort Inn (had told the receptionist that we had traveled 4 hours to have her basically tell us she could care and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she told me no). So basically if you have a reservation for Comfort Inn in the area cancel it and stay at Days Inn trust me you'll enjoy it a lot more. Really the only negative I can think of is that the breakfast area is a little bit small it is okay we just grabbed the food and went back to our room. It's probably one of the only hotels I've ever stayed at that I waited till the last minute to check out of. I never write reviews for anything whatsoever but I had to for this place.

Clean and very Great Staff. I recommend this place to everyone who is in the neighborhood.

It was a nice hotel, very modern. But I guess they use the modern look to attract you because other than that, it sucks.

In this place there are many beautiful houses right on the beach. Great beach and you can watch dolphins and many seabirds.

Very enjoyable. Room was kept clean and we'll supplied during our 5 day stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend to others.

Not a bad inn for the price. It is well decorated and pleasant looking. Though there were no smoking signs on the doors upon entering our room there was a musty cigarette smoke odor. This smell lingered on my clothes that needed to be washed immediately when I got home. Nevertheless, the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Don't eat the hard boiled eggs. When eggs are around too long they turn blue inside. It was blue. Ugh!

We have stayed 2. The first time in November I was surprisingly blew away by the decor and ambiance of the hotel. It def looks more like an aloft or Hilton in the lobby. The rooms are mediocre. Really nice bathrooms and flat screens. The beds and carpet and drawers are dated. They give you a few towels and the soap is dispensary. No bottles. The breakfast is ehhh. But the pool area is very cool. Overall 3 stars for a days inn they are way above. We paid 10$ more a night then I feel we should. It's worth 75-85$ not the 100$ we spent.

I own a construction company in Tampa, we use various hotels for my crews when they are working out of town. This particular Days Inn has the WORST customer service that I have ever witnessed. The only reason I gave them one star, is because it wont let me post with zero stars.

I stayed 1 night — December 28-29. Hotel was clean on the surface; toilet parts were lying around on the tables in the hallways and the smell is horrible. My real disappointment came with the beginning of the stay; when the front desk gave us the wrong type room then lied about the availability. There’s nothing left but how could that be when you gave us the wrong room and others behind us are here to check in? We finally got the room we paid for. Then they took a $100 deposit for incidentals that is held for up to 15 days after the stay has ended. All of this yet they refused to give us 1 extra blanket saying they’re full to capacity and have no extras; does that mean they undo a bed to give a blanket when a customer asks for an additional one? I will say that the decor was nicely done. I will definitely choose a hotel that is willing to accommodate me and my family from beginning to end going forward. This is not it.

Great location, friendly staff, and the rooms are always clean. Never had an issue checking in, and they have a pretty good breakfast.

Beautiful facility. Pleasant staff who are on point. Rooms are wonderful. Complimentary breakfast. They do require $100 deposit which is reimbursed to you upon checkout. Restaurants nearby.

Very cute everything and for the eyes seems cheap, but beware are some scammers, me and my girlfriend they took money from the account, if they will stay pay cash otherwise you will be scammed, they say Q are 83 per night and leave $100 deposit and they are all at the end When I woke up I had taken $270 for no reason and no harm in the room. I do not recommend this hotel for anything.

Decor in this place is great as it usrd to be a best western, area is ok! Service was very lacking. They ran out of towels on saturday, didnt bother cleaning the room. The breakfast area is way way too small. The soap dispensers are a bit on the tacky side…

2 things overrode my short experience here, First when booking over the phone, KJ the desk person forgot to mention that there is an extra 100$ fee included on the room. Now when I was trying to check in I did not have the extra 100$. Therefore no room. Second the money wont be back on the card for 1 to 2 days. So tonight im out of a place to sleep. All thanks to KJ's forgetfulness and the manager who wont talk to a disgruntled customers. Stsy away from this establishment lest they find a way to screw you over to. Would be no stars but Google wont let me do that.

I booked this hotel through priceline. When I got there, the suite was hideous, so I returned my keys and was promised a refund. Today after 2 complete weeks they come to tell me that I needed to call priceline in order to get my refund. They were using my money as back up for their own expense. I had been advised for 2 weeks by different employees that my refund was given back to my bank and should be getting it soon. I called priceline today and they hadn't even called them. Today is that my refund process will start. $248.04 a whole lot. Ive waited two weeks because they didn't wanna tell me the process in order to stay with my money longer. Shame on you and this disgusting hotel. This hotel is REALLY far from the beach and the rooms smell and are dark.

Management of this Days Inn withholds $100 from all customers and this is unethical. It should be disclosed in advance. I am a Diamond Wyndham member with 10+ stays per month and have not seen this policy anywhere else. With debit cards I understand it but not with credit cards. I will register this concern with Wyndham corporately. Rooms were very clean. But the lack of up-front disclosure is very troubling.

Everything was awesone besides the breakfast area was very crowded… Room was very clean and comfortable would definitely recommend a stay here. Very nice staff and professional… Great experience by far…

This hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are stylish and well done. The customer service was very good. My only suggestion is that they find a more suitable space to serve breakfast. The current dining area is too small which results in overcrowding and people bumping into each other. Definitely give this place a try.

Beautiful landscaping. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice renovations and upgrades. Clean rooms and bathrooms, confortable beds. Nice sofa in the room. Breakfast area crowded, but attendant was very pleasant & area was kept clean. Breakfast included eggs & sausage, not just cereal, muffins & fruit. We will stay here again.

Clean alot of upgrades to building front desk staff polite rooms are clean no bugs pool is nice will be staying again on return trip to aera.

My first impression of this place was less than what you'd expect of a staff with any sort of customer service experience. Arriving, my SO attempted to check us in using my credit card (whilst I stood directly beside him) with a snarl the woman behind the counter asks, "Who's Renee?. ", with an awkward smile and raised eyebrows I raise my hand and say "me". Taking my identification, I was then tested my date of birth and my address. Despite having a matching credit card, with a license that looks a hell of a lot like. Me, I felt extremely hassled and as if the staffing at Best Western required military background. In fact, the overall attitude of the staffing was kinda ridiculous. At one point our room was entered without any sort of notification (I usually stow my valuables when I know people will be entering the room) in order to just. Remove the couches and chairs (for whatever reason) while all of our freshly wrapped and unwrapped presents moved from one side of the room to the other. We dropped by the front desk to perhaps get some whereabouts of the couch included in our room, essentially knocking our "suite" back to a basic set up. We were greeted, yet again with a hasty attitude. An unapologetic concierge saying how she'd dealt with angry customers all night (in regards to the furniture), we left seemingly with less information which we arrived. I don't require nor expect much checking into a hotel, and I most certainly find any way around a complaint.

Staff was not even close to helpful. Took forever to check in. Lobby looks nice but the rooms and even the hall ways smell like mold or smoke Our room wasn't even finished. We wanted to give the place a chance despite the bad reviews because it looked nice. Like they were trying to make it better. Swing and a miss! Don't stay here.

This recently remodeled hotel is always a joy to stay at. The rooms are nice looking and clean. Good basic breakfast and great service from staff.

I have Been staying here the last 4 days on a company trip and this hotel is dirty and dingy cracks and holes all over the walls a/c barely gets the room to 80 degrees during the day + it's noisy. I don't even feel like this building is structurally safe, it's sagging into the ground and the walls are separated hence cracks in all the corners with good 3inch gaps all Co workers rooms are the same. Went out to get ice last night and found 4 Mexicans sleeping in the hall. This place is not worth a dime. Can't wait till we leave tomorrow.

Worst place ever mold in rooms. Rooms had been smoked in and management very rude owned by foreigners. Just had to leave, had hard time getting money back… enuf said.

Great hotel for the price. Lobby and 1st floor completely renovated including rooms. I don't know about 2nd and 3rd floors. Brand new carpet and furniture. Stayed 3 nights and had no problems. Only complaint would be their directv system was hard to control. I've been reading other reviews about the Vet being sent away and all I can say is that I didn't experience any issues with the staff. They were all friendly. I only leave reviews on my experience.

Pretty good for the price especially for the area. Seems freshly renovated with modern decor like a higher priced hotel. Rooms and lobby are clean. Still needs a little more love, there are small defects like holes on drywall and corners peeling. Beds are comfortable and AC is cold. All in all, hotel is in good shape and I would stay here again.

Kicked out a vet with a service dog what a shame! shame on you and your family.

American veterans have earned the right to be respected and appreciated. Best Western would do well to learn ADA rules and guidelines. I am a veteran who will never again give patronage to ANY Best Western Hotel.

This hotel discriminates against disabled veterans and their service dogs. And the dog became deathy ill because of something toxic it ingested that was in the room. The manager, kicked out the veteran and his family in the middle of the night, and refused to refund his money despite only being in the room a short time before the dog got sick. BOYCOT THIS HOTEL! Such a disgrace and injustice.

If you are a vet DO NOT STAY HERE! A vet was kicked out because he had a service animal. How dare you kick out a disabled person period. How dare you think you have the right to deny service do to a service animal! Manager MR Patel should be ashamed of himself for what he did. From the other reviews this hotel was crap to start. Bad reviews for rude and unwelcoming employees. I hope you all rot in your miserable lives. Patel is indian which means somewhere along the line your family came here to america. That was made possible by soldiers like Mr Williams whom you treated so poorly. Think about that next time you give a soldier crap.

General Manager Vinny Patel kicked out a VET with PTSD because he had a service dog with him? The service dogs are allowed to go anywhere their human goes, including hotels. The VET drove to Bonita Springs to pick up the dog and needed to rest before the trip back home and GM Vinny Patel said NOT IN MY HOTEL? I will never stay there, and will never recommend that any one coming to visit stays there either. Disgusting.

There's something wrong with this building! BEWARE! Walls are cracked and bowed. Construction Companie there trying to restore foundation. Very noisy jackhammer until 6 p. M. Was there for the 4th of July weekend. Not only could not sleep because of the noise could not hear the TV or a phone conversation! I wondered why the price for sale cheap! Other than that its a nice hotel, although don't really get the Roman statues outside! Very odd decor for Southwest Florida.

1. The front desk was incompetent. It took her 15 minutes to find my reservation, after insisting 5 times that I had a reservation and providing my confirmation number. 2. Our floor wreaked of cigarette smoke! When we went into our room, hoping to get away from the foul stench, we discovered that our room was just as bad. 3. When we complained, they neither mitigated the situation nor offered any kind of compensation for the horid experience. Do not go here, it may look pretty, but it's a horrible place.

Hotel is located at thr front of a very shady trailer park. I had someone steal a tire off my truck leaving it on a block. The hotel staff was absolutely in no way any help. Told me they have no cameras outside despite there being some clearly visible on the building.

Absolutely Terrible Staff (Krishna) and GM (Vinny Patel). We arrived at the hotel at 6pm, after a full day of looking at real estate properties with our real estate agent. Krishna checked us in and to be honest she was unfriendly and uninterested. We were so tired that we were okay with this. I immediately went up to the room to shower and there was no hot water. I should add at this time that the jacuzzi was out of service because it too had no hot water. I called down to Krishna to ask her why there was no hot water. She told me there is no problem and that, "she will turn up the hot water setting for my room". Thinking this was odd, and that I was getting the run around, I asked her for another room. She said they had no other rooms. A search on any site indicated that the hotel was not sold out at all. I went downstairs to talk to Krishna live and she immediately puts me on the phone with the most vile human being, the GM Vinny Patel. He tells me that the hot water heater is broken (this right after Krisha LIED and said there was no problem with the hot water), and that WE HAD TO LEAVE. He was kicking us out because we complained. He added that he did not need out money (funny how the economy works on businesses needing money) and that we needed to leave. We travel a lot. When we're in a third world country we have no issue with no hot water but we were in Bonita Springs in FLORIDA and we just asking for hot water got us kicked out. Please do not go to this hotel.

We stayed here over Christmas using a Hotwire reservation. The place smelled of musty Florida and the rooms smelled even worse. It was clear that these were smoking rooms at some point. When we asked to be moved they told us that the Hotwire Price was for the smoking rooms only. It was nasty. As was the staff. Not a pleasant Christmas at all. We learned the hard way. Never Again.
