I stayed at this hotel in February and had a good experience, so when I needed to come back down to Bonita Springs/Naples again this coming weekend (5/25/18) I decided to book here. The event I was coming into to town for was an exotic car show scheduled for Saturday May 26th from 11am – 2pm. That event has been canceled as of noon Thursday May 24th (today) due to bad weather forecast for Saturday (90% chance of rain/storms all day long). As soon as I saw the event was canceled I called to cancel my hotel. The woman at the front desk was rude and the “manager” did not want to help at all. They said I was within the 48 hour window where it was too late to cancel. I have zero control over the weather and the company hosting the event that canceled the event. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor customer service.

Hotel location was perfect, closed to beach, shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Customer service was great and room was always clean.

The rooms are always clean. The staff is so amazing, specially April from the "eating area. " We go back often. Blessings to everyone.

Excellent hotel in an excellent area. There’s everything you need within a mile or two. Breakfast is delicious every morning. I’ve been here for a week for work and they have made it feel as comfortable as my own home. Smaller pool but who needs a pool when you’re close to the beach!

Great location and super helpful staff. Can't wait till they get the phone app card entry. Great views with the lake in front. Rose was very polite and helpful.

It's a nice hotel. Looks clean and updated. Rooms, hallways, and lounge were very clean. It's close to stores and shopping so easy walk for some entertainment. Included breakfast options were good, and enjoyed the cookies at the front desk every night. I would recommend this place.

Arrived that this hotel around 1pm after flying in for a friends wedding. It was the hotel they selected with the group rate. When we arrived, the woman at the counter was rude. Stated that they didn't have a room ready for all of the early check — ins. I stated that I was not aware I was too early and asked what time check-in was, she told me it was 3pm. I asked if she would have a room ready at that time and she said yes. I told her I would come back. Drove around an explored the area for 2 hrs. Came back at 3p as we needed to get dressed. Wedding was at 4:30p! She handed me the keys to our room. We walked in the it was dirty! Never cleaned. Sheets all over the bed, garbage and beer bottles in the trash cans. Went back down to the desk and complained. She assigned me another room and ignored me when I asked if they honor their sign that says 100% guarantee of clean rooms and satisfaction or they don't expect you to pay. Gave me another room, no apology, no mends, not even a credit on the room and after switching rooms had less than an hr to get ready for the wedding! Not too happy with the service and email to management was also ignored!

The friendly staff treats you like they expect to see you again. Good breakfast choices, but the eggs could be better. Breakfast area is not cramped and comfortably laid out. The room was comfortable and bathroom well stocked.

The hotel manager Bryant was very helpful printing a document for me in a pinch. Excellent service.

After confirming booking, hotel called and try to say no room available.

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff were very accommodating, Tyler was very kind and the General Manager, Bryant, as well. He was amazingly sweet to my kids and we felt like family. Everyone was personable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel! Very close to beaches, too.

Surprisingly a great place to stay. Room was nice and clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice pool very clean.

I love Hampton Inns. This one was superior. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I left a necklace hanging on the lampshade when I left and a week later when I realized it was left behind I called and they did have the necklace. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and got worse by the day. On one particular day there were only 4 apples on the fruit side of things. There was no Oatmeal for the first 3 days. And two days in a row the eggs I'm guessing (omelets) were overcooked. Waffles and cereal were the only reliable thing to eat. You do get what you pay for. Overall our 5night stay couldn't have been better.

Hotel/Room smell like an old Vegas casino joint…. Room was very humid, bed sheet/pillow felt damped. If you are looking for a true Hampton experience this is not the place.

My daughter and her family are staying there while they are visiting us here in Naples. Really nice hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have to be honest this hotel is not bad and one staff member Kyle is great! However, everyone else I encountered has no idea of what even average customer service skills are, including the General Manager Ruth Oberholtzer! Lets start from the beginning. The first room I check into has a very musty smell and after walking around on the carpet for a night I notice my feet are black! Not what I am use to at a Hilton property at all! After requesting to switch rooms I was upgraded to a king room which was much better. However after staying for two nights I had my room cleaned, upon my return I noticed a whole bag of cloths MISSING including a pair of designer jeans and some fairly expensive dress cloths (estimated value around $400). After contacting the front desk agent they mentioned that this is not the first time that has happened and the housekeeper did not speak any English so they would have to speak with them tomorrow once a translator was available. After a day at the beach with my family and hearing nothing from the general manager I decided to stop by. The General Manager Ruth told me "they are not sure what happened to my clothes but they are continuing to look for them".

Excellent staff without the corporate feel. Close to everything.

Amazing deal and service.

This place is great. Only a few miles to the beach. Great staff! Great rooms! The price was inexpensive. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
