Very attractive property. Had a complete remodel 1 year ago. Located in a neighborhood. Didn't notice anything within walking distance. Typical amenities found throughout the chain. Complementary breakfast.

Very clean and modern light with quick and easy check in. Rooms were a great size for the price. The pool deck was under construction but the pool was still usable and well kept. Only issues were the door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and the ac unit was very loud Ave dried out the room at night.

Rooms very comfortable and nice but they must change the Ambientalizador by one more neutral.

The room was very good. But they should extend an hour plus the time for breakfast.

The concierge was the best I ever, Natalie was extraordinary kind, considerate and, she remembered my first name, a most endearing trait.

Always affordable, great rates. Hotel was remodeled a couple years back and looks amazing! This is always our pick when we come to this side of town. They have a great, full breakfast as well. Rooms are always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked a stay one week in advance, each time we spoke with their staff our reservations were not correct. We were contacted a couple of times before our reservation day, and the day before were contacted and asked if we still wanted the reservation. I assured them we did and reconfirmed our dates and room request for swimming pool side of building. With a creditcardauthorization and reservation we were a little concerned about the calls, so I called the day before, to confirm the information and our reservation. On Friday, the day of our reservation, I showed up to check in and we were informed none of the pool side rooms were available at the reservation price, but for an additional 10.00 per night a room could be available. That seem to indicate they had overbooked, or were more interested in making extra money on us than our long term business. When we tried to press the issue, the owner/manager got upset and told me he did not have to honor our reservations, understand! He then canceled our reservations. It was a combination of poor customer service, bad management, and a little greed that cost us hours of our time and additional money to find a place on a Friday afternoon on short notice. As a member of Choice privileges rewards, they will be notified, but I seriously doubt they will get any of my future business.

The front desk was nice. The room was well kept and modern. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights at Comfort Inn in Bonita Springs, Flordia. Very clean motel with nice rooms. The breakfast was not as carried as some of the other Comfort Inn I've stayed at. Also they did not have the CUTE little towels folded.

Very pleased with stay at hotel. Very clean hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable and a very nice size. In room coffee was available. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck outside of our room. Hotel was a very good value for me and my family. If I am back in the same area again I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised here. I didn't expect much more than a cheap hotel for 2 nights but the place seemed newly renovated, was clean, and the staff was pleasant. Even the free breakfast was better than expected. But make no mistake, this is a budget hotel and they did cut corners on some things. The towels should be replaced for example. I would return given nothing changes for the worst.

Brand new everything! Super clean room and bathroom. The breakfast has hot and cold items. All in all, a great stay!

Hotel was going through some storm renovations but overall had very nice new room with a large balcony. Very happy with my stay.

I would give it a 2 star if it wasn't because the bed was comfortable and being that we checked in late and exhausted. We were just ready to crash after a long drive. But in the am we were getting ready to begin our day with a shower, there was only ONE towel in the bathroom. What hotel supplies you with one towel? There was two face towels and two hand towels which was a given. But for a family of four and one towel, that was not an accommodation. That was one problem then came the showering, the water filled up the bath tub while showering that was problem after having to go downstairs to get an extra towel. Then for breakfast well I guess they only supplied for the first come first serve basis. There was no more scrambled eggs and just one measly little sausage patty. That was at 7:30 am. For the most part we got to eat the usual waffle, cereal, juice and coffee. For a hotel that seemed to have had an upgrade the accommodations were a bit under the 2 star mark. (Smh)

Everything was just fantastic here, clean rooms, friendly staff, new and updated remodel. The only black mark was out of their control, but they handled it rather poorly. The city disconnected the water right mid shower and left us soapy and rather upset. Now I know this was beyond their control, but, I called down to the front desk to ask what the issue was, she said she would call right back, after a half hour of standing naked and soapy I got dressed and went down to the front desk, and then was informed about the water situation. … was it to difficult to I form me via telephone? I know it seems petty but that really hacked me off.

The remodeling of the hotel is beautiful. The cordiality of the people was very good. The cleaning is very good. We enjoyed a lot this stay.

This is not a family friendly hotel, and the manager and owner does not provide any assistance to his staff or guests. They do not resolve problems. I do not recommend it. The other positive reviews on Google talk about the location… there are many other options in the same area (blocks away) at the same price point. I would recommend you stay elsewhere to have a better and safer experience.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, rooms were nice, new carpet/paint/bedding. Microwaves/Fridges. Large, nice pool. Good breakfast included. Close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

I was pretty impressed w this hotel, very clean, very comfy and good breakfast. I slept like a baby and didn't want to leave my bed. Lol.

The room was clean and quiet, and beds are comfy. The kids loved the pool and we loved having a balcony. The staff is very friendly and breakfast was delicious. There isn't a lot in the vicinity but that wasn't a big deal since there's a cafe (Dolly's I believe) and a bar grill next to the hotel and it's a quick drive to the highway and everything else. Plus it's not a bad neighborhood so you could take a walk if you wanted.

Our floor had no carpet. The room was nice.

Stayed three nights during Thanksgiving very clean rooms clean surroundings easy access to restaurants and I 75 great breakfast staff very helpful will stay there again maybe Christmas week and of course great price.

This place is very nice, clean, comfortable, presioso balcony to relax and watch the Sunrise (pool side).
The breakfast that dan is very varied and rich (eggs, sausages, sweet pastries, cereal coffee yogurte tea juice bread butter and the famous waffles macanas bananas…)
8 minutes from the beach, and as 4 of the publix supermarket.
I recommend it I didn't disgust bathe or walk without shoes in the quarto. Very clean.

Very good price performance. ($59 coupon booklet of mc donalds) Rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is ok.

We had a great time, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious (eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, and toast) but the only had one woman working so there was a huge wait for everyone. It was Memorial Day weekend, lots of people complained about how they wished they went to holiday inn express because there was such a wait. My two complaints were; the Wi-Fi wasn't the greatest but it's not like we needed it too much because we were exploring the area. Also the biggest complaint, the ac sucked in our room, it kept freezing up and shutting down then when it would thaw it would come back on, I couldn't sleep because of it. We talked to the front desk about it and they said that's how their AC's work, saves energy. What's crazy is during the day the ac worked great and at night it was so hot and muggy. I will say for the value of the place, it was a good deal, I just hope they fix the ac. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy.

Stayed 2 nights and was very happy with accommodations. Room was clean and odor free. Only complaint was that the AC was a little noisy and seemed not to work right on the last night. Good hotel @ great price.
