I think the location is great, the rooms were very clean and the price was good. It looks like they recently tried to upgrade the rooms and they did a decent job, but it looks like it was roughly done. While I appreciate it looking clean, I wish they would've taken a bit more time in the finishes and making the outside looking better as well. I worried what the inside was going to look like when we pulled up. The sign was weathered and the outside of the building just did not look inviting at all. It was a nice stay at a quit and clean room. I'm just nit picking for this review.

Absolutely terrible customer service and would not recommend this shady place to anyone. The young Indian lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unproffesional when I tried to rent a room.

A/C very loud in first room, they gave me another room and the floor was completely wet from the humidity. I woke up to light shining in from gaps between the ac unit and the wall. The bed was also very creaky and uncomfortable.

We stayed in room 119. Over all, good place for the money. We were looking for affordable accommodations, and this was it. Everything around was two times+. It's within walking distance of the local convenience store, and a couple of restaurants. A couple min drive from downtown St Augustine. Staff was very friendly.

I love this oldest city of this country, for quaint and romantic atmosphere!

This place is the worst place in the entire world and they rape little kids there. They have bed bugs and cockroaches there. They are nothing but ignorant towl head wall climbing monkeys. I found used needles and condoms in the room and when I left they refused to give me a refund. Dont ever go here if u value ur life.

Is this place still open, and under the same management?
