The hotel and staff were very professional and kind, especially Ali and the manager of the gift shop.

I have been to a few events here at World Golf Village. The most personal event was my daughters wedding. We had rooms blocked off for 2 nights for family and guests. Not only for out-of-towners but for locals as well. My daughter, my younger daughter and I all shared a room the night before the wedding and felt pampered! We had a package to include mother daughter makeup for the big day and they did a fantastic job! They gave options to what kind of makeup, asked questions to make sure they captured the real you. I was kind of between a natural and glamour candidate. I started with a natural look but wanted a little more in which they accommodated me. There are so many beautiful outdoor backdrops for photos. We had an extra large golf cart to fit the bride and all the girls to take us where the wedding took place outside. The newlyweds were pampered and everyone loved the venue!

One of our best hotel experiences! We came to St. Augustine to do the Festival of Lights by boat! We ran into 2 helpful, kind, beautiful ladies, I believe their names were Aly (Navigator) and Sasha. We had an early check-in, nor did they charge us for an upgraded room! The thoughtfulness was above and beyond! This was thee nicest, most beautiful hotel I personally have ever stayed at. To stay in room 832 highly recommended! That view and bistro table… these ladies have the upmost customer service and quality. I was so thankful to meet them. They were personable, friendly, and engaging! Thank you! I hope they see this! You truly made our time here memorable. We can’t wait to come back and see more of what St. Augustine has to offer! The hotel has a Lovely lobby and friendly, helpful staff.

Absolutely beautiful grounds. Staff has been first class. Came for a barbershop harmony convention with my husband. We were married this past June. Our concierge (Jolan) upgraded us to a Balcony King Suite for our honeymoon! Our stay has been a wonderful experience so far. Would definitely recommend this facility to our friends and family.

This is the view from our $260+ a night room. Looks like a third world country. When we called it to the hostess’ attention she said “I will make the manager aware”. Lots of great hotels close by in St. Augustine. Beware.

Inside the hotel is and always was beautiful! We were there for a bridal expo. My only complaint would be that if we had guest stay there for a wedding the outside pool area could use new outdoor furniture and not sure about the dog park so close to the hotel and pool.

Thank goodness for the sweet people running the place. They were not the brightest colors in the crayon box, but they were all nice, and tried their best to do their job.

Great place for a conference, friendly staff! Very clean! I was really surprised that they only have double beds instead of Queen size. Our first night check in we thought we had a king room and found out we had 2 dbl size. My husband is a big man
So we had to sleep separately. The hotel was completely full. So the second night I asked if they had any cAncellations or early check outs for a king size room & they had one room left avail me & we were moved to that room. Very happy.

This place is awesome! Came out here from Clermont and loved it Front desk crew is shout out to Megan and the Concierge girls y’all made me feel like home — really appreciate all you do! Also, I played the home course, difficult tee spots, but wow, what a beautiful course. Might play the King Bear mañana!

Worst bed I have ever slept in. The word Uncomfortable would be describing it in a nice way. Pillows are the size of toddler pillows. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and pretty sure the last. We will find another hotel to accommodate our family that is a little more comfortable to do the one of few things people like to do at a hotel… get a good nights sleep.

Came with my husband for a convention he had to do for work, and was very happy I did. Beautiful building and grounds, clean and well maintained. Warm informative staff, made sure we had a great stay. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby.

Beautiful place to stay. They upgraded us to a suite just because and even though our room wasn't "ready" — Brandon gave us a $20 voucher to use at the bar. We had a couple of drinks when they told us our room was ready — the bartender said "You each have about 2 drinks left on this voucher — so get settled in and then come back and I'll have them ready for you"

World Golf Village Renaissance has beautiful grounds and was welcoming… friendly and have helpful staff through and through; from Patrick at the front desk, to the bellman, Jim. The waiter staff were gentlemen… room nice and fresh. Hector helped us with the heater (we were unfamiliar with its operation), but all was well! Elsa was very accommodating, having housekeeper bring us a microwave (you have to ask but it's a free service). Beautiful conference rooms. They even had live music with a Saxophone player. I would stay here again.

Very disappointed in our stay and would never recommend this place to anyone. Booked for one night and after getting our keys, kids were so excited until they opened their room door only to walk into people that are already occupied in the room! How embarrassing! And at check out we got charged for 2 nights! The person at the front desk kept arguing with us saying we checked in 2 nights ago! Kept telling us when we checked in and how many dates we booked for! No sir! Even after giving our confirmation number he still couldn’t get it right! A good 30 mins wasted explaining and trying to resolve this. Shame on you Marriot! Staff was rude at check in and at check out!

I attended a craft fair today and can only say that the conference center was nice and very spacious. Coming into the WGV was absolutely stunning, very well maintained, beautiful!

We stayed there while visiting my Son & my Grandkids & celebrated my Mom’s 93rd Birthday! The Hotel & rooms were very nice & my Mom loved it! The staff was so pleasant & took great care of us! I will definitely stay there again!

I was there for ancient city con and the venue was wonderful. Staff was very helpful in answering questions, giving detections and helping out. Place was clean and the food was great. There was a nice covered area for people to smoke and there were comfortable chairs. There was plenty of security.

Was hoping to go and get Starbucks using the app but they were unable to read it. In addition they could not take a Starbucks gift card. Bought a drink anyways and was delicious. As was the chocolate. Bar was nice and had a good drink selection. Loved the available outdoor seating and ambiance of the entire hotel. Great amenities.

Although I didn't actually have the pleasure of staying here. I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention held there. This was the second time I've attended this convention here & the location is stellar. When spending the full day at one of these events, it's nice to be able to not have to leave location to find sustenance or even areas to relax for a bit. Would definitely recommend staying here for more then a day.

Property is beautiful well maintained, hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel for its size is quiet. Only real downfall was the initial check in process. Lady who assisted had a very difficult time figuring out that I was staying two days and not one. Other than that a beautiful location.

Will not be back! We only live 45 minuets away and just wanted a quick overnight get away. Our plan was to hang out by the pool and relax! We called the day before and ask if we would be able to have an early check in. We were told it would not be a problem at all and we could check in at 1200. It took 3 1/2 hours to check in. Not once did anyone offer to hold our luggage so we could use the facilities while we were waiting. The lady that checked us in just say “go park anywhere out there” and pointed to the parking lot. A large section was blocked off for valet, which was never offered. When we finally got into our room we changed and went to the pool. (Which we couldn’t use because by this time because it was raining) When we returned to our room our air conditioner was broken. It was about 5:45. Someone came up about 6 and looked at it and said he would have to call his supervisor and we would have to change rooms. We packed our stuff back up to move. The supervisor came in and changed out the fan. The air somewhat worked after that, but was still not completely right. We did not change rooms. By this time it was about 7. We showered and finally went to eat dinner at 8. We basically paid $200 to sleep. This hotel is definitely NOT up to Marriott standards!

Beautiful hotel in the middle if a golf championship area. Rooms are large, clean, tidy, well laid out with a really nice small coffee counter with a small sink and spot lighting. The hotel was not fully booked, and we checked in late so we had a nice pool area view. The check in counter we're welcoming on the check in, and accommodating on the check out. Since we came late at night and were very tired, they let us check out at 1pm. The shower is refreshing, and the shower enclosure is pretty nice with strong shower water. All I. All, our experience was pretty nice and will definitely be back to this resort hotel. Please share and like if you found the review helpful.

Beautiful place. Decent location. My room was gross upon arrival. Has been days now and they STILL have yet to come clean my floors like I asked. My shower was gross. Just horrible cleaning service in my opinion. Yes the place looked really nice, but still GROSS. Otherwise great service. Really enjoyed the people and food. Not the nicest place I've stayed by far! To start with, the hotel is stunning. The greeting staff and valets are friendly and quick. The desk staff is fantastic, the lobby is huge, the Villagio bar is nice and the restaurant is great. The rooms have amazing views. BUT despite all this, the cleaning staff isn't friendly at all, the floors in the rooms were nasty, and it took forever for something to be done about it. I have enjoyed a log of the stag but there is plenty that needs to be worked on.

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of amenities to choose from. Everything you could need was supplied. Only warning I'd suggest is watch out for snakes. The paths are well lit at night but we did encounter two different snakes on the walk ways. I called the front desk to let them know and they told me they'd have someone come remove it in the morning. Didn't see it again after that but I'm not sure if they removed it or it wondered off by then.

Loved the pool. Have footballs and volley balls to play with. Great for kids. Has a playground. Room was nice. Room wasn't as quite as we expected. You could easily hear guests next door as well as hosekeeping staff. The World of Golf walk around the lake is nice. Almost all the shops are closed so nothing really to do there.

Simply stunning! Everything from check in to the waiting area to the rooms are fabulous. Very comfortable beds, ample space in the rooms and great customer service. They have a small convenient store on property that serves Starbucks coffee. Close to the main highway and restaurants. The views are out of this world!

It was a very clean and beautiful community. Once inside you'd never know it was next to the interstate. We participated in the Health and Wellness Expo and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be involved in future events!

It is a beautiful resort overall. You circle around the entire golf course as you make your way to the hotel itself, and it is quite beautiful. The interior of the resort is stunning as well. It is overall an amazing place to visit.

Went for a social event. The bar staff at the hotel need some work (basically if you don't look like you're about to spend a bunch of money they take forever. ) But everyone else is really friendly. Food is great. Beautiful place.

I really enjoy this hotel. There are a ton of on-site activities, great restaurants on the property, and a beautifully designed Lobby. If I had any criticism, which is not really a real criticism, is that there's not much around the area of the hotel.

I am staying there right now and I can tell you they do not like to change your bed linen. They do a horrible job of cleaning the room. Come back and fine more trash and hair on the floor and bathroom counter then you left. The check in is great and after that nothing. The parking is horrible. Especially for handicap I was very very disappointed. The reason there rating is high cause of the golf course events. No microwave in the room. All I can say is very disappointed.

My sister and I stayed at this resort for spring break and we really enjoyed it. The amenities were amazing inside of the resort condo. The condo provided everything that we needed and more so that we were very comfortable. And the kids love the pool and the playground area. We would definitely love to come back.

Well-appointed Golf Resort good service and amenities management pays attention to details. Rooms are Monitor and updated with wonderful amenities. If your Marriott Platinum Elite member this Resort does not have a Concierge Lounge or concierge floor also not very easy to get an upgrade. Make sure you request a balcony room and views of the golf course otherwise housekeeping and belstaff did an outstanding job.

I have stayed at this location on over four different locations, and each time, I loved it. I have been once with my husband, where we enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and swimming in the heated pool. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant, which was walking distance. We even caught a movie at the IMAX theater, which was walking distance from the hotel, as well. The other times that I have stayed at this hotel have been with my female friends. Us girls enjoy the on-site bar, which is upscale (and expensive. ) We enjoy the close proximity that this hotel has to the St. Augustine Outlet Mall, also. This hotel is pricey, but it also provides an elegant, upper class atmosphere. If you want cheap, I’d recommend somewhere else.

I have to be honest, I was kicked out of this place because a Travelocity error. Kicked, I mean that they got overbooked and they couldn’t help me to stay for one extra night with my family and end up finishing my Saint Augustine visit in a Holiday Inn. But they deserve 4 stars. The front desk staff was helpful and they where really concerned with my case. The rooms are ok, even when the water cane brown in the bath tub. The location is impressive and if you are an avid golf player, this is like paradise. The lobby and recreational areas are up to a resort. The location is 20 minutes from Saint Augustine, but that means no traffic and free parking. The room service food (From the restaurant in the first floor) was exquisite.

When you call the reservations they are very nice and accommodating but when u get there the staff are not Except for the food/bar area by pool they were Awesome! We had a wedding at The Hall of Fame that was incredible but the hotel was poor at best. My 85 yo father in law called down for help w bags and wheel chair for his wife and they didn't have help for him. I booked and paid for a room in my son's name but they wouldn't allow him in the room. I called the local sales office and left messages 3 days in a row prior to the wedding and I'm still waiting for that call back. I could go on and on… I was told it was a busy weekend but isn't that there responsibility to have the employees not mine to have to deal with there incompetence?

My wife and I went there to see the premiere of the new Black Panther at the IMAX thereafter there so we stayed over night. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The exception is the security guard who told us to leave the pool. He was rude and acted as if we were not paying guest. I didn't say anything at the time because I did not want the staff to think we were not complying. This kind of ruined the night for us. I told the front desk person who was apologetic. I didn't want anything to happen to the guard but I felt very disrespected. This was the only reason for them getting three stars from me at this time. The other time we visited food a conference it was five star service.

The hotel is starting to run down a bit, torn wallpaper, bathrooms a little dingy. The management is not nice at all. Gave rooms away for late arrivals. Used hospitality rooms as sleeping rooms. We had problems daily with no tissue, no toilet paper, no shampoo, housekeeping never replaced anything and we had to go to the desk for it. They told us to take the bottled water at no charge for inconvenience and then I understand several of the guests were charged for the water and management is not cooperative. It has the potential to be a wonderful place if the hotel management wasn't so full of themselves.

We visited WGV Renaissance for my daughter's gymnastic competition and the experience was great. The ballroom is was located in was beautiful and the gymnast check in area was very easy to find and go through. I can't say much about the rooms or anything but parking was easy to find and there were plenty of places to snaps beautiful pics.

We stayed over new year's Eve. The hotel was very busy but the staff went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and our king suite was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel had a live band and a NYE party set up in the atrium with a special menu planned at the hotel restaurant. We had a very nice stay and would definitely go back to stay again.

Pretty good stay, clean hotel and rooms, relatively quiet despite high occupancy. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent. Room service was prompt and very good. Only minor negative was housekeeping took our large towels and forgot to leave new ones.

Overall very nice place. Minor hints of some wear and tear but it appears the staff keeps up with repairs and patchwork. Friendly and informative check-in experience with Brandon. They did miss the amenity that was part of our package but was rectified. We would stay here again.

Staff was courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. They were quick to resolve any issues. Rooms were clean & spacious. Plenty of towels, full kitchen, & dully stocked utensils. I look forward to my next stay there. It was a great vacation.

One of The nicest places we have stayed. However, we were there September 2-6, 2017, for our granddaughter’s wedding. We got a great room rate. This time of the year it cost a little more to stay. However, if I could get a good rate I would stay again without doubt.

Stayed here a while ago and really liked it. Came to st. Augustine on vacation with my dad and it was a prettt short commute. Staff was friendly and the restaurant right next store was pretty good. Looks a little run down. Seems as though maybe 5 years ago there’s was more to do, or maybe we just came the wrong time of year? Either way loved it and would recommend.

Overall staff were kind, helpful and polite. Rooms were large and comfortable, and everything inside them worked. Getting to the hotel was a little odd — the road was like a giant spiral, but the hotel has shuttles to downtown St. Augustine, which was very convenient. A few things that could use improvement: Most rooms are around a large Central lobby area that goes all the way to the top floor and there is little to no soundproofing. There is a bar in said lobby. People get loud. Please better soundproof the rooms (the 1" gap under the door doesn't help either). No ventilation in the bathrooms (FL is humid enough, and people do actually use the bathroom for things other than showering). Night guards were slightly rude at night — to guests in the lobby that were staying for a convention — for aforementioned echo chamber effect of the lobby. Starbucks in lobby did not accept Starbucks gift cards (why)? Menu for in hotel restaurant did not list all ingredients for several items ordered. Food was delicious, though, and very well priced. Overall a good experience.

I visited here for EXP Con 2017. I didn't stay as a guess but only attended the convention. Overall hotel convention center and lobby was very clean and organized. Staff at the hotel was very helpful when needed. If given the chance, I would stay here a few nights. No doubt the rooms are as clean and tidy as the rest of the hotel and lobby areas.

The convention center was an excellent venue for EXPCon 2017. The modular spaces were useful. However, the event halls were absolutely freezing to the point of being unbearable at times. Other than that, everything about the venue was great.

Unfortunately can’t give the fifth star because the pre-purchased buffet breakfast was a disaster area. The hostess has no idea what the job hostess means and was constantly in the dining room as opposed to greeting those of us who came downstairs looking to obtain a table have something to eat. Also 25 years in the restaurant business and I’ve never seen a chef working in active station like the omelette station have to be the one to leave and go and get more eggs that was completely ridiculous! Literally waited almost 40 minutes for what is possibly the worst omelette I’ve ever had in my whole life.
The rooms were phenomenal check in check out was in ears and the event that was held there that we attended was spectacular although again another food related issue the steak and chicken were like cardboard they were so overcooked.
At least the Moet made it to the room — and of course we even had a hick up there with room service breaking one of the champagne glasses upon delivery in the room.

I just stayed at the resort for a conference and had the worst experience. The food at the conference was nearly inedible each day and at each occasion they ran out of food before many had even entered the room to eat. My company paid for my accommodation and I gave them my credit card for incidentals which is customary. As usual, they slid the bill under the door the night before checkout with the entire nights room charges to the correct credit card. Two days later BOTH credit cards were charged for the three nights I stayed. I understand mistakes happen. Here is where I give the 1 STAR Rating. When I called the hotel to ask for help, I spoke with Chris who promised to get right back to me. He never did. When I called back I was passed to 4 different people then disconnected. On the next call Brandy said no one could help me today and I must call on Monday. She seemed quite annoyed and never apologized nor did anybody else. So, after speaking with five people I feel I gave the hotel ample opportunity to fix the issue. Luckily I used my Chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card and they have amazing customer service and have handled the situation for us with one simple phone call. The room was booked in my wife’s name Kate if you are interested in following up.

The World Golf Village Renaissance was the best meeting place my company has used to date. The staff were curtious and efficient. The accommodations were clean and richly appointed. I will absolutely recommend hosting all our future events there.

Great room and staff. Horrible breakfast and trifling wait staff in the restaurant. Overpriced buffet that is just pathetic.

This is a horrible place for families. I have never heard music from a lobby bar so obnoxiously loud. We couldn't even hear our TV in our room. The manager seemed more interested in keeping drunk golfers happy over families with young kids. If you are coming for a guys or girls weekend, this is the place. If you want a place for a family weekend, this is not it.

I come here annually and I always have a nice experience. Nice rooms and amenities, beautiful grounds, polite and courteous staff.

Boardrooms and bathrooms were clean. Lunch was delicious and well delivered and cleaned up. All employees were friendly and helpful.

I stopped by the hotel after I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. I told them I have a cat and asked if we could stay for one night. I have been on the road for several days and exhausted. They said no, we don't accept pets. I said will you please make an exception. I explained I had evacuated and was on my way home and I was exhausted. They said nope, nothing that we can do. They had barely anyone in their parking lot and several rooms to spare. I told them do you realize the Govenor of Florida encouraged hotels to be lenient with their pet polices, and to help hurricane evacuees. They said yes, we did allow pets for a couple days, but the storm is over now and we cannot help you. I explained to them that I had a flat tire the day before, while traveling home and had to wait on the side of the road for over 3 hours. They said well we cannot help you. I also informed the manager and staff, that I stayed at their hotel 2 times prior, but they still didn't care. I told them it's incredibly sad that you will not help my cat and me, during this difficult time. I found another hotel (St. Augustine Hotel and Suites) and called them and they said bring your cat and we will not charge you a pet fee or anything. I was so thankful for St. Augustine Hotel & Suites. They were gracious and helpful. I do not recommend World Golf Village Renaissance. They were unbelievablely unsympathetic, even during a time of such devastation to all of Florida, including their area. So sad!

Ok let me start out by saying I have not stayed at this location yet… However I do have reservations to stay there on 11/11… I am deciding if I will keep the reservation or not… This review is solely on what happened when confirming my reservation… So here is my experience of the hotel and reservation specialist… I booked the room on a 3rd party site. I called the hotel directly to confirm… I was told "Im sorry but I do not see a reservation for you on that day as it is too far out for our systems" "I will need to transfer you to our reservation specialist and they will be able to assist you"… I say of course… I get transferred to a representative named Jeff… He finds my reservation and proceeded to tell me that he is unable to confirm any details about my reservation other than the date of check in. I needed to confirm the type of room that I booked as my email confirmation told me to contact the hotel to verify all details of my booking… I have never traveled or stayed in a hotel before So I feel that I am getting the run around from a 4 star hotel which I would assume they would have a better customer relations goal. At this time I am very disappointed and a little discouraged. This is a very important and special trip for me and it is already giving me a headache.

Very nice space. Very clean. I visited for the Tattoo convention. Was very impressed with the size of the main hall. Staff was very cordial and always able to help. Will be back for more events!

The place was nice but they never came in and made the beds theb2nd day and the breakfast was 19.00 and I found hair in my food… neva will go back. Stayed in room 302 this past weekend… not worth it… rather stay at a motel 6… lol. And no free Wi-Fi. Who does that? Rip off… I give them 2 stars… also ver very dirty…

I was recently visiting this hotel for a convention and did not dtay in a room but the World Golf Village Renaissance is a very beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities. I was there with my 3 year old and she played on the modest playground (no slide and a broken rocking toy) otherwise it was clean. The lobby was beautiful with a "stream" and waterfall running through it. There are plenty of food establishments including a cafe that served starbucks. The hotel staff were courteous. The parking lot is weird and long and took a while to walk to the front lobby but they did have valet. Overall the hotel was lovely and I would definitely like to stay longer.

It's located on a golf course and has a pool in a great location which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean, plenty of space, and comfortable bed. Great view and everything is close by. We also got a great deal on a great room!

This hotel has seen better days. The furniture shows its age and the rooms could use refreshing. The bar and dining room were staffed well, but again the furnishings appeared worn. Many of the shops in the village are empty. Two stars are appropriate.

Lobby area is very nice with nice area to relax. Room was big enough and clean. Bathroom well laid out and also clean. I did have one towel that was a bit darker than the other white towels. I would have no problems staying here again during work.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our anniversary! We loved our stay. From Shawn who checked us in to the very nice bar tender! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The scenery was so nice and peaceful! We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the Caddyshack! We know exactly where will be staying on our next visit to St. Augustine!

I dont usually write a review on anything but I must with this… my husband and I booked a room at this hotel through kayak. When we arrived, our reservation was not even in the system. We booked a king size bed with a balcony. We waited an hour and a half for a room to be cleaned. When we got to our room, there was no balcony. Went back down to the front desk and they put us in the room we had requested online. The room was beautiful and the view so breathtaking… but, the carpet left our feet (including my 16 month old) black and the beds were hard as a rock, to top it off, we heard a toilet flushing ALL night long and loud yelling like a bunch of college kids partying. We are not ones to complain, so the next day we packed and left. Won't be going back to this place.

The hotel was beautiful. Got a little lost trying to find it, hopefully the area will develop a little more in the future. The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful.

Great place to stay, the only negative is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi. You would think a place that looks like this and in the area it's in would offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. We took advantage of the hot tub, the restaurant and billiards room. Without a fee, the shuttle took us to Old City for a night. Shuttle returns at 9pm at the latest. Was a little too early for our group. But we were easily able to request an Uber.

Warning to any and all contractors. Before you sign into contract for any work with in the world golf village I suggest to go onto st john county clerk of the courts records and look at all the leins placed on this property for non payment of services. Over 100 cases. We were one of them. My company was hired to power wash all roofs and building from the caddy shack all down the line 6 building total. We used a 70 foot boom lift to be able to reach the roof tops. We worked 16 days straight in two shifts day and night. When it came time for payment. We were completely ignored by Donald sanow with Angus property management. No return calls. I would not contribute a dime to this property as they do not pay their bills. Proof is online on record with all the civil court cases and leins from other company's who have had the same experience as we did. I am embarrassed to even know this property exsist here in beautiful st Augustine Fl. My own town. Contractors beware. Do not do work with these property.

My family and I stayed 10 days. The personnel is very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and light. The hotel has well — designed landscape. Thank you for everything. That was wonderful vacation :)

Last night, (Nov. 28) I decided to try out the villagio bar and grill and the Renaissance on a recommendation from a friend. After reading a few reviews, I was skeptical, but wanting to get away from the mess downtown but still wanting to have something "local". The hostess, Krystin, was amazing. Not only was she warm and welcoming, she treated me and my guest as though we were guests at the hotel, giving us numerous recommendations on things to do around town. After informing her that we were in fact locals, we made some small talk and she left us to our waiter, chase. Chase was equally attentive, and our food was great (as a past chef, I usually can find something I don't enjoy, but everything was to my standards or above! ) Upon leaving, Krystin checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, asked us to come back and see them again (which we will be) and informed us of their normal specials, plus their Christmas eve special! I highly recommend this dining establishment.

I have not been here to actually stay the night. I had come here for a work xmas party that the hotel catered and allowed us to use one of their rooms. So my review might be the best to follow in terms of figuring out the actual hotel experience. The area is gorgeous because of the world of golf area it's located in. It has the caddy shack bar right next to it which isn't so bad either. The hotel itself is gorgeous inside and out. A lot bigger than I thought it was. I wouldn't mind coming here to stay, but I haven't seen any of the rooms or what their prices are. Certainly worth looking into as an option for the area. Their party rooms and catering is very good!

The location is on a beautiful golf course and is near many services. The conference rooms are comfortable and service is very helpful. The gym is pretty nice and the room is comfortable.

I booked a king-bed room two months in advance using a Groupon voucher, and when the check in day came I called just before leaving my home. It turned out my reservation got lost, and it was impossible to retrieve it. I suspect they overbooked the hotel. Also, the clerk in the phone was quite rude. Long story short, this hotel reservation staff stinks.

Pool was out of service! Not very happy.

Gym was great! Didn't get to use pool and Jacuzzi due to rainy weather. Ordered room service, they brought me the wrong dish. Called to have it fixed it took forever because they forgot to bring the new one up to me and it still wasn't right. And the food didn't even taste good. Ordered food a different day it took forever (more than the 30min frame they have me) because they forgot what I ordered. Other than that it's a beautiful hotel and beautiful walking areas surrounding it.

Really Really disappointing. When we walked in two guys practically ran us down trying to be friendly staff but were overbearing. After that we could hardly get anyone to help us! Room was semi clean but found toenail clippings and other crap on the floor, gross. Bed was very uncomfortable, everytime my partner rolled over the bed squeaked and I felt it. No bath, only a shower and it leaked all over the floor! Toilet paper was so thin it disintegrated in your hand. Room was EXTREMELY humid, like growing mold HUMID and the air only works if you're in room so every time you came in it was like walking into a moldy smelling sauna. Wi-Fi was extra! Its 2015! Also it only worked late at night. We ordered room service and the coffee pot was some weird whitish dirty looking contraption that leaked all over the place so we barely got 1 cup out of it. The Eggs Benedict was very over cooked and way too salty. Had a strawberry smoothie but it was warm!? Maybe I am too picky. But from the reviews I just thought this place would be nicer. Oh and you have to make reservations to eat at the hotel restaurant. No one told us that so after a hot day of shopping we came back about 5:15 hoping to eat and were told they were all booked up until 9! If we had known it would be like that we would have eaten out instead of coming all the way back to the hotel.

The Hotel is not bad but what I don't like is that in order to have Internet you have to pay.

Room was not as requested! No vending machines worked so was forced to pay $7 for 3 can drinks from their bar as it was to late and to far to travel elsewhere for drinks! Ice machine on our floor was also broke! Staff was extremely rude, snobby and just overall unhelpful! So much for a nice Anniversary stay.

Staff was great and the room was very comfortable. It was a great experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff was snobby and had a lot of attitude. The food was overpriced for the poor quality. The door to our room sometimes failed to lock. Would not go again for the price we paid.

We just got in last night. The location was solid and the staff was right on.

Just got back form staying here. My experience was great. My room was awesome and comfy. The staff where great esp Josh. The pool was awesome after a day of sightseeing at St. Augustine. Very peaceful and quiet area and lots of things to do here. It you don't want to drive to town they have free shuttles but St. Augustine is just a short drive.

Great room, comfortable bed, HD TV, balcony, fridge, micro and great coffee in room. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Dirty Room, From the peeling tub to the un-wiped bar, purely disgusting. Oh yeah Wi-Fi is $13 extra for the "Premium Internet". SLOW! I wonder if I can get my money back from this dump. Do yourself a favor. Book elsewhere.

This was a very nice and clean hotel, the price is great. Me and my partner decided to do a last minute trip to St. Augustine and it was ornly a 15 min drive from hotel. The only downfall we found out about the hotel is that you have to pay an additional $25 to watch tv. Which is not a big deal if your not really in the room.
