Great experience here. The weather wasn't the best during our week stay, but the staff was super courteous in accommodating things for my child to do. Everyone I greeted along the way way helpful and pleasing to deal with. Clean rooms were a big plus. Would return.

This was the second time we were able to stay at this resort. The pool is awesome especially since it stays open so late. Wish there were more options for food close to the resort but having a full kitchen in your room definitely helps. This place is pretty great even for people who don’t play golf.

I really enjoyed the proximity to historic St. Augustine and the golf course. The resort offers some great amenities. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and always warm and welcoming. I did not, however, appreciate the uncleanliness of the rooms. My son's feet were black after walking on the floor the first night we got in (just an hour in). The top of the refrigerator is disgusting. The fan in the master room goes from a high setting to low, no middle setting. The blankets are stained and not washed well. The furniture is dusty, worn and outdated. I expect more from a Bluegreen resort. I hope these negative reviews regarding the issues with cleaniness catches management's attention and change comes sooner than later.

Pool is excellent for my daughter, she had a blast. Staff and other guests were also friendly. Room was nice with good views, clean bathrooms, and comfy beds. Only complaint was the noise. Our room was connected to an onsuite and we could hear every word from the other guests (who were up til midnight, still laughing and yelling), then when housekeeping was cleaning it was sooo loud, woke my daughter from her nap. Also was some construction right outside our door which was loud and dirty.

Using points to stay here. The rooms are huge, clean and updated. Amenities are great. Great restaurants on property with impromptu celebrity pop ins. Could be closer but, meh, fair trade. We love it.

The staff were very friendly. The place was extraordinary, and breath taking. I would love to have anothet visit there for my vacationing spot. Thanks Victoria Bruce and Kelli. You two are an awesome team together!

Great Location! Well maintained resort. Very friendly staff. Golf course view, 2 bedroom unit was spacious, quiet and provides a peaceful morning view.

So now I know florida is the golf scene and the setting is beautiful. There was a golf tournament going on over the weekend when I was here. The resort was very nice, not as fast paced as other blue green locations. Amenities and accommodations here are great, lots to do in area. We will be staying here again as well.

Love the Ascend hotel chain. Their properties are always immaculate. Plenty to do. Love the fully stocked kitchen so that you can cook yourself instead of always eating out. Only drawback is that they called us everyday trying to get us to attend one of their timeshare sales pitch seminars. Ask once and then leave it alone.

Great place to stay. Only wish the room would have been larger but they were filled up so we were unable to move to a larger unit. It was a nice Basecamp though for our beach and St. Augustine explorations. We did the tour to get Trolley tickets and $40 of Harry's seafood vouchers.

Nice resort but the cleanliness of the guest rooms on my last three stays have been disgusting. I'm not one that is quick to complain. The first time I said nothing hoping it was an anomaly. The second time I merely complained in person to the location's management hoping it was a coincident. This time I want the world to know. Three times is a trend. The floors were visibly dirty with sticky grime. I asked that they be re-mopped. They sent someone with a swiffer mop and a spray bottle to moisten the floor. That is evidently how these floors are so-called mopped or cleaned. After the spritzing mop girl left I got down on my hands and knees and cleaned the floors some more with the dish towel in the attached photo. I have almost 100k tied up in Bluegreen timeshare and can't expect a clean room upon check-in.

We absolutely love this hotel! The rooms were renovated in recent years, and the decor is modern but homey. The jetted tubs in the rooms are nice, and the bedrooms are roomy. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the kids love the pool!

Beautiful resort. Very friendly staff and quick check in period pulaha tub look really nice and the pool was heated. The beds were very very comfortable.

A beautiful place your stay unforgettable.

This is one of favorite vacation condos. It adjoins a golf course we love to play. It has a walk-in pool that is heated and very large and fun to use. It also has a lot of other activities in which you can participate at your option. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.

Resort nice clean rooms. Had small problem with ice maker. Maintenance staff response quick, and necessary repairs made. Lots of things to see and do In the ST Augustine FL area. Will come back again.

Awesome resort. I stayed in a 1br deluxe. The room is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. It's very private. You will feel like you're the only person here. It is a timeshare, so they will ask you to do a sales presentation. The agent was a little pushy but no problem. I told her no, because I'm here for the Daytona 500, and I don't have the time. The old city, St Augustine, is not far away, so you will have the opportunity to do a lot of shopping. St Augustine is such a cool place, so historical and very romantic with lots of delicious seafood restaurants. I definitely recommend World Golf Village for your next getaway.

BEWARE! Went there for a presentation and after 4 hours back and forward offering their time share for the price of a condo finally managed to accept our no. Some gifts were offered including a gift card with $100. It really had just about $25 and when called to question they said someone stole our card and MasterCard needed to investigate. Half way through the investigation MasterCard notified us that Bluegreen cancelled investigation and they are refusing to fulfill commitment. They are very fishy BEWARE!

Very nice place, but definitely more geared toward the older community who lives golf. The golf Hall of Fame is close by, and lots of businesses which cater to seniors. If you are not a senior citizen or a golfer, you probably will not like this place.

Perfect from Texas! Stayed here July 2017, family of 4. The room was amazing, really felt very upscale and clean, like staying in a modern apartment. Bathroom was great, plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen has some nice amenities. Had zero complaints about anything, although the standing water near the pool area (vollyball sand pit) was a tick concerning, as the mosquitoes were rampant. Pool was nice and service was easy to talk to. Would definitely stay here again!

So secluded and private that it feels like you're all alone. Excellent service! Fantastic rooms! Lots to do around St Augustine.

Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and stocked. Facilities are great and the location is convenient. Beautiful surroundings with the golf hall of fame and two golf courses in the background. Amenities were plentiful and sufficient.

Great place, quiet getaway. Grounds are well maintained, to a fault! The leaf blowers run almost all day long, right by the rooms and pool! The pool is very family friendly, and awesome.

Beyond the beauty, the facility's cleanliness was A1. The faculty's warmth was of sheer Southern comfort. As a native of the Hospitality State, Mississippi, there's a certain level of care we come to expect. BlueGreen excels. Thank you. We especially appreciated the services of Renee and Tiara which ultimately won us over and welcomed us to the BlueGreen family as owners.

Nice place to stay when you are away from home. Has all the amenities just bring you and your family that's all you will need. Swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court all on sight. Lots more.

We spent two days at the resort. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. There was music playing by the pool providing a nice ambiance to hang out while the kids played at the playground. We enjoyed staying on the resort, byt when we wanted to leave, there was a shot drive to St. Augustine. Will definitly go back for longer.

It's in st Augustine which means the area is loaded with history and sites. We like the fact that they didn't really push you or intimidate you. It did take us 4 hours but I'm handicapped and walk very slow, also we both smoke and we took a few cigarette breaks. We thought it was a very appealing offer, for what you get. They were very accommodating of all the questions we asked and very pleasant answering them. Unfortunately our credit didn't go through immediately and we didn't have enough for the down payment then. I wish we could have gotten the timeshare as the way they have things set up (if you so desire) you wouldn't have to pay a penny to buy it, they even have many programs where you don't have to pay the maintenance fees every year. I can't say enough good things about them. They even have properties all over. The apartments are nice and well stocked also. We will be going back when we can save up the down payment (which you can get back) from selling part of your yearly points to pay that and if wanted your yearly maintenance fees. Basically if you didn't want to use all your points to vacation for free they have a programs where you sell some points to pay all that… so basically in about 10 years more or less you have it for free.

Run! Horrible scam! Sounds good… wait, no it didn't! Fancy place to lure you in, just to take all your money for a stupid time share. Save your money and a lawyer by simply walking away!

An okay place to stay, more family geared, it was just my wife and I, and we had to drive into town to get into something, including eats. Although around the bin, Murray Brother's Cady Shack was great.

Nice place overall. Will probably come back again. Would have earned at the fifth star here if they hot tub wasn't out of order.

This was an awesome place to stay. We went right after a hurricane and it was fully functional and clean. The rooms have everything for a week long stay.

We stayed in a 2nd unit and enjoyed the area both on the resort and off. Customer service was great and they even sent a DVD player to our unit on request. I still love my Bluegreen membership.

Staff was very nice. We had german roaches in our condo. They didn't even offer to put us in another building. We asked for a 2 bedroom which I know was available but they said their were none. Children had fun in the pool, and playing volley ball and ping pong. Been here before but not happy this trip.

This is a ripe off. I was told if I pay for one night stay and listen to a 2 hour talk that I would get this and that. 1st off they lied to me and put me in a hoilday inn not at there resort as they promised. They said if I upgrade I could stay at there resort after I was told I could stay there. 2nd the 2 hour talk turned into 5 hours and when I kept reminding them that I don't want to buy something from someone that lies as they did to me. They didn't want to let me leave without buying more from them and when I told them I didn't get what I was told to start with that I did pay for and they didn't even care to try and make it right with me as I did pay for this. I would strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this very anti costumer company. Poor poor poor.

Having a great time! Great room! The pool and poolside is amazing. Every Thursday they have a DJ and he was amazing! Highly recommend!

Great resort. The grounds are beautiful! Quiet rooms that are very nice. Close to Saint Augustine. If you like golf it is great. If you don't like golf there is still a lot to do. Great restful vacation spot.

Great place to vacation! Staff is very friendly and family oriented. An owner perk most don't know about, day benefits at the resort. You can hangout by the pool with the family, without having to clean the pool later. :)

I loved this place! Very clean and family friendly. My kids had a blast! The only thing I'd make a suggestion on is the stair area closest to the park is a little slick when trying to get on the pool.

This the first time my wife and I have stated here and would definitely come back. Love being members of bluegreen.

Very nice Resort. Service could use a little improvement, but overall it's been a pleasant experience. Lots of activities to get involved with.

We stayed at Jbird motel very nice in St Augustine. Blue green 16 miles away from motel. 11:45 start but started 12:18 could not her speaker to many kids in room and to many people on cell phone. Should have known not to go when I ask about motel and told what does it matter we are paying for it. Ask how far from village told couple miles. Was 16 one way. JBird motel great St Augustine just stay there when in St Augustine Fl. Great food also.

We reserved a deluxe suite and when we got here they gave us a luxury suite. Which means we got a tub only a two year old could bath in and not the room we reserved. Now we called them personally and reserved this room five months in advance. Once we got here the room was not ready which when this has happen in the past they gave us one that was ready. The staff is not helpful and the customer service does not equal the other blue greens we have stayed at. Now we are trying to get the room we reserved. Their attitude is not good and pretty much who cares. We are owners and pay like most everyone else. We pay a lot to not have this place right their wrong. Last time we stayed we did not have air conditioning and the maintance man was really rude and treated us like 87 degrees in our room was fine. After much pain and activation we got another room.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere plenty for you to do. Great pool. Would like ceiling fans in bedrooms tho. Close to downtown.

The RCI villa we traded was a two bedroom. Here we got the small one bedroom lockout. Wi-Fi sucks two double beds. We should have waited till upgrades were finished. They are putting a lot of money ibut isn't helping us now. No food on site. Everything is a drive. Can't drink water too much chlorine. Not their fault so bring water. Cell tower sucks also.

5 star resort being ran by not even 1 star people ugggh.

Nice room with comfortable beds and full kitchen. Just what we needed as a family of five. Could use a few touch ups like paint. The IMAX theater at World Golf Hall of Fame is a nice bonus.

Have stayed here numerous times and for the most part have not experienced any problems. Everything is always nice and clean. However, the last time I stayed, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. There was a mix up in the reservations and I was pretty much called a liar by the lady at the desk, telling me that what happened, was not possible. When we checked in, we explained to the lady at the desk that we had 2 different reservations. She pulled it up in the computer and confirmed it. On the day the 2nd reservation started, we went to the desk to get moved to a different room (our 2nd reservation) and we were told that there was no 2nd reservation for us. When asked how the lady confirmed it the first time, we were told that she didn't confirm it because it wasn't there. The grounds and facility are nice but the staff not so nice.

One of the best experiences me and my family had. Everything is within arms reach. My family loved. It was such an enjoyable experience I became an owner to experience more resorts. With a family of 7, it was a no brainer for us to continue our travel experience with BlueGreen.

Nice clean room with beautiful view of golf course. Small kitchenette but sufficient for our purpose. Pool and spa lovely.

Girls at desk were all very nice. We stayed in building 3. Pretty relaxing few days. Great facilities for families. Gas grills. Manicured volley ball court. Nice basketball. Bike rentals. 100 yards from golf hall of fame.

Great place to stay. We were told good things about the Grand villas but were still surprised. We got a nice one bedroom condo with a kitchenette with full size fridge and all the appliances and tools we needed for a kitchen for a weekend. Fresh paint in the room, very clean, comfortable beds, full size bathroom and great location right off I-95 and 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Will stay here again.
