Convenient location with 2 bedroom queen suites and kitchen. The living room/dining atea was open and had a sleeper sofa, 4 person dining table, and accent chair. One bathroom. There was not a coffee rable but an accent table. 3 televisions. Breakfast that was provided was impressive due to all rooms having theor own kitchens. Staff was excellent. Heated pool was fine for swimming on Thanksgiving. Housekeeping statf and maintenance were exceptional.

Very friendly staff! They are willing to go an extra mile for you! I was checked in by the GM himself, Dan. We are local and wanted to get away from the beach crowds for Easter weekend. The suites are well equipped with all you need to dine in. The pool is a new mineral pool and the kids loved it.

I recently stayed in one of Marriott's sister suites (for 15 days) which raised my expectations way high for TownePlace Suites too. However, I had to lower them immediately once I crashed in here. The suite room provided to us was way smaller plus the rooms appear not well maintained/upgraded in a while. The kitchenette includes pretty much everything you may need when staying for longer periods, is tiny. The breakfast area can't fit more than 15 people simultaneously. Impossible to find a place to eat-in during breakfast hours. The only good thing about TownePlace is the staff, always ready to help you out whatever be. Just let them know what you require and they'll at your service.

Ample parking. Not much to do or eat nearby other than fast food. Staff is nice. Rooms are decent, clean.

This place shows it's age but they do good job of keeping it clean. The furniture is a little dated but again clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a good place to stay for a budget minded couple, family or business travel.

Clean rooms and lobby. Friendly staff. Bianca on the front desk was very helpful. She gave me some good recommendations in things to do and places to eat around town. Breakfast was good and staff was fast and efficient replacing items.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Very friendly staff. Clean and confortable rooms with good supplies in the bathroom, kitchen and bed. Free hot breakfast every morning, free Wi-Fi. The pool has heater which was very good because we went to the beach and the. Water was too cold. Good location.

A bit run down location and the location is ‘borderline’ from an industrial part of Clearwater. It’s a spots throw from the highway so that’s convenient. The rooms are just really average and not what one might expect for a Marriott property. However the night clerk was very friendly and made us feel welcome when arriving at a fairly late time. The bed was so-so and the TV is not in the best location. The property is on the older side with multiple coats of paint on the doors. Don’t think we would stay here again unless in a pinch, which we were.

Great Marriott nestled just outside Gettysburg. Two restaurants located just outside the door, and a movie theatre across the parking lot. Twenty-five minutes from Library Mountain. Stayed here four times during this ski season. JP was the best at checking us in, because he noticed our Marriott status and upgraded accordingly.

Front desk was very friendly, offered a great dinner rec we enjoyed. All staff we encountered was friendly. Only complaint — couple hairs on shower curtain and no meat at breakfast as advertised in elevator pictures. Room was huge and bed comfy. Housekeeping had made up cute easter basket treat and we also had a snack bag handed to us at check in. I would definitely recommend esp to business travelers as desk area nice with a great kitchenette.

Very clean and the staff is nice the breakfast is very simple Waffles, boiled egg, sliced cheese, juice, cereal, coffee, and assorted muffins and that's it. Wish they had sausage or bacon too other than that it was nice!

A lot to improve. The apartments are old and the location is not good for the tourist.

I have stayed there multiple times. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are very nice and updated comes with a full kitchen. Employees are updated on good places to eat and activities going on in the community. I would strongly recommend Towne place suites to everyone. Its also very kid and pet friendly.

Clean rooms with no view. About fifteen minutes from Clearwater beaches. Breakfast was good. Room had a small kitchen and there was a grill available for general use. Not very noticeable from the road in traffic.

We've had a great experience. Staff has been very helpful. Even provided milk for Santa over Christmas. Breakfast has been delicious. I love that they have grab and go breakfast. A/C is finicky in our room. But the room next to us has been good (parents in room next to me). Layout is tight, not huge room. But comfortable for 1-2 people. Overall, great experience.

Great hotel at a great value. Staff absolutely goes above and beyond consistently. I'm on an extended stay here and never ran into a single problem. Highly recommended.

A decent location, and its said to have a heated pool… I however made the mistake of booking this hotel using half pounts/ $$$, and still looking for a room upgrade (advertised always as "free room upgrades when available" to elite members, we are Gold Elite a few stays from Platinum and usually enjoy the upgraded room to seperate the kids). I even drove all the way down there to check in early while kids where in school to ensure a decent upgrade. The guy at the desk when I asked tells me; I am sorry, we have upgrades and rooms available but I cant upgrade you because of the code used to book the room (but it was possible the last 10+ stays, at the last 10+ hotels this past few months? ). If I cant get available upgrades (as advertised), and using my earned points is bad, then why do we always stay at Marriotts and use our cards there? Odd marketing, bad vibes and leaky water in room, will not be back…

The staff was very friendly, they rooms were very clean and neat. The breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good.

It's not bad, but I don't think it's up to the Marriott brand standards. (Even though this is a Marriott economy brand, it's still a little sub-par. ) The hallways have a strong curry smell of Indian cuisine. I love curry, but not what I want to smell in the hallway. The room is a little stale also. Not sure how old the building is, but it smells like it could've been a smoking room sometime in the past. The breakfast is standard quality. I used the Marriott app to make some requests for extra pillows and towels. They didn't show up. Otherwise, the customer service has been fine. Again, the accommodations aren't bad, but get an average rating.

Older property but well maintained with all the extras and the customer service is that of a 4 Star hotel. Tierra at the front desk was beyond amazing. Totally impressed.

Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast for on the go. Great kitchenette. AC worked great. Beds, clean and comfy.

I have stayed at one of these in Boca Raton and was attracted to this one in Clearwater based my first experience. The price was quite reasonable for a holiday weekend. It is conveniently located just off I275 and SR60. They have two separate buildings, each 3 floors — one elevator per building. Hot breakfast in the lobby area, small pool, gym, outside grill, self serve laundry, and business center. Parking area seems small, but I never had a problem with parking. My actual r…oom (218 in the second building) was a single with a queen bed and full size sofa sleeper. The full kitchen makes it easier to save money buy shopping for food. The room was clean as was the sheets and towels. The iron and ironing board worked well and were in good condition. The only down parts were the toilet was not balanced. When you sit, it moves side to side. The shower head leaked badly and was not adjustable for the type of stream (it was broken). Finally, the staff. They were a pleasure to speak with at check in. Megan was my point of contact and was genuinely happy to be doing her job. They offered me a welcome bag of goodies both at check in and at breakfast. Join Marriott Rewards and get good pricing. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Clearwater.

Cute and roomy enough suites. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample amount of linen without having to ask for more from the desk. However, No Eggs or meat choices for breakfast on the weekend is kind of weird. They only serve meat and eggs on weekdays. Still the stay was acceptable and I would recommend.

Great place for a few nights. Friendly staff (thank you Megan! ), comfortable room and bed, clean, good housekeeping folks. Free hot breakfast included hard boiled eggs (or in Marriott parlance, "hard cooked eggs), oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, milk, juices and waffles, pastries, sliced bread and bagels. Enjoyed peanut butter, cream cheese, jelly as well. Coffee, tea and tap water (no bottled water, other than for sale at about $2.25). Breakfast area a bit tight, small, also, no bacon or sausage. Easy parkıng, and felt safe throughout the immediate hotel property. Quite place. Close to family-owned restaurants (check out Mike's Pizza, in walking distance) and big-name chains. No room views worth mentioning. Pool was closed for maintenance issue, but Residence Inn a few feet away welcomed us to use the pool there. Two-bedroom, apartment-like unit about $130 a night this time of year (total, out the door). Full small kitchen, large refrigerator, full oven and stovetop, paper towels, utensils, plates, coffeemaker, pots/pans, etc. Expect $20 per night "incidental" that is suppose to not be charged to your credit card unless you charge something to your room. Marriott properties differ throughout Florida, but always a safe bet.

The rooms were nice and clean. Nothing fancy. Enough room for 2 couples in the two bedroom suite. The breakfast was a little disappointing. There were no meats. Just boiled eggs. Cold boiled eggs. Only hot item was the waffle.

Great staff! I could say about their clean rooms, well kept facilities etc. But those are standards you expect at a Marriott's hotel. But their staff is smiley, friendly, helpful, and quick responsive.

We stay here every time. Good sized rooms, friendly service and a solid free breakfast every morning. Easy access and conveniently located to everywhere we go while in St. Pete.

Our family stayed here for three days to enjoy the beach. The hotel was reasonably priced and had a full kitchen. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. They have a nice gas grill that is free to use. We grilled hot dogs and swam one evening. Our room was clean and loved the full kitchen. Breakfast was nice and even had bags made up if you missed it. Nice workers and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for a swimming competition. The hotel was nice, centrally located and very clean. The staff was great and gave many nice recommendations of where to go and eat. Breakfast each morning was good and the offering perfect. I would certainly stay here again.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The service was outstanding, everyone was so nice. My only complaint was the pool. It was green and very cloudy. I really didn't want my kids (ages 9 and 10) swimming in it but lots of other kids were swimming so I let them. They could barely find the pool rings with diving masks on. Even when they were standing outside of the pool looking down for the pool rings they could barely find them. On the plus side we did have a great time at the pool and the kids were fine.

Nice place to stay for business. Quiet rooms both times I stayed. Last time I was upgraded at no cost to a older two bedroom unit. More recently, I got one of the renovated units with a view of the pond out back. Plentiful self serve breakfast. Nice little lobby/breakfast area. Helpful staff. I haven"t checked out the exercise room or pool — too lazy! Besides I got my stairs in by not using the elevator!

The room was out dated and in need of repair. There was a horrible smell and the carpets were wet in the living room of our 2bdrm 1bth suite. Manager said they cleaned the carpets and that had pulled all the smells out as it hadn't dried well. We asked for a new room none were available and we asked to be advised If we could be moved. Picked this property due to the price and would have been about what I expected to just sleep in without that horrible mildew/vomit smell. Next time I will pay extra for a better property!

I have been in a couple of hotels for long stays and I will say that this has been the best service around the area. The reception has been always great and the house keeping has done a good job. The only thing would be that they need a bigger recreational area.

Conveniently located near highways. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast for free Wi-Fi. They do allow dogs.

Love the layout of the hotel. The pool was small, but never crowded. There isn't really anything nearby, and the street next to it is pretty busy. They were dog friendly, which was a plus.

It is a good hotel. The two bedroom suite is comfortable. Could do better in terms of kitchen assets.

No one answers at the front desk the toilets clogged air condition won't work I pay $200 to stay in a freaking dump. We should really be able to put in negative stars. In all seriousness if you find a better place to do it stay away from this place.

The common areas are clean and well kept. The rooms are large clean and well maintained. Great location to get to either Tampa or the beaches. They also have a well stocked breakfast area. Staff are helpful with whatever you need. Great place too stay.

Nice breakfast. The Wi-Fi is terrible though and is incredibly slow.
