Great staff all the way down from the front desk to the housekeeping and maintenance! Great rates for a quality room. Most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on!

There were roaches in my room. When I told Khristina at the front desk, she asked if I minded if they sprayed. I told her I'm not staying in that room, so she put me in a different one. I was still grossed out, so after about a half hour, I went back and told her I'm not staying and I need a refund. She told me I would have had to tell her about the roaches right away instead of taking my time and refused a refund. I told her I'd just dispute it with my credit card company and I am checking out and need a receipt. She printed me one that had my check in time, but not my check out time so I told her and she picked up a pen with attitude and wrote 5pm on it. At that point her and her little buddy at the desk told me I have to leave. I am absolutely disgusted with how the whole thing happened.

Was the worst stay ever. Outside was needles and the staff could care less. Twice there were major issues and was told that they "try" and do their best. On top of paying a 100$ deposit for a trashy hotel. Will never give this company my money again.

I was told I stole two pillows and was charged $50 for them. I haven’t stolen anything and will not stand to be treated like this. Do not give them your money.

The hospitality was wonderful, the staff was great and very helpful. All if you were very kind. The room was very clean, and relaxing. Once again Thank You!

The Front door to the has no weather stripping around the door so the bugs can get in the room. There are so many more things I want to say but I don’t want to waste anymore more of my vacation.

The hotel room stank of pee, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the pool was dirty & the bed was bad and had some kind of pee sheet under the real sheet, which made the bed very uncomfortable. Luckily I only stayed there for 1 night.

We stayed here last night. Awesome hotel! They were so nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and they are pet friendly. We requested a late check out, which they were happy to do. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed there 1 night. I am handicap and even though there website says rooms are handicap assessable they are not there is no elevator to get to the second level. We checked in at approximately 5 pm I had to deal with struggling to go up and down the stairs we leave to go grab some bathroom essential items to take showers as our flight left at 6:30am the next morning. We get back to our room after doing some running and there is no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they have been having problems with it and if I wanted to come down and get a card they would give us the managers name to contact for a discount. When my girlfriend went to get the business card she asked why we weren't told about it when we were checking in and she was told that her boyfriend (me) was told and I chose to stay anyway by a desk worker that supposedly check me in. So I went down and asked who was lying about this because the man that checked me in was a totally different man and different race and had left for the day! We were never notified that there was no hot water or we would have went somewhere else. So I call once our flight landed the next day, twice I called and cannot get a manager to call me back at all.

My credit card issued fraud alert! Just happened 10 minutes ago. I made a reservation Sunday, upon arrival Monday they wanted $60 more than quoted. I checked in at 5pm today, later tonight my credit card issued a fraud alert asking if I made 2 purchases. I did not. Here is an additional problem. The fraud purchase was for $95 less. Hmmmm. I went to the desk and they said they keep my card on file and I made the reservation? I am in the room right now. I asked what room number was this mysterious second room. The receptionist looked scared, I told him if there was someone in it I am calling the police. I also demanded to see my "receipt" for the second room. This was not what the receptionist wanted. If I am being billed (even wrongfully I am owed a receipt correct? ).
I can not trust this type of behavior. It is not honest or ethical.

Nice staff, extra large king room with all the amenities and very reasonably priced.
