Compared to what we had before this is amazing. The front desk was amazing people. I really recommend this place.

Very accommodating also excellent location. The staff was very knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel. Front staff was exceptional. Housekeepers very rude ass hell though enjoyed my stay would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay its very clean, quiet and the desk tenant casey was awesome and laid back nice person got us in our room quickly!

Close to airport and can leave car at your Super 8. That's why we stay. Leave to early to catch breakfast but that's ok.

Nice, clean, reasonable price. Staff friendly. Other than the "strange" people hanging around, over all good place. Have not had the continental breakfast.

Everything was easy enough to book online. No hassle when we arrived with the online purchase. Rooms are cozy and clean, however there was food in the refrigerator left by the last people that used the room.

It was a great stay, the beds were extremely comfy and the shower… the shower was flat out amazing, I was practically in love with it and the design of it was overall beautiful, good hotel; would recommend. :)

The staff was friendly and professional. Also, quick to correct any issues. All the rooms have been updated and are really comfortable. The area is in a good neighborhood with plenty of places to shop and eat, some with in walking distance. It's also located perfectly weather you want to go to Tamp and the beaches. Affordable and comfortable. The only thing that needs improvement is the complimentery breakfast.

So I landed at midnight, this was the only reasonably priced place to stay. (still 91 bucks). When I finally got to the "hotel" I was greeted by two workers at the desk. One worked for the hotel and the other seemed to be an entrepreneur. I booked 3 nights. Once I got through the smell in the "lobby" and passed the broken elevator and up the stairs I made it to the room. You could smell the mildew in the hot humid room. I walked over to turn the A/C on and had to shower while it cooled off. When I got out to dry off, some of the towels were already damp and cold. Once I found a dry one I put on my flops and went to turn down the air because it was doing a great job. Got close to the unit there was a large bug on the curtain enjoying the breeze. Smashed that one and immediately put my bags on the rack, turned around and there was another on the same wall by the unit. When I smashed this one I notices the wall was swollen and soft (explains the mildew smell). Then proceeded to turn off the a/c and sleep in the chair (not trusting that bed). The next morning I found another on the the night stand before going down to "breakfast" which consisted entirely of 2 empty coffee makers and one full of room temp decaf. There was a couple slices of bread on the counter some cereal and a 1 mostly black banana with a side of fruit flies… that was about it. So I went up to pack and get out of there.

Love the hotel just feels like you are in prison cuz the owner. I stayed there a month and the day I moved out I wasn't going to be able to leave till about 2pm well Devan the owner made me check out an sit outside in the hot sun with my 5 month old puppy for 2 1/2 hours till I was able to leave. You would think he should have no problem letting us stay in the room for 2 1/2 hours since we stayed there for a month but nope!

The rates were pretty decent. The rooms were decent and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the beds are not the most comfortable.

I recently spent the night here with me and my girlfriend. After leaving for work she contacted me and told me that there were bugs crawling around on the bed. The front desk sent someone up and he picked up the bugs with a tissue and left her to stay in the room without even an apology. I tried to contact the hotel manager and even filed a complaint with Windom and still have not heard back from either of them. Ask yourself what would you do? Charles Steinert. Now there lying about my review saying they have documentation that the room was bug free. What are they using as documentation the bugs that were removed by the front desk attendant?

Had a great stay with my family. Had one small issue with my TV remote. Hotel employees went above an beyond at 2am to come to my room and sovled the problem after replacement didn't work. Next time we're in Tampa area, we'll be stay here again. Great location, great service.

Nice rooms. All front desk attendants were nice to us. My boyfriend and I were moving to Florida. I left my house plant in the parking lot. The front desk was nice enough to get it for me and keep it until I could come get it. I would definitely stay here again!

First. When we checked in SEAN was GREAT! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & very accommodating! (We drive a tractor trailer & need 74' to park. The room is freshly painted, new flooring, newly remodeled bathroom & new flat screen. Extremely clean room. Exterior is beautifully landscaped, and we'll lit. And there's a pool! Small but sparkling clear.

We paid $149 + tax per night. I feel that is way more than it should be. But they had 1 room left and all the other motels were sold out so we took it. It was a room with a king size bed. It was modern and updated, looked very nice. Bed was comfy. Our fridge had a towel in the bottom of it, so I removed it thinking the maid must have forgot it, only to find water leaking on the floor from it. The walls and ceilings are very thin, we could hear a child running above us and you could plainly hear people talking in the hall even with the air conditioner on. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The motel inside and out was very clean. I would stay again but only at a cheaper rate.

A very convenient place close to the main avenues. It's been recently remodeled. The stay includes complimentary parking, Wi-Fi which is good (in the rooms too), fine lighting, decent breakfast, hot water and cable TV. The staff is very attentive and professional. I recommend the place.

The bathroom was remodeled and comfortable. I liked the room. The only thing I found wrong was a dirty room chair and no paint. Nice people.
