My kids love coming here. They do activities with the kids, and have night out's for the parents from 6-10pm on certain days in the summer. The staff is great! I have never encountered a rude person. We have seen a couple of live performances, and they are fantastic. The rooms are spacious, with a full sized fridge. The balconies are large, and ocean view. There is something to do all the time.

Loved this place! Stayed a whole week and everything was sooo great! View was incredible! And staff was super nice! I wouldn’t pay $40 a person for breakfast or dinner though a bit pricey other than that it was perfect.

It is a great hotel especially for families with kids. Perfect location. However the management is very poor and unprofessional. We have been saving money to go this hotel whole year. I don't work because I take care of my 2 little kids and 75 years old mother. My mom, kids, husband and I were planning this vacation for long time. We all were so excited. However, 2 days before the first check in night my mom got high fever, cough and running test. Doctor took x ray to make sure it is not an anomia. We are still waiting for the result. Doctor did not recommend to take a flight. My mom is taking antibiotics and she is too weak to spend 15 hours driving from Chicago to Panama. We did not have any options and we had to cancel our reservation. The penalty fee was so high almost $300! During covid time, high inflations and increasing prices for food and gas it is not acceptable! Karol (supervisor) did not care that I was almost begging her to make exemption. Especially that I wanted send her letter from my mom's doctor. She did not want to listen that it is a special situation and even store credit will be helpful because we will book vacation in June. $300 is nothing for holiday in corporation however for most families that struggle to meet basic needs it is a lot of money. Shame of holiday inn resort Panama City Beach!

DISAPPOINTED! While the entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the property was well maintained, clean and secure and our room was good size and beds were comfortable, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED with our stay as the COST OF FOOD AND DRINKS ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH considering the food was mediocre at best. They also charge an extra fee for 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach ($50)! We probably could have gone to an all inclusive vacation for the same cost! Also, on the day we were checking out there were several employees washing and waxing a car in front of the hotel, I would guess it was one of the bosses cars…. Very unprofessional. I guess that’s why they charge so much for their food and drink, so we can pay for the employees to take care of the bosses…. Unbelievable! We will not return!

One of the best resorts I been have pools kids adults heated pools alot of activities the restaurant food very expensive $42 buffet each to high child free but there's alot restaurants across the hotel to crab food from ft beach front! my kids love it 16 and 9 year old good in case its cool or it rain you have options if you want be beach or pool rooms were clean it was price but worth very family friendly not run down like other hotels condos or vrbo they also have spa lounge movies every night live music night shows like Hawaiians dancing will definitely come back.

If anyone is thinking about going to Panama Florida do NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay at the holiday inn resort! They have roaches in the rooms and they are very rude to you! My daughter had two rooms and both rooms had cockroaches at 2:30 in the morning my granddaughter woke up to one in her hair they got to go to a new room and then they gave them free dinner supposedly but the restaurant they told them to go to it was $50 a plate, and they gave them $150 and she had six people in her group, she went to ask them if they will comp so they all get free meals because comp means you don’t have to pay anything and they wouldn’t do it, so tell all your friends have your friends tell their friends do not stay at the holiday inn resort in panama Florida! 😡😡😡

We had a great time and this resort made our stay so much better! the view was great and the front desk was very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at the view and it was very convenient having a market on the property for some essentials and snacks. We will be back!

What a great resort. Fantastic units. Nice and clean with everything you need. The staff is super friendly. If you has a problem they fix it fast. There is a heated pool, hot tub, gym, activity room, gas grills and easy beach access. Lots to do in the area. You can cook in your unit or go out to eat. Arby's and McDonald's right across the street. The beach is great.

My wife and I just got home from an awesome week at Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach. The facility has beautiful beach views from every room; the entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and keep the grounds clean and gorgeous; the food at both the restaurant and the bar is delicious with outstanding service; and they continually worked to improve the facility without causing any inconvenience to the guests! And a special thank you to Bobby Taylor, who registered us and explained everything about the facility along with how to earn points for future stays, and our breakfast server Camilo for his outstanding service. This is DEFINITELY where you want me to visit and relax on your time away from home!

The most family friendly and kid friendly resort we’ve been to. Great service, very accommodating rooms we had 2 rooms booked a king with full size/twin bunk roomy with a full size refrigerator. Kids eat free all day the whole trip package. Rooms came with free ultimate breakfast vouchers, daily cabana vouchers, 1 topping pizza vouchers enough for the whole week. Movies every night poolside with popcorn serve to guest while we are in the pool. Poolside food service for lunch/Dinner and beach is just steps away. Lazy river are the kids favorite. Amazing time for our party of 7. Not only that to top it off adult drinks are spectacular and excellent server Juliana really made our stay extra special.

The hotel was nice, clean and fun but we actually enjoyed our golf cart drivers most! Bruce was so nice and let us have a little fun honking the horn for my bachelorette party. We love this place for our family of 5. You don’t even have to leave the complex when you come. We love every aspect of the whole layout. Staff is superb. Food is great. Drinks are wonderful also.

This is our 7th year coming to this fabulous resort! The staff is super friendly and so attentive. Nelson is the THE best! The SeaGlass Bar/restaurant is the biggest and best Tiki Hut around. Just sit poolside and have your food and drinks brought to you. I would recommend this Resort to everyone. Can't wait to come back next year a take a cruise around the Lazy River. The Sizemore's.

Great staff, great amenities, wonderful shows hula and fire dancers, live music most of the day, big screen movie at pool — you can view from your balcony, amazing oceanview rooms, crystal clear water!

We had a nice time. Food was good, scenery was beautiful, rooms comfortable. Kids enjoyed movie and entertainment. Live music was a plus. Service was slow at the bar I’m guessing staffing was limited? Only other complaint we had its the pool was EXTREMELY cold and only 1 of our 7 person family could/would get in (the 8 yr old) 6 yr old was in tears because she wanted to swim but it was just too cold. Extremely disappointed to pay as much as we did to stay for 4 nights and pool could not be used by our family. I am a big baby to cold water but when the rest of the family wouldn’t get in you know it’s really cold… consider using a heater to at least a comfortable temp… not sure we would come back because of this… swimable pool is a big deal. Especially for the kids… which the kids play area was also ice cold and kids would not use it.

This hotel/resort is great. It was under construction when I was there BUT the customer service was fabulous. The staff was great and friendly. Has beautiful views with sunsets. Walking distance to shopping area with eateries. Recommend. For warning, could be a little loud during daytime with construction until it is complete, but who cares, you sleep there. If you do not leave your room on vacation then go somewhere else.

Great resort with great amenities for families and couples. Everything was so convenient, beautiful beach access, lots of outdoor seating options and activities for all ages. They are doing renovations but nothing that got in the way of us having a fabulous time. Will go back for sure!

Wanted an ocean view and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. Mixed feelings about this place. I requested an ocean view and although we could see the ocean, it was a corner room with a limited view. My main issue was the guest experience. On both nights we sat at the bar for a quick beverage and on both nights we were ignored. On the first night we waited 10 minutes before a simple hello and on the second night we sat for 20 minutes without a hello, gesture, or anything close to an acknowledgment that we were guests. After 20 minutes of being ignored we left thirsty and annoyed.

We left the hotel with sad faces because we wish we could stay there forever. It's so comfortable and well maintained and super clean that we missed it so much when we got home. Staff is helpful and polite. Kids eat free with orders of adults entrées. Nice water play area for kids. Big pool and small pool outside are both clean and nice except the water is cold because they're not heated. It would be nice if they were heated. We got small kids so they cant stay too long in chilled pool water. Overall fun time and relaxing experience!

Loved it! Michael, one of the managers, was awesome and made sure we were happy every second. And tami (bartender) was great at making sure we got all our drinks timely and when we got a little bored while the kids watched the magic show… she entertained us. Carlos (pool attendant) was very attentive and came right over to let us know he is here if we needed anything. Literally as soon as we sat our stuff down on the pool chairs.

Nice place to stay at the beach with family. The pool is very nice with a separate pool area for the small ones. Beach access is very convenient. Food and drinks at resort are a little high priced I think personally but your allowed to bring your own which I would recommend :) kids activities and movies about every night.

For the past 5-6 years this resort is where we've stayed during our annual family reunion. It's a great family friendly resort. The rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are professional, friendly and work hard to ensure everything from check-in to check-out meets our satisfaction. The activities available right at the resort are entertaining for all age groups; The sunset Lua, movie by the pool with popcorn provided to all the guests, they have a live music/entertainment lounge for adults but is also used at different times as a dance club for teens and in a separate area there's activities for small children. Our family looks forward to going each year and we always enjoy.

The check in was easy. Even though our room was not ready when we arrived, our luggage was held at the front desk, we were given our armband for the pool and all access area and told we would be called as soon as our room was ready. We were starved and decided to eat poolside. Had a sandwich and drink by the pool (split a sandwich — they are huge) and our room was ready before we were finished eating. There are plenty of places on resort to eat, drink and be entertained. They had a movie in the pool, Ronnie McDowell concert at 7:30, a magician and activities (night out for kids) if you were traveling with children. There seemed to be something going all the time if you wanted to participate or you could rent a covered cabana or just use free chairs by the pool or beach. We will be back with our grandchildren. There is construction going on so I think they are trying to update. If we ever find out Ronnie McDowell and his band is coming back we will be there.

Very nice location on the beach! I will echo other reviews, the rooms are a bit dated but do not let that sway your decision. Balcony ocean views are very nice. Hotel staff is top of the line! Parking it's something to consider, you have to park across the street. However the hotel has a nice tunnel so you don't have to actually cross the street. There is a walkway through the tunnel. This is a major plus if traveling with children. Overall a great family location just a few steps from the ocean.

Amazing! We just returned from a wonderful week in paradise at the Holiday Inn Resort PCB. It was our first visit, and it didn’t disappoint! From the beautiful views from our room, to the delicious food choices, to the grand pool deck, it was a homerun! We rented a cabana on the beach a few days, and also enjoyed the pool, music and entertainment. But even with all that said, we were most impressed with the incredibly friendly staff who made us all feel at home. Lynn and Arthur at the bar, Nelson, Tom and Jay, just to name a few… they are all incredible. Thank you so much… we’ll be back! ☀️

This place is amazing! You can park here & never leave. Lots of food choices & options for inside or outside. Waffle House across the street & other food & fun options. Resort has lots of kids activities & performers/ DJs daily. Our favorite part was waking up to the view of fabulous turquoise waters every morning while we drank oh coffee on the deck. Also loved the Seaglass bar on the deck by the beach & the fact they give you plastic drink cups so you can take them on the beach or to the pool or hot tub. Arthur rocked! Best pina colada ever with toasted coconut on the rim! The store here makes it easy & affordable to buy chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, drinks etc at affordable prices. Sonia gave us fabulous service during the buffet breakfast! Just know if you have ‘free breakfast which is $30 per person, it is only good for 2 per room & only kids under 13 eat free. They provide a shuttle to parking across the street but no bellman service for bags. Full sized refrigerators in rooms with microwaves. Comfy beds & pillows. Loved the tropical feel of this resort! Rock waterfall by pool & huge hot tub although not very hot. Great splash pad & game room for kids. We will be back!

This hotel is fantastic for families! Lots of activities during the day, one huge swimming pool, one smaller one, hot tub, gated splash pad area for smaller children with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Dive in movie every night under the stars with free popcorn, underwater speakers and color-changing lights in the pool, DJ during the day with pool deck games at one end for kids, two outdoor bar areas, Polynesian Fire Dancers a few nights a week, live music, Kids Night Out (additional charge) … the rooms could be updated, but they are very clean, had a full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the choices for lunch and dinner. The breakfast bar is $29 per adult and $10 for a kid, but the menu prices aren't too bad, but is pretty basic. There is a Waffle House right next to the parking area. Didn't really like the pizza, the food at the outdoor bar took a very long time to come out and was disappointing and overpriced… so bring snacks!

Had a great time… rooms very nice… love the view of the ocean and the pool from our balcony… food was very good… bar had good drinks… my grandkids loved the music and the activities… with the pool… hot tub. Kids water park and the ocean and friendly staff along with security… great place to stay.

Our family was very pleased with staying here. The staff was nice and the beach view was beautiful. Our bed was facing the ocean and it was a gorgeous view. Our children slept in the bunk beds, which they loved! It was easy access to the beach. Not far walking distance at all. My children loved the splash pad or kiddie pool, it was very fun for young children. We stayed on the weekend so we got to listen to live band playing there. It was fun for the whole family. The bar service was good. It was $9.00 for 1 margarita so be ready to spend some cash for multiple drinks. We ate inside at the View restaurant and it was expensive but we didn't have to leave the hotel, have to wait to be seated somewhere, or drive our vehicle so it was worth it. Pizza parlor had very tasty pizza it was $14.00 for 1 pizza. The only problem we had was at the outside grill we waited a long amount of time for our food. I would suggest they make sure they are well staffed on the weekend to accommodate every guests needs.

We love this place! My husband has been staying here since he was 10 an he’s now 38! Once we married 15 years ago we have come twice a year. We now have 3 children An come three times a year… spring, summer An fall Nelson is like amazing (property manger) so sweet an always wanting to do a little something extra for the kids. Big mike is also as sweet as can be Every time we visit we have an awesome time accompanied by a great staff. Can’t rave enough about this fun, family friendly resort we call our second home. Excellent establishment. Great service all around and always smiles. Good drinks for the money. Kids loved the pool area and splash pad/hot tub. Easy access directly to a great spot on the beach. Breakfast at the view was a great value since kids under 2 eat free with an adult meal. Cost more to go to ihop than to eat here. My family and I loved it and will be back.

Had a great time at the Resort. Very expensive, but my son book it anyway. This place was right on the shore it had three pools. One just for younger kids and I enjoyed the big pool and the hot tub. We had fun and after driving 3hrs to get there. Hit some bad hard rain halfway there. Just took our time to get there Safe, Safe, safe.

We had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute and this place was open for us. The staff was nice. You have to walk across the street or take the van to the parking lot. It's at a good location. Three of my friends and I shared a one room with 2 beds. The view was beautiful, especially during the sunset and sunrise. The workout room was clean and had a lot of options. The pool area was nice and they have a lot of games available to play. Overall I enjoyed my experience but I would have liked free breakfast or coffee.

This place is the "Bomb". My husband and I love the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. We don't have small children but, it's catered to the family. The evenings are just romantically inclined for couples. The evening musical drums being played around the outdoor bar is so relaxing. The fire dancing is spectacular and the beach is just steps away. We're coming back this time with our grand children so they can have a memorable vacation and relaxation for us. Great friendly staff! Everyone I met on staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the resort has something for everyone in the family. A pool, kids pool, movies at night and restaurants. Easy access to the beach that was clean. I was impressed with security that was vigilant and the shuttle service to and from the parking lot. We will be back for another visit.

This hotel was AMAZING! Everything was always clean and in order. The beach access is perfect and the view from your balcony is beautiful! There is also a game room with pool tables and table tennis. Visiting the beginning of May resulted in it never being too busy which made the vacation that much better! The pool tables are a little uneven and show wear and tear but that’s normal I’m sure with kids being involved! It actually made our games a little more exciting and humorous in the end! On the morning of check out, to top off our wonderful vacation, we accidentally locked our keys in the car! … While it was running… Right in front of the main entrance. The Holiday Inn employees were more than willing to get us a few numbers to some local locksmiths and they even gave us some tips and tricks that they’ve heard about. Having them joke around with us about a silly mistake like that made it way better. We could’ve set out for our trip home just bummed and annoyed about $50 down the drain. But thanks to the resort’s staff, we are headed home happy and anxious to be able to return again soon! Thank you Holiday Inn! ☺️

Listen, well read! I absolutely love this resort. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HERE IN 6 WEEKS! I’ve come with my kids and my mom and stayed in 1019 and it was amazing! The rooms were so clean ♥️! We never moved out car for 3 days! The resort had everything we needed from food to entertainment! Then I come back 6 weeks later for me some adult time! I’m enjoying myself to the max! Drinks are so good from Lynette from the bar and cj is good too! All and I mean all the staff are friendly and welcoming. In a world full of craziness, I feel so happy, wanted and comfortable here! I’ll never stay anywhere else in Panama City.

We have been staying here for years and have always been very happy with the hotel. The rooms are large and they all have a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The room's also have a full size refrigerator for drinks and food. They are well organized and have a lot for the kids to do including a movie every night over the pool and a DJ all day. The have several restaurants and bars with different menus for the entire family.

I absolutely love Holiday Inn and the people who work here. The food is awesome, the service is great, the pools are all heated, I have a great view of the beach from my balcony, the arcade is full of games, and the water park here is fun. Three of the workers at Seafood Grille were very nice and even let me take their picture for the review of Holiday Inn Resort. Can't wait to post more about this place and everything around it.

Wonderful heated pools, great view, clean room, convenient location, friendly staff, entertainment every night, and kid friendly. Got a crib for no extra charge. Only draw back is parking across the street, buy they do have a golf cart to take you over. The driver was dressed as a pirate and my 3 year old loved that!

This was my second time at the resort. As always it did not disappoint. We stayed a week and and only left the resort twice. Everything you need is provided inside. All of our meals there were beyond awesome. We really enjoyed the daily and nightly entertainment provided by the resort. The staff made sure everything was taken care of. We definitely will be back.

This resort is very laid back and convenient. There is a spa and a couple of restaurants, so you really don't need to go anywhere. Free coffee and lemon water poolside. Easily accessible beach. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained with a great view from the balcony.

We visited the Resort for a second year in a row. It is hard to believe the expectations could be exceeded, but the resort proved once again why they are first class. The staff was great and it was nice to see the same friendly faces with the addition of a few new ones. This says a lot about how the hotel is run and the way they treat their employees. Captain Kidd the shuttle attendant was awesome, Mark with Security equally the same just to name a few. We would like to see some more recent kids movies at night, however this not a blemish on the excellence of the hotel. We met and made of great friends while there which will be long lasting friendships for years to come. We look forward to returning next year!

Overall our stay at the Holiday Inn was awesome. The rooms were much better than expected and very clean. Amazing view, roomy balcony, and great sights of the beach. They don’t have a reserved section of the beach, however the part of the beach in front wasn’t too crowded, even despite going during spring break. Complimentary fruit infused water and sweet tea were provided in both the lobby and pool area around the clock, which was a nice gesture. Despite the facility being a tad older, it definitely didn’t appear it at all and was given a nice facelift over previous. The rooms had wooden floors, a welcome modern touch over carpet. In addition, the rooms were much larger than we were expecting going in. Overall, would definitely stay here again and everything was awesome. Highly recommend for any families and other young adults, great mix of both and the resort was just as welcoming. Also plenty of available parking, so no worries there either. And free!

Overall our stay at the Holiday Inn was awesome. The rooms were much better than expected and very clean. Amazing view, roomy balcony, and great sights of the beach. They don’t have a reserved section of the beach, however the part of the beach in front wasn’t too crowded, even despite going during spring break. Complimentary fruit infused water and sweet tea were provided in both the lobby and pool area around the clock, which was a nice gesture. Despite the facility being a tad older, it definitely didn’t appear it at all and was given a nice facelift over previous. The rooms had wooden floors, a welcome modern touch over carpet. In addition, the rooms were much larger than we were expecting going in. Overall, would definitely stay here again and everything was awesome. Highly recommend for any families and other young adults, great mix of both and the resort was just as welcoming. Also plenty of available parking, so no worries there either. And free!

My wife and I had reservations arriving March 6 leaving March 11, 2018. Worst place ever. Music was so loud from the pool that I could not hear my TV on the 9th floor. I asked the front desk if they could turn it down but nothing ever happened. Every ones excuse was it was spring break. Overlooking the pool, there were about 5 or so people around the pool and maybe 6 in the hot tub. The music started around 10:00 AM and continued until I checked out after 4:00 PM. Couldn't take it any longer. Paid my early check out fee and got out of there. I'm in my 50's and realize I'm not a party animal anymore but come on, turn the music down! Left less than 24 hours after we checked in.

The rooms where fantastic with an excellent view. We needed a roll away bed and the staff where quick to serve our need and brought and bed right up. The room was very clean and spacious. The play a movie every night and the children can watch it right from the pool or your balcony if your in the right area for for viewing it.

Very impressed with this property. Beautiful view even from our lower level room. Room was nice size with two vanities and full size refrigerator. Outdoor area is huge with lots to do. Everything is well maintained and service everywhere is friendly. Great value for the price. Would recommend to families, couples, reunions or off-site meetings.

Originally I said to book elsewhere because of the fact that I wasn’t able to check in til after 5 when check in is 4 because my room wasn’t ready and I was told repeatedly it would be only 15 more minutes when it actually took a little more then a hour. After that, my stay was awesome. So awesome that I decided to stay over 1 more night. The view is amazing and so are the pools and other entertainment.

Great beach location. Nice big rooms with fridge and microwave. Pool was VERY cold so most people were in hot tubs. Encountered some very drunk women at the hula show who terrified me and my kids so would stay away from bar at night. Housekeeping just moved dirty glasses to back of counter and we wouldn't have known except one glass was used for milk so the room smelled sickening after two days! Valet service was AWESOME and always had a cart there to take you to your car.

BED BUGS! AVOID THIS HOTEL We stayed at the hotel during MLK junior long weekend (Jan 2018). After we came back from hotel, in few days my daughter complained of itching. I got my pest control guys come and check and they confirmed that we have got bed bugs. The first question they asked was did you go to a hotel and should contact them immediately. I contacted hotel, they took 2 days to arrange for a security officer to call me and record my statement. He said they will have pest control come and check the room. I called back to check for results but the security officer refused to share results and said I should contact corporate office. Since it was weekend I had to wait for 2 days again to call them. Since then I have called the corporate office several times but NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY CALL. I am surprised by the irresponsible behavior of the corporate office. We are still struggling with bed bugs at home SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS AND AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE.

This place was spectacular in every way. Cleanest public restrooms I have ever encountered. Staff was amazingly nice. The amount of things to do just at and in the resort would entertain anyone and then there is the beach and the local food spots and shops just a short drive in any direction. The free nightly shows are very well put together and entertaining. Awesome things for the kids and adults. Would recommend to anyone … Nothing I would ask the hotel to change at all.

We spend great time at this hotel. Amazing view from the room to the ocean. Little bit noisy because of the wave of the ocean. Rooms are average but fine. Food is expensive so had to go out to eat. In general we spent amazing time at this hotel.

First, I will say that the amenities here are very cool. The pools, hot tubs and beach are all very nice and we'll maintained. Rooms are fine. That being said, the booking process and customer service was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I had used this hotel as one of the block reservations for my wedding. I was getting several reports from my guests that they couldn't get in the block, they didn't get confirmations, confirmations were hand written, or the discount wasnt applied. The sales chick was not at all friendly or helpful despite the business I was bringing them. I even had one girl call me in the middle of my rehearsal dinner because her room that I was paying for had been CANCELLED somehow? AND THEY STILL COULDN'T FIX IT! Not impressed at all.

The only downfall was that there was no breakfast available. The largest pool also was not heated because of the time I went it was the off season. But the people were really nice and so was my room. We actually won a free drink ticket in bingo with my family. We also went to the new holiday inn express, which was even nicer. Overall I would go again.

OH WE LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE! We have been coming here since my grand daughter turned 5 yo and had her birthday party here. She just turned 14 and we were right here again and every year before! The staff are excellent and the security is such a blessing with spring break and all. So much for the kids and grown ups to enjoy! Don't pass this place up, because it is a rare GEM let me tell you! I LOVE HOLIDAY INN RESORT, PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA! Heck yeah!

Good hotel. Nice rooms. Great view. My AC broke in the middle of the night and they didn't have an extra room. The had the unit replaced within an hour so I was able to go to sleep again. I wish the bar wasn't as expensive as it was but it was probably a competitive price for other hotel bars.

The online price said $80 but add on resort fees and other “convenience” fees it jacks the price up another $50. Just be upfront and honest! Bad form, Holiday Inn. The front desk lady was very nice and explained all the upgrades. I don’t believe those upgrades includes the rooms. Lots of flaking paint, lights that took 10 seconds to turn on when you flip the switch, missing seal around the door letting in geckos who are chasing the bugs that got in. : (The pool is pretty. The hot tub was huge and communal. They market it as secluded, but hanging out with 20 strangers in a hot tub isn’t what I would call secluded (or relaxing). But hey, all the rooms are ocean facing so, at least you get a good view for all the hidden fees. Lol even though I think it was shady, I’d probably do it again. The view is good.

The rooms are certainly nothing to write home about. They are clean, and they are rooms, but you don't go here to spend time in your room. The food selections, outside of the breakfast buffet are not very good inside the resort. BUT, you DO go here to spend time outside in the pursuit of sun, sand, and water and this place is perfect for that. The pool area has a small splash park for the kids to run around in. There are two hot tubs, one for adults only. The pool is just the right temperature and the music is always pumping… well, not after a certain time at night though, people do need to sleep occasionally. The access to the beach is a very short 30 meter walk from the pool area and offers pristine white sands and ocean water about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the beachfront in this region has a sandbar 50-70 meters out that is an easy swim to go stand on. At the sandbar, the water depth is roughly 3.5 meters (4-5 feet) deep. Each night, the staff produce some activity, ranging from movie by the pool to hula dancing. During the day, is music and games poolside. The resort has a small workout room with limited weight equipment, treadmills, a steam room, and a sauna. The breakfast buffet includes all the usual suspects like waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc and is fairly large and plentiful. A caveat not against the resort but for the area around the resort, the food selections can be rather pricey.

A great experience. Food and drinks were absolutely great! Kids enjoyed themselves. A lady that was behind the towel section passing out towels was a little strange. When I asked her for a towel she hesitated and that was my first time asking for a towel, so I didn't quite understand that. Other than her, the staff members were very accommodating. The rooms needs some updating, toilet acted like it didn't want to flush at times but was ok to rest there.

I will start off by saying the hotel needs updating. The rooms are not very big and also could use some refreshing. Honestly, for us, the room was just to lie our heads. If you can look past that, then this is the place to be. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The poolside is amazing. Pool is HUGE, splash pad for the kids is also pretty cool, hot tube is a nice size. There a plenty of lounge chairs. I never felt like I couldn't lay and relax. The tiki bar is great and has an area to eat and watch the live entertainment. If you go to the lounge area on the third floor, they have plenty of activities for the kids (magic show and such). Our kids enjoyed every minute. Obviously, it is quite hot in Florida, so we basically just relaxed at the poolside. AND the food is also great so staying there through lunch was no big deal. If you want a nice restaurant to eat for dinner, visit the Firefly directly across the street. Walking distance and Amazing food. We will be visiting next year!

I started researching a family friendly resort, where my daughter and I can enjoy, and I found this place! This place exceeded my expectations! Live shows, great scenary of the beach, close to the beach, great food/drinks, activities for kids! The staff was very friendly and nice. Clean rooms. Already planning a return trip, and I have recommended this resort to family and friends.

So my neighbors recommended me to stay at this resort, best decision I'd ever made. The staff were so welcoming. I want to thank Big Andre, Big Mark, Jordan, Brook, Nelson, Mrs Virginia, Allie, Tom and whoever I left out thank you. The rooms were so clean, housekeeping came on time everyday. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The activities available for the kids and family was endless from arcades to movies to live shows. We didn't have to leave. There's even a store to purchase the necessities that you may need. I'm already planning my trip for next year. I would definitely recommend this Resort to anyone looking for a good relexing time. Had a great time there. Hotel was lively and had good music. The kids had a blast. Food and drinks were pretty good too. First time there will go back to any resort. Could had better breakfast buffet for the price but kids under 12 eat for free. They made it, so you didn't have leave the resort. Maximal beach and pool time.

Love this hotel me. Clean rooms. Lots of activities. Awesome pool area, hot tub and splash pad. They always have workers monitoring the pool, keeping it clean, etc. Nice cold water throughout and warm towels. Super easy beach access too and they keep it clean!

The hotel is very comfortable and nice. The customer service is very bad. Only the people from the bar in the Piscinamistraron kindness.

Beautiful resort. A great spot to take your family especially if you have kids. The pool is very nice and they show family friendly movies at night (last night was The Jungle Book). Overall very relaxing and accommodating. The room had a full sized fridge which was great, and the view from the balcony is unparalleled. If you're looking for a place that isn't full of partying teens this seems to be a good bet, at least I can say this was the case for my visit in late May.

I have been coming to the Holiday Inn since I was 6 years old. I am now 20 and my family and I still visit many times each year. (We only live about 4 hours away) but this is honestly the best hotel. You walk in and you're always greeted by the staff. Nelson always remembers my name and anytime I see him he says hello and makes sure everything is going good and he always makes sure my family and I have everything we need. Their security is top notch; extremely good especially if you have young children, and there are always things going on to keep them entertained. They have an amazing breakfast buffet, an island grill for lunch or dinner, and an amazing restaurant located right it the hotel, you don't even have to leave. They play movies every night for the children to watch, there is a magic show some nights and other live entertainment. Also, they just put in an amazing bar. Thank you, to the staff and Nelson for always making my family and I feel so special. We truly appreciate it.

Hotel was nice and clean. We got the "kids suite" which I though was overpriced for what you get and my view was the roof of the bar. There are 2 pools a hot tub, and a water park for the kids. There also lots of shows and activities. Bar drinks are about $10 each, but I thought the food was reasonably priced and good. My kids are getting older, so I probably won't stay here again, but for people with small children I would recommend.

I would have given more stars because the pool, cabana, live musicians, evening outdoor movie, etc. Were incredible. It had the feel of a resort in Mexico. However, when we checked in at 4:00pm, we were told we could not go to our rooms (check-in is at 3:00pm) because they had several early check-ins so our room wasn't ready. We did not get in our room until almost 5:00pm. Also, despite handing them a credit card, they put all charges on a preexisting card attached to our Holiday Resort Club account. We later caught it and had to have them to fix it. The staff did nothing extra to make their mistakes right. We are in our twenties and enjoy a good time, but the pool/hot tub rules clearly states no food or drinking. There were well over 40 college kids all inebriated at 8:00pm (and very loud until quite late) and continually drinking while crammed IN the hot tub. The staff did not stop this behavior. We left the area at 9:00pm and went elsewhere for a good time which is a shame. The amenities are awesome, loved that about this place! I would give it 5 stars for creating the feel of a resort perfectly if not for the issues stated.

This is a one stop resort. It has on site restaurants that are deemed five star quality. There is a sit down one and a fast food one. There is a outside covered bar and a store onsite. There is a game room and kid okay area with the set up of a small water park. There is so much to do without even leaving the hotel. The start is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with huge flat screen tv's. Ever room face the beach with extra door to the balcony. I will highly recommend this hotel as a destination for all tourists.

Absolutely the best for family and couples. Easy access to the beach. Exceptional service from everyone we met. Front desk staff were well trained friendly and fast. Felt like coming home to visit family when we drove on the facility. To wake up and see people busy at work to make our experience pleasurable was refreshing. I know it is going to be another day with a great experience. The quality you will measure everyone else to. Thanks for a great stay and celebrating my 50th birthday.

Very nice place. They have a great pool and beach access. The night I was there they had a movie for kids playing on the pool deck which seemed like a nice feature. Looks very kid friendly. I had issues with the Wi-Fi dropping outnin my room and while it couldn't be fixed, the night manager and staff at the front desk were ready to open up an office for me to do work in. Very good customer service. Nice, clean, big room. Great view even on second floor.

The room was clean and cozy with a beautiful ocean view and balcony. The fire dancers were really neat to watch as an evening show. Easy beach access and a basketball court on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second visit here and won't be our last!

On the beach. Had plenty of activities and things to do. Went on spring break with the family. A little overwhelming at times but ok. Restaurant was a little expensive. Rooms not as nice as I would of thought. All in all it was okay. Paid 188 a night so a little expensive to me for what we got. However we would stay here again.

March is a rough time to go. The facility and beach are beautiful. The restaurant was closed all week for the college kids so we couldn't try that, and had to venture around, which all were good options. The music was ridiculous during spring break. Blaring at like 150 decibels with nobody even out by the pool. The music went until 4:00am which may have made sense if anyone were there… literally empty, as most college kids go off to the clubs. We weren't in college and weren't aware of the level they cater to college kids. They did give us ear plugs. No drinks even near the beach in March. And carry ID at all times, no matter your age, or face arrest. Beyond the music, the only true disappointment I have with this hotel was the cab situation when we arrived. We took a cab from the airport, like normal people. We had a car rental planned for the next day as Enterprise is right across the street from our hotel and our flight got in late. We decided to take a cab to the hotel, and upon arrival, were screamed at by hotel staff and told we "could not be here! " I guess Holiday Inn has a contract with one certain cab company and they freak out at the presence of other cab companies… It was very awkward and unfortunate. After yelling at our cab driver and us, they finally realized we were guests being dropped off and then kindly welcomed us with a smile.

Room, view everything that considers hotel is ok. But when I got to the hotel for check in taxi driver dropped me off on the middle of the street when I asked him to drop me off at the entrance to building he said that only one cab company can make a pick ups and drop offs in that hotel property if some others cabs show up in or around the hotel they threaten them. The guy at the hotel front desk conformed the it is a big issue but hotel mgmt is not paying attention to it. Hotel guests need to carry their luggages from street. That what happened with me first day I carried my bags all way trough parking lot next night same thing cab dropped me off on the street. I was little tipsy on high hills on the half way to hotel entry I felt and injured my foot. Next day I used hotel cab service and they charged 2.5 time more then others plus for credit card payments they charged me extra $5 so my trip came up to 3-3.5 times.

This was such a great place! We went Feb 16-19 and the best part was the staff! They are amazing! They go way over and above for their littlest clients :) we can't wait to come back and stay again. The only little drawback was only one of pools was the perfect temperature, the splash pad was too cold, but it was February. The staff completely made up for that. The beach is beautiful and the price was great and well worth it. We never felt like we were being watched over in the pools. No one yelling at the kids or rules about the hot tub. Don't change a thing, you guys are great. Amazing views from the rooms too. Wonderful Family Fun Place!

This is a great beachfront resort that I would definitely recommend. The bars and restaurants on site are nice. They have a nice beer selection and some pretty good cocktails. I had one of the best Caesar salads here, with fried capers, and the fried potatoes at breakfast are super crisp and nicely seasoned. The location is great. It's within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, and shopping. The view from the rooms is outstanding. Pool, palm trees, and then the ocean. The rooms are clean. Ours had a full-size fridge, which is very convenient for keeping leftovers and drinks. The staff is very nice and definitely pay attention to what is going on with the quests. There are a lot of little things they do to make your stay extra nice, like hot cocoa in the lobby, snacks at the bar during the week, and a shuttle to their parking lot. The parking lot is across the street, which can make it difficult if you forget something in the car. If the place were just a little more polished, a few finishes here and there updated, this would be a five-star rating.

My daughter & I stayed here last year, & it were the Best Decision I Could've Made for a hotel! We also tried out other hotels last year, & couldn't find that same Amazing Feeling that we found at this hotel. So we decided that Every year our vacation would be booked at this Resort. Everything is Perfect, even down to the customers service! We can't wait until next month to visit again, cause to us, it feels Just Like HOME!

Great room. Breakfast was much better than the typical sugar coated bread. We booked through an online discount service and got what seemed to be a good rate. At check-in, we were told about the additional "resort fee. " If not for that, I would have given five stars.

Me and my friends came for a girls weekend and reserved a room in another hotel we ended up leaving that hotel at 11:30 at night due to roaches and came here to this resort and reserved a weekend stay here for the same price as the other one. They where extremely nice at the front desk the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun here it's so many things to do at it. We absolutely enjoyed this resort and will be back to this one if ever back in Panama I would recommend this resort to anyone it's GREAT.

My husband and I were driving through and decided to spend the night by the Gulf. Our son checked out some places for us and recommended the Holiday Inn. What an awesome place! The entire staff made us feel so welcome. The food was great! We will definitely be back!

The door to the room (121) was very difficult to open and the toilet overflowed when flushed. The floors were dirty and actually blackened white stockings. The shower did not appear to have been cleaned. Repair personnel responded quickly to our call and repaired the sticking door. The toilet was removed and cleaned, replaced and resealed. The housekeeper mopped the disgusting mess on the bathroom floor but didn't rinse it thoroughly and it remained dirty enough to again blacken white stockings. The clock was not set and alarmed at midnight. I would describe the room as "dingy and needing a serious remodeling". The housekeeper seemingly did not understand English. The maintenance respondor's could not communicate adequately in English. The maintenance supervisor completed the repair. Everything was fixed and we were satisfied with the operation of the door and toilet repairs. My biggest question is. Why didn't the housekeeping staff report the toilet and door problems after the last quests had left so the new tenants wouldn't have the problem? Why aren't the rooms being thoroughly cleaned? The male non-English speaking housekeeper made my wife uncomfortable and did an unsatisfactorily cleaning job in the toilet/bath area after the toilet repair. The other aspects of our stay was excellent regarding the dining room, banquet food service and staff interactions and hotel appearance. My grade for this hotel is a D because of the poor room maintenance and room appearance.

Excellent!. No complaints, no issues. I had read reviews before booking this place. It is more than what I expected here. The staff are very very polite and helpful. Not a single instance where we faced issues. Free coffee, lime water, all the time, everywhere. They provided clean towels within minutes of our request. The breakfast buffet was great. Since it was a holiday weekend, we had to wait a few minutes in the line, but it was worth the wait. The pool table, ping pong tables, the warm pools, all were well maintained. I saw a lot of returning customers there. It was worth every cent.

Absolutely perfect! One week and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. Location, amenities, service, room, and pool were above our expectations. However, I must stress it was the staff that was exceptional which reflects on the management. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, bar tenders, shuttle service and wait staff as well as the D. J's were the most friendly and accomodating of any hotel I've ever stayed. We will never stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach.

We have mixed feelings about this Holiday Inn. First the good: It really is beautiful and the staff (for the most part) are very friendly. The building itself is… tired. But we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway. Because it's a resort, they had fun things going on like movie nights by the pool, live music in the evening, handing out watermelon slices, etc. Now for the bad: We booked our room on Travelocity. But when we arrived to check-in, the hotel staff said that our booking didn't cover the "cleaning charges" so we owed them an additional $100. WTF? If that's not a hidden fee, I don't know what is. That in and of itself makes us not want to return. Second, we had lost a float in the parking lot that looked similar to one a lifeguard would use. We use it for diving. We asked security if they had found it, and they said no, and there wasn't any record of anyone finding it either. So we asked the manager, who said the same thing. Then we asked the lifeguard. The lifeguard said security found it the day before, and asked if it was his. It didn't belong to the lifeguard, so they put it in their stash of stuff. The lifeguard told us to make the security guy open the closet. Sure enough, there it was. What do you do when security can't be trusted to do their jobs? We told the manager, who seemed genuinely bothered by the situation and that he would "take care of it. " … whatever that means?

Yet another perfect stay at this resort. We really appreciate you dialing up perfect weather for both of the times that we have stayed here! :) We have never encountered one rude employee, or had one thing wrong with our stay. We will be back for sure.

We loved everything. The staff was amazing. Such thoughtful, polite, and cheerful employees. The operations manager Nelson was top notch. Food and service was outstanding in all areas of the resort. The entertainment was great and there is so much for the children to do. We have not complaints. Well, maybe one. Wish we could have stayed longer. This resort will be our only vacation spot from now on.

Stayed here for the metro-Atlanta Fall break and what an amazing experience. It was many years since I'd been to PCB, but I booked this beach trip (based on all of the positive reviews on multiple sites) and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Fruit flavored water around very turn, fun for the kids, amazing beaches, nightly shows… all free. And, the location is GREAT if you want to drive anywhere. Oh, and make sure you eat at the resort! Every meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is top-notch. You could never go hungry! (Kudos to our waiter (more than once) CJ. He was an absolute delight! )

We are actually here right now 2 adults and 2 children this is one of the best if not THE BEST places we have ever stayed. From the very nice clean beach to the best kids pool and play area around so far this has been a wonderful vacation the only bad thing is were only here for 2 nights and our whole family wish we could stay another night you guys keep up the great work. This is a must place to come if your planning on going on vacation my fiance has another week off for vacation and I've been laid off for 2 months now from the coal mines. This place has really helped us come back together as a family and enjoy the little things that bring a smile to our face great job staff and we wish we could afford to stay longer. Were most certainly coming back.

Great staff and very accommodations. Family friendly: swim diapers are provided and plenty of kids around. Pools are nice and waterpark is fun for the kids. Location is a mile or two from the "action" but that just makes a quieter environment. Would visit again!

This is the place to stay. Great service, great food, great beaches. All the staff was very professional and friendly. Restaurant in the hotel is one of the best I've ever been. Absoulty love it here! It was everything we expected. Family friendly. Kids really enjoyed themselves. As a person who travels a lot, sometimes you get a room that doesn't look like the pictures that are post online, However the room was everything and more. Spectalator with gulf front.

We just got back and had an awesome time. I did my research before we even booked and this hotel seemed great. It was everything I wanted it to be. This was my family's first vacation ever and I wanted it to be perfect. The atmosphere is amazing, all the way from the balcony of our room all the way down to the pool area. We booked the 2 queen beds upper level room. We stayed on the 15th floor, so you can only imagine the view… it was beautiful… and you can see everything going on below you which was the pool area. There was the pool (which was very family friendly), there was always something going on around the pool area. There was the pizza shack, the Oasis bar, the Bamboo grill, music was always going in the area which you can hear from the balcony. And even more awesome, when you have your head under the water, they have underwater speakers so you can still here the music… awesome! Every corner had big containers of fruit water for the guests to drink. The pool had a "pool attendant" area, which had towels provided for all guests, you can even check out supplies to play pool. They have lit torches all night every night which was also made the atmosphere awesome. The ONLY complaint we had was the hotel restaurant, it wasn't that the restaurant was bad, … it was just the menu choices… they were very limited… other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend this resort. We loved our stay so much that I am not even going to waste my time looking for another hotel for next year.

Have stayed here a few times with and without my children. This is an awesome place to stay! My family was just there in May and I am now planning a girls trip here in September! Can't believe anyone would ever complain! My kids LOVE DJ Jim! They got up and danced several times! I have five children ages 3-13 and this is a great place for them! Love love love this place!

I am leaving this review after contacting IHG directly and also receiving follow up from Kim Ward who seemed more concerned with excusing herself and staff than actual customer satisfaction. As you can see by the responses left by hotel staff to other negative reviews their attitude is "if you don't like it here stay somewhere else". Here are a few things to keep in mind when considering this hotel. First, parking is a major issue if you are handicapped/disabled or traveling with someone who is. The handicap parking is extremely limited and parking across the street comes with its own hazards. There are golf carts (sometimes) and an underground walkway BUT these options are not something that you are made aware of initially leading to a hair raising dash across the street. That crossing is a mess especially if your mobility is limited. Second, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. That was frustrating since I did have some work that needed to be completed and the IHG website clearly stated the hotel has Wi-Fi. In reality, they have wife that is accessible maybe 30% of the time depending entirely on where you are. Third, renting one umbrella and two beach chairs typically costs $50. After paying that amount of money families with their own chairs/towels can come plop down right in front of your pricey spot.

What a great place. My family and I go at least twice a year for just a weekend getaway. I would love to see them switch it up a bit, with more varieties at the bamboo grill for children and adults. I love the Hawaiian show but I've seen it over 50 times and nothing has changed. The same goes for the magic show and all the activities at this resort. Great fun but, I would love to see something different.

We had a two day stay, 2 adults and 4 kids. Everything was great, no complaints. The staff was great, the guys driving the gold cart to and from the parking lot were very polite. Will be coming back.

We have stayed here for yrs. Always get great service and its always clean. Our grandkids love it here. The food is great too.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I have been refused room service, given the most crap food I've ever had in my life, and the music is played SO LOUD, I cannot sleep, not only to mention do they play the same music EVERY DAY. It is filled with lazy, rude, and inconsiderate assholes. You can guarantee I'm never coming here again and I will make sure everybody I know hears of this awful service. My family paid an absolute fortune to stay a few nights here and we did NOT get our money's worth.

We have stayed here every year for the past 5-6 years. There is NO WHERE else that we would rather stay. Our children range in ages from late teens to grade school and every single one of our 6 children love this place. I am able to sit back, relax, and enjoy just being with my family. The kids always have a great time with the college kids leading the activities and with the DJ. The resort and rooms are always clean as is the pool area and beach. The food is excellent, drinks are great, and atmosphere is wonderful! We will continue coming to the resort each year because we have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they are always smiling. You get the sense that they REALLY enjoy their jobs. We can't wait until we go again.

My wife and I just celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here. I can't say how much we enjoyed staying there! The rooms and grounds were always spotless, it was fun and beautiful, security was great and every single staff member smiled and was so friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Mark McCraney! We are already planning for our trip for next year and will bring our family of young adults. Don't let the small resort fee deter you from staying here. It is well worth it for all little things around the resort that made it even more comfortable. Like tea, fruit infused water and live entertainment throughout the day. These are just a few examples. The only thing that needs improvement is the spa. It is not owned or run by the resort itself. It was a little disorganized, and we had to check into the spa on the first floor, then go to the 15th floor for massages. The area was not ready, so we stood around watching while they got everything ready. The massage itself was good. Also, when we called the resort, we were told they didn't have an airport shuttle. But when we were leaving, we saw one there. Thank you for making our trip so awesome.

This hotel loves to respond to each review hoping to negate what you say but do yourself a favor and ignore any response they have. It's irrelevant. I gave them numerous opportunities to fix it during my visit and they did not. Commenting here is hardly appropriate and worth nothing. My worst life experience yet! Not hotel experience. LIFE EXPERIENCE! This hotel looks nothing like the pictures! I went here for a weekend vacation with my wife and 7 month old son, little did I know that it was still the Spring Break party of the century! I had checked the Spring Break schedules and this was the last week with only a few schools left. I had no idea that this hotel actually solicits these kids. They have the beach fenced in (nothing ruins a beach experience like a fence) and they have a huge concert stage. They play music at a concert level from early morning until 10pm at night. I promise I am not joking. The weed, the alcohol, the drunken moronic kids, the douche-y security guards, the amateur manager who can't find a solution even when you explain your concerns, it was all my worst nightmare. It will ruin your experience and it will never stop because this hotel loves it. As soon as I walked to the check-in counter I knew it was not the place I imagined. I saw drunken chaos everywhere and immediately tried to cancel my reservation. THEY SAID NO! They would not let me cancel it. I had called in advance days before to check in and ask a couple questions.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Panama City for spring break. The rooms are great, every one faces the pool and ocean. During Spring Break Season they wake you up with the Circle of Life from Lion King which is a lot of fun. It is close to virtually everything in PCB, but you don't even need to leave to have a great time. On the beach, awesome pool/hot tub/ dance area, convenience store on site and best of all the accommodations are clean and well organized. I spent a week in PCB for Spring Break and it was unforgettable. This hotel had a large part in that. Definitely stay here if you are headed to PCB, it's worth every penny.

I will never go back to this place. We had the worst beach experience of our lives. Yes it was during spring break so I guess you could say we should have known better. But the resort bills itself as family/kid friendly. We were not the only family there that make the mistake of thinking the Holiday Inn Resort would provide a decent family friendly atmosphere and we were also not the only family checking out early and demanding a refund. Obnoxious teens was to be expected, however what we immediately found out was that the obnoxious hotel was itself created, encouraging and contributing to what I would describe as a living hell. 5000 kids, drining and smoking pot on the beach Right in front of the hotel. Not down the beach or in front of other hotels. Very specifically in front of the Holiday Inn because they are called there by the hotel. The hotel blasts loud obnoxious club music from 11 am until 3 am in the morning. I would say about half that time was playing the same techno song on repeat. They have obviously made the decision to cater to the teens and all their desires at the expense of the responsible families that just want to enjoy the beach during spring break. Take my advice. Unless you are a teen that is hell bent on getting drunk and stone to the cranked up techno music at all hours of the night then you Do Not want to stay at the Holiday Inn or even anywhere near it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT From the start, Staff here doesn't respect teenagers and discredits them unprofessionally. Even with kind and respectful talking they didn't deal with my bleach stain clothes cause by poor house keeping, vending machine charges on my card, and we're surprisingly rude when I would brought it up again the next day. They claimed they had "more important stuff to deal with then my shoes. " ON top of it all I fee like If I was down here with my parents they would have without a doubt treated me differently with my troubles and conflicts. I opened up an allegation case on my shoes and never heard anything back from risk management or the hotel manager. I just think for staying here a week I can say that the people's business makes this hotel fun and a decent stay, not the hotel and services itself. Over priced, stay somewhere else, but still attend the beach area near the hotel as teens crowd around Holiday Inn beach area.

I could not imagine my spring break at any other hotel in PCB! Too much fun and very accommodating. Shout out to the workers Ethan and Andrea for their friendliness! Next year I will be back and without a doubt will be staying at the Holiday Inn.

The Staff was very polite and helpful. It was clean and room service was excellent. This resort is kid friendly that was a plus. My next stay in Panama will be at Holiday Inn Resort. Awesome.

Came through town on business during spring break time and decided to stay. Being on the older side of the young crowd we were just there to rest a couple days and continue on but this couldn't be the case with the staff. We kept to ourselves, paid the extra fees and minded our own business. The hotel staff accused us of breaking the shower and attempted to make me pay for the shower (that was not broken). After being given the run around we finally made sense of the staff and was allowed to leave without paying an outrageous fee. They claim they had no knowledge which leads me to believe this was a a scam and I have no doubts this is done to many young people in hopes of making extra money during the month of March. I was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated.

I have had several stays at this property in varying lengths from 6 weeks to 3 days and each stay was a positive experience. All rooms have waterfront views, and winter rates are fantastic. It is winter/off season so of course that is when most major renovations get done. My rooms were huge, updated and comfortably furnished with a micro, full fridge, flat screen, good Wi-Fi signal and fast speeds. Smoking Rooms are available and all smoking rooms are on the 7th floor so if you smoke and want a higher floor just request a high floor and smoke out on the balcony!. Certain staff I will not name are very friendly and hand out free drink coupons as needed.

Warning: there is a MANDATORY $25 "resort" fee you will pay PER NIGHT to stay here. You will not be warned of this when you book your room. You will be angry when you check in.

Well, well, well. What to say first! "2012" our 1st stay. nelson, asst. General manager — makes my family and i, feel like we are the only customers there! 2 years ago, was our first time there. I met him, and he was so happy we came to his hotel, anything I needed, ask him, and he would do his best to help. And he did! well it was a blast, and everyone there treated my family and i, like that for the 10 days we were there. so, the next year "2013" I booked the family vacation again at the same place! well once again, the same thing again, but only better! we saw all the people and was treated even better! made alot of friends and met some new employee's! all were great! so,,,,, over the summer, I decided to book our family vacation again, at the same great place! but this time for 16 days! we have been counting the days for about 4 month's now, and in 3 days, we will be there with all of our friends (almost family)! see all of you saturday morning 12/20/2014! love and have missed you all :).

Had a great time while staying at your resort, no complaints. Enjoyed the view and the atmosphere. Rooms were comfy and the overall customer service was superb. I will visit again but this time with my children.

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stated at in Florida, our room was perfect and clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Nelson was so kind to us and was so fun to speak with! Lots of things for kids and abults! Nightly shows by the pool and movies! We will definitely return.
