Very nice place to vacation.

The smell of weed was overwhelming. I asked to change my room and the manager denied. It was terrible. This hotel is overpriced and Overrated.

So when I first booked I was a little irritated at the price of the room, I booked through Priceline which didn’t tell about all of the amenities. The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. There’s a balcony overlooking the lake, had a small kitchen so we could cook there if we wanted. There is a market, restaurants, pools, a private beach and lake on property. You can rent bikes, kayaks, Patel boards etc. This place exceeded my expectation, Priceline did not do it justice. With all the amenities and easy check in it’s worth the price. Super convenient to everything in PCB area. Already planning for our next trip!

We have had our family reunion at Carillon Beach for about 6 yrs now! We have had to rent a larger house as our families have increased. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy family!

I am from Gulf Breeze and wanted to get away a few days with my daughter and her friend for spring break. The resort was beautiful and the room was super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing along with all the amenities. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Rosemary Beach was less than 2 miles away and Pier Park was a 10 minute drive, perfect location! Will definitely be back soon!

The studio condos are cozy and comfy. Excellent accessibility to amenities (tennis, basketball, kayaking, fishing, beach access, swimming pools, etc. ) and guests are typically very friendly. Of course, the beach is absolutely amazing and easily accessed via several walkovers. The four pools are nice, too… always clean and in very good condition. Very close to 30A. Only a few minutes away.

Will make our 4th trip soon. Love this place! One year their private beach was flooded with the most beautiful shells we’ve ever seen. Not a handful, but hundreds washing in. More than we could collect before washing back out with the tide. It was an amazing sight to see! Staff has always been more than helpful and cordial ❤️

This place is beautiful. Close enough to PCB but far enough from tourist trap stuff.

We just stayed there the week of the 4th and it was wonderful! Our first ever FL visit. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and very nice. The whole area was for that matter. Best vacation ever for my little family including my miniature schnauzer! The shuttle service to the beach access was awesome… We will return!

It’s off season so no restaurants open, but very nice atmosphere and polite staff.

Very convenient location, walking distance to the beach. Nice room, could be more clean but for the price I didn't expect the perfection because there was mold on the shower curtain. Also a sponge to do the dishes will be appreciate. I love the village style environnement for kid's safety.

The location is quite nice. Their lobby closes early and no front desk clerk. There were a lot of broken things in our room including the shower, the toilet paper holder was broken the phone didn’t work and the ac stayed on about 74 no matter what you set it on. There was no one at the desk to get it resolved so had to push through it. So for the amount we paid for one night, I wouldn’t stay there again but I enjoyed my vacation.

We loved riding our bikes around the village. The water was clear + beautiful. We found live sand dollars and even saw a sting Ray. Can't wait to come back!

Ok, first I want to say I didn’t have an oceanfront view, but of a lake which was beautiful. I loved the room and the resort was nice and peaceful. The one thing I want to relate was we had what looked like blood stains on our pillows. Told front desk about this and they quickly got us new clean pillow cases.

Me and my kiddos had an amazing time! The location was perfect and there was so much for us to do. I’m trying to book for another visit right now! Will make this my go to spot for our vacations to Panama City Beach, FL.

Hotel staff was extremely nice. Hotel was clean and the beach was beautiful. The only thing is that the hotel staff did not come and change out our towels and wash clothes during our 2 night stay.

Food was good. Friendly service in drive-thru. Would have gave a 5 star, but forgot to add an item to order and did not add extra meat to nacho bell grande.

We had a great experience at the resort. We have just a couple of suggestions to bring it up to 5 star. We had room 412 which resembled a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The decor was very nice and we saved a lot of money by having some meals in the room. Our balcony faced the lake and the ocean, which was a beautiful view. Definitely check out the Monday night band on the green. The band was great the night we were there, and the green is beautiful with all the trees lit up. We had great food in both the beach cafe and the lakeside restaurant. We rented 3 wheeled bikes with a basket which was a blast to ride around the resort on. Very sweet people at the front desk. The only negatives were that we were also taken aback that there was not regular housekeeping. You could pay $25.00 for a deep cleaning. We did not, and the wet towels that piled up were annoying. I guess we did not understand that it really wasn't a hotel — they are individually owned units. However, it was VERY easy to get more towels. Washcloths, and toilet paper. This is a small negative, but the firepit out by the lake did not have any propane in it. We were looking forward to sitting out there. We asked, and someone got the propane for us. Then my husband, who is a master plumber felt like he smelled a gas leak so we didn't touch it. It is VERY quiet, there, so if that is what you are looking for, that is your place. It is about 4 miles from Panama City Beach where the action is.

This was not at all what we expected. The room was dirty, candy wrappers under the bed. No housekeeping services. We left early and found a nicer place. The beach is quiet and the pool by the beach was nice, but they really need to work on the cleanliness and the decor.

Many private beach access points, 4 pools, tennis courts, etc. Breakfast, lunch, Bicycle rentals, gift shop, bar all on site. Loved our kitchenette. Close to Publix.

This is my first time here but it won't be my last! A great development without huge crowds. More of a Mayberry feel than Pier Park feel.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My room and view were awesome.

Please be aware for Late Check-In call the front desk and listen to the full recording to access the lock box. When you call to let the Associate aware of a Late Check In please ask for all instructions (Very Important) Where and How to Access the room? You will be left walking the premises with the vague instructions in Welcome packet. Also, afterhours do not lock yourself out as we became aware that maintenance is not on site. Overall the place is decent and clean.

We loved our stay at Carillon Beach Resort. Pools are gorgeous, easy walk to the beach through lovely neighborhood. We will return for a longer stay next year. Our one bedroom condo was delightful, well appointed and perfect for the two of us.

Location is nicely situated between Laguna Beach and Inlet Beach. Rooms are nice due to living area being separated from bedroom. Price seems reasonable off season only. The staff is very friendly.

The location was beautiful. The room was spacious, and there was a hot tub on the balcony. V swanky.

The rooms were clean and I loved the little kitchenette which was perfect for breakfast and lunch and even dinner if you wanted to eat in. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I love the laid-back atmosphere. It’s relaxing to stroll around the grounds. Loved the pools and the easy access to the beach. Also loved walking down to the little shops and restaurants to eat. You don’t even have to leave the place if you don’t want to!

The Emerald Coast is aptly named. Of course they could also have named it Heaven and that would've seemed right too.

Nice, helpful staff, but the place itself is cheaply built, not greatly maintained, and shows wear. We had very few kitchen supplies (dishes, pots & pans, etc), the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling, we didn't have sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, and when we pulled it out, there was food on the mattress pad. It is dog friendly, but you will have to drive to most places to eat. Nice beach to walk to, nice pool areas. One good little bar/restaurant to walk to.

Absolutely amazing resort! We loved every minute of our stay. Was very relaxing and our kids had a great time enjoying the property which is beautifully designed. Customer service was fantastic!, Thank you Brianna/Rhianna (cant remember which name it was) for being awesome to my family and the tour even though it was not within the hours specified. We had a really great time! Thank you to all who made that possible.

Carillon is beautiful! Been coming to PCB since I was 6 months old and this is the absolute best place to stay! Beautiful beach community.

Nice, peaceful place to get away to. The staff is very friendly. The location is great! The private beach is breathtaking. It's not right behind the resort as seen in the photos, but it is in walking distance. The rooms are too small for the price. They need to be updated/remodeled. Overall we enjoyed.

Love this place… hope to return again next summer! Nice for couples or families w/children. It's private and not too crowded. We rode bikes, had breakfast on market street, used the paddle boats, went on the beach and to the beautiful pool. You really don't have to explore any further unless you just want to. They have kayaking and yoga as an option too. Tonight we're eating at the lake house and then listening to live music here at the resort. We also renewed our vows on the private beach, during our stay, and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend. Great price for all the amenities. And great staff!

The staff was great. Quant and beautiful area. Our kids were on an uncomfortable sofa bed for one night but the rest was perfect for our needs.

Out and away from all the madness! Has a fantastic pool and restaurants and small shops. Love it there!

If you are staying in Panama City Beach, I would definitely recommend Carillon. The rooms are clean and the grounds are beautiful. Nice proximity to the main part of of town and a short walk to a long stretch of private beach. Or if you think the ocean is gross they have multiple pools and hot tubs on the resort.

The front desk staff was very friendly and they treated you like you were family. The view of the lake and ocean was amazing. I definitely will be back and also recommend it to everyone, not to mention reasonable.

Beautiful Location! Inn sits on a lake, beach is only a 5 minute walk through the property. The private hot tubs on the deck do not work, and if you need a Wi-Fi connection it's only available in the lounge area. These would be my only complaints. Suggestions for your stay bring your firestick so you can watch Netflix, or your laptop and an ethernet cable.

We had dinner at The Lake House restaurant located next to the Inn. The service was very prompt and the food was very good.

Omg worst experience ever! Doesn't even deserve a star! This place is nasty! Inch thick of dust on the ceiling fans and blinds. I had to have them change our sheets at check in bc they were dirty. The maid didn't have any clean ones to give. The pull out couch has springs that jam into your back while you sleep. There was a frog in the toilet. Kleenex box had a used tissue in it. The shower rod had to be replaced and they just left the holes and screws in the wall. The hot tub at the pool was cloudy with hair. The whole place is dirty! Never stay here! Before we check out I am complaining to management. Don't waist your money at this NASTY place'

Although the front desk person tried to be helpful she was the only front desk staff until the hotel hired someone new. The stench from the lake was so horrible that we could not use the balcony nor could we open the slider. A different front deskperson (new hire? ) responded to my inquiry about the stench with "yes we have heard that" but no indication of whether the situation was different from the usual. When I tried to email the general manager the email was returned as undeliverable. As I read former reviews I came across one from a former employee. I wish I had not read it until after our departure as now I have concerns about cleanliness as well. We will not return here.

I like the beach here. It's very private and people are very generous.

As a former employee of carillon I feel obligated to warn anybody of making any kind of reservation. I worked in the housekeeping department which is a complete joke. For a couple reasons like I've watched my supervisor blow her nose and use the same tissue to wipe the kitchen counter. And I've seen her not change the prior guests sheets and pillow cases (only sprayed it down with clean linnen fabreeze) and wiping down a plate with the same rag she used to clean the toilet. And drying DIRTY towels with a couple dryer sheets for the guest. I've seen her plenty of times Fall asleep in guests "clean" bed prior to check in. (I have pictures and videos) and the maintenance department is lazy you can't even slightly touch a coffee table or towel rod or toilet paper holder without it breaking. He won't touch up paint or anything the first time I ever seen him was when he was trying to cover black mold in one of the rooms. And the air filters would go 6 months past due (supposed to be changed monthly) there's just no respect for the guest. I've watched the housekeeping supervisor walk into somebody's room while they were asleep just to steal a Wi-Fi password. So thankful I was finally able to leave. I couldn't stomach to see the guest be treated like a joke any longer. Absolutely disgusting.

Beautiful place! We were only there a couple of day's and we loved it, the view off the balcony was incredible with the sunset in the evenings. Then after dark they had colorful light confetti on the ground on and around the sidewalk and picnic area and around the palm trees by the lake. It was peaceful and friendly and the shop's they have is everything you need it was amazing. Also not far from the beach grocery store. This would definitely be the place I would want to stay when we go on vacation. Loved the beach scene on the inside also it was so unique. Everything you needed it was amazing. I would tell everyone about this place.

My family had the most amazing time here. The room was very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchenette and beautiful view from the balcony. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The shuttle to the beach was VERY convenient. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing in PCB experience, this is the place. We will be coming back.

Renting from an owner who thought of everything! Very nice quiet family friendly beach atmosphere.

Resort was great! There was a little restaurant called Our Little Beach Cafe that was incredible! The burgers and ice cream were the highlight of my trip.

They advertise a queen bed in the second room, big surprise it is not. My 5'-6" 14 year old daughter did not fit in there as the bed is too small and not sturdy and supportive. Not a queen bed although they advertise for it. Rest is fine, clean areas, pools, beach. Great food in near by restaurants. Watch out for 2nd bed size.

Very nice accommodations. The pool has a beautiful view of the lake. Great to see at sunset.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. No Wi-Fi in rooms, but does come with wired, so bring your router from home for Internet. Also a bit away from the main strip of PCB, but we kind of wanted that. Would stay here again.

This was just a stop through while travelling. Good location. Service was okay, did not have much interaction aside from checking in and out. The room was spacious… like a small apartment. Room was okay except there appeared to be some water damage in some spots on the ceiling. A little disappointed that much of the resort amenities were not open while we were there. Didn't get to explore too much due to bad weather.

We were very disappointed with this "resort". The first night that we were there we found 2 large bugs in the bed, had our neighbor banging on her door to get her son to let her in (AT 1 AM! ), messed up carper with a nail sticking up, TV volume not working, and our toddler could open the door because the deadbolt automatically opens when the lever handle is pulled. What a nightmare! I went down to the front desk to talk to the resort about it and the girl that was there was unapologetic and told me we could leave if we weren't happy, but that she would still charge me for the first night. The other front desk girl that was there then said I'm upset about the woman banging on the door at 1 am too b/c I'm the one that had to let her in. I said the difference is I was paying to be there and that she was being paid to be there. So frustrating! Yes, the pools and beach are very nice, but unless you want to deal with very rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic front desk, I wouldn't stay there.
