Great hospitality and service nice lady I believe it’s janessa working very professional and kind love the Waffle House and the pilot in walking distance def would recommend.

Stains on the sheets, light switch is broken and difficult to turn on, clock unplugged as only 1 plug works, in house phone doesn't work, fan in bathroom doesn't work, stains in tub, upon entering room, strange smell inside room.
there is probably more but I had to stop looking.

Stayed here last night. Left my purse in the room only to return with all my money stolen and my checks. Then proceeded to attack ME on the situation. No help from anyone on trying to get to the bottom of it other than the Sheriffs department who was very helpful and nice. They had two other reports of theft from this hotel by 10am this morning.

Infestation of bed bugs and they failed to do anything about it when I called… I guess I was suppose to still sleep there with my kids after the bed bugs had bit us up.

Rooms were neat and clean. Very friendly customer service. If a truck stop gas station bothers you, you might not like it. I didn't mind it with the air conditioner on which is nice and cold. Having the travel center next door was convenient to gas up upon leaving.

This hotel is a joke! I posted over 10 pictures of the deception that lies and awaits you. After looking through the ones that are posted by guest, I'm showing only 2 of the 10+ pictures. Of course these are the better out of the compilation of photos. Please be aware that this is a horrible please to stay especially if you're just needing one night. By the way… they make you post at least one star in order to post your comment.

I couldn't find a room in Panama City so booked this place which is an hour north. The only good things about this place are the price and location (walking distance to Pilot and Walmart). I The bed is rock hard, shower is horrible (it is a handheld sprayer, not mounted in the wall), and the bathroom looks like a public restroom. Ironically, this is supposed to be the handicapped suite but it is on the SECOND floor! There is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you will be miserable. There is no central AC and the AC box unit they have is extremely loud. I have stayed in other Days Inns and they are much more modern and well-maintained. And it is not a good place if you are staying in PCB; the drive at night is pitch black and foggy with winding roads. It took me more than an hour to get home. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

It was an okay hotel. The receptionist was very courteous and got us a nice size room for my family. Location is pet friendly which was a huge plus. Breakfast was decent, they had a waffle iron, scrambled egg, biscuit and gravy, Also, some cereal, coffee and juice. A toaster was handy and small assortment of pastries and bread/bagel/english muffin were available.

STAY AWAY… DIRTY! Arrived at 3:15am from a long road and ready for rest… no A/C and it was 89 degrees outside last week so we got very little sleep the 4.5 hours we were there before driving again at 8am, dirty bed and dirty bathroom, smelled heavily of smoke, notified front office who told me I would have to call and/or email manager… WHO HAS NOT responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Checked in late but very friendly, helpful staff and attentive. The location is central to fuel stations and plenty of places to grab something to eat. Tge rooms are a good size and clean and well taken care of. Im still staying here for two more nights so we'll see how it goes but so far so good.

Very helpful late night/early morning. Late night rate and late check-out. Older hotel but reasonable upkeep.

Costomer service was good and friendly, smoking rooms still available wow. dirty bathroom, stains in the wall, not a quiet at all. Horrible hard bed.

It was a nice room. A tad pricey. And the breakfast was not up to par. Other than that I got a solid nights rest.

I would not normally pick this place. Another member in our party made the reservations. The beds were horrible the rooms need to be redone they're old and worn out. The night manager was wonderful considering what she has to work with.

Very nice and a very sweet hand written note left by housekeeping. Great personal touch.

Decent hotel. It's fairly clean and the staff is friendly. Beds aren't super comfy and the pool was broken. All in all if you are looking for a safe place to sleep at night this is it.

The TV screen is so dirty you can not see the picture. I had to call front desk and the phone was so dirty I was scared to touch it. My sheets looked like they had been slept in. I dropped something and had to retrieve it under the bed. That sent me into a coughing fit. Don't look under the beds. The cleaning people never have. The mold is growing in the tub. The cleaners are kind enough to supply envelopes for tips but if they expect one they need to learn to clean first. But the coffee was good. And the front desk staff were very nice.

Emptier than the other hotels in the area so parking and finding a room was easy.

I enjoyed my stay, clean and comfortable, very friendly person at the front desk. Quiet and I would stay there again if I am down your way again, as I am from Canada.

This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. My parents were in one room and we had to request a different room. Air did not work and it was filthy. My room was filthy. I noticed something odd. The fire alarm had a bag over it. How safe is this? How can it detect a fire if its covered with a plastic bag? There are plenty of other nicer hotels in Marianna. My suggestion keep driving past this one. We should have looked at the room before paying. Lesson learned.

I booked a room at this hotel. I arrived and waited 30 min to get a room due to a line at the check in. Then I go to the room NON smoking room that had smoke smell. Went to request a clean room was given another room which also smelled but we had to sleep it was late. I pulled back the sheets and a spider crawled across the bed. When to the front desk to request another room and was told there are no other rooms. I then left the hotel to stay at the Quality INN next door. The Quality was good!

Friendly staff, outdated rooms. We arrive and went swimming. The pool was nice and very clean. After swimming we showered. The tubs were dirty and had several bugs in it. It started to rain so we decided to stay in and watch tv. The TV lost reception because of the rain. We then decided to go to bed early. Both beds were OLD worn out spring mattress with the springs. Didn't get any rest. Would not recomend a stay to anyone.

Been driving all night headed to South Florida for work. I'm a Diamond member arrive @ 7:30am wants me to leave @11 hospitality industry is dead.

The stay was nice. The only problem was the night receptionist who was way less than friendly.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. My sinuses took a hit just walking into the room. The bathroom had hair all over the shower walls and the tub drain area. Totally disgusting. Went to ask for another room but all she had left was a smoking room smh. We had to ask for some odor eliminating spray and cleaner to rid the room of the stale smoke smell and clean our own tub so we could at least shower. So paying almost $100 for a hotel room that we had to clean ourselves is absolutely NOT! acceptable in my book. Just gross altogether. And maid has the nerve to leave an enevolpe for a tip ha I'll be leaving them instructions on how to clean properly. STAY AWAY! If I could give negative stars I would.

Not that good. Receptionist (Samantha) not smiling or gives a warm welcome, maybe it was a bad day. The room smelled a little moldy when we first walked in, I realized the carpet was a little wet close to a/c, no towels in the room, I cld Sam, she asked for meto go down & get them bcause she was busy with customer or me wait for her to bring them. She brought them up & also advised her there was no phone in the room, she offered to bring a phone but I told her didnt need one. I just wanted to take a shower & sleep.

Clean and well maintained, but even if you get a non smoking room, if someone smokes in another room, it will smell pretty bad.

The room was clean and fresh, but the shower had very low water pressure. Was good for one night stay, but would not use for extended stay.

Better than the Super 8 across the street.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows could be bigger, towels like sand paper. Tubs could be updated. Outside smoking should have seating to accommodate smokers.

After working all day and driving all evening, we were met with a room that hadn't even been cleaned from the last guests. So at 1a. M. We had to reload the car, drive back to front desk, get assigned a new room. With no apology from the front desk, we unloaded the car again and dragged our things up two flights of stairs to the second floor. Being pregnant this was more frustrating than I can ever explain. The room had a musty mildew like smell and was very hot (85 degrees w no air circulating), it took more than an hour to cool down (now 3a. M. ). I would sleep in my car before choosing to stay here agian.

Wifi didn't work, room was musty, smoke detector hanging off the wall in our room, and breakfast/coffee was the cheapest possible stuff money can buy. Not recommended.

Room was filthy and smelled moldy. Stuck in hotel due to third party reservation or would've gone to another hotel.

Very clean room, bed was very comfortable, ac worked, microwave and refrigerator work also, new TV. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I stayed here in late July 2014. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. My room also included a Microwave and Refrigerator at no charge. The AC/Heater unit was quiet and despite being next to a highway and very busy truck stop, the room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good with OJ and Apple Juice with a Waffle station, Breads, Muffins, Cereals and fresh brewed Coffee were also available each morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in pointing out some nearby shops (Walmart) to purchase things I'd forgotten to pack. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but I did get it working after trying different access points and finding one that worked well. It's a good, not great room, but a great value for the price and was exactly what I'd needed. Most of the reviews I've read seem to be old from when this was previously the Hampton Inn. I was very happy overall and would stay here again.

To start with, upon entry of the room the bead spread had stains from makeup and what looked like burs all along the bottom. Then there was an envelope left with a holiday greeting from the cleaning staff with the hopes of getting a tip. However the cleaning staff neglected to dust. There was so much dust it was gross. Let me add that the shower left a bit to be desired. It seemed like it was left in the middle of a remodel and no intention of finishing. Upon leaving I went to the complimentary breakfast. Omg it was only 6:30 and there was no coffee no juice no milk for the dry cereal. The waffle maker was coated in burnt crust of old waffles. Did I mention breakfast was served between 6-9am. I reported my findings to the attendant only after she ended her personal call on her cell. The attendant just looked at me with a stupid look. No apology or offer of breakfast. This place was terrible and I would not recommend it even if it was inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

Both ice machines broken, so they suggested I walk next door to steal some from the Quality Inn! Sign in room said if you need toiletries just ask at the desk. I asked for a toothbrush and was told they were out. So now I'm driving to Wal-Mart. Tired after a long drive and no cool drink. No toothbrush. Can't wait to see what they mess up at breakfast.
