It's really good place. Owner is really helpful and tries to help you with all the possible solutions. I read some comments before going there which said the hotel was not good but, when I reached there, everything was different. New owners nice place. If I ever go nearby Crestview I would not stay anywhere except this place.

Horrible experience with this hotel, they checked our family into two different dirty rooms. The place is trashy and ran down. We pre paid for two nights, it was so nasty we didn’t even stay at all, Expedia tried to get our money back but we’re told they didn’t have the funds available. If you don’t mind dirty rooms and horrible customer service this place is for you.

Its a nice place but I have allergies so the air stuffs up my nose but other then that I would say its a 5 star place!

Refurbished but didn't look finished. Definitely need shower strips or some kind of non slip in shower. Said AARP but when I asked about it for discount or senior citizens discount was told that was included in price. It was $84.00 and some change. A little pricey. But had nice bed, large TV 52". Bathroom very small barely enough room to get in. But if I couldn't find another place I would stay there again.

Room was nice. The staff was kind also. I couldn't get the internet to work on my device though. Still, I enjoyed my stay.

Newly renovated. Great staff. Excellent value. Nice TV also.

Lovely Motel! Very clean and very friendly staff!
It has just been renovated. We were at the beginning of February 2018 here and it was almost finished refurbished, it only had 2 rooms or so lacked. I. E. It was all really nice and new: The whole bathroom seemed to be completely new, the tiles, the shower and even the toilet were brandy, as was the really huge LCD TV and probably also the mattresses of the bed (we have a few discarded outside Mattresses, so we assume that all the mattresses were also renewed). Everything was very clean and well kept! And there was a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast was typically American with waffles, toast, cereals, oatmeal, coffee and this kind of burger patties with the associated hot bun (unfortunately I don't know exactly what that means…) and juice and warm soup. The motel is definitely further recommended!

The gentlemen are very friendly. It's a great place to lay your head as you may be between destinations.

Booked through a 3rd party and asked for card upon chreck in and was charged 2 times. Asked to at least see the room & was nothing as described on website. Manager refused to reimburse me. Old matresses just leaning up against backside of building.

Not terrible, not A+. Comfy bed, musty smell, no bedbugs, decent price and pet friendly.

Clean rooms. The owners are nice and informative. Parking is not the easiest in the back. We will stay here on our next visit.

Very clean and they actually have breakfast which was shocking brcause they were affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at more than a few hotels over the years, and this is one that, for the price ($100), I would not recommend. The bed sheets had crusty stuff on them, the bathroom had cracks in the wall and the breakfast was minimal. Coffee wast very good either. The TV was a 60" so that's something. The a. C. Worked well. I place this one in the $65 a night range.

I went to the best Western across the highway first, who wanted twice the money for a room for the night. When I found d this place I was pleasantly surprised at the price! The room was clean, and had everything you needed in a simple, neat little package. The staff was VERY nice, and the breakfast was actually pretty good for a quick motel breakfast. If you want a good sleep, and don't need all the bells and whistles (this place has a few though! ) You need to come here. Awesome place.

It is a family business so don't be too demanding. The room is simple but clean. The breakfast is also simple but tasted nice. Staff is friendly! For the price it is a good deal to stay over there. Plus you can enjoy the swimming pool :)

After working a full day, then traveling over 12 hours with two kids on zero sleep this hotel was amazing. Frankie Miller helped get us all checked in and made our family feel very welcome! It was very refreshing after our journey and we look forward to stopping in on our next time through. Many blessings Frankie & staff.

Just left the place. Don't know why it has a 3.5 rating. It smells awful. Not worth the price. I checked in at 9pm and left by 11pm. I was not going to let my kids sleep in those conditons. The carpet was dirty and smelled like pee near the bathroom. The door was really dirty aswell. Never ever staying here again!

Quaint and affordable. Breakfast was provided and free Wi-Fi. Pool out front & friendly staff. On the morning of checkout, we found a small cockroach in the bathroom. However, that was the only problem.

This hotel was good for the price. I stayed here for 3 days a year ago and 1 night recently. Both stays were good. They have breakfast in the lobby with a waffle maker. They have a pool out front. All the rooms are on the first floor and have a mini fridge and microwave. I was surprised by how big the TV was in the room; they may have updated since my previous stay. Overall, I was pleased with my stay although we found a cockroach in the bathroom before checking out.

Very old hotel. Not kept up very well. Bed was comfortable but no blanket — just sheets.

Defuniak Springs, Florida The rooms are being renovated and the are pretty nice. They are not fancy but ok for just passing thru.

Always great service and rooms are amazing since the remodel.

Very clean and friendly for the price point. I stayed only one short night on a road trip but with the fridge, microwave and friendly staff I would have felt comfortable staying longer if I needed to.

Don't be fooled. There are bugs in the rooms. I woke up with very large very sore bites. I can only imagine how a child would feel because they are very unpleasant. I caught one of the large bugs in the room and took it down to the office and got an oh its just an outside bug. I saw 3 of the same that day. Just watch out and check the beds?

My wife and I are teachers on Spring Break. The hotel is a great value. Newly renovated, close to the beaches and an attentive staff. We will be back next year.

Very friendly staff, clean room with very clean bed. We are positively surprised about the value we got in this motel for the price we paid. We would defenitly recommend this motel to other people!

The price is great but service wasn't the best as in not having a lot of food resources which was paid for.

I'm all about the bed, brand new and super comfy.

Regency Inn and Suites was a wonderful place to stay, the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, I will recommend this to everyone.
