And Jennifer was excellent welcoming us.
Steer clear, pay a little bit more for a nicer hotel that offers a safe location, an actual restaurant that is open and a more pleasant environment. The hotel, plain and simple, smells and is run down. No one to help with coffee service, cold showers, ants in the bathroom. So disappointed we booked here through our dance convention and did not research other properties. We usually have not been lead astray when booking and now we know better. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Wish we were not!

Terrible service, balcony molded green algae, no people working, no house keeping services, employee Ashley at front desk rude beyond believe, General Manager Rebecca horrible responses to failed service and behavior. Titanium member with Marriott never experienced such a dump. Rented 4 rooms for 3 nights each all of us terrible experiences stay away from this dump. Rude traveled the entire world never seen such bad service horrible rooms no cleaning etc.
