This was the worst hotel stay in my entire life. The elevators never worked properly. The toilet kept clogging and so did the sink. Not enough towels and we had to request and also request the microwave. The first room we had we had to request a new seat for the bed and request blankets for the sofa bed the second room same thing. Evelyn with front desk had the audacity to ask why we kept asking for so many things and requested so much. One elevator we were stuck on it twice and the other elevator you had to wait 3-5 minutes. The waitress never told us we could get coupons for breakfast since we were staying there so my husband and I end up paying $35 for breakfast Which I paid cash and he called upstairs saying we didn’t pay and the money was there. Again I will never stay here again and do not recommend friends family or coworkers do the same.

From the moment of walking in the door until we are ready to walk out the door the staff was fantastic. They have provided excellent service the entire trip. The rooms are extremely clean the bed is very comfy and the pillows are awesome. The cookies are phenomenal! 10 out of 10 will stay here again.

Hotel accommodations are good, but the restaurant is overpriced and below average quality. I actually ordered a $19 pasta dish which tasted like it had rotten meat, and they even made me pay full price lol. The staff has been friendly, and the free cookies are a plus. The 6th floor does have a bit of a sour smell to it also. All in all, I would stay again, just steer clear of the restaurant in the lobby…

Great staff at the front desk, check in was easy enough, we only spent 1 night, but it was quaint. Food is over priced for the quantity. Drinks were not made well and how do you pay for a continental breakfast. Hey now they did have FREE fruit infused water though…

Descent hotel. Different room types to choose from. The standard room is very small and bathroom very very very small. The other suites are a lot nicer and bigger. Descent restaurant inside. Convenient location to I-95, airport and other locations.

I would not repeat. As a diamond Memeber and frequent road warrior this place was run down and needs an update. My bed was horrible! Felt like I slept in a ditch. Staff didn’t seem to care when asked how my stay was, no effort to correct or get a manager.

Very nice and close to City Place.

Everything about the Double Tree was excellent. From the staff, to the room, to the location, everything about this Double Tree was excellent. I highly recommend you stay here if you need a place to stay around the airport.

Nice, clean, quiet. Staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was worth it. Would stay there again.

I visited the Doubletree Hilton on a business trip for a conference. Although I wasn’t staying at the hotel the staff were never to assist with anything. The food was impeccable. In fact you never got bored of any of the meals. The meeting rooms were great for workshops and there was always good connectivity at the hotel. The bar area is great to end off the day with a beer and was cosy enough to be encourage good conversation. All in all good atmosphere and a very pleasant space.

Overall is good, though there is nothing in the walking distance — you'd need a car or use their shuttle.

Overpriced. No security. Negligent staff. The HH rooms are ok. But a stranger entered our room in the middle of the night (4am) with me and a friend inside. Avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible service. I was charged tripple the price of any other guest $470… airport hotel mind you, no beach. No electricity in kitchen, B. L. T or Club with chips only. No hot food! Called to see if my bill could be reduced and I was yelled out, no kidding I was flat out scolded… no discount. They got this traveler! : (

Stained comforter had to be replaced and bed re-made. No free breakfast included. Overall great stay.

Scheduled a shuttle for 2:15 and it didn't show up on time. Front desk staff was not helpful and went to hide in the back room while we waited in the lobby for the shuttle to show up 15 minutes late. My room key timed out after 12 hours and I had to go down to the front desk to get it rekeyed. The food in the restaurant was not good and it was understaffed during dinner.

The service was amazing! Everyone was very curteous and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel I would return without hesitation!

A regular hotel, the value for money leaves a lot to be desired, they ask for a deposit to check in and they don't even have mini bar, they don't return immediately. It only has local TV, there are no international channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Easy access to airport. Hotel breakfast very good. Full bar. Staff friendly. In room coffeepots not very good.

Not as nice as advertised. Great customer service though. The doubletree in Minnesota was nicer.

Excellent access to the airport and a short drive to shopping. The rooms are clean and service was excellent. The food and bar in the lobby were excellent as well.

Clean! Super Clean room, I cant stress how clean my room was and comfortable the bed was also. The breakfast was hot and delicious as well. Don't forget the cookies I will definitely return again!

Staff was friendly, courteous, and pleasant. The room was clean, nice. Overall there were no issues during the stay. Gave 4 stars not 5 due to very slight aesthetic changes that could make it a 5 star experience. For example painting the exterior and modernizing the bathrooms. Otherwise the experience itself was excellent!

I have just shown up for my reservation made last Tuesday prepaid for 4 nights as my safety from Hurricane Irma. I was refused because I had a dog. I have no family and no other plans. I think the Doubletree should be ashamed of refusing to shelter us on a paid reservation. Do not support an organizational that has such a lack of empathy at a time of this hurricane. Our Governor has been wonderful in warning everyone to secure a safe place to ride out this hurricane. Obviously the manager/management of the Doubletree does not know what the word emergency refuge means.

Nice place for a night or two. Went there may times but it's not the same as it was a few years ago but sill good. Breakfast is good there and the pool is nice but not big but good size.

We were greeted upon arrival in the lobby by friendly faces, guest in wheel chair were assisted by hotel staffrooms were nice and clean, breakfast served each morning by very helpful and polite staff, Thanks for free breakfast with coupon,, Everyone were very sccomendating during our four days stay. May God Bless You-all.

My grandsons truck got stolen out of their parking lot and they wouldn't even give them a free so night so they could get a ride home.

This hotel was well kept and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone I know.

Good location and rates, on site restaurant is good enough and has a very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and the rooms​ have been clean. Close to the airport, with a reasonably quick shuttle. Two Double Tree hotels in the area, so be sure to get on the correct shuttle.

Wonderful experience every time I have stayed. The staff is wonderful the restaurant always great.

We went here on our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped on the premises we had a good impression. The staff was kind and even upgraded us to a suite to help us celebrate. The room was clean and well kept. I had some of the best sleep I'd had in a while. They also surprised us with a fruit tray and a hand written note thanking us for our stay with them. We decided we'd definitely be going back.

Very clean, renovated hotel. Breakfast is great. Nice staff, will definitely stay again. Just heads up, the rooms don't have microwaves which was a surprise.

I was a late arriving guest and they were very accommodating. Room was clean, everything was great. They even printed some documents for me at the desk as I rushed off to meeting in the morning.

The hotel is decent but slightly overpriced for its location. While great proximity to the airport, that's about it. Staff are super friendly but not worth the price for what you get.

Waaayy better than the airport Hilton where we usually stay. Everything just seems newer, cleaner, and friendlier. Probably the best airport option around and typically for less money than others.

Nicely renovated rooms. Staff is very friendly. Major complaint is the noisy air conditioners.

This hotel is nicely renovated; all public areas and Guest rooms were nicely appointed. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and very cheap! The staff was hit or miss, my check in experience was extremely disappointing, followed by amazing Front Desk experiences.

The room was exactly what was advertised, and was clean. Very comfortable stay. Deducted one star because when I was checking in, desk staff skipped me in line to check in a flight crew.

Was recently married and left my ring by accident of course. When I called the hotel and left a message no one would call back. I had to call again and again before speaking with management. As I thought, "sorry we couldn't find the ring" If the staff would have responded sooner maybe I could have gotten it back. I still feel as if it was impossible to not be found. I took it off before showering & left it in the bathroom. I truly feel like you couldn't trust the staff at the facility & that they didn't care one bit about my "valuables". So I'll take this as a $400.00 lesson.

My stay here was amazing. The staff was beyond friendly and sweet. I have to say a huge thank you to Gessica, Mercedes and Rosan! They made my boyfriend birthday weekend the best ever, they set the room up and sent us a fruit plate, plus the cutest little card ever! My man was so impressed and it made me look so good (lol). I can't say one bad thing about this hotel, I will recommend it to everyone. It's so close to everything and was just the perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Overall, not worth the money! Chose this hotel to meet friends for a quick drink and dinner before heading off to a booked 7pm entertainment event. Upon check-in found that the hotel was being renovated which meant that both the hotel restaurant and lounge were closed. (Something that should be advertised on their website until completed). Had to then quickly source an alternate dinner spot in downtown West Palm Beach which unfortunately made us late for our 7pm event. Add to this that our in-room safe didn't work, requiring waiting for a maintenance call before heading to dinner; the bathtub didn't drain as we showered this morning; none of the TV channels were where the in-room channel card said they'd be (so why then leave a channel card on the bedside table? ). We were door-knocked by the maid this morning despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside doorknob. (She explained it as " people often check-out without removing the sign"). Then 30 minutes later as we were leaving, finding her cleaning cart parked in the middle of the hall just outside our room, requiring us to move it in order to get past it with our luggage. Lastly, expressing all of this to the Front Desk on check-out, simply garnered a response of "Sorry to hear that. I'll mention it to the Manager. Have a good trip and see you again. " — Not likely! I'm sure this certainly isn't the standard that Hilton aspires to.

I've struggled with exactly how to explain this. Let me start with, the staff was helpful, but the hotel is grossly mismanaged. Or not managed. I never saw a manager on the floor the entire time. The shuttle is an absolute sham. The drivers are nice but there are just not enough vans. I called first and was told they run every 15 minutes. Technically true but not to all places, and there's no/terrible scheduling. I waited for an hour to leave the airport and several times a cab had to be called to get me to work on time, and was told that the shuttle gave preference to the airport, but left for my flight late because someone needed to go to CityPlace. More shuttles, end of story. Don't expect this to be a service. Next, the breakfast was free for me due to a corporate arrangement, I couldn't even eat it. The bacon was a pile of grease, they weren't stocked, the eggs were rubbery and the pancakes I couldn't even cut with a knife. Not exaggerating. I cannot believe people pay for this, I got better "continental" breakfasts at $60 hotels in the backwoods of Michigan. Then you need to tip the staff who tries to help you. Absolutely disappointing, a huge regret of the trip. Thanks for the team who was working for being as courteous as helpful as they could be. I am glad they put all of their logos on the receipt because will not stay in a Hilton chain hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Evelyn and Hanny, at the front desk, and Tim, the Chef, were all very attentive in handling a small problem. The shuttle service was also a welcome perk. We would definitely plan on staying there again. Thanks to all for their kindness.

It's clean and not at all fancy but the staff was terrific. I didn't realize that I left my computer (an expensive MAC BookPro) by the printer when I printed out my boarding pass. Called from the airport and they brought to me in barely 5 minutes at no charge. I tipped well cause I was so relieved and appreciative. FYI: the airlines crew stay at this hotel.

Please DO NOT STAY HERE! Gerald the Restaurant Manager was so rude to us at breakfast! We thought it was free but were sadly disappointed. We also found out they do business with prostitutes on a regular basis. We had one in the room next door and you can only imagine what our night was like.

I've stayed here frequently on business. GREAT location, convenient to airport, downtown City Place, and shopping. GREAT staff, especially Guilda ad Jessica who always go the extra mile to make sure everything is up to your highest expectations. Beautiful facilities, pool, gym, and spacious rooms. You can't ask for anything more for your money.

My friends and I were welcomed into this hotel as randomly the selected "Guest of the Day, " where we received a gift basket in our room! Their service staff was accommodating, including the very convenient shuttle van which took us back and forth to SunFest throughout the weekend. After we left, one of my friends noticed that her watch wasn't packed in her bag. She believed to had been left it behind. At first, the hotel said they did not find the watch but she received a call the next day to let her know it had been found! It was so honest of them. I highly recommend this hotel :).

Not up to Hilton standards. Our entire wedding party and many family members had several rooms over a two day period. Room key did not work. At one point, we had to wait 10 min to get anyone to come up and open the door making us late for dress rehearsal. Room service was poor. No frig/microwave/safe. Pool was closed. On the good side. Four pillows to a bed, comfortable beds and comforters. Nice towels, TV and coffee maker.
