Love this place (one of my favs) … awesome spacious villas, cool activities by the pool, wine/ cheese tastings, and tiki bar … staff are great too… shout out to penny and Eric (fitness instructor) … he teaches great classes and so fun! Highly recommend.

Unit is nice, comfortable and clean. We’ll appointed with all the comforts of home. My complaint is my “ocean view” as was requested. Looking out the master bedroom window, the view is of a large dumpster full of unsightly garbage. Sad that more care is not given to concealing it. There is a very small glimpse of the ocean from the tiny window. Disappointing to say the least. Marriott’s Oceana Palms can and should do better.

Our unit is lovely and spacious. Beautiful view from lanai of ocean and bay. All the employees have been wonderful and helpful.

This is our second stay at Oceana Palms. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are just what we expected, the beach is literally right out the gate from the pools. The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. This trip we had 15 people in 3 condos. It worked great as a family reunion location. I HIGHLY recommend Oceana Palms!

But only food I can recommend is the Pizza. Everything else was not up to snuff… food wise!

This was our second stay at Oceana Palms and everything was perfect. Stellar service, beautiful condos and balcony views to die for. Only downside to our trip was the high winds that kept us off the balcony for several days. Mother nature was to blame not Marriott! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Unbelievable views of the Atlantic Ocean and a fantastic staff.

We just stayed here in August and loved it, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving a 4 star is because the restaurant food is not very good, they use fake cheese on their nachos and there was always just one person running the place. The wings were very good but they need more restaurant options we grocery shopped for the week but I don't always want to cook so we kept using Door Dash and Uber Eats. I love Marriott its the only place we stay at and most resorts are amazing with yummy food options but I want impressed with this one. I do love the kiddie pool but I hope they change it up a little so there's more things for the kids to do while swimming. Other than that its a great family resort!

Part of the Marriott Vacation Club. Well maintained and offers programming, fun throughout the day. Absolutely perfect for families. A really great pool set up for little kids with a fun shallow water play entry area to the pool. My only knock is that on property itself the restaurant options are very limited. The staff and service overall has been excellent.

Clean, staff very accommodating, weather excellent. Dawn was fabulous. Full disclosure I am MVC member. But if my wife was impressed with accommodations it must be good! And she was.

Front desk manager Joanna was amazing and helped our family with a room change to help us get the most out of our stay. This is our 3rd time here and we just love the property. The beach here is also shallow so our 5 year old can stand up no problem 30 ft into the water. We love Marriott Vacation Club properties.

This was our third time here and we had a great time! Bailey scheduled so many fun activities for the kids and family! The staff are all so friendly and focused on customer service. Very clean facility and well located close to fishing, scuba, and sightseeing.

Rooms are very nice, and the pools are good size. I would like to see more music during the day. There is easy access to the beach.

Be aware that construction starts LOUDLY at 730am daily. We understood construction on the adjacent property was happening when selecting so we were prepared. The issue I have with this mis-managed resort is: why would you start painting the exterior of your own hotel during the prime/peak of the season? HINT: do this in the fall and winter Scaffolding is all over the place including our first rooms balcony (had to select another room due to this) and construction fence is surrounding the pools and blocking entrances in which we saw several people fall as a result of these barricades. We also observed numerous other projects being done during our stay. Upon reaching out to management to discuss their lack of skill set, the employees made it seem like it was our fault that our small children’s safety was at risk. Apparently they do not care about others safety nor the concerns from a platinum elite Marriott member. I cannot recommend this hotel and I feel sorry for those that bought into the “timeshare” at this property. The lack of skill set by this resorts management team is very disturbing. UPDATE: Management called me back and had a well polished answer for every concern I had. I give them credit as far as avoid and redirect, while never addressing any issues or concerns. I see a potential for politics for the management team.

Had the best time at Oceana Palms! The rooms, amenities, service and beach club were spectacular! A special shoutout to a few Marriott employees that made all our vacation dreams come true. Jennifer at Reflections was by far the most personable and fun bartender. Her mixology skills were killer! Caitlin at the front desk displayed top notch customer service upon our arrival. The guys at the beach club made our days carefree and entertaining — catering to our every need. Huge thanks to Donald, Steven, Juan, Ryan and Nick! You all are the best! Looking forward to our next trip to Oceana Palms!

We really enjoyed our family stay here. It's a great spot on the beach and the pool is a nice place to relax. Two bedroom suites are perfect for families to have their own space. We also enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the beach and intercoastal water way.

Relaxed environment, not a ton of action going on but great for a nice laid back vaca. Rooms were clean, and the sheets were soft enough for me (which is always an issue for me) the cleaners are professional and courteous. No smoking except for the beach smoking area.

This was our first experience at a Owners Resort with Marriott. Everything was beautiful and seemed very well organized. We loved the shower in the master bath. We had the crab cake sandwich and it was amazing. I wish there would have been menus in the room for the restaurants in the property — at least I didn’t see any. We are Mulligans for dinner one night which was not on your recommendation list and it was amazing meals — one of our best meals. We were guests of the Young’s and really enjoyed.

WARNING! The hotel is great but do not fall for their timeshare scam. We prepaid $1500.00 for 5 nights in a two bedroom condo but every time we tried to stay there it was too full for us. After two years of trying to use the Ocean Palms resort, they have now told us that it is too late and we can't use it or get our money back. What a scam! J. W. Marriott would be so ashamed if he new what a crooked organization that they have become. Whatever you do, stay far far away from Marriott timeshares!

Beautiful! The staff was always accomidating, and kind. Rooms were clean. And there was plenty of stuff to do. The Beach staff was more than helpful and so kind. My kids loved it! Highly recommend.

Clean and modern. Nice pool with bar and on the beach. Our go to place to wind down and catch some rays during winter months. Ask for the New building facing the Ocean and not the older building. Parking can be tricky during busy season.

Rooms are huge at a great price, great staff and activites. This resort is over looking the beach and even has great wildlife roaming the outside! During my vist I saw a snake, iguana, and many other types of lizards. Not to say the view and the yard area is STUNNING!

Such sweet nice place, we came with kids 8 and 6 y/o and it is great. There are activities every day (complimentary and for a small fee), there are two pools, a kid splash area and a hot tub, a small market place and a bar/restaurant with good choice. Come visit this place — I think you’ll enjoy it!

Rooms here are all spacious two-bedroom suites, with full size, well-equipped kitchens, large balconies with outside tables and ocean views. Beach & pool chairs were always available our week. Activities were mostly free. Beach umbrellas and cabanas rent for $15 and $25 respectively. Restaurant options aren't bad, but limited menu and not fine dining. There are multiple happy hours that rotate through the 3 bars though, so you can get $5 drinks most of the day.

Marriott Oceana Palms is a very nice resort located on Singer island and within 10 min drive to Palm Beach Gardens. The decor is fresh and clean, with a ton of family friendly activities. The only negative to me would be the location since it has little to no bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Super posh high rise. Nice updated bathrooms. Fabulous to have a BALCONY running the whole length. Different kitchen layout than the usual Marriott properties. Island kitchen setup is handy. Not a large footprint; good use of space.

Very nice vacation spot. 2163 could use some new carpet. The staff was extremely friendly. Lots of amenities. Marketplace has a good breakfast just don't eat during water aerobics. Music is very loud during water aerobics.

Super amazing views especially if you are staying in the building just by the beach. Modern, well maintained and up to date amenities in the villas. It's home away from home. Restaurant and bar are efficiently run and well staffed. Daily fun games and activities by the resort. Never a dull moment. Ever ready to assist staff.

Beautiful hotel very clean very nice staff especially Michael at the front desk. Would have given five stars if not for the restaurant on premises. Limited selection and pretty horrible food. Would think such a beautiful place would have a better restaurant. But the accommodations were above my expectations.

Standard Marriott Vacation Club amenities and layout. Clean, well-maintained and friendly. Check-in needs to upgrade with more parking assistance. Poor location. No fine dining within walking distance, and if you walk more than 4 blocks north or south, you are in sketchy locales. Beach chairs are weak and offer no bar service. OK foothold for Marriott in the Palm Beach area, but would recommend shuttle service to the real Palm Beach hot spots.

This property is a hidden treasure. We were transferred here from Ocean Pointe due to hurricane damage. It’s a smaller, more quaint Marriott property. The staff from top to bottom were outstanding. The staff made this resort a place I will return to. Great job!

Marriott Oceana Palms is one of the nicest hotels I've been to for several reasons. First it was situated near a plethora of dining options and other places to visit such as parks or golfing. The beach was nice, though expect waves, and was fairly clean and had some games such as volleyball, soccer, and beanbag toss. Rooms were nice with queen sized beds, lovely kitchen and bathrooms and, being on the 11th floor, the view was great. Employees were kind and said hello and smiled as I walked by. The pool was well designed with a child area with a small slide and pool obstacles while it had swimming laps for adults. Overall a great experience.

Hotel which is very family oriented. Many activities possible in addition to the pool and the beach (ping ping pool basket basketball location to make barbecue …) the beach is superb but unsupervised. We had a "villa" with two bedrooms. It's very spacious with very full equipment. Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Very competent staff.

It's great. What can I say? Family activities, wine & tequila tasting, amazing beach, lovely pools. Suites are fantastic. Very conveniently located. The only downside is that as of August, they were having construction next door.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach with great views. Rooms are very nicely appointed with up to date appliances and furnishings. Service is prompt an polite.

Spacious comfortable Hotel offering all the amenities you would love to have. Two restaurants one being a quick service restaurant in the other sit down bar food restaurant. Two Poles including one with lap Lanes to hot tubs quick access to a private beach with chairs offered complimentary. Rooms are large with full-size kitchens washer dryers offering either Oceanside or Ocean View spaces.

The customer service is great everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are beautiful and big. It's a beautiful classy hotel. The beach is right next to the hotel and it's a private beach the beach chairs are free you must pay for the umbrellas they have their own parking and it's free.

We have spent several vacations here because we love it. Easy beach access plus 2 pools. Very kid friendly. The kids love zero entry pool and water slide. Many activities daily. Live music daily. There is a portion of the pool to swim laps and a very good health club. A variety of work out classes offered. The staff is very warm and friendly. On site food options are quite good. Recently added pool-side service; smoothies and Starbucks and drinks brought to you. All two-bedroom villas are comfortable and have a good view of the beach.

Staff is very nice. Rooms are very nice. They are well kept and provide a home feeling. It is on the beach, so it is easy and fast to get to. Overall amazing experience.

Stayed at Marriott's Oceana Palms two weeks for a long weekend. I left clothes behind in the closet and had a wonderful, expedient result from staff when I called to inquire about there whereabouts. Daniel at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Tomicka Adams delivered superb service and mailed the clothes back to me immediately. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Thank you for all your assistance.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have an amazing view of the ocean from both bedrooms and the living room. The beach is easily accessible from the pool and the beach chairs are complimentary. The weather has been great so far, the water on the beach is crystal clear and the pool water is not cold at all. The children love the various activities, tie dying, s'mores, ice cream socials etc. We love this location and I'm sure we will visit again.

I've been a Marriott member for 20 years and this is by far the best place for a family vacation we have ever stayed. The property is pristine and the beach immaculate. The staff is well trained and friendly and there are always a variety of activities for the entire family.

This was our first visit to this Marriott and we definitely will be back. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our visit special and memorable. The accommodations in the Sunset building were new and luxurious with excellent views of the ocean and lights of Riviera Beach, West Palm Beach and Singer Island. Management, front desk staff, activities/events coordinators, security, restaurant/snack and bar service staff and housekeeping always greeted us by name and went out of their way to make us feel respected and valued. A special shout out to Karim, Fred, Carlos, LaShonte, Peterson, Jeanie (? ), RonaLee, Constantine and all who I may have neglected to mention. Happy 4th of July to you all. As a retired business owner, customer service is something I really look for. Look no further than here. Outstanding! Also, the environment is not too shabby either. Villas are beautiful and comfortable. Stocked with all the comforts you may need or want. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful! Magnificent ocean view. The sea is right up there to your balcony. The rooms are nice and had one of the most comfortable beds I slept on. The staff are very nice and doing the best job. My family including two small children had the best time. The stay was memorable one for me.

The beach is amazing. Clean and crystal clear water. The pools are wonderful. The room was very nice. The only reasons for the 4 star is the parking and other guests. The staff does a wonderful job pleasing these fat crabby pampered old bags. It's completely snob city. I happen to bring 2 of my kids who are well behaved and polite. The couldn't believe the way some guests treated the staff who just smiled and did their best. My other issue is the parking. I'm a car guy and love my cars. The manor in which cars where bounced of curbs, redlined, stereos cracked up, tires squealed and bumped into was horrible. My son who loves cars and could tell you the difference between last year's and this years jag sat on our balcony (just above garage door) and kept calling out the names and prices of cars as they where raced in and out. I personally saw a lady's car with tires squealing get ran over a curb and parking in a way that she wouldn't see the damage to her wheel. My truck informed me that the alarm had gone of. The next morning there it was a nice scrap on the side.

If you want a B E A utiful place to stay this is it! The rooms are gorgeous. Ocean view amazing! LaShante is your girl! She is full of energy and will call you by name everytime you see her! She makes your stay even better! Jeanie, Mike and Gary in the boardroom will get your kids moving and playing with all types of activites. But plan to pay for each of them! Make sure you collect some shells for complimentary sea shell painting everyday! There are a bunch of outside games that you dont have to pay for either. The only other place that seems to be a bit pricey is the market place. 5 bucks for a 1 oz bottle of nail polish remover is a bit steep! Over all the help, atmosphere, everything was wonderful! Can say enough. You will not meet a single person who is not super sweet! Loved this place! Have fun.

Out of all the Marriott Vacation Clubs properties, this might be the best one. The crowd is the oldest of the bunch which means more pool space for the kids. The villa itself is roomy but not the largest, however, it's very well decorated and the bed is one of the best ever. Lots of feedback was provided to hotel management and was nicely incorporated in a timely manner. Plenty of grilling stations (high quality) and indoor parking.

While similar in quality to Ocean Pointe, this facility is brand new and gorgeous! Staff is still friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. But becasue it is newly built everything is modern. And the location right on the beach is nice if you want to spend the morning at the pool and after lunch hit the beach.
