Beautiful hotel in nice area!

This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful room. It is very clean & decorated well.

Erected a banner today. Thanking my staff for all they are doing and also thank our guest for staying with us. They were so surprised I did this and started signing their name to it. These Employees who have been the nucleus the Covid19 team. They show up for work every day and doing things “outside of their job description” without complaint. Some days more difficult than others as we pick up in the hotel, but not enough to bring our employees back. So this means more work for everyone still here. I’m thankful for my essential team. I always say that I could not run this hotel without my team. That means more than it ever has. For me personally I always believe: If serving is below you — then — Leadership is beyond you.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Pool was nice except too warm felt like bath water. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is beautiful! As a resident of Palm Beach Gardens and a "long distance relationship-er" with someone who lives in Germany, this is our favorite spot out of five other hotels that we've used. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is very nice! This hotel is quite pricey during season, but during off-season, we book here without a second thought (prices can drop as low as $80/night). Thank you for taking care of your hotel! Please stay that way!

This is one of my favorite hotels. Plenty of parking, nice grounds, friendly atmosphere, and a suite large enough for the whole family!

I enjoyed the lovely room. Breakfast was very good. Much better than expected. I like that it is a quiet hotel. I didn't hear doors all night or other guests during the night.

I love Best Westerns internationally. This one is particularly lovely & convenient to beaches. The staff are remarkable, Ruth in particular on the front desk today was amazing. I had dental work done and my air conditioning is out so I needed a inexpensive hotel room and it's Labor Day weekend. Couldn't say more positive things about this place.

Check-in process was simple and easy with the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was Jake). Unfortunately, a couple hours into our stay, roaches began to appear and crawl around the entertainment center. MULTIPLE roaches. We called the front desk and asked for another room. Jake again was incredibly helpful and quickly put us in another room. I was told to get in touch with the manager of the hotel, Andrea Ashman to see if we could be reimbursed for the room. Unfortunately, she was not responsive to emails, and when she did finally reply, she refused a comp but offered us points towards our next stay (these "points" could maybe equate to a few hours stay in a hotel room). Very dissatisfied but how it was handled by Andrea. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this hotel, because there is a good chance your room may have roaches. Steer clear of room 311!

The location was a little bit hard to get to. It was close to everything. The rooms were clean, in fact the hallway smelled like disinfectant. Service was polite though as Diamond members they should have upgraded our room since one was available. The pool was nice, the water feature help drown out the city sounds.

Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. Cozy mid sized pool with cool fountain and turtle sculpture. Great location for beach lovers, Juno beach is 2 minutes away. Great food very near to hotel. I grew up in West Palm Beach and have never had to stay in a hotel there. I was very stressed with a family emergency, that I came into town for. My son looked this hotel up on expedia while I was driving, across the state. The front desk clerk matched expedia price with no questions asked. Professional staff! Checked in within 3 minutes flat, parked and was in the pool with my three children within minutes. Great convenient Free Breakfast… NOT just cereal and milk… they served eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, bagels, fruit, coffee, fresh orange juice, waffles and more. Something for all of us. I wanted to do a beach run with my kids the day of check out, stopped at front desk to say I would be back before check out… the staff again said "No problem". I am glad I found this hotel and I will be back. It is nice to now I have a safe clean home from home. Thank you to all the staff that made a stressful trip good.

Convenient location. Gym equipment old, leg station nonfunctional, heart rate monitor on treadmill sporadic at best, but I could work up a sweat. Pool is very nice. Breakfast is free but advise avoid the eggs. Too synthetic factory cooked. Oatmeal good. Rooms clean and comfortable, but need a room-darkening shade. Unless you want to wake at dawn. PS: management wrote me to say the darkening shades are BEHIND the sheer curtains. And said they'll be looking into the exercise equipment situation.

Extremely kind and knowledge staff. Check in and out fast and efficient. Room was very clean and organized, internet connection super fast. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and the waffles were excellent. Stayed 2 nights without a problem. I recommended this location without hesitation. I thank everybody who make our stay more enjoyable.

Good location. I liked the outside appearance. Upon entering young girl at the front desk was very nice, helpful & welcoming. Third fl. Room was tidy, clean & comfy. Loved that we were unaware that others were above, below or beside us. The cleaning staff & maintenance people were also accommodating. The breakfast area was always tidy & food replenished when low. One young woman was one her toes & never stopped moving ♡ I wished I remembered her name, to thank her personally. Seemed to be family friendly. An awesome value without breaking the bank.

Staff was very nice rooms clean & nice. Best westerns have really upped their quality and cleaness. Especially BW Plus!

My family of four stayed for a week and we really enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the pool and breakfast was always fulfilling. Every time something was empty a friendly staff member filled it. I was surprised that they used disposable dishes for breakfast. I know washing takes energy and more man power, but I hated all the garbage I saw being made every morning! When we arrived there was no mattress on the pullout couch but one was brought to us promptly.

I live locally, we came for a weekend getaway and it was a great choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean a little cozy but the pool was beautiful. We were close enough to enjoy the area shopping, loggerhead park, the beach. Without having to drive too far. All in all a very nice weekend.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy too, however wasn't pleased at all with the noise that was taking place in the hallway early in the morning. Apparently they were pulling up the old tile to install carpeting. I understand places need to do updating/renovations however would of been nice to be informed when we checked in. The breakfast was decent. The staff at check in was very nice and gave us a good dinner recommendation in walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel as we were passing through the hotel on a tour of highway A1A. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty standard for what we have come to expect at a BW. The only disappointment was the pool hours, which are listed as "dawn to dusk". It was a warm evening, and we would have considered using the pool if it had been open and beautifully lit as shown in the photos on the BW website. We've stayed in a lot of BW hotels, and this is the first time that we've seen that restrictive of hours. That issue aside, we would likely stay at this hotel again if passing through the area.

All excellent. I arrived without a reservation and I was immediately attended. The. Habotacion excellent and includes breakfast. Buffet.

Room was too small. Put us in a corner with 2 rooms in that corner. Fan in bathroom was loud and rattling. Way too expensive for one night and they would not budge on the price. Never paid that much at a Best Western in the past.

The hotel was somewhat run down. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work so you had to go to the 1st floor for ice. The air freshener in the room was so strong that we had to leave because my husband had an asthma attack. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that you could not talk over it. The staff was great though. They handled our complaints well.

Love this place! Clean, safe, friendly staff. Great free breakfast. And they have rooms for people who bring their pets. Convenient location near everything.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff super friendly. The room is a little bit smaller but all good. I did not qualify it with 5 stars because the pillows are not comfortable. But it's a good choice for the traveler.

I've been to this hotel twice for 4 days each time, for the purpose of my classes during my stay. The staff always friendly and ready to accommodate. Rooms are clean and inviting every time I have stayed here. My only complaint about is the internet access with my laptop is a drawback, the two times I have been here it has not been possible for me to get internet connection. Breakfast could improve with more varieties better and healthier choices.

Fairly simple, very clean vacation hotel. Highlights : nice business room with PCs and laser printer. Dining room in separate building across breeze way — nice atmosphere, and actually really good continental breakfast and coffee, as compared to popular business travel hotels.

Very nice hotel and the breakfast attendant Ms. Iris is soooo kind and professional. And she does an excellent job in putting the breakfast bar together, with visually appealing and very tasty foods.

I've stayed at many Best Western's and this one is sub-par. Fire door/parking lot door needed to be forced open and I saw many a person fail and have to go another way. If it had been an emergency… Stairs were filthy over the span of 5 days. Reservation extension blew their minds and they screwed it up. Breakfast entree selection was waffle or waffle. And what thinking person puts the smoking section DIRECTLY next to the main door?

Was there visiting a guest. Didn't see room but lobby was clean, staff friendly. Parking lot was clean as well and well lit at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The pool was great and our granddaughter loved it! Short drive to the State park which was beautiful and had a nice beach.

The property is clean but the rooms do show some signs of wear (primarily bad patch/paint in bathroom). The furnishings were very good with a comfortable bed, decent wardrobe, fridge, and up to date TV with good channel selection. Internet want fantastic but also not horrible. Cell signal is problematic and they should probably have repeaters put in. Sprint, TMobile, and US Cellular we're all poor signal.

This place was fantastic! Incredibly friendly! The general manager was so hands on. We didn't even realize she was the GM until we were complimenting her to the staff at the front desk and they told us who she was. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will certainly be back!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's clean, cheap and has a pleasant homely aesthetic. Comfy rooms and great free breakfast. The best bang for you buck in the area hands down. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel. Needs a bit of TLC/updating. Rooms are nice but in need or sprucing up to make them great. Staff is very pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs. Pool is nice but pool area isn't very clean. A quick wipe down of tables would make it nice. Pool is used for people taking scuba lessons which is cool to watch but means zero room to swim. Didn't have a chance to grab breakfast but the room is huge! Hotel is easy to find and lots to do in the area. Walking distance to shopping centers but would be hard to cross major boulevards. Especially at night. Would visit again if I'm back in the WPB area.

Nice property. The room was very comfortable, but need more convenient power outlets for devices. Hallways need an upgrade. Great pool area. Very nice breakfast room and food was decent. Staff was nice. Excellent location with many choices of restaurants, shopping nearby. I was here in business and will definitely book again.

The staff is fabulous especially Ruth, Debbie and the gentleman who cooks the breakfast. All of them have been not only helpful but very friendly. They have gone out of their way to ensure our stay was great. I will recommend this hotel to all visiting this area. Great location. The rooms were very clean and spacious!

Stay away until renavations are complete — smells, not clean, just really gross! Couldn't get outta there fast enough!

This hotel is absolute garbage. They claim to host *free wireless internet", but apparently they cannot keep their promise. This company is a fraud and lies about their so-called amenities. I would definately not recommend anyone to stay here. I will begin to spread awareness to these false claims and pursue them until Best Western will come to realize what a mistake they have made. Good, hard working Americans, such as myself do not deserve such treatment. I would post no stars if that was possible but they still require unsuspecting people to give credit to them. Unbelievable. Do not stay here.

Service was freindly and the rooms are clean. Only complaint is due to issues with their wofi due to construction otherwise ot would have been 5 stars.

I have been bringing groups of divers here for alnost 9 years. The facility and the staff are great! They accommodate for us everytime and make all of my customers feel welcome. They also have a great hot breakfast that is above the normal continental toast and muffin. If you are looking for a place in the area to stay I highly recommend this resort.

Great experience. Clean Suite. HBO included. Lobby Coffee was on point! Only downside was that I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi.

Room was very smelly. I think it was from carpet and AC was very noisy; kept wake me up when it kicked on. The Wi-Fi signal was low and slow. Didn't know how TripAdvisor rated this hotel for 4.2 stars. This is by far the worst Best Western Plus I've stayed. It should be classified as regular BW. I'm a Platinum member!

Nice staff. Rooms are Small we Booked for 3persons but only 1 King bed and Couch was there. Breakfast Room to Small. Bathroom clean. Nice pool.

Super clean and quite hotel. I must say housekeeping and maintenence are doing outstanding job. We stayed 5 nights and will definitely come back again. Free coffee in the lobby and breakfast are a big plus. Waiter at breakfast keeps everything ready and always clean. Pool is not super big but enough after whole day spent on the beach. Definitely recommended to all.

Great staff and super friendly management! We had a problem with our fridge and they immediately moved us to a suite. Quiet, clean and a great stay. We will be back.

Everything was pretty good with our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a light out in the bathroom and it was promptly fixed first thing next morning. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from, constant refilling and cleaning up. Pool area clean, pool felt great although I wish it was open past 6pm. Only problem was the front desk man when we got there late on a Friday night. My husband actually asked him, did we do something to offend him, as he was just annoyed. Why? Who knows! But it certainly stayed with us every time we came back to the hotel. Another couple checked in after us, and we heard them say they felt like they were bothering him just checking in. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

Room was nice, clean, but the Wi-Fi is super slow. There are no connecting rooms in this building so it makes it difficult if you have children with you. The restaurant on site was only open for breakfast while we were there — — the male chef/server was amazing in attentiveness and service. The pool closes at 6pm — don't know why — — and the bug population was enormous outside.

The front desk staff were pleasant and very friendly. I truly felt welcome here. I stayed with a pet (dog). The room was very accommodating & pet friendly. It was also very close to an exit for outdoor potty breaks, a nice small grassy area kept extremely clean. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting palm beach with my pet. Many thanks!
