Worst hotel ever! Over charged me by over $200 and then told me I’d just have to wait three to five days and see what happens in the mean time my family and I are just screwed! Great Company I think NOT!

Excellent room. Recently renovated, hot shower, ample space, nice pool, and hot breakfast in the am. Lots of good restaurants in the plaza as well.

The Best extended stay in the area. Front Desk Staff, Mangers, Housekeeping, Kitchen everyone will make sure you don’t miss your home and make you feel like part of their Hilton Family. My family had the best time and we would return anytime in future when we come back for leisure. This time it was business related extended stay. Nearby shopping areas are walkable and beach is within few miles. For extended stay and to relax this is the best in North Palm Beach Area.

I stayed here for work and this is a very nice comfortable place to stay. They were doing some room upgrades at the time but the stay overall was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is good and the light dinner Monday through Thursday is very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed at this Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay at this location based on Hotel A/C (Air Condition) is set to one fan speed (Low) and cannot be changed. I contacted the front desk asking for assistance to see why the thermostat would not change the fan speed and was told the entire Hotel is set to one fan speed and cannot be modified and for me to close the drapes and be in complete darkness without being able to look outside. The hallways are extremely hot and humid, and the bathroom wall had mold spots, it was the worst experience me and my wife had.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Upon checking in, a hold of $140 was placed on my card. I had everything budgeted because I was celebrating the entire weekend. Long story sheet, Chase, the front desk agent was rude and dismissive. I spoke with 2 others over that weekend but no one could help me. After checking out, I called and asked for the GM, Liz Oliver, but she was not available. She then called me a few hours later, I explained the situation and she told me that she would see what she could do and give me a call later that day. She further stated that I should have had the option of turning everything (phone, movies, etc) off and the hold would have been lower. Chase did not explain this to me. It's been a week, I have not heard from Liz; I've reached out several times and have sent her an email… at this point, it's safe to assume she's ignoring my attempts to contact her. Chase answered on yesterday and he wasn't aware of my complaint and was very apologetic. This means that Liz never spoke with him regarding my check in as she stated to me she would, and it's safe to assume that she does not have intentions of reaching back out to me as she stated last Monday. The front desk manager, Marcus, I just spoke with him and he was no better… he wasn't listening to my actual complaint, but recommended that I contact Hilton… yes, Hilton directly.

Clean room. Spatious. Bed could have been more comfortable. Good breakfast.

Check in was fast and pleasant. Everything was clean and well kept up with. We will def return.

I stayed here for 8 months during a short-term work assignment in the area. I had a very pleasant experience. A lot of the clientele were repeat customers coming for vacations to the area. Front desk staff were always very friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast and (Mon-Thu) evening social service staff were always very pleasant. The evening social maître d Carmella was always very attentive and friendly. Greg the chef did an excellent job preparing the food and ensuring customers were satisfied. Food was always fresh and tasty. Hotel lobby and rooms were always kept clean. Adjacent gas station & upscale Donald Ross Village strip mall area offered a great selection of restaurants and was safe and excellent for nightly walks. Parking was always available. Pool was partly shaded and clean. This is a great hotel for a family with children.

This places ia a scam! They sold me a 2 bedroom suite and gave me a 1 bedroom for 3 adults and 2 kids. They have been 100% unhelpful in trying to resolve this problem as they have my money. It was bait and switch. Be ware if you stay in this den of crooks. Manager is useless and unhelpful. Pool is a joke and not family friendly. Lobby is nice but bathrooms in the rooms are outdated. Tubs are old and dirty. Also we all gotten bitten by bugs while we slept. Dont stay here.

I travel a lot for work and this is a really comfortable and clean place to stay. The free food and staff are also huge pluses.

Would have loved it except for the Internet. Slow even if you pay for premium. Dining room staff was fantastic especially in the evening.

Lobby and pool are nice. So rooms have been updated. They gave us a room that looked like it was from the 70s.

Great hotel, it is close to shopping with restaurants. Juno beach is 3.6 miles away. Pool is a little on the small side and rooms are a little dated… but looks like they are staying to update rooms.

This hotel is top notch… 5 star service all the way around… clean rooms and friendly staff. I have stayed here multiple times, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this hotel is one of the best!

Homewood is a very family-friendly atmosphere! They are friendly and helpful especially the reception staff.

Always try to stay here when I'm in town. Rooms are very nice and always clean. Breakfast is really good considering it's free. They also give you a pass to the golds gym nearby which is great (even though the hotel gym is fine for basic exercise). Only thing I wish was better was the cell service. Several dead spots in the hotel. I don't know if they can do anything to fix it (like purchasing a cell phone signal booster), but other than that I love staying here.

The suite was very spacious and luxurious. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained and provided for an amazingly cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was a great size and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend Homewood suites to anyone looking to get away or have a change of scenery but still enjoy the luxury of feeling at home.

Great peaceful location. Excellent staff, very helpful. No negatives. Did not rate a five because renovation is not complete.

Worst experience of my life. During hurricane irma I stayed at the Homewood suites in Palm beach gardens. I was staying there for four days during Irma, you would think in times like this everyone is supposed to be helping each other out. Worst customer service from the general manager she was very rude and kicked us out of the hotel for no reason! Our car was not turning on we had checked out already after four days and all we tried asking the general manager was if we could book an extra stay because it still wasn't safe enough to drive back to Miami but instead she was very rude to us and kept telling us to leave the property!

NEVER STAY HERE, such a bad team, there is a girl with hat in front desk a worse person to deal with, she is jerk so rude, I do not know who give her a job, she was kicking the doors and she was opening doors, to check something, no hi, no sorry nothing. Hotel rooms are so so cleaned, not really home wood standard! during hurricane they were jacking up the price, we already report it to state. WILL NEVER STAY in this junk hotel.

1) The Room Was Trashed There was candy Wrappers, mcDonalds bags and used condoms under the bed. There was bed bugs also urine on the floor. The Bathroom Smelled Like Urine and there's was a brown stain in the bathtub. The Staff Was Rude And Not Helpful The Breakfast Was Terrible. I booked for 2 nights and tgen they kicked us out on the first night. I would never stay here ever again.

Management is so poor, we got confirmation we can stay one more day, then next day they said no you have to leave! rooms are good size but beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast is ok, service people are so nice, but all front desk people are so so so rude and they have no respect for anyone, many people smoke in hotel! never ever will stay again there.

The room was very comfortable and a good size, the beds were of very good quality but for my liking they were too soft. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The building layout was very confusing, navigating to and from the room, to the poo andl dining Etc was not a simple task.

I applaud the G. M. For the way she tried to handle the situation tonight! She did her best! But the lack of respect the dog owners is beyond belief! People tryin to enjoy their meal with dogs tails waggin in their face, it was ridiculous! My girlfriend and I have a dog we love with ALL our heart but we have a gathering at the house we put her in the bedroom while we're eating! SHOW SOME RESPECT PEOPLE!

Staying at the Homewood Suites has been a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and had one bedroom with a king sized bed. It would have been nice if there was access to the single bathroom from other than the bedroom. The kitchenette area worked well for our needs, though the paper towel holder was in an odd spot under the sink. The grounds were well kept and the lobby area was inviting. We would stay in a Homewood Suites again.

The Homewood Suites provided a typical, wonderful, Hilton experience. Clean, well maintained, quality stay. Parking is a little tight if you have a boat, but it worked out just fine. Meals, rooms, location… all just fine. A great place to stay.

Rooms are great and have a kitchen. Really comfortable beds. Staff is great, breakfast is great. A lot of amenities located in the same Plaza, easy walking distance. Cons: pool closes at dusk for no reason, even though there is never a life guard on duty.

The staff was super nice and helpful and the bed was really comfy (with awesome down pillows I might add). Unfortunately the room as a whole was underwhelming to say the least. The burners on the stove were the spiral type that were popping off/at an angle even after placing a pot on them. The shower curtain rod was about ready to come down. The Wi-Fi was spotty to say the least — connection was being constantly dropped (though there was a hardwire available). For what it's worth every hotel has a few rooms in not so prestine shape, I probably just got unlucky. I do believe the staff would have moved me to another room had I requested it. Also they promised me to address my concerns at the time of check-out when I informed them of the issues. I would come here again.

Loved staying here last year and am excited to be coming back this year. A true home away from home.

Property was clean and impressive. The room was also clean and had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, etc). I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one complimentary and was nice about it. The breakfast was included and was decent. I also have Hilton honors so the Wi-Fi was complimentary. I would stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotel if you need a wheelchair or are recouping from surgery. The front desk manager does not cater to the sick! also have no bellman to help with luggage. And plan on sleeping on their couch. Because your room will not be ready until 5pm. Also, dirty silverware in the room. Cold coffee at breakfast and cold sausage and eggs. How did you get those awards in lobby…

My wife and I needed a place to stay with our 2 small children while our house is being repaired. We stayed in s king suite size costing us $133 TOTAL. And I have to say, great size. We even have the queen pull out couch setup already because my wife says I snore loud sometimes lol. Space is great, and in addition we have the 2 cribs parallel against the wall. Kitchen with full fridge size including top freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, regular size microwave, 2 adult kitchen table, office desk. Separate sink area away from bathroom with mini small walking closet. No tub, but nice shower space with seating. Carpet, and laminate wood floor by kitchen area. Great ac unit. Free breakfast between 630am and 9 something I think, and free drinks between 5pm and 7pm. Overall great price for what you get.

The best hotel in its price range in the area. They have free breakfast and an evening snack. Their internet is fast and the sheets are always nice and clean. I love the full fridge and stove to cook my own food.

Found this place after quickly checking into than out of a nasty Laquinta hotel in Jupiter. Got a King Suite. So roomy with a gorgeous kitchenette, very clean, very affordable. Very happy, will stay here again.

This hotel is in a great area and the room quality is outstanding. Only things that could improve here are the food, and the internet speed (its really slow). This will be my go to hotel every time I'm in the area.

Born and raised in Jupiter, I had never noticed the Homewood Suites before my assistant recommended having our quarterly retreat at this location. Just from the professional courtesy, prompt follow up and thorough tour Jason DelGrosso demonstrated, I knew this was the right choice for the experience I wanted to create for my 6 clients. Now that the retreat is over, we cannot thank the Homewood Suites staff enough for the AMAZING experience we all had! Everyone loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the overall ambiance of the hotel, the intimacy of the meeting room, and the breakfast selections. The staff made sure we were taken care of at every moment, and Terry was a delight for transportation and letting us in the meeting room. I will be highly recommending this hotel for anyone who needs a clean, elegant, and friendly location to stay. The overall experience was just fabulous. Thanks again.

The hotel suites were spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom did not have a tub rather a oversized shower. Room had refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher. Buffet was simple but well organized. Free Wi-Fi was appreciated. Located in a strip mall that had ample restaurants so getting a local meal was easy without needing a cab.
