Room was clean and spacious. Pullout was the most comfortable pullout I’ve slept on.

Clean room, spacious bathrooms, very comfortable bed! And price was excellent! Don't mind the construction, they are upgrading but it was not bad and I didn't even notice anything.

We always stay at Hampton Inn. We always have my two 5 lb Chihuahuas with us. They are emotional support dogs 15 and 12 years old. The manager asked what kind of task they did to help me and then told me they were not allowed! Not even sure he can ask me all those questions. He didn't bother to ask why I need the dogs. You never know what has happened in someone's life! I guess we will no longer stay at Hampton Inn.

Stayed here for work. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean. There were renovations going on when I stayed here but overall a very good stay. The breakfast is good as well.

Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens is located conveniently right off the main interstate. The staff was very polite. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very roomy, clean and up to date.

We always have a good experience at Hampton Inn when we stay there. The only issue was this one had some remodeling going on which did not effect our stay. Check in was handled by Joe Beth who was friendly, helpful and efficient, she also was the same person that checked us out. She seemed to be there all the time and was always friendly and cheerful.

We love staying at Hampton. This was by far the best one! Best happy hour snacks and drinks. Yummy breakfast.

This is lovely resort and the rooms are spacious with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Hot Breakfast varies each day with items such as omelets, waffles, French toast sticks, fresh tropical fruits. They also have a happy hour around 5 PM with Bud Light on tap and red and white wine along with fresh cheese cubes and various snack items. The pool is clean and secluded and the patio has beautiful columns, sculptures and lush landscaping. The staff were very accommodating especially Diane.

The hotel is well maintained and bright. The staff are friendly. There is a washing machine for guests that costs little money.
The pool is medium in size and well maintained, unfortunately there are hardly any shadows. The room was very large. The air conditioning was sufficient for this and quiet enough. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was relatively good and versatile for the UNITED States. Parking available.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked and had the appearance of being in good condition. The only one but it was the noise from the refrigerated room and the breakfast pastries. Breakfast was included but the pasta was stale and somewhat hard.

The staff was very accommodating the room was very spacious it was quiet and in a great location. The hotel was a little tricky to find but once I got there I felt safe and the hotel concierge let me check in early because I was exhausted. The price was very reasonable and well worth the money.

The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Also, the staff went out of their way to FedEx to my home a bag I had left in the hotel room. They saved me from a lot of headache. Thank you Lucy for finding my bag, and thank you to the staff for sending it in the mail to me! I definitely will give this place my business in the future.

Love this place! The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and professional and always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Rooms are spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Our room was never cleaned, no bed was made, I had to do it. There was no ice on any of the floors, I was told by receptionist that I had to wait for it to be replenished. The pillows also smelled bad, I suggest that you bring your own. God only knows where those pillows have been besides the head. I covered them with hopefully clean towels or my own pajama top. The nicest person was Jonathon as I stated on my previous review before I put my head on pillows.

I stayed here for a week while visiting relatives in the area. It is conveniently located just off Interstate 95 and is easy to get to, assuming you don't miss the turn onto RCA Blvd. I like Hampton Inns and stay at them often, though this was my first time at this location. The room was clean, well-furnished and quiet and the staff helpful. Breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns everywhere. When I return to the area, I will probably stay here again.

Nothing bad to say. This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and updated. It was worth every penny I spent. The breakfast hostess kept everything fresh and even took the filled tray away while we were interacting with the kids. I would stay here again. First time I have ever said this… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The Hampton Inn at Palm Beach Gardens has provided a very comfortable stay for my family and I. The rooms are furnished with televisions, large bathrooms, and plush beds. The bathrooms have nice soaps, soft towels, and even hair dryers in case you forgot yours at home. Housekeepers tidy up the room and provide new towels during the day, which is very convenient. If you would rather not have housekeeping enter your room, that is an option, too. There is an outdoor garden with Roman-style decor outside the lobby/breakfast area, so you can enjoy your provided continental breakfast in the beautiful Florida outdoors. There is even a pool to swim in outside. The rooms and indoor areas smell fresh and smoke/animal free. As far as I am aware, smoking is prohibited indoors but there are smoking friendly areas outside should you need them.

Reasonable rooms and accommodation, decent breakfast, overall no issues that were noticeable.

Stayed a week, very nice place, good rate, friendly staff, good breakfast. Fridge froze everything I put in it but no actual complaints here, very clean and well maintained.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one rises to the top. The staff at the desk was warm and friendly and very helpful with information on restaurants in the area. Our room was large and spotlessly clean with all the amenities we need. We particularly enjoyed having the sitting area to relax in before bed. The bed was very comfortable, even for one with back problems. We particularly enjoyed having the complimentary breakfast out in the lovely courtyard. We will definitely come here again if in the area.

Most of the negative reviews regarding this hotel seem like they were written by illiterate morons. That being said, my wife and I had a positively delightful stay in this hotel on the weekend of Nov. 19/20, 2016. We did not have reservations, we simply stopped in to see if they had a room available, which they did. The girl Samantha at the front desk could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful. She went over and above checking us in and recommending great places to eat in the area. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and courteous. Our room was spotless and so was the hotel in general. The breakfast bar was great as well. If you need a great place to stay in Palm Beach Gardens, this is it and hopefully Samantha will be on duty when you check in. I would disregard the 1 star reviews. These people must be talking about a different hotel.

Room 229, very clean, very beautiful. Gorgeous walkway outside dining hall leading to pool. Veronica was our room service; very sweet, very kind. I wish I lived there.

Great value. Very clean and comfortable room for the price, especially for the area. Needs some updating though. Design is showing it's age. Some furniture, paint, and wallpaper looks worn. Advertising for the hotel brand inside property looks gimmicky, not necessary. Front desk staff very prompt and courteous. A little more organization at breakfast area to keep dining room clean and food fresh is needed.

The Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens location was great for an over night stay. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

The location is convenient to 95 in PBG. Service is very good, and the rooms are clean. I've stayed here on several occasions. Breakfast food could be better, but the room rate is a good value in this area.

I love this hotel! This is my go-to hotel when I'm in the area. Justine and Christina make my stay as comfortable as possible. They are very attentive and always have smiles on their faces. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always pleasant, and the service is always amazing. Hands down, my favorite hotel in Palm Beach Gardens.

The location is clean from outside to throughout the building. Staff is very friendly and they do have decent amenities including a beautiful pool, exercise room and business center. The free Wi-Fi is good. Not sure about gaming speeds (didn't try), but they do offer a faster premium Wi-Fi. Room was well maintained. Only concerns were it seems that the doors of some of the rooms can slam and it is quite loud. Not going to blame hotel due to customers who lack respect, but hopefully the doors can equipped with a slow closing mechanism. The AC window units are older and can be disturbing for the light sleepers. Overall I say it's a good night's stay and comfortable. It's also located nicely for visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

They was a nightwalker a tall girl outside hotel ask us if we wanted a date her name was lori she drove a blue santern and I reported to the police they well be watching for her and the man she with I cant believe hampton inn lets this stuff on there grounds this is sick. I want never stay at ur hotel again and I do mean hotel.

Love everything about Hampton from the cleanliness to how attention to details of things placed within the room. Will definitely return again. And breakfast is a plus.

I stay here every time I visit the area. The sleep number bed and big tvs are a bonus, in addition to the proximity to downtown mall and eating areas.

Good check in service, clean room, normal Hampton food — not gourmet.
