Clean, modern room and fairly priced room. Helpful and friendly service. Night Mod Debra went above and beyond to help my wife. Lots of sockets for all your electronics. Lots more positives but I'm going to sleep.

Nice hotel great location. Unfortunately we charged for 2 days stay instead of of 1 night. When I called to rectify the problem very poor customer service. Not sure if we will stay here again such a shame! Customer service needs improvement.

Everything was great and we had a good time. It was nice to have free breakfast and lay out by the pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Had to quickly travel for purposes of bereavement. I did not have an advanced reservation but stopped in and was able to catch the last double bed room and were treated with such compassion by every staff member. The room was fresh, clean and up to date as well as very quiet even though it is right on a major road. I just can't thank the staff there enough for how great they treated us and were willing to help in any way possible. They even came out and jump started our car when the battery died and we had to rush to an appointment. Excellent room, superb staff and fantastic hotel!

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is a relatively new hotel. I had my Mother''s "Surprise 85th Birthday Party" on 8/4/2018. The administration and staff were all wonderful from the beginning of the planning stages until the end of the event. They accommodated all my needs and those of the out of town guests. The sales representative CP is professional, friendly and courteous.
Every guest room comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Bottled water is also in the room for a fee.

They also have laundry facilities and if you're nice and polite you can get some detergent. They also offer a "Free Hot Buffet Breakfast" for each nights stay.
I would definitely stay here again and recommendo them highly.

I have had several clients as well as family stay at the hotel. Although they thought the hotel was on point, my last experience was not… It started off okay and I was advised by front desk the breakfast was served until 10. I came down about 930 and there was only bread and no coffee. I left to have breakfast somewhere else. The next day I get an invoice for $8 for water — I never drank any water in the room. So I called and not one person apologized — they said staff indicated water was missing. Even though they credited back the card, I didn't get an apology — just there justification — this tells me they do this all the time to make extra revenue. I booked it on expedia — made me wonder if they did it because they had to pay a fee to expedia — keep profit up. Where is the hospitality?

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn! The service was very friendly, including the staff. The facility was very clean. Breakfast was awesome every morning and the location is great.

Convinient location close to shops for car or uber to nightlife, def. Not entirely walking distance but depends its roughly a 15 minute walk to reach the traintracks on Atlantic which is followed by some of the restaurants and nightclubs. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Nice hotel with an awesome staff. Terri at the front desk was very personable and informative. She went out of her way to tell us about local sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was immaculate and breakfast was really good.

Nice and clean. Nothing fancy. Close to the center of Atlantic Ave. Dog friendly hotel (service dog). Had an issue with the TV, called front desk at 11pm, it was fixed 10 min later.

The service was fantastic, from the receptionists to the waiters. The food was delicious, everyone was pleased. The grounds and the room itself was so unique, with just the right amount of age without it feeling too antiquated.

Amazing stay. Very nice rooms and service was great. Has trolley to downtown stop right out front. Security of the hotel is very comforting and the secure parking makes for a comforting stay.

I was there on a business trip. The staff was very friendly and professional. Facilities overall kept clean. Very close to great restaurants and shopping. The beach isn't to far either if you're driving or bike riding there.

You will love it! There's easy access to Highway 95 and a free trolley that loops through Downton and Delray Beach. The rooms have a clean modern flaire that is very refreshing. I've always received service with a smile.

Really enjoyed it, our room was nice. Check in was quick. Breakfast was free and also decent. They also have chargers for electric cars, which was really great for me!

I've stayed at several Fairfield Inns all over the country. Most are quite good, a few are subpar but this property in Delray Beach is the best one I've stayed in. That means that everything was top notch but most of all the service from the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms maintenance staff were also terrific. The hotel is recently remodeled and the breakfast is fairly elaborate for an economical hotel. Great location too if you plan to take the short walk east where the local shopping and action is, or you can use the free public transportation.

Nicely appointed and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. Modern feel to the decor. The only drawback is the traffic can be heard in the northern facing rooms.

The hotel is very decent and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. They have the best breakfast. I loved the experience.

Very pleased with our stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms what more could you ask for. The free morning breakfast was good as well! Rooms are larger then rooms from other hotels in the same price range.

Excellent customer service! They let us check-in early and on our last day, they let us use the facilities after checking out. All of the staff were very nice and offered recommendations of nearby restaurants. Would give a 6 out of 5 stars if it were an option.

Not terrible but not as good as expected. Rooms are nice, clean with large bathroom/showers. This particular hotel is not in a good location. The surrounding neighborhood is almost ghetto. I do NOT recommend walking east on Atlantic Avenue especially at night. Not that all encounters with the local population would be negative, but you will be at risk of becoming a victim of a street crime. I would not stay here again. Fairfield Inn on Airport Rd in Boca is far better.

Great new hotel with friendly staff! I have stayed at this hotel about 15 times over the past 6+ months and highly recommend the location and staff. Rooms are always clean and there is always a smiling member of the hotel team ready to assist and give recommendations to the local dinning establishments. It does not matter is its Natalie, Matthew, Ish, or anyone else at the front desk, they are extremely welcoming and courteous. The rooms are all good size and clean. I will be continuing to stay at this hotel while traveling in the Palm Beach Area.

Had my rehearsal dinner here for my wedding and everything was wonderful. For our guests that stayed here, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was super nice.

Gets five stars for accommodating my family for hurricane Irma. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping is standout and the hotel is very clean with amenities including breakfast, comfortable lobby, and spacious newly decorated room rooms and suites. There are laundry and workout facilities. There is no restaurant in the hotel, and the only drawback is the immediate neighborhood can be sketchy, but it does not impact the hotel stay, since you need to drive everywhere anyway. Atlantic Avenue restaurant row is a v short drive. Not a resort setting but a decent home base. We did notice the hotel rented meeting rooms daily during our stay to the same group daily, which use the lobby for one on ones during which the people talk about hearings and such, and congratulations on progress. Seemed like rehab related meetings or the like, in my opinion.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast is includef which is nice. I think theres a pool but I didnt bring a bathing suit.

Room was nice and very clean. Service was great but I was surprised by the location and ease of access for visitors of hotel guests.

Do not use the Fairfield Conference Center. My company signed up to utilize the conference room at this hotel for the week. Cristina from the Fairfield Inn signed me up for the week. She not once came in to introduce herself to us while we were there. After 3 days, I decided not to continue as our office was finished with maintenance and 4 of my 11 employees got sick while in that conference room. We left 2 days early but the Fairfield still charged me for the days that I did not use. Not to mention, they put 2 $750 charges on hold then charged an additional $1, 500 went the total was less. The night manager was extremely rude as well. Utilize another hotel for their conference room.

The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, the free breakfast is fantastic. The pool is beautiful amd relaxing. Tbe bathroom is clean. The employees are friendly and welcoming. Overall it has been a great experience.

Great location. Right next to the police station and there's a gated parking lot to park in. Walking distance to downtown. Staff was friendly and the rooms are adequately sized. Would recommend.

The hotel and staff are great. The breakfast is okay. The local neighborhood is a dump. The area is surrounded by essentially the ghetto. When asking the very nice, front desk lady (who seemed like she could handle herself quite well) if it was okay to walk around the surrounding area at around 2pm on a sunny day, her response was "I sure wouldnt! " She said to stick to Atlantic which we did. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars, and shops nearby and the free trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Their parking lot and doors are all secure. At no point in the hotel did I feel unsafe. It seems as if the area is in the process of being made into a more middle class area than ghetto. 1 beautiful nicely kept house with a BMW directly next to a house that was using one of those metal highway dividers as bars to the picture window and a 80s Cadillac on cinder blocks in their driveway.

This was one of my best experiences I've had in a hotel room the staff was wonderful the room was great the breakfast was awesome really enjoyed my stay.

We evaluated this property for a room block. Hotel is brand new, less than 2 years old. Rooms are very well furnished. Parking is a pleasure and Wi-Fi is quick and included. Breakfast looks great too.

Great location, decent breakfast, and comfortable room.

Very clean and nice rooms, great staff, and the free trolley is right outside to take you into the main stretch or the beach in under ten minutes. The location is slightly ghetto adjacent, but I still felt safe.

The service at this hotel was great, staff is warm and friendly, and very attentive.

It's in a convenient location to the restaurants and 95. Rooms are what you'd expect from Fairfield. The neighborhood behind the hotel is a little bit sketchy but they do have overnight security onsite.

The service was spectacular. There was a difficult situation where a customer was shouting at her to the receptionist but she buy well professional. The room clean and super comfortable.

I had no problem with my stay at the hotel, it was actually very pleasant and would have recommended it. However, I had a huge problem with them double charging me for my room and denying it. I even had to get my bank involved.

Overall experience… It was great breakfast, laundry service room, polite and a usable gym.

This is a new Marriott property right by I95. It is beautiful. Very clean, large rooms, great amenities. A great place for the business traveller but not the kind of location one would want to vacation. Too far from downtown and the beach.

First visit to this hotel… new and lots of excellent design decisions. Our mini suite had king bed, large pullout couch, lots of desk space to work, and TWO tvs… we could each watch a football game Sunday. Best news: 4 outlet power cord above desk and 4 lamps with 2 outlets each… so not only could we watch two games we could each power up all of our equipment ready for a busy Monday. Huge shower but single sink and tiny closet would make long stays tough.

Update from April 2015's review — We came back as promised but I've been disappointed. My room was skipped by the cleaning service today and I went to the front desk and twice to ask why it wasn't cleaned (once at 3pm and again at 7pm). The gentleman just told me to wait until tomorrow. I also asked for towels twice at the front desk — no one delivered them so I had to go and get them myself.
Beautiful new facility with exceptional staff! They got us out of a jam when our original hotel was less then acceptable and even allowed us to check in early. We'll be back for sure!
