Room was decent size for the prize. Nice pool size. Lounge. Bar. Pool table. However we didn't have towels. No telephone to reach front desk to inform our remote control was not working. Otherwise good stay n quiet.

This place is old and run down. I booked it because of the pool and it is literally empty and under construction. Hotel rooms where damp and not great. I really wasn't expecting miricales at this price point, but still not good. We moved rooms because the AC was broken. I will say the staff was very nice and attentive. I was very disappointed that the Google page says pool and there is no working pool right now. "see last screen shot"

So I stayed here the other day and this is what I thought. Pros: Moderately priced “Quiet” outdoor atmosphere Cons: The beds were smaller than advertised Beds were hard and pillows were small The sink was infested with bugs The a/c was VERY loud The breakfast was awful Owners were loud and using profanity While yes you may get what you pay for, 76 dollars for one night seems like a lot for something of this quality at most it should have been priced at 30 dollars. This hotel is not worth the money unless you’re trying to have a dirty, uncomfortable night.

The pictures are not this location. This location is very dated and run down and in major need of being re-built or gutted and renovated. Rooms are gross and dirty, rooms need lots of paint, bathroom fixtures are rusted. Housekeeping will not keep your room clean. Have to beg for clean sheets and towels every night before bed. This location makes me NOT want to stay at ANY Wyndham location ever again. Calls to corporate have gone unresolved with staying here. Do not stay here!

Great find! The outside is dated and is an old style hotel so you may hesitate. However check was handled professionally but friendly. Our room was dated and small by today’s standards but it was clean, the air conditioning was great, the beds had good mattresses, the hotel quiet and it had a good cable selection. The outside pool was warm, clean and welcoming after driving all day. Clermont has only a few places to eat but there is a restaurant on the premises of the Days Inn called 27 pizzeria and Pub. Menu is limited but the food is good. The view of the pool makes eating even nicer. (will review this under separate item) All and all this was a nice find in Clermont. Check it out!

This exceeded all expectations. The new bar was so fun! We played some music on he jukebox, had a few brews, and played a few games of pool. They only had lagers, but it paired nicely with the pizza! Which was SO good! The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were great as well! The beds are clean with new sheets, fluffy pillows. The bathrooms were clean, granite countertops, and our carpets were shampooed! We’re definitely coming back. We just wanted a little get away from our home and this was absolutely perfect. So relaxing.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled nice. The pool is warm and not crowded at all. Breakfast was okay, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Not much as far as restaurants are located nearby, you have to drive 10 minutes or so. Overall it was a nice, quiet stay.

Good people good service good food good music.

Good hotel for the price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Like the fact that there is a security guard walking around at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt uneasy, some “unusual” guests in the back near us. Pool was green, all gates were padlocked. I would NOT recommend this hotel at this time. Looks like a hotel that was spectacular in its prime. But it’s old and needs some work. I hope they bring this hotel back to it former glory days.

Stay clear. Do not bring children here. We called for reservation. We were told the pool went under a deep clean and would be opened in the am. That was a lie. The food joint advertises open to 11. It was closed. When we got our room we had to drive through junkies and prostitutes to park. The pool was gross. How this place has 3 stars is beyond me. Must be the employee's and prostitutes and drug dealers gave it to them. This place should have yellow tape around it as it's a moral and legal crime scene. It's a cross dressers dream place. Junkie heaven and family nightmare.

I own the cabbie taxi service and I pick up people there all the time great people work there great place to stay I give people rides to the airport and other places they need to go when they stay there highly recommended.

The girls at the lobby and the cafeteria are the best. Great service. Rooms need improvement but were clean.

Place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming while we were there. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The service is outstanding everyone makes you feel welcome. The Pizzeria is great thin and tasty. Room need to be updated but beds and pillows are comfortable.

0/10 Would Not recommend, would not stay again. Absolutely disgusting. Had I not been from out of state and attending a last minute funeral, I would NEVER have committed to sleeping here. -the room smelled like dogs -the vent above the sink is filthy and covered in more than dust. -the mattress was broken and sagged -the bathroom was horrendous: MOLD on the door frames and ceiling, peeling paint, chipped and flaking caulking, HAIR in the tub and floor -obvious patchwork on celings and flaking plaster on walls If the place is going to commit to redecorating and remodeling, how about start with basic sanitation instead of massive stonework in the lobby. MOLD removal is more important than aesthetics. Will be formally complaining to Wyndham.

This hotel was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! There was mold and dead bugs in the room. The location is not good either. No establishments nearby, looks to be a sewage plant behind the motel, just bad. When we notified the staff of the condition of the room, upon canceling the rest of our stay, all they said was "oh, we're sorry about that. " Really! Not even worth a full star rating.

I'm handicapped veteran and an entitled non handicapped jerk parked his truck and boat across 4 spaces (2 handicapped) leaving none for handicapped. He had parking 5 spaces away. Security came out. They did the good ole boy talk and he got to stay illegally the rest of the evening. The management and security ignored the law, department of justice, and the disability act. Great way to anger people with values, reward those indifferent to the law and punish the handicapped supposedly protected by this hotel and their security guard.

I regret staying in this hotel without doing enough research. Rooms are filthy, bathroom exhaust doesn't work, breakfast is pathetic, ice maker was also not working. Since bathroom exhaust was not working, my room was humid,. Had to ask them to place a humidifier. The staff was curtious though.

This is a no frills property. However it's a good value those working on the road and need a place to stay. Staff is great and tries hard but you get what you pay for per night.

Very clean. Nice pool. Continental breakfast. But this is more set for people that are on business. Anyone can stay but the rooms are set for business. Wi-Fi, coffee maker. The necessities only.

There was No maid service for two days for Christmas pro then the same charged.

Beautiful pool, bed was VERY comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. However, what made our stay incredible, was the staff. They were soooo friendly, helpful, attentive and kind. I would stay there again for sure!

Truly a beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you could possibly need. The staff are friendly and helpful. All around outside as well as the courtyard and pool, everything looks great. The lobby looks brand new. They have two bars and a breakfast room that looks like a restaurant. Simply a real nice place to stop by for a while. I stayed 5 days.

This place is awesome! It's an old resort from the 60s or 70s, however, it has been renovated and is in great condition. You feel like Don Draper relaxing by the pool. The rooms are not very spacious but they've got separate living and sleeping areas, half of the room overlook the central pool and courtyard, which when lit up looks great.

Big thank you from all of us who stayed during Hurricane Irma. Staff was excellent, very professional. Hugo and Erin ran the restaurant and bar like pros. Keep up the great work everyone. (Hugo in photo)

The pool closes as dark. The kids were not happy. Nothing to drink with breakfast and their waffle machine was broke.

The entrance is actually really inviting for a middle of no where hotel. The front desk associate was nice and clearly knew how to do their job. The rooms were equipped with modern central AC, ~32" tv, mini-fridge and a small bathroom. The beds were two twins and for whatever the reason our in-room phone was disconnected from the wall. The price for the night was more than fair at a small fee of 75$/night.

This is an awsome hotel with very friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home as we were facing hurricane Irma and got us settled in 2 rooms. Thank GOD for the days inn. God bless you all.

Check in was fast and easy. They also offer a military discount. The only reason I didn't give 's 5 star is that their breakfast is only muffins and toast. It's free but anything else would be great, even just adding juice.

An excellent staff cannot be commended enough First day after Renovations it looks better it is a little out-of-the-way unless you're coming off the turnpike.

Locton has roaches. Seen more than one. Housekeeping only made bed. Cleaned absolutely nothing elae. Shower head is detached from wall. Common area smells and bathroom stinks. Would not recommend.

Booked for a great deal via Expedia. Had some hold ups during the day and they let me check in early for a very small extra charge. And I mean 8am early! Lisa and her colleague were very nice at the front desk and beyond willing to help. Room is nice and cozy, and opening a new bar in the lounge tonight. Would recommend to all looking for an over night/multiple night stay.

I read the reviews and decided to check the Days Inn anyway. My room (249) was recently remodeled as well as the 2nd floor. New double bed, paint, pillows. The first floor was still being remodeled. Staff was friendly, check in easy. I paid $54 (AAA rate). This is NOT a 5 star hotel, if you want that drive 11 minutes down the road and spend the $159 (Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn). I didn't experience any issues.

Not bad. Called maintenence about possibly getting a mini fridge as the room didn't come with one, and they responded withing 30 mins.

Room was far below my expectations. Was charged full price rather than the wedding room block price. Was put in smoking room rather than non smoking room as requested. Only had 1 bed rather than 2 as booked. Was told cot wasn't accessible, as it was locked up and they couldn't get it. Ended up canceling room and was initially denied a copy of refund receipt by front desk.

A/C wouldn't go colder than 75, and renovations were unsightly. Mold on ceiling. Room smelled musty. It was clean and staff was friendly and polite though, hence 3 stars instead of 1.

Our room had live bugs in the bed on arrival and food all in the pull out sofa. They were able to move us to a different room, but the shower was absolutely disgusting with mildew and was so gross in the new room. They also advertise microwaves and fridges, but they are not free. You must pay for them at $5/night per appliance and they didn't even have any available to rent! Naturally, they wouldn't let me cancel my reservation for the remaining nights of my stay, so I was forced to stay here or be out almost $200. This place was dirty, had bugs, didn't even have simple small appliances, and are obviously money hungry! will never stay here again. I have been to $35/night hole in the wall motels that were cleaner than this. The only positive thing was the older, wonderful housekeeping woman. Stay away from this place if you are looking for clean. I'd rather pay double the price of here to at least get a clean room somewhere else.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and fresh interior.

I love the staff here, especially the lady who does the continental breakfast. I like the renovations they're doing to the hotel. Huge flatscreens, new beds and new furniture. Im glad to see the owners bring this place to life. Oh and the surrounding area is a beautiful rural area that is only like two or three miles from Lakeridge vineyard and winery. Would definitely bring my buisness here again, just because how accommodating the staff was.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They are clearly undergoing many upgrades which cased some unpleasant noises. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Anwsome place, and perfectly located. I love the improvements being made also.

I went for a part that was being hosted there. My biggest complaint was the temperature. It was so hot! We weren't even dancing or anything yet and it was unbearably hot.

The staff is very friendly, they're doing renovations and turning the hotel around, my room was very clean, AC & TV working very well, and the prices are very good. I would definitely recommend it.

On the upside, the staff is friendly, it's a pet-friendly hotel, our room was clean and the pool was in good order. However the rooms in the rear look out on a sewage treatment plant (with its accompanying odors) and there is no Wi-Fi in rooms, only in the common areas. You could get by here for a weekend if you get a room away from the sewage or longer if you can a courtyard facing room. It isn't that close to Disney but it is inexpensive.

Clean environment, peaceful and quiet. Has a swiming pool too.

The exterior was filthy, pool was GREEN, beds totally uncomfortable. I can't believe this place allowed itself to get to this level. The ONLY upside was the staff was pleasant.

Very dirty and for the price nor worth the stay. I dont recommend staying here for any amount of time. Not even with a hooker.

Bad service. old room. Bugs. Paid 79.99 + tax should have been 19.99.

Horrible! Crowd hanging out drinking and roudy from 1:00 am To 4:00 am. No sleep.

This hotel is lucky to have even received 1 star from me. I turned on the shower and black bugs were coming out of the drain. I thought to myself I could deal with that. I then moved on to the bed and there were little black beetles crawling everywhere. I picked up the phone next to the bed to call the front desk and I ended up dropping it because it was infested with bugs! Everywhere! I went back to the bathroom to gather my things and more bugs were coming out of the drain and were on the walls. This place was infested! I went to the front desk to tell them about the bugs. They said no refund unless I showed them proof. The girl came to the room with me and I told her to pick up the phone. She picked it up and then dropped it because bugs were coming out of it. She opened the drawer on the little side table the phone was on and there were at least 100 bugs crawling everywhere. She then pulled the sheet off the bed and there were more bugs. The girl who worked there screamed and said "these rooms are disgusting. This is the first time I've ever been in one of the rooms. " You would think that the people who work there have seen the rooms. The girl tried to take pictures as proof for her manager. The bugs moved faster than her phone. Keep in mind that this was at 12am! At 2am I got a call that I would be getting my money back. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! It's disgusting and infested.

Well at first our room key wouldnt open our door so the nice receptionist got us a new room and the rooms were nice and air worked great t. V. S are outdated though but we hade 80+ channels and the ac did rattle a lil beds felt great and it was fairly reasonable on the price.

We were so surprised at how close this was to the Winery, and how quickly we got to Disney. The staff was friendly, and the facility was recently renovated. I will stay again.
