Seems to be a few shady live ins, first hour or so there their was a leak in the room causing us to be moved to another. Forgot my belt in that room “1 door away” and doesn’t appear I will get it back “housekeeping did not find it”. Theirs currently renovations ongoing which means they have their saws in the hallway and will use them late into the night. House keeping has not come in 4 days which has lead to a few trips up front for minor things, towels, toilet paper, etc. So last night was our last night there aside from everything I already stated the key part is they moved our room the first night there on “Monday” Thursday night at 4am we receive a knock on the door, after somebody had repeatedly tried to get into the room a few times. Due to the room change 4 days prior the night time desk clerk thought we were squatting and called the police so their I am at 4 in the morning explaining to the officer we had been moved one room over and yes it had been paid for. Judging from the reaction and statements made by the officers it seems as though the non emergency phone calls from rodeway inn are frequent. Never again. Ever.

Rooms were not very clean. Killed about 7 or 8 roaches on top of having to completely wipe headboards. Sat in bed and leaned against headboard and had gunk stuck in my hair. Wipe the headboards and the rag was black. Housekeeping only made one bed. Had a situation come up and had to check out a day early. Gave no refund. And every time I've tried calling for a manager there's never one there. It's always "he will be in later". Floors don't ever look touched.

Worse place to stay. Why is this place still open. Bugs and dirt in every corner. Fridge didnt work. Sheets and bed spread stained. Towels looked used. Only stayed one night needed rest. Never will go there again.

I was given wrong keys for room where someone lived already. No biggie. Next room had dirty bedding, phone wasn't working, so had to travel to lobby with card locks broken. While waiting at midnight to change our bedding for too long, walked into lady who's room lock was not opening. Overall feel and looks of cheap place. Smells like mold and moisture. We end up moving in the middle of night to hotel next door one class up, which worth it.

SADLY a great hotel @ a great price but the desk clerks need more schooling in service and customer relations. Jessica was a wannabe manager but lacked in every aspect of hotel skills and customer service. At first glance you would think she was the bartender at the old biker bar attached to the hotel! Complete with body ink head to toe and an attitude fitting the bill. NO worries as the rest of the crew make up for her slack. Great price… Clean room awesome staff Except for… I'm a choice member with a lot of stays in that level of hotel and it's worth putting up with Jess all day long! THE HOTEL IS EASILY A 3 STAR! But had to throw the ONE LONE STAR for the one lone STAR!
