Room had spots on the walls, whole shower had dirt streaks all over. Hardly any outlets left open. Was hard to find ice. Had to walk up stairs, no elevator. Door leads to an inside hallway between rooms, anyone could get in. However, balcony was nice, and the best of the room was fairly nice and clean. Fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast was good. A rather half and half stay.

Walked in at 1:27pm and was greeted with We are full! And of you have a reservation we still full till 3! a. I asked if I could go ahead and pay and come back and was told no its shift change. Shift change at 1:30? Sure. Come back hour and a half later room had no pillows, 1 towel and was disgusting.

Checked into a room with a used needle left between the bed and nightstand. At least 1inch thick of dog hair piled up in the corners of the room and underneath the beds. Everything had dust and dirt all over it. Roaches crawling everywhere, you can not leave food out. I believe the roaches are coming from other rooms. After reporting the needle and complaining to the front desk clerks Kyle and Steven nothing was resolved they can not do anything without the onsite managers approval. He hides behind his employees and let's them deal with all the problems. This place sucks it's filthy, it's infested with roaches the ac doesn't work. The management doesn't care.

Bathroom was not clean. Mattress was not the most comfortable. Interior hallway always smelled like weed. Room was large and I liked that. Extra towels upon arrival. Decent location. Chair was stained and bathtub was peeling around the drain.

The lobby looks beautiful. The rooms however look like they haven't been touched since the 1970's. There was mold in the shower, the wall was falling apart and the sliding door didn't close all the way. This is definitely a place to avoid!

Horrible customer service. The front desk clerk was rude and very unwelcoming. She clearly didn't want to do her job and seemed more in to talking to her mother on video chat and watching TV as opposed to properly welcoming and accommodating her guests. The hotel was run down, it had an odor and needed some severe updates.

One star is generous. Awful! Beware! Stay away! Disgusting! No! Don't do it! Pay the extra money and stay some place else! The stay in a cardboard box anything is better.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean. However upon entering the carpet was very old and the entire hotel smelled of old carpet. Also I was not very happy with the little cockroaches in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel is in a good area. I would not go there again.

This is not a clean hotel nor what I would consider a safe one. I paid for 3 nights without knowing that this was a filthy live in drug laden facility. I checked in late on my first night there so I was too afraid to open my door and leave that night. I was lucky enough that I had some cleaning supplies in my bag. This photo is from wiping down the dressers, bathroom counters and fridge. I did not sleep well as I could hear the people in the room next to me using drugs. This was regrettably the scariest night of my life. I left the next morning and did not return even though I had two more nights paid. Do not stay here unless you are a drug addict.

The front desk attendant was nice but a lot of monkeying around between her and the maintenance man while I was checking in. The room is filthy. The walls and doors are dirty and chipped. When I went to find a place to plug in my phone, I moved the bedside table a bit and the dust and dirt was awful. Did not even want to take a shower in the stained dirty looking tub. I wish I could post the pictures here. I try to have some grace for a building that is older but this is just laziness and neglect.

I purchased this room on Priceline and noticed that the rate was higher for disability accommodation. I booked the room anyway. I called to request placement on the first floor. The clerk said the computer was down and he had no way of knowing if I could get a first floor room. I called back and spoke to the manager and informed him that the first guy wasn’t very helpful and the Priceline add was not compliant with ADA regulations. The manager said he would check it out because he is aware that charging more for handicap accommodations is illegal. I thanked him. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the hot water heater was out due to a power surge and I could cancel my reservation if I chose not to stay there without hot water. I cancelled. This place is a dump, run by very shady people.

Very DIRTY! Staff is rude. First room she put us in, the floor was soaked by the bathroom and they had a fan blowing on it to try to dry it but it made the room stink like the toilet had over flowed. When we informed the front desk, she smarted off and said that the people prior didn't complain but did give us another room. This room was dirty, the shower was broke, the ceiling in the bathroom is about to fall in, and when I pulled back my sheets there was dirt in my bed. We are still trying to figure out what's on the wall. I'm submitting a picture and maybe you can figure it out.

Big fan in the room because of a leak. Another room was smoking even though we requested non-smoking. Bugs crawling around in the room. We left and found a different hostel.

Don't stay here! What's sad is, it could be lovely! So much potential but obviously the owners are greedy and have not spent any money on maintaining this place over the years. Rust everywhere, broken lights and electrical plugs, broken shower knobs and leaky showerhead, old water in coffee maker. So sad to see… Wyndham should not allow this to happen.

Good hotel a bit sloppy but passable.

Ok place. Safe, cheap. Pretty clean. You get what you pay for. I stayed 2 days in a handicap room.

This place is a dump. They don’t maintain the property. We didn’t feel safe here. We will never stay here again.

Stay here if you dare. Don't bother posting a bad review — cheapskates will ignore the posts anyway and the owner will post a "heart-felt" apology and nothing will change. My room faces the pool and no one who works there has been to clean, check or even think about the pool in the 4 days we have been here. The maintenance guys sit behind bushes in a golf cart drinking beer facing the back patio of all the rooms like a bunch of creepers. It's weird.

They'll take your money but you won't get any sleep! Transits are everywhere! They simply painted over a dirty and run down place. Our bed was like sleeping in a springy bowl! I had to give a star in order to post!

My family and I stayed here Saturday 11/18/17 … To begin with, the room and hall way smelled bad. The toilet and tub were so dirty I just went and bought clorox myself to clean it. The filthy tub was clearly spray painted (paint splashed the shower wall and halfway covered the filth) (I have photos). Sink area was unclean and towels had hairs in them. As we were checking for bed bugs, we came to a nice surprise: A SYRINGE! Right under the mattress, nicely tucked in the sheets. Went to the front desk, the lady did not even apologize, she just said "Oh, how nice… I'll send someone over. " Worst days inn ever. For $107, this was not worth it. The holiday inn express a few mins. Away was only a few dollars more, but unfortunately they were full. I should have kept driving… Apparently no manager was on site for me to talk to either.

I have been happy with the services here. This has been my third or fourth time using this hotel on the past year or so.

The flag is a mess we could not guedarnos the treatment or good afternoon when you arrive and greet or answer I can not recommend.

Totally disgusting. Reeks of cigarettes and mold. Literally has a huge black moldy area growing up the wall and leak stains in the ceiling. I woke up to a smokers cough this morning, probably just allergies to mold and dust mites but still. Super gross. I CANNOT BELIEVE they can get away with charging as much as they do. It's freaking insane.

The bathtub ran all night. The carpet at the bathroom door was saturated due to the leak. The door to the patio was broken and secured with a stick. The lamp shades were broken and fell off when touched. One had yellow stains on it. The tub was slick with some kind of residue. The night clerk was unprofessional. I have severe disability and was not accommodated. The coffee station was awful and creamer was just a hard little brick. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was clean but one pillow was only half a pill in a full case. Not a happy experience at all. Not recommend anyone stay there.

This is close to the worst place I've stayed. Room 124 is supposed to be handicap accessible. It has a taller toilet, handicap bars, and a wider bathroom door, but it doesn't have a hand wand in the shower. We chose not to shower, because of the filthy condition of the shower. Needs updates badly. Paint would help. Throwing out disgusting chairs would help as well. See the pictures. Oh, and this was $89. Way too much. Should have been $40 if that.

Horrible! Plain and simple! Dirty, mildew smelling, stained furniture and I could go on. We will never stay here again. Extremely disappointing.

Very decent budget motel. Room was clean, but damp (it's humid in Florida, this happens). Beds were in need of replacing, but we saw there were several renovations happening in other rooms. For the price and availability to the interstate, I would overnight at this Days Inn again.

This hotel as nice. The breakfast was actually far more than I expected and the room was generally clean. The lobby was nice and clean. After a prior to to a days inn in Nashville, this hotel was the Ritz.

Dirty Room, Dirty pool, some staff were great. Others couldn't care less. Less than acceptable service.

The daytime manager was very nice and extra helpful. Housekeeping however, was not. We had 3 people in our room, I have very long hair, so I have to use an extra towel, plus we wanted to swim (extremely nice pool, by the way). As they were cleaning rooms, I asked her for extra towels. She said she had none on her cart. Maybe they were in the dryer, I'm not sure. But I told her I needed at least 1 extra, for my hair. We could hang the others, before going to the pool. I thought MAYBE she would later bring an extra or two… never happened. This may not bother others, but it did me. Other than that, I was somewhat happy with my stay.

Felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable! Very sketchy. The "smoking area" in the back looked like apartment complexes! Same people coming in and out! We never asked for the smoking area so I have no idea why she just placed us in that "area"… hmmm just kidding I have an idea! Upon arrival someone asked us were we in a certain room! Then another dude came outside and literally stared us down removing our bags from the vehicle. We stayed literally 5 minutes before getting a refund. The lady at the desk had the audacity to ask would we like to be in a nicer area? Ummmm why didn't you put us there the first time! HORRIBLE. I felt extremely unsafe. I am disgusted! I will NEVER stop in Ocala AGAIN! OH YEAH THIS JUST HAPPENED!

I should have know. Because upon check in there was another lady ahead of me waiting on extra towels. When the worker behind the counter brought them to her she commented that they were the last towels. I reserved a room with a king size bed. I had my one year old with me and he has to sleep between me and my significant other so as not to fall out of the bed. I also had my 2 small dogs. In the website I seen that they allowed dogs and was one of my main reasons to go there. Upon notifying them about the dogs they told me none of the "dog" rooms had king beds. Double beds only. Not even queen. But they offered a pack and play option for babies. I took the pack n play. And they only charged me for one dog to make up the difference. The pack n play was delivered at the same time we got to the room. The door to the room had been painted but there were marks on the door that were where the paint got nicked and was never repainted. Upon entering the room it smelled like an old building and dogs. My dogs were aandover that room sniffing the furniture and floor. Which told me there was "dog" mess left unclean. I would not put my 18 month old on the floor. He played on the bed and in the pack n play only. Fortunately he's not in the habit of putting things in his mouth to much. We went to the pool to take him swimming. The pool was large but hardly had no seating. Maybe 8 chairs and no lounge chairs. The patio had not seen a pressure washer in years.

No extra outlets near the beds. Fridge didn't work. Microwave plug was unplugged and wouldn't reach any outlet. Missing blow dryer. Downed 20' tree limb in rear parking lot. Only gave 2 stars because staff was nice and bed was comfy.

Good room for the price. Needs updates but what I expected from a Days Inn. Really nice lobby. Did not match what the rooms would look like. Great pool. Some shady looking people around hotel but overall good for a quick stay if all you are looking for is a clean bed and a shower.

Poor shape, said it was renovated on website. Not the room we had. Water wouldn't turn off, shower dirty…

This is Not the "old" Days Inn that you like to stay. So disappointing. Really bad roach infestation. I seen a roach crawling on the numbers outside the room door, of course just move around freely inside the room. I didn't know what bed was the one I could sleep in, & which one belonged to the roaches. For the price & a deposit, Do Not Recommend such stay… if you are an individual with class, morals, & standards. To be located off interstate, they should do much Better.

Extremely upset at the fact that their website portrays them to have decent rooms at a reasonable price. The room had a musty smell, I saw mold in some places, the air conditioning unit sounded like a garbage truck picking up a haul, the bed springs made more noise than the air conditioner but the worst of it all was the bed bugs. The bathroom had a modern sleek sink but that does not give you the right to overly price the rooms. Definitely will not recommend.

This hotel has a beautiful grounds beautiful landscaping. It has so much potential and really can't complain a whole lot for 60 bucks tax included. Staff was very friendly the roach bug I encountered in the bathroom is no longer with us.

Even for the money I am disappointed. After working all day and driving into town to do a local job we decided to stay here because I have had good rooms many times before with Days Inns. Not this time… My shower knobs worked backwards and if you didn't get scalded then it Would turn ice cold. Nice feature for a guy who worked all day. As I set now on a balcony with black stained concrete from water laying on it I wonder how much mold is under the carpet because the water is laying against the glass sliding door. Not to mention everything is out dated or worn out. All I can say is I am too tired to go somewhere else tonight. But, we will be in town several nights SOMEWHERE else!

Place is nasty! Rooms dirty, continental breakfast is terrible, and the worst part is avoiding the watermelon pickers. They want to harass and hang out on the balcony all night. Where the he'll was security?!? Never coming back.

Room outdated, dust around bas board. Old cracking and paint peeling, breakfast bar was disaster cold oat. Eal. Tosdyer, microwave not working. Unable to wam or make toast. Only two apples. No bananas. Or orange, (this florida) was told that really had maintaines, but someone would be in to look at it in 20 minutes or so… no milk for kids to drink… oatmeal or cereal or waffle, what happened to biscuit, eggs or graby, like other days inn.

Rooms were nice. But the pooI was under construction. Affordable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn, but we got a room that had a broken fridge. But everyone was very nice. The Internet was very scarce. We had to call to the lobby to have them reset the internet too many times for my taste. But other than that, it was a nice stay.

Hotel is deceiving landscape, outside buildings beautiful, lobby gorgeous unlike the rooms. Old hotel rooms could be better. Switch by the door had a short, doors don't close well, they need to be slammed. Best part no hot water, when I told the desk clerk (01/21/2016), he told me if I didn't have hot water nobody would. Did I LIE! Was totally unhappy with his response.

Worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at! Paint peeling, rusty run drain, mineral deposits in shower faucets and shower walls, sink faucet not attached to counter, toilet kid loose, mini fridge noisy, TV remote missing battery cover, sliding glass door is broken and shelf above TV collapsed when I put my PS4 on it! Tomorrow will change rooms or hotels!

The staff was nice, they allow pets, the breakfast was adequate, the lobby is beautiful. That's all I can say nice about it, our room was a disaster, spots on the sheets, filthy carpets, old paint, the walls were dirty, bathroom door was torn up, rust on the lamps, moldy smell, the cleaning lady was cleaning the floors with a filthy mop bucket and bleach while we were eating, they put us in the back wing which I suspect was because we had a dog. We paid full price plus a pet fee so I feel like I got screwed with this crappy room. They claim the place has been remodeled but it obviously didn't apply to all the rooms. Absolutely disgusting room. I'll never stay here again.

Awful the ad stated it was newly remodeled etc etc… no its not newly remodeled it's been painted and they where to cheap to hire a professional company the paint isn't even the TV remote back was missing and barely works the door barely opens the light bulbs are all different strengths and brightness es the bathroom toliet paper hadn't been changed the roll was empty I'm completely un happy don't buy into there ads of upgrades and remodels this is awful and it's a bright pale yellow everywhere yuck!

There service was OK Everyone was nice … but they need to up grade *new rugs in hallways and room *better locks on doors *better bathrooms *porch has to much dust and to much spiders hanging around There bed was pretty darn comfortable.

This hotel is a great place to stay for me when I go to Ocala for business. I stayed here many times and I'm really happy with the renovations. The staff is always prompt and professional, the rates are very fair, and the location is nice. I also like the pool a lot because most the time I go to the pool, there aren't many people at the pool… Feels nice and private.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I know homeless people that live in better accomodations than this place. This motel is a wreck.

This place is a joke. The lobby is freshly updated but that's about the nicest thing about this place. Our room had no microwave as advertised. We didn't have a TV guide or any type of welcome guide in the room. There wasn't even a phone! The people next door were so loud that I could hear them over top of the TV and the air conditioner and that was at midnight. I had to Google the number and call the front desk from my cell phone, only to be told "Well I can't do much about the noise. I can try to call them but how do I know which room they are in? " Jeez buddy! The pool was littered with bugs and leaves. My husband took the net and cleaned it out so our 4 year old could get in and play. I know this is Florida but the ants were so bad around the pool area that we to run from the pool just to keep from getting bitten. Bed? Oh let's not even talk about those. The neighbors finally shut up around 1:30 so I tried to get comfortable. The beds are so hard that my husband, who likes a firm mattress was even complaining. The pillows are more square and are cheap. There isn't any plugins near the beds. In fact, the alarm clock is on the opposite side of the room because that's where all the plug-ins are! The TV is centered in front of one of the beds so you can't watch it if you're laying in the other bed. Just stay away from this place. I have had way better experience in hotels that were much less expensive than this place.

For a low budget hotel this hotel was exultant, Staff was SUPER nice, The continental breakfast was great with great helpful staff, the grounds was very nice, the rooms were clean, I was impressed how large the rooms were. For the price this hotel was great. Nothing bad about this place, I will come back again.

I got there to check in and the didnt have my room ready. House keeping hadnt even started cleaning it yet and they wouldnt give me a discount.

We were overall pleased with our visit. The staff were accommodating. For instance, the ice machine wasn't working, but the staff got me some ice that I needed to ice an injured ankle. The breakfast was good. However, the carpet in our room was very dirty. My feet and socks were black from walking on it. I spilled some water and used a towel to blot it and the towel was filthy afterward. The beds were more comfortable than a condo I had stayed in earlier in the week in Kissimmee.

Wow! I was amazed to see how nice this place is and I would give it 6 stars not 5! Hands down, this is the nicest Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The pool is absolutely beautiful and you can chill and enjoy the luscious garden and old trees surrounding it, it's so serene! The rooms are terrific, clean with new TV, fridge, AC, and a microwave. Comfort is highest at a very low price (Hope they don't bump it up) We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would highly recommend to every one in that area looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you management, you guys are doing an awesome job. Keep it up and good luck.

Definately worth the money This hotel has a friendly staff at check in. The price is affordable and while the hotel is not new and is dated, it is clean. The bathtub and bathroom is older but clean. The rooms are nice and the carpet and furniture are clean. No stains and no burn cigaretts marks on the floor. The TV is newer flat screen and in the room you have refrigerator and microvave, coffee maker and iron and ironing board. What I especially like was the lobby a very nice lobby with high ceiling. I used the pool and it was clean and all of the rooms have a balcony you can open and it looks onto the pool. This is a very nice experience and this would have gotten 5 stars if two things wound have been changed. Updated rooms and the breakfast offered some protein like hard boiled egg or some meet. This is the typical sugary breakfast that has NO FRUITS no Yogurt and little else outside of your typical pancake. All in all I would come back and stay here.

I loved this place! I was hesitant to stay here due to bad reviews but new owners and management took over in 2013 and our Our stay in August 2014 was a very pleasant one. They are pet friendly ($10 upcharge at this time) and the property is gorgeous. Although just off the freeway, it felt remote. Major renovations are still underway but they did not negatively impact the guest rooms. The layout of rooms allocated for pets is great: You enter from the parking area and the window is a sliding glass door on the far side of the room, which opens onto a small (3 – 4 ft. Deep) cement patio that faces an oak shaded lawn and the pool. With the window facing a serene grassy area instead of the parking lot, my dog was not agitated by the arrivals or departures of other guests. This configuration also allowed us to lock the main entry door and use the beautiful pool without having to carry our key. The rooms are old and worn but they are large, clean, recently painted, functional and smelled good, too. Most rooms include a fridge and microwave. The towels were decent – not the plushest but reasonably new and whole. The bed was firm and we slept well. Breakfast is high in carbs but they did offer yogurt and apples. The dining room was spacious and well kept. Duncan Donuts is next door and there are plenty of fast food joints nearby. A short drive will get you to other restaurants.

Great Stay. Very helpful staff. Lobby is amazing and the view from the rooms is very relaxing.

2.5 stars. Was not that it was disliked, but it was not a three star place either. It just had issues when we were there. Looks like they are working on them. Not as impressed with this one at the one in Clarksville, Tn. Seemed to be undergoing renovations which explains a lot. In the first room the sliding patio door was letting water (a/c condensate that was dripping onto the balcony) seep into the room. Carpet was soaked. Room smelled moldy and musty. Was moved without issue to another room that was much better. Bathroom setup in both rooms was not the good kind with the sink and mirror outside the tub/toilet area. The current setup does not allow two people to get ready at the same time. Breakfast was ok. They need a second (maybe even a third) waffle maker. Moving it out of the old bar area would allow better traffic flow also. Lobby, while vast and impressive, needs the A/C on.
