Worst hotel ever I have stayed in my life. We booked the hotel through Expedia, paid the full amount online and got booking confirmation. On the day of check in I called the hotel front desk and informed them that my flight will reach around 11, so I will be in hotel around 12.30 am. The front desk confirmed that their is no concern as full amount is paid. At 1 am when I reach the hotel I am told that the reservation is cancelled as they tried calling me at 9 pm and left the voicemail and the hotel has policy that if you do not respond back in 2 hours they will cancel the reservations. Seriously? At 2 am in night with my wife and 2 year old I searched for almost an hour hotels in nearby area, but did not get any. At 2.30 am the front desk guy came to car and said based on same policy that they applied to me they have cancelled one more room and can give it to me for additional $80. I have no choice but to accept it. This is worst experience ever. Never stay in this motel, it sucks.

The treatment of the people is very good, they are very attentive, the rooms clean and tidy and apart is located in a beautiful area where one can go for a walk and get what I need, it will be my favorite hotel in Miami onwards. Thanks a lot. Another plus, excellent prices and very good coffee in the mornings.

I chose Motel 6 because I had to evacuate my home for a few days for a mandatory fumigation treatment for termites. Therefore, I was not your typical Motel 6 guest, which I assume are people travelling through the area on a long-distance trip, or tourists. I also chose Motel 6 because of location close to my home, because of the Motel 6 pet policy (I had my 2 adult cats with me) and because they offer a senior discount. Everything was super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the coffee was delicious! I had to extend my stay by one day and the receptionist made it easy and convenient. Only one complaint: The air conditioning did not cool as well during the day (8:;00am-11;00pm) as at night and I had to adjust the temperature control twice a day to make it a little cooler. Also there was a lot of humidity in the room during the day and not as much at night. Room 317.

Newly renovated with nice rooms. My room didn't have a refrigerator which was a let down for the cost. Well little parking. I was there with my truck but no room for the trailer. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had plenty of available outlets which was very useful. The room decor is very pleasant. The only thing which could be better was the water pressure in the shower.

Very clean, new and with good attention from the front desk staff. Good value for money.

I did not allow the twelve to arrive that already had room reserved to stay because we were in a truck without trailer. And I had to stay in another. I found something irresponsible of him.

If you only care about parking and a clean room to sleep in, then I'd recommend this hotel. However, if you want breakfast, a pool and a microwave in your room, then look elsewhere. I booked here during Spring Break season, this hotel was one of the cheapest ones for rent ($90), it doesn't have a pool or breakfast, but at least is clean and is close to Miami's Downtown, Hialeah, few malls and some bus stops too. If it was $15 cheaper I'd give it 5-star for the value of price.

Shower pressure really sucks, room smells, seems to be no elevator so you must carry any luggage up stairs. Water is bipolar one minute it's hell hot then cold and back again. Great thing though is all room door are open accessible if you have a key to get into the building it's self. To go from any part outside the motel to inside you need to use your room key. There are alot of cameras and parking is available. Beds are soft and pillows are firm. Towels are rough but I like that make u feel extra dry out the shower. Area is good for food, shopping, and hospital down the street. It's the best price if you didn't plan a hotel before traveling and making last min decisions.

Our room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and had good pillows. The bath towels were bright and white and nice to use. The managers were very accommodating and helpful in getting us a room on the first floor even though I had forgotten to tell them on booking that my room-mate could not easily do stairs. This is one of the best Motel 6 we have experienced. Thank you.

Very clean Hotel very friendly staff.

I love it, we weigh in there with my children. I liked the attention. Ami me winter centir at home. I highly recommend him. It is a10 minutes away from the aero puerto international. Miami fl.

It was a fairly nice hotel room it was clean and neat. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room so that's a negative but they do have a place downstairs in the common area where you can use a microwave. And if you want a pizza delivered to this place no luck at all at least not Dominos. The rooms are okay but the price should really never go over $100.

Clean place and located near the airport. The prices are normal in the area. The beds are clean and tidy and comfortable. It is quiet and I recommend for a maximum of two nights. The attention is good and respectful. Parking always has space. The Motel is well located and has food places nearby.

I liked the location — close to a lot of things. I was not impressed with the room. Linoleum floor that was peeling up and creaked with every step. No refrigerator or microwave. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The desk clerk was almost rude when I checked in. He demanded two forms of ID — never have had to do that anywhere! He also typed my CC number in incorrectly and then told me it was declined and did I have any other form of payment. I checked my bank balance right there and told him there was no way it should be declined. He tried it again — this time really looking at each number and (amazingly! ) it went through. Definitely not worth the price.

I use Motel 6 whenever possible when I travel, and this was a one night stay to attend a conference in Miami. Reasons that I choose Motel 6: The price is the most affordable. I am on a limited budget. They have recently remodeled their rooms to a more sleek and modern style, including wood style floors, updated bathrooms and nice bedding. I used Motel 6 before the changes and I really like the updates. These updates did influence my decision to continue using Motel 6. Every one is somewhat different in building style, but the decor is usually very similar. They are not a fancy, upscale place nor do they have extra amenities that some people want or require, but they are clean and stylish. Usually I spend most of my time outside of the motel anyhow and they are fine for my purpose. Their locations are usually convenient for my needs. I often travel with my companion/dog, and I appreciate that they happily accept pets as guests, and without an extra charge which really helps my budget. PLEASE do not change this. I would like to see more units with a microwave and refrigerator. Sometimes when I request a room with this in advance, one is not available. Usually when I NEED this, I am staying for two or more days. Also, I would appreciate having an iron available in the room. When traveling, clothes get wrinkled, and I don't consider having one available a luxury. Thank you.

I really liked the concept clean room (zero carpet) minimal and modern, but simple. Bed with mattress in good condition, the close location to the airport, I have to say that the aircraft noise is not a problem because it just sounds like something far away. Very good I recommend it.

Most of my stay was perfect. Cleaning was thorough. The only real complaints I had were low water pressure and paper thin walls. But overall great experience.

I was surprised of how nice was the room compared with the price. The room was big, comfortable and very cheap. In front of the motel were many Restaurants! I was happy to find a delicious Peruvian restaurant in from of me! The location was very convenient also. Good choose. If you want to save a lot of money in your trip to Miami go there.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. This is a non-smoking motel. The room was spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom was extra large. The place was very clean. I would revisit this establishment.

I stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend becuase it was pretty much the only one left that was… Reasonably priced. To my surprise it wasn't too bad, the staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean, and it actually had 2 nightstands with a wall socket for each side of the bed. The room also looked to have been recently renovated but it had a lot of empty space, it didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave which would be a great addition and would help fill the space a little. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed this property. It was convenient and priced well for my budget. I stay at a lot of Motel 6 properties and this was a good one. Oscar was particularly helpful and his service was outstanding.

I usually stay at another location (Carribean Blvd) but it's been closed due to hurricane damage. So this was the next closest and I wasn't really satisfied at all! Especially for what I paid for it! Was supposed to n non-smoking yet all I smelled was cigarette smoke throughout the entire hallway seeping into the room where I was staying with my two children. I arrived early so I knew I had to wait until check in time but was then informed that my original room was given away but the next available was mine for sure. Later that evening I returned to the room and the key did not work. Went back and forth downstairs a couple of times to be told it was fine and it still never worked. Only to find out there was something wrong with the door itself where you insert the key. Honestly the only good thing I can think of is that the room was clean.

Room is decent for the price with good clean beds and clean bathroom and clean towels. Management is friendly, checkin and checkout was easy. Good parking spaces available. Location does not feel secure at all. When we came to the hotel late in night, there were people hanging out at the entrance of the hotel building (lying on the side walk, smoking/drinking) and waiting to moments to sneak into the building without access card.

This motel stunk horribly. They must've had a sewer problem and not only that the bathroom toilet leaked and there was hairs everywhere. Walked over to the bed to sit on it and there's long hairs everywhere and the sheets are BLACKS. Not a nice place at all. The hallways and room smelt. I do not recommend this motel at all. We ended up not even staying there because of all that! They wouldn't refund us our money said we stained the sheets with our dirty clothes they said we wasn't even in the room 5 minutes though.

Some of the employees are very courteous and helpful while others only do what is necessary to get by. The rooms are clean but the room is exposed to noise from outside the door. Other guest noise and if you have a room with a ajoining door; Lord be with you. If you can find another hotel I suggest you do.

We came down to make funeral arrangements for my husband (my daughter's father). My son-in-law and daughter went out and when they came back, some of there stuff was stolen. The only ones who have access were the hotel staff. When my son-in-law confronted management, they had an I don't care attitude. They would'nt give him a refund for the stolen items (valued at $100.00). The motel is the Motel 6 is located on Dania Beach Boulevard. The rooms were clean but the maids were not.

Was all good For that Price. 1 star less becaus of a/c was too cold even if we set it to highest warm level. We had to turn it off because it was straight near the bed. Friendly employers. Thanks for all.

This place is so much comfortable and neat and clean. I have been stay here almost 4 weeks all staff is so much helpful and always have a smile on there faces. I would recommend this place for everyone. Thanks MOTEL 6 for everything.

Clean and inexpensive.

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel, and the service itself. Good location, good accessible hotel/motel, clean room, and bathroom, with toilet. In the room we felt bad smell. We did not know where is it from, maybe one of the previous guest smoked there, or we thought it is from any insect repellent smell. As we tried to open widow for the fresh air, we realized there is no mosquito net in the window, so we released this idea. It would have been good idea to have a small fridge in the room, or only possibility to rent it, as the temperature in Miami area is quite high in summer time, and my beer warmed up! :) But the coffee machine at the reception is excellent. The coffee itself was excellent good! Thank You for this!

Very close to Miami Airport, at times even right at the end of the entry lane, therefore not quite quiet. For a late overnight stay but quite ok. The rooms have been renovated, but this should have been done more professionally.
Overall, too expensive for the equivalent.
During our stay (including luggage lost by the airline), the staff was consistently more than average friendly!

Ok so it's not the BEST in the city but what do you expect, they have good AC, it's clean, plenty of channels and Wi-Fi, so they don't have breakfast or microwave or fridge. But other then that I suggest it. The Doral one is better then the one in cutler ridge because your in a better area in Doral straight up honestly your not going to find better in Miami, everything is super expensive and gross. This was 80 but was worth it to me.

Want to wake up with back pain? Well this is the place to stay. Beds are extremely bad, price $70 plus tax definitely not worth it.

I'm staying here @, the moment stayed weeks looking for a good Rate and a family decent place where I could with my 2 year old… The Rooms are Super Renovated and Modern and good looking Rooms, Staff super Friendly, I'm in the Doral Area which is considered a very good Area in Miami… the Best Rate in Miami for how nice the rooms look… For the Price u couldnt find anything better in Miami… Miami Hotel R extremly expensive in Miami… very Clean I'm very Satisfied and Will continue to Stay here… free Wify.

I was looking for a clean, affordable and well located place to stay and Motel 6 was the best fit. It is reasonably priced and the room was organized and clean. Check in was quick as well. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the employees talking extremely loud in the hallways during the morning. They weren't even whispering and so my sleep quality wasn't the best because of this. Other than that, this was a good place to be at. I mean it's a motel not a 5 star high end hotel so you can't really ask much of it. I was pleasantly surprised by the room.

Worst hotel experience I've had in decades! Was charged twice for the room, bare, cold room with zero atmosphere. Long, black hairs in between bed sheets (obviously not mine, I have a shaved head! ) and you better know how to play shower roulette, because the water temperature is all over the place! Nasty smell of cigarette smoke coming out ot the bathroom vent, smell of weed in the hallways, a 2 inch gap above the room door, airport jets flying overhead and you've got yourself a sleepless night match by an equally pathetic morning. At $107 per room, needless to say, we won't be going back!

I recommend this Motel 6 in particular, for the attention of the staff, by being in a strategic point as it is the airport and the different traders and conveyor for Latin-America.

I came to Miami on vacation from Orlando for a weekend and I never stay in motels but I said I'll try it. I go to my room to sleep after a 3.5 hour drive and when I pulled up the sheets I found dry blood all over the sheets. It was highly disgusting and unsanitary. I've noticed they cleaned the sheets and still put them on the bed knowing the sheets had blood on them. That is what made me even more upset everyone knows any sign of bodily fluids you throw the sheets out.

The owner was very rude and room had roaches. Also twice someone try to open my room door, I felt very unsafe and will never sleep at this motel ever again.

The room was very pricey we couldn't sleep the hall had noise all night long will never stay there again floor was slippery and linen wasn't clean worst place to stay.

The clerks were rude. There was rust on the walls. There was something that looked like feces on the sheets. The floor was sticky. The room stank, and the heater didn't work properly. When I called for service twice, nobody called me back.

Worst place ever to stay dont never come here they steal money.

Certain front desk staff rude and racist commenting on how my son should look like me and not be mixed sink fell off wall almost on me due to all the remodeling not being done properly and the proper materials not being used roaches and not babies either the are quite healthy sized for 3 weeks had to deal with several so called pimps banging on my door calling my room phone sitting outside of my Window blaring music management did nothing during the time if my stay police gaff to come for multiple domestic fights once for a few rooms getting broke into and robbed once for a naked man with a gun attempting to rob somebody and once for a 2014 truck being stolen or of the parking lot and finally had multiple people either ask if I could get our try to sell me drugs then are making it look nice but not really changing the environment for about 30$ more I will stay at a hotel with a living room and full kitchen with a larger bathroom.

The hotel itself is great. Front staff, wonderful. Its been remodeled so it's not your run of the mill motel 6. However this review is for one particular incident which is enough to leave one star. I came down with a head cold during my stay. The housekeeper asked if I needed services and I said no. I decided that I should have the sheets changed and the room cleaned of any germs I had slept in the previous night so I sought out the same lady and asked if she could come clean my room. She was EXTREMELY rude and yelled, "why do you do this to me?! I asked you already! " I was appalled and said alright, nevermind. She said she was coming. I returned to my room and went to sleep while waiting. She knocked on the door and barged in. She seen I had jumped up from the bed to get out of her way. She scoffed and exclaimed, "you sleeping!, " proceeded to turn around and leave. I was so confused and frustrated, unsure if she was going to return so I went back to sleep. She knocked and barged In once again, forcing me to get out of the room. I went back in after a few moments and sat at the table. She continued to clean in tense silence. What an extremely horrid experience. I will complain to the front desk during checkout. People who cannot be in hospitality shouldn't be. Plain and simple.

Spacious and comfortable easy access and many places to park.

Stayed a week working night. Asked not to disturbed was not. Rooms were newly renovated very clean, and quiet. Would stay here again.

It is a very good motel. Flat tv, Wi-Fi in the room. Int. Close to airport. The one thing missing is a fridge and a microwave otherwise top.
