Really good experience Joaquin and Jose are a great helpers rooms where nice and clean never been to a hotel in Miami where you get such an amazing experience.

We really enjoy ourselves every time we come to Miami and make sure to stay at the extended stay in Doral. The front desk staff are all amazing and all willing to help any way they can with any questions that we have. They are constantly offering to help in so many ways whether it be helping us with our stuff to our room or helping us out to the car. My children and the staff here have become friends as well and they are always patient and answer the thousand questions my children always have. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at. We are staying for two months this time and will be back for a few more weeks in August. The hotel is a good price and it’s right smack dab in the middle of everything so easy access to everything around as well and the hotel staff is very informational and will help you find something to do. Just a really great hotel and great staff and I highly recommend!

Well… Stinks, I don't know what happened to this place I used to being here often last year and I actually like it, location is perfect but rooms are ugly and again stinks! Also there was no towels or shampoo etc only a sad bar of soap so I didn't stay the whole night, I was just uncomfortable, I didn''t complain maybe I should.

It was very clean and the service was nice. The rooms were in good condition and the location was perfect.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The front desk service is kind and very respectful, the housekeeping is wonderful, I never had an complaint about anything. I will indeed keep coming back her to stay when visiting Miami or vacationing. Awesome job, keep up the amazing work!

Hotel is great. Good customer service. Great rooms. If I would recommend any hotel to stay at in Miami Florida this would be the one I would recommend.

Not a good place to stay if you are planning to stay for more than a day. Reason is they don't have room service at all. You have to carry the trash urself n dump. Ask the hotel guys for everything, for coffee maker, sugar, utensils… Nothing will be in the room. No dish washer as well and this kind of hotel with $218/night… not worth of money. Very less employees in hotel and front desk guys were supportive, they have to run for everything.

Breakfast was not the best. But the room was pretty clean and big. Manager Cassie was very helpful during my stay. Jose at check in was helpful. And the pool was better then I thought it would be.

Clean, welcoming, and pleasurable is how my time here was. From check in to checkout the hotel was always well kept. The manager Cassie was such a sweet person during checkout to my mom. Jose at the front desk assisted my family with all our needs during our stay. There was no daily housekeeping service, but the front desk were able to assist with a fresh linen or towels that we needed.

I would have to commend the staff and the folks at the front desk. I came in for work and was in a hurry and they met me at my need. They quickly got my foom info asked where I needed to be so urgently and suggested alternative routes that saved me a bunch of tine getting to my venue. Plus when got back from my event my room was clean chilly just like I like I like it.

Stayed here with a family member and what a great stay! The staff here is really helpful and hospitable. The gentleman in the front desk Jose was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to help my family throughout our stay. As well the managers Cassie and Maria were such amazing people.

One of the worst hotel rooms I've ever slept in. The room stank, shower was cold, the floor wet. I do not recommend this.

I stay in extended stay hotels all over Florida for business. This was the absolute worst location I have ever seen. No wonder it was $60 cheaper than anything else in the area. I got in late at night so overlooked the dirty room just to get some sleep. Requested late checkout and housekeeping started knocking at 10:30. They were extremely rude when I told them about the request, front desk told me there was no record of this that I had to be out (11:23am at this point) and hung up on me. Usually extended stay has great customer service, just not at this location.

First night the AC unit was very noisy, they asign me to another room, but this time the ceiling exhaust ventilation fan was not working. There is a fee to pay for room service. Crew staff was very friendly and tried to do their best to help.

My sheets were definitely not clean when I got here. There were no towels, cups or anything in My room when I got here. The pull out bed was not made up and there were no sheets or blankets in my room. I went down to ask for more stuff the front desk person said I already gave them to you. They could not provide me with sheets when I asked for new ones to make up my bed so I am positive that the original sheets were dirty from the start.

Helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. I recommend anyone to stay here.

Good price-quality relation. Also pretty close to the Dolphin and International Mall and the Airport. Great option if you are visiting for shopping.

Nice place with kitchen and full sized fridge. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Bagels, waffles, toast, cereal, muffins and granola bars yogurt, coffee juice and milk. During my stay the pool was closed so I'm giving it 4 stars.

OMG this is the best Hotel around Miami, I have a good time when I was there, I'm taking the one on 25Th Street 77 ave, I definitely recommend this Great Hotel to everybody because they got everything you need to have a great vacation, Room recently renovated, And You will be attending for Employees very Friendly they gonna fell like a you stay in Home.

I am currently staying at this Extendedstay hotel and the hotel management is literally remodeling the rooms, and comprising the guests tranquility. The crew keeps knocking doors everyday to change toilets and kitchen counters, while disturbing guest. I requested a plunger for the toilet and was told that the hotel didn't have one, so I had to purchase one. The hotel treats guests like this a Salvation Army shelter and like guests are staying for free. Finally, the hotel manager is constantly MIA and hides behind closed doors. When you complain to headquarters they never reply. Worst hotel in Doral, please make reservations elsewhere. Fortunately, Doral has plenty of hotels.

The place had a very cheap look to it. Most of the furniture was very worn, the tub stopped up more than once while I was there. I would not go back.

Average hotel hotel next to the highway so there is some noise. Guests seem quiet.

Sheets feel like polyester. Didn't expect anything from the stay and still got let down by the awful response time of the staff.

Not everything that glitters is not gold. Service lousy. I did spend a bad time. People who do not have credit card, never let the$ 100 deposit that will require cash. I will never return. Those of you who are in reception, they are left with the money. Despite the fact that many times the claim and send email to the manager of that hotel, never I was able to get it back. Maybe they need the money more than me. They lost a customer. I don't recommend them for anything. Personal little serious. I recommend them for anything.

The hotel was listed as a non smoking hotel, but our room had a very distinct smell of smoke when we checked in (a problem for my friend with smoke allergies). The front desk was good and changed is to a new room upon our request but we were disappointed in being given the room in the first place.

What a surprise! finally there is a real hotel in the US that can be a bit close to those in the communists countries. Spoiled kids of corrupted communist officials will definitely like this place. The reason it is not a 5 star is only becauss the price is a bit high and check out is too early. Check marriot.

Excellent, comfortable and close to places of interest, I was able to prepare in your kitchen and all very clean, 100% recommended.

Wi-Fi can be better BUT my rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

Was incredible, the room was clean, the swim pool was clean too, the breakfast was OK but everything was good.

The hotel itself is ok, but I'm giving it 3 stars for the false advertising of "Free Wi-Fi. " There is no free Wi-Fi here. If you want Wi-Fi, you have to pay for it. They have a "free" option, but it's so slow I wouldn't even call it an Internet connection. It's like dial up speed from 1998. Completely unacceptable for 2014.
