Great location, beautiful grounds and building. Room has all the BG amenities. We are in a 1 bedroom which has a slim view of the ocean and no balcony. Still would return.

Great place to visit! Friendly staff and very helpful.

Our room was clean, perfect size for 2-4 individuals, service was great, & excellent location, but the parking was limited.

First visit and room is amazing went for a walk on the beach right out back gate. Check in was easy and they were very friendly. Secure parking and will see what tomarrow brings.

It is absolutely amazing and with the way the world has change they are staying current with all the new regulations both city and state highly recommended.

The Solara at Surfside is one of my favorite places to stay, is always clean and they are very nice and polite. Love the easy access to the beach.

The resort is well maintained and staff is very polite. In addition there is a private beach so you do not have to deal with the crowds that Miami brings in. Unfortunately you do have to pay $10 a day for Valet parking that is not optional and we were never told about it, but at check in they say that it was on the confirmation email (must of been the fine print that no one reads).

Great place for a vacation and to unwind. Junior is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect!

I loved the oceanfront condo. The staff were great. A hotel zbar/restaurant was very nice. I loved the workout room overlooking the beach daily, and the pool. 5 stars.

I walked in the standard room and it was fairly small. The kitchen can literally fit two tall men and no body else. It has no balcony for the price I paid. The bathroom tub had stains on the side and the TV were extremely small and have a volume limit. Which is bad because I'm hard of hearing. The Couch bed has thin hard padding and hurt my back. It was hard for me because I'm pregnant and I had to make it myself. The main room has more room than the living room. I feel like I'm in a regular motel 6. And I could've gotten a better hotel somewhere else for so so much cheaper.

Very nice place. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Personnel are helpful and polite. Not well suited for people in a wheelchair but other than that a great place to bring the family.

Stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed myself the room was clean and comfortable, everything you needed was there. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They have a game room, gym and hot tub too. It is in a great location easy to get everywhere. I was recommended to all.

The hotel was really nice and so was the staff especially Mr. Morris at the front desk. He was really nice and always willing to help.

We have stayed here twice. Both times were amazing. Although this year we showed up to a completely remodeled condo. Everything is so nice and the staff was wonderful. I would recommend staying here if yo get here chance the pool and hot tub are very nice and it’s ocean side.

This is a great resort. Well maintained, friendly staff. Not far from downtown Miami with all it has to offer.

I had a great time. The place is very clean and the employees were great. The only thing is that there are only 3 washer and dryers for the whole hotel. There are only on certain floors and were always busy being used.

This location was cool. Easy to find, very nice and spacious, very much everything I have come to expect from blue green The gym was small but had good equipment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beaches aren't very sandy here, mostly all shells, it's also shared with a bike trail so its narrow right behind the resort. Also know its $10per day to park.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything is clean. Always love coming and hate to leave.

The rooms are long and clean. There are good kitchens, rooms and bathrooms. The beds are perfect after our drive. The beach is close and clean but small.

The rooms were great, spacious, clean etc. Unfortunately the pool is in the shade but the beach was great. Wish there was a bar like some other Bluegreen resorts. Also wish parking was free but I knew that ahead if time.

We love it here! The staff is super in every way, they go out of their way to help guests! A typical response is, "let me do that, you are here to rest, to have fun! " This resort is very clean! And well kept!

My wife & I really enjoy Solara Surside we try to come here every year for the last 8 years we like the views of the ocean & beaches here its a great place for us.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was beautiful, the beach was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool, bbq grills amd other amenities were easily accessible. Overall it turned out to be a great vacation for our family.

Definitely coming back here. The staff are wonderful. Helpful and make you feel special. The whole place is spotless clean. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We could see the sunrise over the ocean, then sunset over the lake. They have beach chairs and umbrellas free on the beach. The man puts them up for you too. Everything is close by. Just lovely weekend for our anniversary.

My family has a resort here and every time we vacation here it's always a wonderful experience! The staff is very attentive and polite and all of the amenities are great. I especially love that the pool in seconds… not minutes from the beach. Love it here and I will continue to vacation here!

What a disappointment! This place is equivalent to a Holiday Inn, with a TINY pool and hot tub which we couldn't even get into because the hot tub was packed with 10 people. There's no breakfast or dining on site, and there's nothing walkable. I thought we were getting an ocean front room, but turns out it's only an ocean view, which you have to stick your head out the window to see. Your actual view is of the building right next to you. Staff were friendly, but every request we had was turned down. It didn't feel like they were concerned with making sure owners/guests left happy. I thought it was funny they offer coffee and cookies for one hour twice per week, and the sign says "limit 2 cookies per person. " SO CHEAP! I will never come back here, and I will never visit a bluegreen property again. Speaking of which, Bluegreen sales tactics are the worst! Old school, high pressure gimmicks, rather than just being real and authentic. When I told my sales person how I prefer to travel "off the beaten path" rather than at big resorts, she tried to sell me an ownership package based on the world "being a scary place" and I should really stick to resorts. What a joke.

Bluegreen Vacations is a joke. Friendly staff isn't enough to make up for crappy accommodations and so so amenities. Reserved a room with an ocean view months ago, what a disappointment to have to press my face against the window just to get an angle to see the ocean. Decided to hit the hot tub only to find 10 people packed in a 6 person hot tub. If you are pondering Bluegreen Vacations, just know that you are purchasing time share at an overrated Holiday Inn Express.

Blue green vacations is a neat idea and the solar Surfside is a very nice one right on the beach with great amenities. Not a super fancy place but gets the job done! Beautiful rooms but a little to modern for my taste! Would be 5 stars but the coffee was bad and pool was closed.

A quiet and safe hotel for the whole family.

When I made the reservation I requested a lower floor and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival we got the top floor and not able to change. Valet parking only. There is a daily charge for parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

First time staying. Staff is professional and cutorious. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Pool and sauna were great. Mike at the front desk was outstanding. Amanda at the concierge's desk was great. She recommended a good Cuban restaurant to go to and also a great Argentina Bakery. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful resort I loved our unit. It’s so spacious and nicely appointed. The pool is heated but the hot tub is tiny. The staff has been very warm and welcoming. The fact that you have to pay $9 q day for valet parking is a little annoying. No self parking allowed. But otherwise I highly recommend it.

Modern resort. Clean, large rooms with full kitchen. Balcony. Friendly staff. 8ft deep pool. Hot Tub.

I really like this condo. Especially how the Jacuzzi over looks the ocean. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch bed. I like condo's that use speed Queen washer and driers.

The front desk staff is very friendly. Clean facility nice area around. The employee at the beach (Rigoberto) was amazing! He was very sweet always making sure we were enjoying ourselves, he was in charge of getting us comfortable (lawn chairs beach towels ect. ) He truly went above and beyond and always with a smile.

The rooms are amazing. Its like a small apartment. The pool is warm, the ocean is great. The only thing that sucks is that damn elevator. Use the stairs.

The Bluegreen Resort at surfside is always a great place to stay. The beach is great also the service and the personnel always very helpful. On the rooms are spacious and comfortable and include a lot of amenities.

The location was not were all the action is, but a short drive and your there. The staff is so friendly, and engaging. My short stay he was great! The room I stayed in didn't really have a view, but it was extremely spacious. It was like a apartment. Had everything needed, dishes, toiletries, laundry soap, and dish washing liquid. The bed and couches were super comfy! Definitely would stay again.

I loved this hotel. It's small compared to the others around it. But its amazing, the service is friendly and helpful, its right on the beach and really you can park your car and never see it until you checkout. Because it's close to shopping and restaurants.

Great vacation. We had the 1 bedroom villa and the place was outstanding. The room was clean and everything met our expectations. The pool was warm at all times of the day (staying in early June). Located right on the beach was a HUGE bonus.

Everything but the Wi-Fi is great. Thankfully, they are finally upgrading the Wi-Fi, so that complaint pretty much goes out the window. The location is great; it's right by the beach for easy access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Solara is a great place to stay.

Solara Surfside is a beautiful Resort on Miami Beach. The rooms are updated and clean. The valet and front desk are polite and accommodating. They even offer 4 beach chairs with an umbrella. It's close to everything. Amazing vacation getaway!

The highlight was the beautiful beach. Clean, aqua waters, a simple stroll from the resort. I have never spent so much time on the beach before. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the view and environment peaceful. No banging music, just the hush of the surf. It was heaven.

The resort is well kept, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, resort is conveniently located.

I have been very impressed with the service and staff. The units are good, clean and well stocked. Good overall position and easy access to transport, beach etc. Just a pity no restaurants nearby like on south beach.

Bad weather this week. Still havin fun. Staff helpful nvery friendly. Meetin all kinds people from all over world! Very clean. Pool n hot tub beach beautiful. Clear blue water.

Service is slow and it seems like they need more help. It took until after 4pm to get our room clean so we could check in. Valet parking is required and there is no shopping or restuarants within walking distance. No balconies on floor 2 and avoid rooms on the south side of the building. These rooms overlook the pool and hot tub and some guests use the hot tub all night.

I will continue to visit every yr! I love the area.
