The best place to be
So close to everything
I recommend is so good very cheap and very good service.

Now arrive here, the location is super, up to the sea 5 min, no more, just cross the road, the hotel is in the middle, it was convenient in the evenings to walk around, the staff are super, breakfast standard. The room is great; even the kitchen is mini. We are satisfied, the price and quality are at the level.

Terrible is a place for gangsters as it is cheap and is close to the beaches.

The Room 101 is very close to the street, and the windows do not insulate… with what, at night, there is a lot of noise.

Great and clean rooms! The appereance of the hotel should be improved!

If there were an option to give no stars then I would. First this place does not have any parking. I walked in and the place smelled like mold. After signing all the paper work and paying for the room plus a $100 deposit they took us up to a room where they had a hard time opening the door. As the employee was leaving the room he mumbles that we have to share a bathroom with the employee's! I have never heard of such a thing! When we asked for a refund they stated that only a manager can refund and a manager would not be available until the next day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room barely fit the queen size bed. Idk where the pictures came from but it was definitely not the room we saw. I am honestly surprised there are any good reviews on here, I believe they are from employee's and friends.

The positives are the spacious rooms.
Unfortunately very noisy, were in a room close to the office. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
A renovation could not hurt the rooms require more cleanliness.

Me and my friends spent 4 nights and in spite of some things that could be improved, was the overall experience def. 5/5 stars — particularly the central location and the terrazza where you watch the crazy and sexy folks walking by. And the manager is a funny dude.

Hotel was more like a teenager party and house for college students it would be great for adults is half and half.

It's well located in South Beach, the people from hotel are easy going.

Ugh. Sheets clean that's all I can say. Older and in need of tlc. Location good.

It's not worth the price you're going to pay
Almost a scam.

I was skeptic at first to book this hotel because of all the reviews I read on here… my sister and I stayed here from july 19th to july 24th… we were greeted by ricky who let us use the bathroom and change our clothes because it was too early for us to check in… he also held our luggage for us until we were ready to check in so we didn't have to carry it around… he was attentive to our every need during our stay… we also had a very comfortable stay as we were out of our room most of the day… this hotel is truly a "diamond in the ruff", the breakfast was what you expect for a contintenal breakfast and the rooms are semi worn, but thats the price you pay for a affordable place to stay… we truly enjoyed our stay… luv this place!.

Nice place, the manager steven was very helpful with any questions we had, even hooked us up with beach towels.

I have a good time was closed to everything. Hotel is cleaning got free breakfast. Is big and clean very nice staff. I didn't have no problem. No drugs or drinking or crazy people hanging around. I love ir.

The room is decent. You get a quality king size bed and an okay queen sized one if you stay in APT 14. Cleaning service is safe, reliable, and good so far.

Breakfast is a few Candy's with coffee! Rude customer service as well.

Great room for a cheap hotel in South Beach. Room was immaculate with art deco style and classic tiles in bathroom. The staff was awesome, breakfast was great and being one block from the beach was fantastic.

I have stayed in exquisite resorts and high in demand hotels but ISLAND HOUSE lived up to its name (a home feel on the island of South Beach) plus it's courteous staff especially Ricky who made my stay extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend you check it out for yourself.

No Iron in room. Not spacious. Pro has kitchen in each room.

Booked this hotel with my bf and the stay was okay, but the people that work there were horrible. Wouldn't recommend and I'm definitely not going back!

It was cool I mean its not the most luxurious hotel but down to earth people free breakfast and the morning and it was turnt up at night time on the porch lol.
