Perfect little hotel. Set right in amongst it. Walking distance to everything. Just lovely.

My first night in this area very nice and quite after stay on South beach party area before, friendly staff Santiago was very nice at my checkin and I was even able to upgrade my stay it's literally 2min walk to beach this is a great trip so far.

We stayed one night in the hotel. Have not had any good experiences, unfortunately. To our astonishment, we had to deposit 100 dollars of deposit. Unfortunately, we provided the credit card details as a deposit. Now after leaving, instead of remiting the deposit, the hotel charged the credit card 230 dollars. When checking out at the reception, we were assured that everything was paid and the deposit would be returned immediately. Contacting the hotel by email has so far failed. 4 Attempts from us but no response from the hotel. We have never seen anything like it. I can only be careful.

Location is good, staff are friendly. For what you pay it’s not bad. The rooms are well appointed, however we had flies in our bathroom which were a nuisance and they were repaving the walkway the entire time we were there so we were constantly tip toeing around.

Good room, clean and spacious. Breakfast also really nice! Really close to the beach and good restaurants. However, some of the amenities were not as stated on the website — we had issues with the airport shuttle and ended up having to take a Lyft (after calling to confirm in advance).

The hotel is well located. Near the street Lincholn la Española Way. The ocean just two blocks away. Cuebta with a good breakfast and has a microwave refrigerator and kitchen items. While you have all these items you will not have great place to dine or cook in the room and you should wash your junk in the bathroom. The place is not the best. For those who want luxury is not for Quirnes want a clean place comfortable and well located will be ideal.

Super Full Hotel. Well-located and with services. The deal is excellent! Ti me Wi-Fi and breakfast.

This is the second time we have come and would definitely return.
The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and super well equipped (refrigerator, crockery, safe, iron, coffee maker) everything works perfect!
Breakfast is classic. Toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, chocolate. All very rich and fresh!
It has a lounger and towel service on the beach. Excellent attention!
The location is amazing! 2 blocks from the beach, 1 from Ocean Drive and 3 from Lincoln Rd.
And the most important thing is the attention of all the staff of the hotel. The maids were very attentive and helpful.

If I could put 0 would make it lousy attention do not respect the reservations change the prices bother you at 3 in the morning to ask you to cancel the room because the Sunday attend well late. The people who arrive that day early will have to wait at the door if it rains mojandose because they are of terror. Don't go.

U secure windows with no locks and advertised that continental breakfast was served and was provided nothing remotely close or food to that matter. I was not impressed as my first trip to Miami. So sad.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Clean, smelled good. Friendly welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Lots of amenities. Very convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Only negative was too many mosquitoes. But I would still return.

Impeccable. Very loving reception. It has lounge chairs, safe, toaster, minibar, hairdryer, iron. Location one block from the beach.

Compact and efficient. Quite expensive, but it is Miami beach after all. Service was not great, breakfast really dull, but it was was clean, the rooms felt newly renovated and all in all not too bad.

Rooms stink and fridge makes horrible loud sound, no elevator so you have to drag bags to 2nd floor. No help, barely staff on location. No one there after 10pm. Breakfast is terrible american plastic food. Airport shuttle offered only works 3-4 times daily on fixed times.

Hotel very well located. Lacks a pool and bar or a beverage dispenser. Good value for money.

I was there in January is a small but comfortable centric hotel with a very good breakfast and spacious rooms and very well equipped. A very rich and full breakfast, the only complaint that could be made is the lack of elevators.

My stay was in October 2017. The room was huge. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Camila and Sue's attention excellent, be amazed, very expeditious for everything, always very attentive. They made Me feel very comfortable. It hurts the cleanliness of my room, the lady did not make him want and was quite ill-bred. The rest of the hotel perfect and the attention on the beach too. I'm sure this year I'll be back by November.

Excellent facilities. They have renovated it recently so it's all new! The staff is very warm and helpful. Very good location near the beach and the ocean Drive.

I would have done a positive review, but unfortunately I found a cockroach in the room as soon as I woke up. I warned the front desk guy that you are totally disinterested by the issue. I had to get rid of the cockroach that ran off the stairs. When I called for the second time the receptionist, he quickly faced the stairs and went away saying that now the cockroach had escaped somewhere and did not care to look for it.
That is why I will not return to this hotel. It really is a shame, because the room seemed to me well furnished, the bathroom new, and the breakfast discreet.

Breakfast and shuttle service to the airport are included.

Very echo, we hear everything… cheap furniture, need everything (toilet paper, towels etc) … sry, but its a ✔ list, will not go back!

Great place to spend a few days in Miami at a good cost. I would have given him 5 stars if the room had not smelled of cigarettes.

Great clean hotel and also as location if you arrive with the car do not have the vallet you have to look for parking. However we refrain.

Yes this hotel is close to the beach, resturants and shopping but thats all its good for and the fact that its dirt cheap! My mom and I had a reservation for 2 days. Upon arriving at the airport the hotel shuttle was an hour and a half late. Which I found out after 3 calls to the hotel upon waiting! Once we finally made it to the hotel the street it was on was very sketchy and run down. The front office staff as very polite. However once we got to our room it looked nothing like the pictures. It wreaked of a terrible musty smell. The room was filthy and poorly maintained; there were cracks on the walls, dirty bathroom, and linens were not freshly washed at all an bedskirt was dingy with stains. The microwave an mini fridge were very old and not clean. I was very disappointed but was going to make due. Upon leaving the hotel to walk around my mother recived an emergency call that forced us to immediately head back home to Kentucky. So we checked out never receiving paperwork for proof of reservation or checkout, due to using ID 90 a hotel booking site. I'm currently in the process of getting attempting a refund on at least one of my 2 days I have paid for. So far I have been given the run around and the owner is unreachable. Please think twice before staying here!

Clean — correct — well placed for the beach.

The bedroom was not clean, the bathroom vas very (in my point of view) dirty with feces marks in the toilet seat and finger prints on the trash lid, for example. Gave 3 stars because the room is very new, TV channels are ok, and breakfast is really good, missing more fruits and a nice place to seat though. No parking available is one negative point too.

6/18/17 I had 2 rooms. They have ROACHES). Both rooms (suites) had a moldy smell, DIRTY FLOORS, fridge had so much rust. In suite 301 the shower floor (mat that I cannot remove) was dirty & moldy the handicap chair fell off the wall within 10 mins of is being there. In the other room, within 5 mins of sitting there, the BIGGEST ROACH was crawling around. The manager came with a can of RAID & watched it run into to A. C vent. They said they will only refund me for 1 room cus we actually saw the ROACH & they couldn't kill it. Worst ever… I left within a half hour and booked a room at the leslie and another at gale hotel.

The staff, especially Amaury, Cheyenne and Emmanuel were fantastic. Fabolous service, they allowed me to check in early even though they were not suppose to. Everything was sufficient and done in a timely manner.

Experience was a little amateurish overall, but the room was comfortable and spacious. No tub in the bathroom, and no in-hotel parking arrangements were my two major issues.

We stayed here for our first night in Miami because we arrived in the evening, then moved to a hotel with a pool for the rest of our stay. It has been remodeled, maybe some time ago though because the floors already need to to be redone, however, I am thankful it wasn't carpet. Our room was bright and clean, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, staff was kind and helpful, we felt safe here, we were close to everything we needed including a Walgreens, the kitchnette had a fridge, microwave, sink, coffeemaker, and a few dishes, plenty of mirrors, closetspace, our ac worked perfect, I guess I have no complaints!

Worst deal on the beach, they should not have renovated (if you call it that) they should have demolished and started over! I booked the wrong hotel RiverE vs RivierA Hotel Suites and my girlfriend would not even walk in the room due to the smell, besides the fact that they were so rediculessly small. We ended up not getting any refund and going (yes paying twice) to our orignal destination which was on the beach and beautiful. If S Beach is completly booked you would be better off sleeping in your car!

Hotel staff was very accommodating to our 6 person group. The suite rooms are very comortable and large with microwave, electric stove top burners, fridge, dishes and utensil. The location is great as its very short walk away from the beach and night life but very quiet. The breakfast is nothing to be excited about though.

The décor is nice but no insulation. Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear what was going on in the hallway and the occupants of the top making an infernal noise, with bonus footsteps of a girl walking in heels until midnight.
The room was nothing special. Indeed, it is almost new but the sheets were strange black spots — Ditto for bath-towels, windows are tinted inside and look onto a wall, the fridge is not cooling products except the freezer compartment, the hair dryer is not even worthy of a purchase of a sub-brand.
In short, the only two positive points are the location and hospitality. But if the points I mentioned above are details for you, maybe you're going to please you.
