Bad customer services room keys did not work no out side lights.

The hotel itself was filthy and for about $145 a night it was not worth it. The sheets had red spots on them and the comforter had dried white spots on it. I asked could they be changed and the man never came to the room to give us new sheets. U also tipped the maid ten dollars to actually do her job and what she did was NOTHING. The same sheets were on the bed but flipped. I would not recommend to an enemy. They can have that trashy place.

Worst hotel ever! Do NOT stay in this location. Everything is old, the bathrooms is super small. The toilet is nasty and it has a sit that dosent fit. Please stay away from this hotel!

This place is a Dump mold on the wall. Drain flies in the bathroom. Crickets in the walls.

We booked a stay over a holiday weekend to visit family. My 88 year old grandmother, who was traveling with us, had to have emergency surgery 2 weeks before our check in date, and I called to cancel, they refused to cancel and wouldn't let us change the dates until she was cleared for travel. They charged her for our full stay. Despicable, selfish, immoral, awful people. I'd sleep in my car before I stay at a Quality Inn again.

Rooms were clean and comfortably. Easy access to food and the interstate.

Room was clean and the staff was very nice. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Would certainly come back for another night.

Stopped here on the way to Disney. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was disappointing, but there is an awesome little buffet next door.

Best place to stay In live oak area there staff is great with there guest and the breakfast is good with great choices and rooms are clean and got lots of room.

Two beds and still room for a nice desk. Table. Two good chairs. Small fridge, microwave, single serve coffee. Good water pressure and grab bars in shower. Sink drains slowly. Friendly staff. Breakfast crowded for holiday weekend. I would like to stay here again with more days. Comfy and roomy. I thought I was booking at a different QI on i75 at exit 427. This one was on i10. Desk staff tried to give directions from 427 but I only went about 8 miles out of my way. I was glad to get here and glad the extra drive in the woods wasn't at night.

Nice little overnight stop. Hot breakfast was only just ok. Microwaved eggs turn me off.

DUMP! The staff are extremely rude and will not help if you have a issue. Example, I rented 3 rooms for two weeks. When I went to wash my work clothes the washer did it's job but the dryer didn't work. So the desk clerk told me to take my wet clothes across the road to a different hotel. Our rooms were only cleaned twice out of a week. We had to go get our own towels and the towels had poop or blood stains, Our room had a smell of cigarettes when they would come clean. Mold on tge walls, two wasp nest outside our room the size of a softball, fridge had sticky liquid in the bottom, We just checked out and they charged for a extra day. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Dont stay here!

Comfortable quiet place to stay. Nice staff good hot breakfast loved the waffles!

Very clean (except toilets), but no sound insulation, awakened 3 mornings out of 4 by the noise of the cars. Curved bed causing a back pain… And the price of the room is not given, no breakfast.

Bed very uncomfortable, regarding the cleaning of the room, the toilet netted not very clean, the carpet on the floor. Same. Breakfast very light, not much. Otherwise very nice staff.

Passing though heading to Disney. This was the only room we could find available in town 5 hours out because both FL teams were playing at home. Dated decor. For the most part room was clean. Staff at front desk was friendly. Would stay again in a pinch.

Comfortable bed, but shabby decor. Pretty quiet location. Really terrible eggs at breakfast with low quality yogurt. However, very nice breakfast service person. Liked that there were a couple of dining options with only a short walk. It took forever to check in. Terrible service. Would not go back.

Adequate. The room is pretty clean but outdated. There’s about 10, 000 feral cats running around. Don’t expect fancy accommodations here. If you’re just passing through, this should do. The clerk was skating the very fine line between being blunt and being impolite. Also we had the misfortune of passing through on a Sunday night during a music festival which put our rate at $160, easily 3 times what the room is worth. We only stayed here because we gave dogs and it’s the only hotel that alllws dogs. I haven’t even seen the rooms at the holiday inn express down the street but I’d say if you don’t have dogs, stay there and not here.

I called this hotel twice and talked to Carol. The first time I didn’t really understand her, so I called again. Instead of informing me in a polite manner she screamed over the phone saying “ I dont have any rooms available “!. So rude! They need to hire people with manners and knows what the word “hospitality” means!

They were awesome… with not everyone being able to go home after IRMA.

The locks doesn't work for my room at first but it took a while to make it work. One of the candy machine is somewhat broken and they don't even have a key for it if the snack gets stuck like it happen to me. Little to no choices of breakfasts.

Very compassionate to people; we had to be evacuated from home because of Hurricane Irma and they did everything possible to have us here! Quality in has, is, and will always be my go-to place!

This place was Great! I would highly recommend staying here! I have stayed at alot of hotels in my 42yrs this place was clean and the staff was more than helpful. Thx so much!

Late night quick stop. Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Clean. Especially liked how our room was cold and not stuffy. Bathroom a bit small but serves out purpose and was clean. Didn't make it to the free breakfast in time. See you on our next vacation back to Florida.

OMG, the beds were so soft and Comfortable and the pillows were memory foam or something like that! I wanted to bring the pillows and bed home with me. This is the first Motel ever in my life, that when I woke up my back did hurt!

Excellent rooms for the cost, friendly staff — breakfast facility is too small for a motel this size — one waffle iron is insufficient — still the breakfast is a perk not a necessity — would book here again.

Nice staff and clean room. All of the room doors lead to the outside, so it can become a little noisy early in the morning/late at night. Other than that, all was good.

Comfy beds, good water pressuer, but it didn't look like they vacuumed my room while I was gone for the day.

It was a all around pretty good service.

The Quality Inn was surprisingly, well, quality. It doesn't seems like it will be the best place from he outside, but the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Would recommend staying here over the other local places.

Staff was nice. Room was clean.

The hotel room seemed clean when we arrived. Ice machine didn't work after 8pm either night. Air conditioner was running but was very slowly blowing air so it took several hours to cool the room. They did not change sheets for the following night but they did make the bed. Breakfast bar is simple and alright other than the apple and orange juice that is heavily watered down. That said, I felt safe walking to my car at night and it was a place to sleep.

Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Very convenient location with nearby activities and shopping centers.

A bit overpriced considering the accommodations.

THE WORST HOTEL IN LIVE OAK, FLORIDA I stayed in this hotel Valentine's Weekend and was given the wrong room key and walked in on a couple having sex. Yes, actually engaging in the act of having sex. When I am finally given the a new key, the swipe portion was broken so the manager had to come and open the door each time I gained entrance. So after finally being allowed into the room, I started unpacking and there was a roach in the dresser. So all of my clothes went back into my suitcase. Secondly, on Sunday morning Housekeeping barged into my room without knocking. Now they had the nerve to not want to reimburse me for the weekend stay at that raggedy hotel. The showers are old and can't be adjusted. Stay at the HOLIDAY INN if you want to stay somewhere nice. never stay at the quality inn because its not quailty.

Would not rent my military son a room after he had already been driving 12 hours!

The Quality in hotel is a beautifull place … the receptionist was very profesioanal … and the rooms were totally clean… congratulations …
