They are making great progress on remodeling. But, they still have a cleaning issue. I am immune Compromised, I caught pneumonia the very 1st hour in the room. However, upon reporting the issue, the staffs were above and beyond to please me. That was a great feeling. Thanks for taking the time to listen. That's why I stayed for 6 days and continue to come back. Good price for the proximity of Legoland. Good job! Keep up the great work.

It's a great place to rest and relax. It has a big pool in a big garden, ideal for the whole family. The rooms are comfortable and beds are awesome. All the staff are friendly. It used to be the hotel of a Baseball team, but now there are new owners and they are re building the place. Two thumbs up!

Staff was friendly but the rooms are terrible! Don't be fooled by what the lobby looks like. I was highly disappointed in the room I reserved. Had I have not paid for it before I seen it, I would NOT have stayed. I was in complete shock! Tile floors had stuff on them, mold in the bathroom and to top it off, the linen was not changed daily. If it would not of took 5 to 7 business days to receive my money back on my card, I would have left and went elsewhere. Book at your own risk! Might I add, all 6 of the channels on the TV that actually came in were terrible as well.

Two of the rooms we stayed in had roaches, and in one the bathroom door wouldn't fully close, and the tub had strange brown spots that we're seemed to be stains. House keeping was supposed to clean our room, but never did it. We were left with no towels, and had to complain to office. Overall, we were moved three times before finally transferring to a different hotel. Lobby was nice and all, so was the pool which was kept clean. The rooms however, just by the three we stayed in were not worth the price we paid to stay in the place and nor was the trouble.

The people were nice, but unfortunately they have the wrong people cleaning the rooms. The room was spacious but dirty, the bathroom was not clean, floors were nasty, it could be a very pleasant place to stay, but one day/one time is enough for me. Oh, the smoke detector was taken out of the wall, I am pretty sure that thats a violation. What a shame!

I had read mixed reviews regarding Winter Haven Gardens Inn, but decided to give it a shot. The lobby looked nice and the front desk staff was friendly. Once in the room it appeared to be ok. Tile floor, flat screen tv, microwave and mini fridge were in the room. The beds felt comfortable to me, I also prefer a firmer mattress. Everything was good up until my wife found a dirty sock left by a previous occupant. The roof leaked in the bathroom over the toilet, soaking towels that were placed there. The toilet would stop up and no plunger in room. The bathtub needed replacing because the porcelain was chipping.

It's much better than the few other options you have in Winter Haven. Clean towels! Friendly staff… And for the people who had a dirty room with no towels or garbage can. There is a outstanding front desk. Who would go out of their way to help you fix the mistake. No complaint here…

One of the cheaper but nicer places we looked at before staying a week. The maids and desk clerks where very nice. My girl needed a girl after ordering out and the desk clerk went get one no problem.

The rooms were clean. The surrounding area appeared safe. The free breakfast was waffles and cereal in a outdated room with a leak in the ceiling and something that set my mom's asthma off. The pool looked nice. There was 3 sets of washers and dryers available that too $2 in quarters each. It's near Legoland.

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! $70 a night. $50 deposit that is returned if room is left in satisfied condition. Nice soft beds and linens. Clean shower. Beautiful lobby.

Not upscale but filled with hard working conscience staff. All our needs were met and everybody we spoke to was very warm and happy. The rooms are clean and the property is well kept. I'm glad we stayed here for the week and would definitely stay here again.

Extremely convenient location, great staff and amazing price. Rooms were clean Don't be put off by the older reviews. Hotel has been remodeled and the room are in excellent condition.

Checked in today, lobby area and clerk were very nice and friendly. This hotel is a work in progress. That being said they are renovating it and at least they are doing their best to accommodate their customers. My room was clean and no foul smells, bed is comfortable. Update 03/03/18 my toilet began to leak water from the back last night, I notified the evening clerk. It's 3p. M. On Wednesday and maintenance still hasn't shown up.

For a motel it's very clean and inexpensive. Staff is helpful as well as friendly, but I'm giving it a 3-star rating because they did not have extra towels, sheets, or blankets. Seems like I'm not the only person to make this complaint. Maybe they should stock up?

It's in a nice location. Access to restaurants, shopping market's & more. Hotel could get better on improving their rooms, but they're not all that for a place to stay for a min. Pool area brought a nice look to it. They kept it nice and clean thru out their establishment.

Room clean and average for older renovated motel. The courtyard and pool area was clean, newer plantings, fountain. Some older established plantings. Still working on improvements. Pool is deep. 3 and 1/2 in to 8 feet. We had difficulty getting our room key to work. The staff was friendly and helpful. With the security cameras around the facilities, they were there to help without asking. The lobby is beautifully done. Weak in breakfast area, but there is something. Located beside a very good Chop House, Manny's, that has great specials including buy one get one free Wed. Fajitas. Rates were great. We considered staying longer, but motel was full. We WOULD go back. The peacefulness and beautiful setting of the courtyard was worth the stay.

This hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and with ample parking. Our room was oversized, clean and fully appointed. The staff was friendly, I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it.

Okay, where do I start? Well, had a terrible first impression. Came in, Carolyne Jackson at the front desk, rude, not pleasing nor welcoming. She asked for my last name, gave her the last name and IMMEDIATELY she ran my card without even asking me. I told her to guve me a moment that I was going to get my money to pay, and that’s when she said “Oh I charged your card” I told her that she can’t just run my card without my consent, she looked at me with a straight face and said “well, we do that all the time”, I told her that I didn’t read that anywhere in their website, she said “yeah, it wouldn’t show up there”. I kept my cool and asked how long for her to refund my money, she said right away, but that was not the case, I even had to file a dispute with my bank because according to my bank, no refund was issued. She didn’t even apologize! Came in the room, after wrestling with the door, and found some dirtiness. Mostly in the bathroom, oh and the phone didn’t even work. Finally, 2 towels un the room for 4 people, asked for more and both the front desk and house-keeping said they didn’t have any. Would not recommend. This is a REAL review, if y’all need my confirmation number, I’ll be happy to provide it. What a WASTE.

Excellent service! The cleanliness was up and beyond our expectations. The recently renovated rooms are classy and homey.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my colleges since we travel for work this place is very accommodating, the hotel manager is very nice, the staff at this hotel is very friendly great conference room size. Also very accessible to a lot of food choices.

We went here because they advertise as alternative lodging for Legoland. The place is not very kid friendly, rooms are poorly cleaned and smell bad. One of our pillows didn't get dried properly and smelled awful. We didn't notice until we put our kids to bed and when we asked at the front desk for a new one he said he didn't have one and wouldn't get us one. My wife rolled up the only cheap crappy blanket they have and used it as a pillow. Then she had a sore neck all day at Legoland. Half the drink machines don't work. Good luck finding a working ice machine. And be ready for the maintenance guys to hassle you at every turn.

The employees are nice and generally helpful. The rooms are clean. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping locations. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I am currently staying here and it is truly the worst place I've ever stayed. The sheets look like they have not been cleaned, the floor is disgusting, the door is jammed so if took us forever to even get in the room, the blankets on the bed have cigarette burn holes in them, and it feels like there are fleas in the bed. I'm too scared to go back to the front desk as there are about 30 men around my room just sitting out on the tables smoking and talking. And there is no phone to call the front desk to voice my concerns again. They are being loud outside our door and it sounds like someone is trying to break in our room. We drove from Ga and are exhausted so we have no choice but to stay. I asked the front desk for a different room but was told they didnt have anything else. We had to park on the other side of the parking lot as there is no parking in front of my door. Makes me nervous with so many people just hanging out around the rooms. They sent the "maintenance man" to our room to look at the door, he was dressed in normal clothes, smelled of alcohol and told us we have to lift up on the door. " The owner bought this place after it set up for a while and he's making improvements, I've told him he needs to buy a new door bit he wont" that was the solution to the door problem. At first our lights didn't work but while I was gone to the front desk they came on. The lady and man up front were not very concerned that I was unhappy and felt unsafe.

First, the good. I stayed here for a two week period to help train new truck drivers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of parking. They are doing a lot of renovations and the pool area is clean and inviting. They are close to numerous restaurants and Walmart is around the corner. Now the meh… My room was extremely humid. If my A/C wasn't at full blast, there would be moisture everywhere. The floors in the room were always dirty. I left with 4 pair of white socks with black bottoms. Flip flops were worn all other times. Towels are a rarity here. I had to ask for towels 6 out of 14 days. Breakfast is light with a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee.

I once stayed here back in 2012. My wife and I decided to take a trip back to Orlando this year. We wanted something affordable so we booked this hotel again and I must say great improvements have been made. The rooms are much better and the staff is very accommodating. I would rebook in the future.

Despite the fact that this hotel is quickly deteriorating inspite of 3/4 of the hotel being inhabited by the staff I still like this place. Despite the fact that my last visit was not as smooth and nice as I would have liked it to have been. So this go round only 2* but I would recommend and I will rebook.

Very good price performance, the pool is fine. There are plenty of fresh towels, you should have breakfast better externally, as in the vast majority of motels.

Easy check in. Remodeled rooms with tile floors. Updated bedding. Courteous employees, very clean. Floors spotless, bathroom perfect. Clean tub no mildew. Pool is extremely clean and no chlorine smell so I know it is in balance. No combined chlorine. All updated poolside furniture along with 4 gazebo coverings. Looks as pictured on website. Cereal, coffee, juice and is available from 7-11 am. They also serve a pretty setup with three waffle machines and butter and syrup. Have been here 24 hours and have yet to see a bug. Newly landscaped. Senior price was $65 a night.

Rooms nice, Staff helpful, friendly, light breakfast, good price, great eatery just across the parking lot, pool, room temperature kept steady and comfortable, peaceful sleep. I enjoyed my stay. I also found the staff knowledge of how to find the and other places I needed so helpful. Will stay again. Staying again until Sunday, Very nice place to stay. Staff make sure you are taken care of. Enjoy their pool. Will stay again. 5 star.

Omg. Stained bedding… Fly's in room. Broken lock on door. Smelled. Box Tv broken dresser. Holes in walls. So pricey. Looked like a pay by HR hooker motel. Got full refund and stayed next door at Howard Johnson.

We had intentions of staying 2 nights. This was the worst hotel I had ever been to. It was dirty and smell and I felt dirtier after showering there. We ended up only staying one night and took the hit for the second night on the money. We got a new hotel. Never going back. Ever. … ever.

This was by far the WORST HOTEL I've ever encountered. The room was nasty the sheets had a very unpleasant odor. The bathroom was falling apart and they could not accommodate me with something as simple as an extra blanket. Take your money else where this place is a dump!

Im at the hotel right now as I write this and this place suck! Rooms are very outdated stains all over the carpet. Some of them rooms dont even have carpet they have tile. I wouldnt suggest anyone to book a room here. I really want my money back but ill deal with it.

Warning. Please read in full. The service was TERRIBLE. I promise you there is nothing 3 stars about it. This place is terrible. When I got to the room the toilet was clogged, there was hair in the shower, the sheets had foot prints like aid someone walked all over it and they just fixed the bed. It was disgusting. My family and I went for a quinces and the extremely racist owner shutdown the party without warning because he claims that we were bringing in alcohol from the outside when in reality we brought SODA, Colombian Malta to be exact, and he canceled the party 1 hour in when they had booked the placed for 6 hours. We had to get a lawyer to sue the owner so he would give us the refund. More on the rooms. Even if this doesn't discourage you from goon and you still want to go then I recommend you bring your own towels because they refuse to give you more then one towel regardless of how many people are in the room. I had to fight for an hour to get 3 extra towels. The owner by the way is a dark skinned Indian man and no matter how nice he acts at the door he's actually trying to make your stay worse if you are Latino or black. All of my African American and Hispanic family for the first time in our lives had somoeone judge us and treat us with those predisposed ideas of us based on the color of our skin. It was the a horrible day and experience. I've never written a review in my life but I thought I should so that I can warn people.

Do not book at room at this site. It is unsafe. It should not even get one star. Nothing like any of the pictures. It was close to the area where we were going for a wedding. The pictures looked very nice. When we arrived, we saw that the adjoining door in our room was smashed and not locked. I swear the large stain on the carpet was BLOOD. Asked for a new room, checked out to see if there was a deadbolt on the adjoining door and there was. By the time we moved out of our room to the new one, they took that deadbolt out leaving us with the same security problem. I thought it was freaky that they took that lock out. The bathroom was FILTHY. The door did not shut and when opened, it banged into the toilet. They never picked up the garbage thrown by the door (cereal boxes, dirty diapers and other stuff — not even in a garbage bag). We told management our door issue which we had to keep shut with an ironing board and a chair and our TV would work for 10 minutes, overheat and turn off. Also, the window in the room next door to us was smashed. While we were out, the creepy looking maintenance guys came in, moved the ironing board — again security issue. He also left our door open. Looking for this guy to tell him, we found him walking around with his pajamas on. That was it. We threw our things together and got out of that scary place. Worse than bates motel.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. But that is all I can say good. Room was noisy from the outside noises, floor was dirty (feet turned black walking on the tile), there was some gross looking splatter on the bathroom door and someone's pink washcloth (the hotel's linen's are white) hanging behind the door. There was no TV channel guide or anything helpful in the room about things in the area. The beds were saggy in the middle and the springs groaned every time you tried to roll out of the hole in the middle. The water was GROSS. So gross we used bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our face. Both the tub and the sink backed up when we used them. I did not feel safe (the weekday we were there was scarier than the weekend day).

My husband and I recently had the unfortunate experience staying at this horrible hotel. We booked the hotel for a week to watch our son's baseball tournament. Lisa at the front desk was the only plus for this nasty place. The rooms are very old, very deceiving from the website. The room smelt disgusting the bathroom tub was gross. I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and my feet were black from the dirty rug. The bottom sheet on the bed was stained, no comforter on the bed. Needed to ask for towels everyday which never came and had to pick up from the desk, my mom came for one night from Delray and I was embarrassed that she had to come to this disgusting place. We ended up leaving early as soon as we were able to book a nicer, cleaner hotel. The other people at the desk did not have the customer service skills needed for front desk work, no people skills. I understand they are updating but this place should be shut down as it is not sanitary and needs a lot of work. Looks nothing like the website, bugs in the bathroom, rooms looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, had a hard time opening the door each time entering, if it wasn't for spring break and most places being sold out we would not have spent one night in this horrible place. The room did not have a hair dryer, no tissues I had asked for a refrigerator and microwave oven when I booked and was told there were none available when we got there.

I thought this place was absolutely horrible until I met the late night front desk associate, Carlos. Carlos is a genuine and vibrant employee at Winter Haven Suites. If you end up staying at this hotel you will most likely be miserable and not have a clean towel for after your shower. The possibilities of encountering a hooker or cockroach are pretty high as well but that is not the end of the world. During certain late nights throughout the week a young man named Carlos will be working the front desk. He is someone you can have a legitimate talk with whether it is concerning with politics, today's society, economics, and life. He can save your trip and provide you with great conversation. So if you are in desperate need of a hotel and have absolutely no other option then choose Winter Haven Suites but please beware of police raids and crackheads. Make sure to hangout in the lobby late at night and speak with Carlos. It's way better than being in the GREASY rooms.

The hotel was outdated, cramped space, and there were bugs in the bathroom. This hotel was nothing like the photos they have posted online. I was extremely disappointed. They also ran out of towels the night I checked in and didn't have any available until the afternoon of the next day. It was so terrible. Please don't stay there unless you have no other choice.

Booked a room for one night. First room they gave me had mold on the bathroom roof. Carpet smelled. Tub was disgusting. Asked for a new room, new room was even worse. Mold on the roof, rust on the bathroom floor corners. Tub was filthy. No shower curtain. Toilet would not flush. Sheets were stained and had holes. Tried to speak to the general manager steve, called him he told me he would call me back. Never heard from him. He keeps dodging me. Everytime I call the phone just rings or they tell me he isnt in when I was just told he would be in. Very unprofessional. I would of been better off sleeping in my car. I did read the reviews prior to staying there, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Please stay away! do not book this sorry excuse for a hotel. I dont know how it is still in business. I will be filling a complaint with the state of florida. I have pictures of everything.

The worst experience I have ever had. Room 232… Reserved a room for valentines day 2/14/16 (just now able to write review) my spouse surprised me and had a worker put FAKE rose pedals on the bed and dressers which was nice but the room was filthy, the carpet was dingy with stains, the towels and pillow cases had very huge stains on them, the TV only had 5 channels and didn't even have the number to show what channel you were on, the remote did not turn the TV off, the bath tub had brown stains all in it, the air conditioner only blew out fan like air… The next morning about 7 we went to check out. The lady at front counter explains that someone has to check the room for any damages before they returned our 50 KEY DEPOSIT. The GM which has only been there a few weeks I believe tried to charge us 10 because FAKE ROSE PEDALS were on the floor WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. He was very rude and disrespectful never have I dealt with this and I will never go back or recommend this filthmotel to anyone. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

I would give a minute 5 if I could. Worst experience first the room we checked in was locked could not enter. I was traveling with kids tired kids! We had unloaded everything and had to return for another key. Had to wait 10 minutes for this rep was busy then we got a room with one bed and sofa bed not what he had reserved. At this moment I was too tired to even bohter. When we opened the sofa bed no sheets. Called the front desk had to walk over to get them! So now we go to sleep and at 230 am the alarm fire or I don't know what it was went off. Ok called the front desk they said they will check it is the am. I was like I could be dead. Long story short we checked out at 4 am and left frankly I did not feel safe…

Didn't like anything about it. Old rooms. Sofa was filthy looking & the smell of cig smoke in a non smoking room was awful. Nothing up to date. Down right dirty… nasty. Will NEVER stay there again!

Horrible service. We had a prepaid reservation on Dec 31, on my way from Miami I called the hotel to let them know that I will be a late check in. She asked my name and I spelled to her and Sherika her name told me ok no problem, but when I arrived to the hotel a big surprise my reservation was not on the system. I called the website that I made the reservation at 946 they sent the fax at 956pm because I was with the website person on the phone when they sent the paper. At 1022pm I asked them about my reservation and she told me we received the just right now. I am a manager for big chain of supermarkets and I didnt like the lyers and the customer service is my priority. She passed two families before me and then myself. Let me tell you Sherika and the other girl that entered to work after her, have the worst ability to take care of customers, I cant trust on people like that. After this reservation no more Winter Haven Suites never.

Dirty tub, carpet and vanity. Dusty mirrors and lamps. There was no phone in the room. And we didn't get any soap. Good thang we are only here for 1 nite of sleep. When the sun breaks we are out of here. Never to return. The guy at the front desk was nice.

Horrible experience, room smell like smoke (the non smoking rooms) dirty towels (folded with stains! ), front desk lady had and attitude n was not helpful at all. People were smoking weed outside my room. And I got charged for an entire night even though I stayed for 10 minutes and checked out right away because room was simply gross! And for some reason the front desk lady put on the computer that I checked out the next morning. I would never stay there longer than 10 minutes. I asked for the manager and of course she was not there at the time. I called them the next day and n all they kept telling me was that I got charged because their policy about checking in late. But my problem. Was the gross rooms. The false advertising of the rooms! don't ever go there. Ended up checking in the same night at MAGNUSON HOTEL about 5 minutes away, Great experience n free breakfast. MANAGER IS STILL SAYING I STAYED THERE ONE NIGHT (cause the computer says so thanks to the rude girl at the front desk) N THEY WONT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND.

This has been an absolute retreat the hospitality and positive attitudes have been refreshing. I've been here on business for months and I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family!

True enough some areas of the hotel are a little outdated but if you pay close attention you notice several maintenance staff working diligently with renovations. They have newly tiled rooms, a gorgeous pool area, and a nice hot, free breakfast! For the rate you'd be paying I would definitely say give this hotel a chance. The staff is more courteous and if there are any issues they are there around the clock to accommodate you. Its well worth it!

Last week I went here and the first room had roaches. The second and third rooms looked like someone was already staying in them — bed messy, lights on. The curtains were missing spokes, no bedspread or bed skirt on any of the beds (full view of box springs). Bath tubs peeling. The pool was very dirt (bugs and trash). After the third room they refunded my money. No manager on site.

No phone in the room, TV was broken, dark, … terrible breakfast and the lady in charge for breakfast was very rough I ask for cream for coffee and the only words was they run outcome out of her mouth was yhe.

When I first walk in the lobby, it was like I was in a horror movie. Dark and creepy, not a friendly warming invite. The lady at the front desk was not nice. The hotel is ghetto and dirty. Went in the room the first time, it was hard to open the door. When I finally got in the room, the room spell like mold, the carpet had big black spots in certain areas, especially near the door, which did not close all the way. The room was very dark and creepy like the lobby. I was afraid to leave my valuables in the room. Breakfast is from 6am — 8am. Really, most people get up at 8am. Anyway, I did not eat their food since the hotel was so nasty. There was only two towels in the room. A few old channels on a dinosaur TV. Old furniture. Anyway, I can go on and on. I was praying I left that room alive. Never again. I am going to pay the extra money for a better hotel and more comfort.

Booked a room 2 weeks ago for 1 adult 1 child got price with tax yada yada when we got there the room had jumped double in price they say u dont have to pay ahead of time but then they can jack the prices up and leave u stranded NOT RIGHT THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.

Disgusting. We stayed there for a softball tournament. Rugs were filthy, the chair had a huge stain on it, everything was dirty. My friends room was just as bad, and there was leftover food from the previous person in the fridge. There is a difference between old and dingy and plain old dirty. This place was filthy. Three of us checked out early, the only reason we stayed the first night was because we arrived so late and there was nothing else available. Staff did not even ask why we were leaving early, they obviously know the problem. The customer in front of us was checking out 7 days early.

Don;t believe any rating where this property is rated above a 1. We stayed in this property both in Feb and Mar of 2015. The first time around our room didn't even have a phone, and it was supposed to be one of the renovated ones, though its condition was deplorably run-down. After exchanging many communications with the GM, we were offered a free stay to make-up for the dissatisfaction we had with our first stay. You'd think they'd give us a really renovated room this time to show their good side; but, no we got a room once again in very bad condition (at least we had a phone this time though). This property is past its usability and needs a complete re-do. This is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for us, and ranks as 1 of the 3 worst properties we've ever had the displeasure of experiencing in our lives — and we travel a lot.

We got there at 9:00 a Friday night after a 3 hour ride. We were hungry and just wanted to get a shower and relax. Our 2 children went to take a shower when she tells me that the light is not working so I go to call front office when I can not find the pone, NO PHONE IN THE ROOM (no light and no trashcan either)! walked down to front office to be told that they did not replace it since they had gotten it stolen. Ok so what about the light in the bathroom. They will check that tomorrow morning. Ugh we need to take showers here, anyway cant argue with them since she was busy with the other lady that found bugs on the table were the breakfast was that morning. All I am saying is they would give me a room for free and I would STILL not go there, the carpet in the room was filthy and so was the bathroom floors bath and toilet.

Upon our late arrival to Winter Haven Suites we found that the staff at prepared an authentic Florida experience for us. Entering room 410, we found that a 3rd of the carpeting was soaked from the airconditioner, giving the room a swamp like feel. The feeling a Florida alligator might experience in any number of swamps around the area. Further journeying into our room, we then found one single solitary towel hanging with care from one of the deluxe module pin up hangers, seemingly left there by a lone visitor before us. Understandably, having compassion for those staying in this room after their departure. The beds were made, so we went ahead chose our beds for the night, since all rooms were booked, and chances for moving were slim. I chose the bed close to the bathroom, a bed that had a nice view of the hole in the wall where the smoke detector used to be. And a view of the bathroom itself via a reflection off of the nice full length wall mirror of the waterfall 9000 commode featuring a waterfall at the flip of a switch. Although I don’t imagine there are many waterfalls in Florida, the color of the waterfall was very authentic to the color of the water in the local swamps we passed during our journeys. The next day we spoke to the wonderful staff working to “enhance” our experience in Florida. The woman at the front desk listened to our complaints almost knowing what we were going to say before we said it, with promises of a more “normal” room the following evening.

The worst place ever. I walked into a supposed non smoking room to get a bellow of smoke in my face not to mention the sinks and ac were burned from cigarettes. I picked up the phone to complain but it didn't work. I turned around and on the front door was a used bandaid stuck to the door. Not real healthy. I used my own phone to call front desk and complain and they said they would send someone up. It never happened. Thank goodness all we needed was one nights rest. We will never stay here again and I hope no one else will either.

Stayed here back in 2012 me and my wife decided to take a trip back to Orlando we wanted something affordable so we booked this hotel again an I must say great improvement has been made. The rooms are much better and the staff is very accommodating.

Upon checking room it had a dirty wash cloth hanging over shower bar and smelled musty. Bathroom floor looked as if mold stained. I was traveling with a friend (who happened to be female) and we felt like we were judged to be more than that. When I asked for a room, I was asked "What kind of room do you want? " Maybe he did not mean anything by it, but it was the way it was asked! The air conditioner was so loud the TV could not be heard over it. I called the desk to see if something could be done about it and was told someone would be right up, but no one ever came to check it.

Terrible I made my reservation and called 4 hrs prior to my arrival to confirm and was told that my room was ready and when I got there around 1:00 am with my wife and 2 kids they told me there was a mistake that they were packed and besides did not help to find a hotel they left us on our own luck. Never call here! Oh they also never took a credit card to make reservation I guess it happens alot thats why they do it : — (: — (: — (.

Horrible, Dirty, Will never stay again. Watched them move a sofa bed from one room to another and hit a wall and a 3ft x 3ft of RAT crap fell on the concrete. When I explained what I just witnessed, they said "Not this couch" I Told manager but nothing was done. Again very Dirty.

Where weekly rates are very affordable, a good motel for traveling workers, but if I were on vacation or taking a trip I would stay somewhere a little more upscale.
