Everything is recommended. It was clean, quite and everyone was extremely nice. We will stay again.

So far it is clean, the staff is friendly. Can’t ask for much more.

Great personality at the check in. Clean. Modern. Interesting corner windows on the end rooms that wrap around. Since there is no real view except of the hotel next door they are a waste. Downside only one tiny microwave at the end of the pubic bar to cook in with a mom’s message. “Clean up after yourself. ” Paper thin walls that allow you to be bothered by the neighbors talking. … Finally the internet connection times out in about 5 minutes so you are constantly reconnecting. Terrible to use. If you book through third parties you are treated as second class citizens. Holders of the highest status levels have flags posted outside their doors. This does not include guests booked via third part travel agents who also do not get their point. Stupid since those guests leave the premises for all incidentals since they will not count. No rush to return. Place is fine otherwise just not WOWed and could have been with the excellent start at the front desk. That lady is stellar!

I was THRILLED when I discovered the “clean remote” and disinfectant wipes available throughout the room! I always travel with Clorox wipes yet never before have I seen a hotel go to such detailed lengths to reduce germs in hotel rooms. This alone is hands down 5 stars for my family (I have an immune suppressed child after cancer & organ transplant). Beds not too comfortable but eh, few places are as comfy as home. So much more affordable than Legoland hotels! Was 1/3 the price of beach retreat and even more affordable than Legoland hotel itself! Worth very much what we paid. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, good food. The Family & I stayed for the weekend & were quite happy. I can only complain about the flat pillows that eat your head. We'll definitely come back & bring our own pillows.

The welcoming staff was amazing! I was given a call to see if I was happy with my room after pointing out a few things. The breakfast was tasty. Over all a great experience worth experiencing.

Very nice friendly hotel staff. Veronica at the front desk is amazing. They have a $9.99 breakfast that is amazing. Can order turkey sausage links on request. 6 floors and rooms have refrigs, Leslise Smith in the breakfast area is super duper friendly. Just the sweetest lady you'll ever meet.

Really comfy beds and I need to know what kind of pillows they use. They are like sleeping on clouds. I just wish the breakfast had been free. I also would have liked a way to make the AC/fan blow all night continuously. I'm one of those annoying people that need that sound to sleep.

The only reason I took away the 1 star is because breakfast is not free. It’s 10$ per adult for a hotels regular breakfast. Sausage bacon eggs fruit cereal and make your own waffles. It’s dumb they charge for the breakfast. Outside of that tho it is awesome. Boston market, Outback Steakhouse, and red lobster are all in walking distance. Hotel room was neat and clean and staff was friendly.

This was a great experience, I enjoyed the room, the staff was super attentive, the rooms are clean, the hallways are very meet, we bought the breakfast which you have to pay separately when you do the reservation and it was good. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is great. The breakfast is hot alot of choices of hot and cold foods. Room or kept clean and are very big. The people or courteous and polite. They are alot of places to eat very close by also…

The people here go iut of there way to make your stay a fresh and clean. They have good food good service. Your sweet tea won't see empty glass. I am handicapped and they had a bath with a bench and a detachable shower head to make it easy for me to shower. The pillows are so soft and wonderful. Not too bad of a beef to help you go to sleep fast. I have trouble to fall asleep and I can fall asleep fast. I needed green tea and they hooked me up at 1:45 am. Good service.

Nice place, walking distance to several restaurants, and fast food places. Wal-Mart is across the street. Nice clean rooms.

I made my reservation online and when I arrived they had no room available. I had to wait 30 mint until they enabled one. Despite the disgust they apologized and offered me free breakfast.
Outside of that it is comfortable to sleep.

I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a week. Each time I get treated very good. The staff knows me by name and intuitively knows what I want or need even before I do. One thing that I like in particular is that they hang a star on the door that shows one’s IHG level; it is nice to get that kind of recognition. Customer service at this hotel is better than most of the hotels I stay at.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean, Great staff, rooms were very large, Great bed, shower was awesome. Several restaurants nearby. (Walking distance) Lots of parking in the back of the hotel. (we had a travel trailer. ) Highly recommend this place.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Veronica at check in was so nice and helpful! They also helped us with discounted tickets for Legoland and a discounted parking pass. If you get breakfast don't expect to get a coffee refill after 10 am. At 10 on the dot I asked for a refill, on my $3 coffee, and was told she (Brown hair, younger) had already poured it out and that she doesn't make more after 10. The man behind us also asked for a refill when he received his food and she told him the same thing or that he could go next door and get some in their lobby. It was so rude. There were 3 other large tables, its not like we were the only ones. I took one star away for that and another away for housekeeping. You can't sleep after 8 here because all 3 days they started banging on doors and yelling housekeeping at 8 am. Then they slam every door they close so if the yelling doesn't get you I promise that will! The gap under the door is huge so you hear everything. The beds were very comfortable but trying to sleep is next to impossible since you can hear every move someone makes in the hall. It's a very nice place to stay its just unfortunate they have these issues. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

The hotel is nice, but the staff was very unhelpful. The front desk staff never spoke to us when we were in the lobby and were not attentive.

I recently stayed for a week and I can honestly say the staff I had the pleasure of working with were ever so kind. Always a smile at the front desk and in the restaurant was Susan, she made my evenings bright and always inquired about my day. Made me feel like family. If ever back in Winter Haven I will definitely stay again! Thank you!

After making a run from a nightmare of a hotel down the street called Rodeway Inn & Suites, I ended up here at the Holiday Inn. This was far better than expected. The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants. My kids favorite breakfast restaurant Chick-til-a was next door. I had a great experience staying here the night. Veronica helped us check in last night. She was great with us and your kids. She’s a keeper! It’s was worth the money staying here.

It's a good hotel. Ideal for those who visit Legoland and can not stay in the park Hotel. Affordable breakfast and very good gym accessible. How it was winter to the pool we did not visit but it looked very well prepared. I would just add a more formal and complete dinner card and that would be 10 points.
Ah and put some indication on the access with vehicle that makes it difficult as it is not well signposted.

Clean and comfortable. I booked here thinking I was booking and the Holiday Inn Express, which is same price but this hotel does not give you free breakfast.

Not planning on staying here again. We were given a handicap room, and the shower was awful. It was too small and the floor got soaking wet when you use it. Unfortunately, we were already settled into the room before discovering the shower problem. The beds were also very bouncy. The room was clean at least. Also, don't bother with the buffet breakfast. They couldn't keep enough food in stock for the demand. It also costs $9 p/person. For what I paid for one night ($169), I'm definitely going to look for another option in the Winter Haven area.

Very clean, nice staff. Bed skirts and drapes remind me of the Golden Girls TV show. Mattress was dated as well.

Clean rooms, friendly folks, good breakfast. We come for several days every year with a group and like it very much.

The staff was delightful. The rooms spotless. The amount of linens generous. The breakfast enjoyable & the bar pleasant.

Great hotel but small TV and no usb ports on the TV also power outlets night stand are behind I like when they have them on the light itself. The food at hotel is not cheap and fish and chips made me not feel well at all stay away for 16.00 could grab a good steak.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Legoland. The hotel is central to everything! Starbucks, Walmart, and just about every restaurant you can think of are all within 2-5 min from here. Legoland isn't even 10 minutes away. The hotel rooms are nice with a bright decor but what really sold me was the customer service we received! At check in the front desk clerk was very sweet & very helpful! My son had a dairy allergy & on 2 different occasions, in the hotel restaurant, the staff went above & beyond to make sure that his food was safe for him to eat. As a mom, that's priceless to me! I would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay. Room were clean and nice and big. Staff was great. Great location. Place to eat and shop. Lego Land was close by. We will stay here again. Meet some nice family too. Me and my kids love the pool. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great place to stay! Everything is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! You have to checkout Cafe Blu while you are here too. The food is great, and they are more than hospitable even close to closing time.

Big clean room & bathroom, really comfortable beds, perfect temperature control in the room, wonderful staff, good food and service in the breakfast buffet. This was just what we needed to get some rest and comfort while packing up our house to move out of state!

Great holiday inn. The bar was great, and the breakfast Buffett was good. Comfy beds and pillows is a definite plus as well.

Went there this weekend for my daughter softball tournament had an awesome experience in all the girls had a great time would suggest this hotel anytime very clean nice to be able great atmosphere. They even gave us free vouchers for the breakfast buffet for all the kids and families which I must say was excellent and have lots of variety great job staff!

The staff at this hotel is amazing and so kind. I have stayed here 3 times within the past 2 months. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and everything is spotless. Try the sliders and flatbread, you won't be disappointed.
