Had an AWESOME time! All the rides were perfect for an 8-year-old birthday boy and the water park even better. Each employee was super friendly and seemed to love their job. Certainly put a smile on this kid's face!

If you go in the summer, make sure you buy a refillable drink cup, or plan on spending about $3 for each bottle of water. Drink cup is $14, good for the day. The problem is the drink locations are far and few between. Expect to wait about 10 minutes to get a refill. Lines are really slow as well. The staff is nice, but there is no sense of urgency, so it makes it hard to do everything in a day during peak season. Park hours are short, from 10am to 7pm. The rides are great for small children. Overall its a fun place for passholders, just wouldn't spend my vacation here if you have other options in mind or don't love Legos.

Love this place! Just renewed our annual passes for the third year and I have not once had a bad experience there. They go out of there way to make everyone happy and there is something to do for all ages (even kids in their 30s). We've stayed at the resort once and it was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, built for kids, complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the activities they provide are memory makers. I'm looking forward to going again for Christmas!

Honestly this is the next best amusement park after Magic Kingdom. We spend an entire day on kid friendly rides, shows, and activities. Food choices are slim, recommend eating out of the park or going back to the burger joint near the back of the park (has chicken too). The restaurant up front has been getting progressively worse over the last few years. Staff is great and knows how to interact with their young guests. Security needs to take a lesson from Disney. As an avid firearms carrier, I willing disarm my concealed carry in compliance with their property rules, but the checkpoints are laughable leaving me feeling unsecured of what non-respectable, non-law abiding individual will waltz in with weapons while those of is who follow the laws are defenseless. The don't make everyone go through the metal detectors and when the do, if it goes off they shrug it off to a watch or belt even when known are worn. They merely peek in the open bag with moving or looking throughout, who knows what one could hide in a back pack. If you're going to ask me to be defenseless, at least make sure no unlawful type is not bringing in weapons of any sort on their person or a bag.

Went for my little brother's birthday had an amazing experience I also took my son that is turning to and found it incredibly well organized rides were not so long and plenty of space and small parks for toddlers indoor themes soft floors slides plenty of places for you to sit in the AC take their shoes off and let them run wild he was able to actually ride a few rides which surprised me because he's so young so we were able to fully take advantage my brother was able to ride all the big rides and my son was able to play and the waterpark was so much fun he loved the slides and loved splashing in the shallow kiddie pool we had an amazing experience and wish to stay at the hotel the next time we come it was completely booked now I see why the hotel is actually in the park so you're able to walk out and walking to the park we bought the year passes so we will be visiting that very soon you also receive a discount if you have it for the hotel and the Beach Resort which we are excited too check out.

A place to enjoy I went to visit Miami and enjoy a lot of Legoland I liked everything I saw the attractions and everything there to enjoy and spend a good time with family and friends, places like that are the movies that everything is nice.

The best place for the kids. Extremely clean. The best restaurant was the apple fries. I loved it.

Grandkids lived it! Great day or two get away with lot of activities.

Awsome park, lot of attractions, super fun. It is some kind of "introductory level" park mostly for kids, the rides are not to heavy and almost every ride could be ride by small kids. Also the water park it is small, but fun with almost everything, slides, lazy river, wave beach, everything decorated with legos. One of th major attraction is the mini cities, where are recreated many US landmarks in scale, very detailed, and so nice. At new years eve, the park is awsome and the fireworks display is really nice mixed with animation and music. We have been in the park couple of times at different times of the year and everytime we found new things to do. The water park doesn't work during winter time, but you can find lot of things to do at the theme park. It is really amazing the lego sculptures.

This is a great water park. The slides are fast and fun. The water playground is original and tons of fun. The lazy river has giant foam Legos. What a great way to cool off during a hot day in Legoland!

Always fun. There is where kids under that 48 inch height but older than 4 or 5 can come and truly have fun. The water park is refreshing and the cost for annual pass is a big bargain.

The place is okay. Not many places to hide from a beautiful sunny day. You will end up at the water park so buy thw whole package. Bring water shoes and your hat and you will have a blast. Food is below average for the price, make sure you bring your snacks and drinks in a small cooler. Pizza buffet is okay, grills and burrito place are below average. If you wear eyeglasses don't forget the laces to hold them, you will loose them and will not get it back. Employees just throw stuff away.

We are staying at this hotel until Friday. Or at least that is what I reserved it for. I hope that the hotel will pro rate me and we will actually be leaving tomorrow morning. At first we were on floor 4 and the hall way smelt like BO, our door looked like it was rotting, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days, and most importantly we couldn't get our AC to go below 75. Coming from MI that is a problem considering we sleep with it cold in our home. We got moved to the 3rd floor because the AC was not working properly and the new AC does not allow this room to go below 75 as well. Both rooms smell musty along with a dirty feet smell in this room. I am too tired to deal with being moved yet again! Like I said I really hope I can be pro rated tomorrow so I can go find another hotel in the area that is a little better. About the plugs. Everyone is right they don't hold anything in them… fire hazard? I will never stay in this hotel again hopefully I won't have any problems tomorrow and we can continue our vacation on good terms.

I do not understand how is it legal for them to be open? Obviously DBpR inspectors are worthless. Dead roaches, mold, carpet in the rooms does not even have an identifiable color. You can tell that decades ago this was a very nice upscale place, it is time for someone to buy it, invest at least 1 million on complete renovation (please change carpet and faucets) and open again under new name.

Good location, right next to Lego Land. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Our first room had something splattered over the walls and ceiling, candle wax on the side of the bed and part of the carpet. The drain for the shower was backed up. We requested a new room, the girls at the front were very nice and apologetic. The second room was clean, but still outdated. Sometime during the night we were woken to what sounded like two or three people screaming and fighting. Parking lot and surrounding area seems sketchy. Would not stay here again even with the close proximity to Lego Land.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and pool was gigantic and awesome. Game room needed games repaired, but the kids enjoyed their time there.

Attended a work conference event at Shergill. Staff was very accommodating and even moved me to another room when I requested. The clientele was questionable and I was nervous to stay in one section of the hotel. I felt very safe in the king suite and it was a quite stay. Hotel is literally right next to Legoland. Air conditioner works fantastic, but facility is older.

We had a great time with our boys (8 & 6). They loved the room and the little Lego goodies included, were very happy free — building in the Lego pit in the lobby which allowed us to relax while having a snack. The breakfast buffet was decent and being able to walk to the park was key. The boys LOVE Legos and are at the perfect age to be pretty independent so it was a perfect visit for us!

We absolutely loved it here! I was a little hesitant about it due to the price, but it far exceeded our expectations. We spent a night in the pirate themed room and ate dinner at the Bricks restaurant (food was ok; breakfast was great! ). Our son had a blast and loved the castle. It was worth the $ to us for one night just for the experience. My only recommendations are hand sanitizer stations throughout lobby, clearly marked towel bins in pool area (many people kept asking where to get towels), leave evening master builder classes open for those checking in that day (we checked in at 4 and they were all full), and more seating in castle area.

We had an amazing time! The Lego Friends made my daughter feel like a part of their world! She LOVED the themed room and especially enjoyed the evening pajama parties as we sat back with a glass of wine and watched her sheer excitement. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed the Bricks Restaurant breakfast buffet. The pool was small, but we spent so much time exploring and at the park we didn't even have time to use it much. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you Legoland Hotel for making my daughter's birthday so special!
