Very nice location I love the decor nice blend of history and contemporary art overall nice bang for the buck.

Great service, excellent accommodations. Walking distance from anything you may need. Wanted to recognize Beth especially; attended a small conference in one of their meeting rooms and she took care of us single-handedly from beginning to end. You would think we had an entire staff attending to us. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel I have stayed at the the atmosphere of this hotel is very peaceful it's secluded on the lake the rooms is very spacious I love everything about this hotel and I will definitely be back and I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We were given a price when we stayed and days later billed additional costs for pet fee which we were not told it was not included until later. Very misleading. I won't stay in places that charge you sneak fees later. Room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and then waited an hour for them. To be honest the only thing going for this hotel is location. I would never recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel based solely on the fact they are pet friendly for furbabies up to 80 pounds. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice rooms, beautiful lobby, convenient location and tranquil lake view from patio. Highly recommend.

I was Blown away and I never had to get in my car for fine dining and shopping. Lake side tranquility. I exhaled at the sight of it all. Love it.

It was my first time at this hotel and it was an awesome experience! Check-in was quick. I'm sure every room is slightly different in color and theme but I swear we had the exact same room that was in the photos on the website and the decor was very artfully done to match the hotel's Indigo theme. It was very contemporary and sleek right down to the open shower. On that note, the one thing I couldn't stand about the shower… it will not hold any toiletries from the hotel or yours. The only thing to expect it to hold is a bar of soap. Lol. Everything else won't stand on its own and will fall right off. Apparently, when we told the hotel concierge, this was a common guest complaint. You would think with the modern feel of an open shower they would have built in better shelving. The TV also also doesn't give much info on its channels, too. And the indoor fridge had one shelf that didn't hold a bottle in. I don't know if if it was a defect? The freezer part didn't freeze very well… all the ice cream snacks we bought melted… LOL. We did buy breakfast as part of our check-in but the hotel didn't have it in their system but they gave us the free breakfast regardless. And for some reason our keys wouldn't work. We went through 6 keys before we found one that continuously worked. And this was only for a 1 night stay! Other than that, the hotel's surroundings.

This place is just Right! Its clean up to date and the staff were great. It located among shops and restaurants you can walk to. Beds were super comfortable. If there's one thing I would add is to have complimetary coffee in the lobby for the guest. They have a restaurant in the lobby, so you need to sit down and order.

The hotel was very nice and sat right on a lake. The hotel also is surrounded by high-end eateries. Had the opportunity to have dinner at 3 Forks, which is in walking distance, and had the best dinner. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay again when in Jacksonville.

We loved this hotel! Our dog was welcomed with a doggie treat, and there was a nice yard and neighborhood and river walk for us to stroll. The staff was super friendly and helpful and responsive to every need. Our room was bright and clean and comfy. Breakfasts were great! Can't wait to come back!

Wow! Loved this hotel! The decor was clean cut and modern. Our room had wood floors and was very clean. I loved the open concept shower. We traveled 2 adults 2 kids (7&8) and our French Bulldog. Talk about Location, location, location. The center had a lot of food choices and shops. We ate at Your Pie pizza place, it was awesome! You must walk your dog around the lake, beautiful scenery! Also want to mention how friendly the staff was. The bartender even helped me bring up a tray up because my hands were full. We highly recommend and will absolutely return! 5 stars Baby!

This is my first time at this hotel and I'm seriously impressed. I hate tub/shower combo bathrooms because the tubs are always old and dirty. The full showers here are very clean and spacious! The air conditioner gets really cold but it has a tendency to not run for long and not very often. So if you sleep cold you may not enjoy these rooms. The king bed in my room is very comfortable and a good balance between soft and firm. I'll definitely be back again my next business trip.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Jacksonville. We love the locations, how it is still easy to get everywhere we want to get but we don’t have to be downtown. I enjoy the fact that there are restaurants in walking distance of the hotel along with so many choices of different restaurants in driving distances as well as super nice theater. Rooms have always been well stocked and clean and the beds are comfy!

Another great stay at the Indigo! I would like to give a special thanks to Taylor and Austin for their exceptional customer service! I travel a lot all over the world and I must say that they are at the top of my list of people with great customer service. To be exact, they are the top two on my list! If you want irreplaceable customer service, a beautiful environment and a cozy room, this is the place to go.

The rooms are great. The bed! Oh, the bed! I didn't want to get out! Very affordable for such a nice place. My only negative is that there is no valet and the area in the evening is quite busy. Walking in heels with a computer, documents, etc could be a hassle. Can't wait to see how breakfast is. Room service for breakfast is high on my list of priorities while I am getting ready for work while traveling. Would definitely stay here again. Business or pleasure!

Our stay was short, but fabulous. This was our second visit and all I can say is they don't disappoint. Cozy and quiet and beautidul contemporary decor. Clean fresh linens and awesome mattress. Excellent customer service and great drinks at their bar. It also located near several great restaurants with free easy parking.

Great hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. The area was tucked into a side street off Southside which made for surprising peace away from all of the 202 traffic. It was right next to a peaceful body of water with a walking trail. Great stay for us in Jacksonville!

The rooms and hotel are modern and laid back. The outside patio is a great place to sit at night and enjoy a breeze and the lovely pond next to the hotel. There is shopping and food in walking distance and the Broken Egg restaurant in walking distance is wonderful for breakfast or brunch!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area — — a walking distance from pretty good restaurants. The place is fairly new so the rooms are nice and modern. Breakfast is decent, but not complimentary.

Indigo Hotel Jacksonville was amazing. My husband and I went and stayed the weekend for our 3 year anniversary and are contemplating doing it again although we try to go to a different location each year. The rooms were spacious and emaculately clean. The view overlooking the lake was more than worth the small extra cost and each of the rooms had beautiful wall murals. There was a nice sized pool and hot tub and the walk up to the lake was lovely. We had breakfast at the hotel and the smoked salmon and capers were delicious. We sat inside but there was an option to sit lakefront outside. The staff were all very friendly & welcomoing. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend again and again.

Everything was great from first speaking with Mary when booking my room to checking in with Taylor, they give 5 star service. The hotel is new, clean, pet friendly and close to everything. We were literally walking distance to all the restaurants. We brought out 2 furbabies and they enjoyed the lake view and how quiet the rooms were. We have officially found our new spot when we come to Jax.

I traveled to Jacksonville (for first time) for work and had choice of staying at A-Loft or Hotel Indigo. I frequent A Lofts and I love the brand but this time I decided to try something new and I am very happy I made that decision. The location was very picturesque, with nice array of shops just a few steps away. The staff was friendly, guests where socializing in the lobby and out by the water. The room was modern, comfortable bed, K-cup coffee brewer, great work space and a huge bathroom w/rain showerhead. I excused the lack of an up-to-date television w/digital video interface since everything else was so pleasant; It forced me spend more time outside flying my drone around. I caught some great arieal shots! I will gladly stay here during future visits. Great hotel!

Nice hotel, very comfortable and quiet. Nice little center with a few restaurants and close to others. Not too far from the beach, easy drive to st Augustine. Nice little bar, but we didn't try the meals.

Extremely polite staff… they are all awesome! Rooms are clean. Showers are old and small… would suggest upgrading. Beds are newer and very comfortable. Grounds are beautiful… waterfront with walking trails and shops/restaurants. Hotel food/drinks are great! Would definitely recommend!

Our favorite place to stay in JAX. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable area. Pet friendly. The area had been made to look like an Italian village. Nestled among condos and a large pond.

The location, hotel, and staff were all very good. We appreciated the timings of the room and in fact the entire area is very well maintained. Unfortunately a few days after our stay we realized we had been double charged. Our stay was a points stay and I was extremely disappointed to see that we had been charged for the night as well. The hotel did promptly return my call and stated it was a billing error that they would correct but we should expect the refund to take several days. I stay at IHG hotels about 5 nights a month, I will not return to this particular hotel. It is independently owned and if they can't properly handle a customer's booking and money what other issues might they have?

The hotel was super clean and I'm a big fan of the unique room design. Nice little bar and lounge. Didn't give five stars only because Expedia currently shows check out is at 11am. The front desk sign and Hotel Manager states check out is at 12pm. Housekeeping woke me up at 10am, knocking on my door and informing me check out was at 10am and that I should have checked out already. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Kevin T. In the bistro was probably one of the best waiters I have ever experienced. Overall enjoyed my stay here. Only issues my family and I had was the random noise, from what I am assuming is a roof mounted A/C unit, turning on and off. It was fairly loud and woke me up on a couple occasions. If we were staying longer I would have asked to be moved to a different floor (5th floor). Room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It seems much more expensive than it was. I will definitely look for this hotel branch in future visits.

Definitely a must visit again… if I can give them more stars I definitely give them a 20. The service was extreamly upscale and professional. Our Room was perfect. It was extremely clean and comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was awesome. Definitely, definitely, definitely Will be visiting again. When we awakened at 6:00 a. M. For no apparent reason this is what we Awakened to… the sunrise was awsome over the Lake. It was so romantic and everything that you could want in a weekend get away without breaking the bank. The food was awful. We ordered breakfast and we got these excessively drive pancakes that definitely did not look like they came from ihop. The Apple juice was pretty good it honestly taste it fresh but I'm sure it came from a bottle which was OK because we love Apple juice. I do recommend eating breakfast somewhere else. Outside of that this place is lovely.

I love it because it's modern. The staff is always friendly. I love the spa like bathroom and the view. The only thing it's missing is a microwave in the rooms.

Sizable rooms, in particular the bathroom has plenty of counter space and the shower was very large. They have Aveda products which is a nice plus. I imagine the rooms facing the lake had a nice view, but mine just faced the parking lot. There's plenty of free parking for the hotel. Room service was prompt and delicious. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room but there wasn't. There weren't any snacks for purchase in the room either, but the room service menu is fairly extensive. Overall a very nice hotel.

This hotel is so nice and the area around it. When my wife and I arrived it was raining and you have to park in the back so my only reason for not giving a perfect score is because there's only one door and its in the front so we got wet. But when we entered it was happy hour and the drinks were good. Smoked salmon amazing. Rooms beautiful bed sleeps great. I will be staying here ever time I'm in jacksonville.

The place is Beautiful the staff was very nice and courteous their dessert there is amazing the place was clean did not have any problems concerns, or worries, it's in a good neighborhood the landscaping and the atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful although the pool was freezing cold at the end of February. Will definitely love to visit Indigo again.

I really enjoyed hanging out here. The pool and hot tub was really awesome! Beautiful and clean hotel. The only issue we had was the door next to the gym leading outside to the hot tub & pool wouldn't open with our room key.

Starting with Kayla and Hayley at the front desk with their warm smiles and kindness, on the other hand in the restaurant and bar Mary, Denisse, Marlene and Erica, they all had that special personality that makes you feel right at home. Kayla I will never forget that you went the xtra mile and got your phone charger from your car to charge my phone, you definitely wow me! The amenities in this place were amazing and the cleanliness over the top. Overall I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is in the Jacksonville area, they'll make you feel right at home!

Room was good. A 5 visit just went quickly south to a 3. Room service burst into our room at 8am! We check out today. There is no microwave in the rooms or downstairs. Room service refused to warm our food.

I do have to say, I stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 nights. It was just awesome. The room was clean and smelt good. The shower was huge, with great water pressure and the bathroom was very big. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was Suprisingly very tasty. Overall I had a great stay and will absolutely go back whenever I go to Jacksonville.

Didn't stay here because they didn't have an area or floor designated for NO pets. I'm staying down the street at the Aloft hotel, which has the whole 5th floor designated for no pets due to allergy or noise concerns. And it's a little cheaper too. I'm sure other than that this is a great hotel. Have a friend who stayed here and she gives it a big thumbs up!

Had breakfast on lake front patio. Nice view and pieceful though food quite limited and everything is extra — ie $3 charge to get toast with omelettes and scrambles.

Bar staff was regularly absent. Desk staff was more interested in personal conversation than with work. Colors of the hotel were very nice. Atmosphere bland. Clientele uppity.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and had a nice hardwood floor instead of carpet. The coffee machine in the room was a keurig and served Newman's own organic coffee. The sheets and pillows were soft and had a high thread count. The hotel is situated on a scenic swamp behind the tapestry park development.

It's hard to find a hotel in this price range that is this good. Great rooms — wood floor makes it feel really clean. Nice beds, quiet AC, great view. Close to coffee and food! Fab customer service. We are coming back!
