The staff was great. But, the building is dated and deteriorating. There was a dead frog in the hot tub that I didn't notice until I was ready to get out. Ants were all over the pool area. The bathroom in my room was kind of dingy with rust spots on the light fixture and the drain could not keep up with the faucet resulting in a pool of water anytime you take a shower. Overall I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

Friendly staff. Bar area and restaurant on site. I did not eat here so cannot comment on the food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent location.

The staff here is just lovely! Very kind and attentive. Only had a few hours of sleep due to an early flight but slept great (when I wasn't expecting to). The overnight shuttle driver James was a great start to an early day!

Everything was great, check in went smooth and our room was very clean and neat and it was very nice and relaxing. We had breakfast this morning as well and the cook did a superb job on the buffet also our server eriel had a very lovable and great attitude she made sure we felt comfortable and even engaged in small talk with us and told us that she was very grateful for our presence and us choosing the Hilton to stay in. This young lady is very inspirational to the guest I observed her and the way she did things and she is a keeper I hope to see eriel again when we come back in October.

The hotel was well located. Nicely decorated the rooms were nicely done. It was well cleaned. But they did not have enough towels.

Never use this Hotel. I had a reservation for 4 nights but only stayed here 2 nights. I was feasted on by bed bugs both nights. When this information was brought to the hotels attention they lied and said that the “eco lab” had inspected the room and no bed bugs were found. It wasn’t until after we requested the report that the truth came out. The manager admitted that the ecolab had not inspected the room and after further review the “rooms” were infested with bed bugs. The hotels resolution was to still charge me for my 2 night stay and offer a free stay at another Hilton property. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I am still recovering from the bites and had to toss my luggage. Please do not make the same mistake as me. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Stay somewhere else that cares about their customers.

This is a very clean and well maintained facility. My room was large and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. No maintenance issues. I slept very well which is the main thing! Convenience to the airport is also a plus.

This was a late night check in as we were on the way to a different destination. Room check in was easy and quick. The room was clean. The only issue was there were only 3 towels, but a quick visit to the front desk corrected this. We couldn't tell if the breakfast was included, but we needed to leave early anyway.

I thought I was getting a room with a "standup shower". I'm thinking nice glass doors. It ended up being a handicap wheel chair accessible bathroom with no doors just a curtain. The water leaked from the shower and formed puddle in the middle of the room. The maintenance man has no pride in his work (as displayed in the picture) and the waiters sent me to the cashier and who sent me back to waiters to pay for my food because they were too deft to ask me if I was charging it to the room. Waiters behind the counter talking about how they had a dream about a dog, meanwhile the waffle batter is out As far as the room, I've seen better. It was OK I guess… Overall this place is trash. Negative 10. Never coming back.

Hotel seems alright, I suppose. Unfortunately for me though, I reserved a king suite and that isn’t even close to what I actually got. I even called ahead and informed them that I wouldn’t be getting into the hotel until later in the evening and asked if they could notate the account accordingly so that I wouldn’t lose my room because of the late arrival time yet I still got a full size bed with a tiny TV and they still tried to charge me over $200 a night. Lol. “There was a room mix-up” I was told. I am a diamond member and pretty much exclusively stay at Hilton hotels unless they’re unavailable and this is extremely disappointing.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean & smelled decent. I didn't eat it but their breakfast smelled delicious.

Wonderful staff during tough travel conditions. When our flight was cancelled, Gabby, Judy and staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable at their Hilton Garden Inn. Cannot recommend this location enough if you’re stuck at the Jacksonville Airport!

It was a very quick and unexpected stop for us. Natasha was very kind with making us a walk-in reservation and getting us the last king room. It was clean. Don't expect any extravagant decor or decorations. It is modern and most clientele are business travelers. The continental breakfast in the morning had a great selection. A little bit of something for everyone. If you forgot something, like me, the front desk has some toiletries complimentary.

Fantastic service by hotel sales manager, front desk personnel and dining staff. Rooms were very clean. Small amount of renovation taking place. It did not impact our stay. Hotel located 10 minutes from airport and 5 minutes for outlet shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed absolutely everything but the internet. The internet is absolutely terrible especially for a hotel geared for business travelers. Other than that this hotel is perfect! Its extremely clean and the staff are super friendly. It’s modern and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived much later than we planned and were thrilled with our first experience dining at a Hilton Garden. Being diamond members we were offered complimentary breakfast and it was the absolute best breakfast we ever had at a hotel. I recommend signing up as a Hilton Honors member. We will definitely return here every time we travel through Florida. Thank you!

My housekeeper was wonderful. Amelia was her name. She was kind & did an unbelievable cleaning job. Thanks so much! Definitely asking for her next time!

Helpful and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi with room had great speed. Stayed in a suite with huge whirlpool tub. Nice large room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay here again.

Easy to access if travelling on 95. Quiet location within a short distance from a number of restaurants and shopping. Parking lot is well lit and convenient to access. I have stayed at this location several times.

Even though I had a reservation, checked in on their app AND chose my exact room in the process, they didn't have a room for me when I showed up at the hotel around 7pm. I was told they were in an oversold situation given maintenance on some rooms and they didn't have a room for me. This hotel is usually busy so just make sure you check in as soon as you can or you may not have a room. I know other people that had this same issue at this location. They booked me at another hotel down the street so at least I have a room for the night. I like this Hilton Garden Inn so it's unfortunate that a situation like this happens.

Nice hotel, reasonably up to date and internet speeds seem fine so far. The first front desk staff member we were greeted by seemed a little rude. Can't complain too much.

Immaculate property. Just days after Hurricane Irma, the grounds and pool were already perfectly groomed, attractive, and inviting. Consistent HGI quality and service. Location is proximate to both airport and shopping/ dining.

Nice place with comfy beds and so forth. However, staff is not cooperative as the people next to me were loud and staff did nothing about it. On my next trip to Jacksonville I'm staying in a different hotel.

We had no major issues, but a handful of small ones during our stay. The bed creaked getting in and out of it, and while turning over in the night. The shower head had a glob of shampoo or conditioner leftover from a previous room occupant handling it. Additionally, the room never became cool enough even after setting the window AC unit very low. There was no fan in the room either so we dealt with a warm room that had been set to 76 when we arrived for most of the night. By morning it had finally cooled to a normal temperature. Breakfast was not complimentary and close to $10 so we did not eat there. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work, however I cannot blame the hotel for service outages following Hurricane Irma. Altogether not a good experience due to this collection of minor but noticeable issues.

Quiet and comfortable room with a nice fitness center. Breakfast was only ok though. Could've been due to the hurricane, and being short staffed though.

Everything was great, the staff is friendly, the room was nice and clean, has microwave and refrigerator, and I found a very good price through Priceline during the Irma hurricane, when almost all the hotels were full.

Clean with a friendly staff. Not too many frills. Gym needs more equipment. No bottled water or safes in the room.

My 1st night I realized that I should've brought my own linens, only because I think there's washed out. The room was clean and fresh. I am going to spring for the suite from now on because the regular rooms seems like they should come with a continental breakfast. Where as a suite is an order in kind of room.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Good desk for office/study and the Wi-Fi worked great. The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Room was actually very nice and staff was pleasant and friendly. But, be warned, online this hotel is advertised as "Pet Friendly". But when you check in they charge for a pet cleaning service. If you look at their amenities they do not accept pets! So, they got us for $75.00 extra that we normally don't pay at true pet friendly motels/hotels.

Bathtub wasn't clean and there was hair on the floor, but the bed was amazingly cozy!

Good place to stop. Nice clean room. Met a nice young man who is just finishing up culinary school. He did a great job as our server/bar tender. We wish Dwight all the best in his career!

Last night was my third stay here and as every time prior, the room was great and the staff was very friendly! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

Easy access to I95, food, & shopping. The parking lot is well lit and has a sufficient number of spaces, should you arrive late in the evening. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was convenient to the airport and seemed to be clean. The rooms were accepable. The cleaning staff slams doors and talks loudly in the hallway The restaurant staff was not concerned with the costumers and we're very slow. In a week stay I saw several customers orders get forgotten and my own was as well. When asked they responded with a curt, but you didn't order yet, despite the existing customer number you only get when you do order. Customers are not allowed to get their own food even though it is set up as a buffet. Don't expect anyone to be truly helpful at this hotel. A real disappointment as garden inns are among my favorite hotels.

This hotel has a rundown 2 bit operation housekeeping. The first room that was given to us had hair alllll over the bed, trash stuffed behind the chair in the corner with a lock box. After that they gave us a second room but this one only had hair and bread crumbs all over the place. So if you decide to spend a night here, BEWARE!

This hotel is what all hotels should be modeled after. We walked in with no reservations and got a room. I showed my Hilton honors card and was given a voucher for free breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious even with 2 queen beds inside. That night I walked down to get some cold medicine from the lobby store and as I headed back to my room the clerk gave me a free bottle of water to take the medicine with. I asked if they had a pack and play for my 2 yr old to sleep in and how much, he said it was no cost and they would bring it right up to the room. It was overall the best experience I've had at a hotel in a long time.

First I am a diamond member and am on the road just about each week and this is the worst hotel that I have stayed at and the only review that I have posted about a motel, I checked in on 3/23/2016 and went to my room I decided to go to the bathroom as soon as I got to the room I raised the lid to the commode and it had a large deposit in it along with a huge amount of toilet paper I tried to flush it and it was stopped up I call the front desk while standing in the hall so I could breath better and requested another room the desk clerk said the manager was on duty and she would let her know but I never received a call from the manager, the carpet in the halls and elevator were also very dirty I had no coffee cups in my room so I called the desk and got some of those also, I will never be back to the motel again.

Trying to pay was strange. The guy who the leader of the party spoke with to organize the event wasn't there and the receptionist couldn't take care of it.

Comfortable bed as usual. HGI's most alluring feature. Little hassle and quick check-in. What I asked for… Nothing more, nothing less. Ideal.

We travel often and try to remain brand loyal when possible. We are HHonors members and have accumulated almost 400, 000 honor points. We have stayed at this particular hotel numerous times, four stays since December of 2014. We have always had a positive experience, however this week we checked out two days into our 10 day stay and went to another hotel chain. Let me preface this review by stating in general the daily encounters with staff have been nothing but warm and accommodating. Two bright lights at this hotel are Ronald and Luke who work the front desk, which are two reasons we continued to book at this hotel. This particular trip we had ecounters with the management team of Brandi Million and Sara Taylor. Hospitality is not the priority of these two women. We were embarrassed by an encounter we had with Sara regarding us asking for bottled water without realizing we needed a coupon. We have not been asked for acoupon at any other location. This encounter took place at the check in desk in front of other guests which was uncomfortable for us and the other guests at the desk. The next day when I tried to discuss the issue wiith Brandi in a more private area of lobby she told me we were fine at the check in desk. This was unprofessional, inappropriate, and uncomfortable. We feel like hospitality is not the priority of this team, hostility is a more accurate description.

Second time at this location. They cancelled my original reservation somewhere else and booked me quickly. My room was great. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant to me.

Excellent front desk service. This is my go to hotel when flying out of JAX.

The breakfast and the kitchen staff was very disappointing. I am apart of the helton family and this is first time, that I felt embarrassed to be seen inn or associated with the Helton garden or any other Helton… I'm not use to seeing or experiencing this kind of Helton brand…

Average hotel but the fact that they have the nerve to charge $10 for an absolute shit breakfast that should have been free and not to mention that I'm pretty sure the "cook" spit in my pancake and the 2 "cooks" had a extremely strong, one might say too strong "southern" accents.

Booking went well but when I tried to get on the internet in my room, it would not work. I tried calling front desk and let it ring 30-40 times but no one picked up. I went down the front desk Robbie (night of 2-16-15) was on the phone and ignored my precense until he was done onthe phone 3 minutes later. He would not even make eye contact or signal "one moment. " When I explained that the internet was not working, he asked if I entered the information necessary in and when I explained no one would pick up the phone, Robbie replied, "I was busy on the other line. " They only have one person at the front desk at 9:30 pm so don't expect service. Robbie offered no apologies, just a, "heres a promo code and get out of my face. ".

The people working there are exceptionally courteous and helpful. (Special kudos to Ronald at the desk for his smile and early morning cheer. ) The rooms were very nice, large and clean and the beds were very comfortable (they even had settings to make them harder or softer if you wanted to). The breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. So glad we found it.

Checked late afternoon. Front desk hostess was very welcoming. Took less than 3 minutes to be Checked in. Was offered 2 bottles of water for free, compliments of the HH Garden Inn. Guest room is large, very clean and cosy. Will stay here again! No doubt.

Brittany and Kimberly are great! Great clean rooms nice pool and Hot tub! Excellent breakfast and great staff. You will not be disappointed.

Although I just stayed for the night I was a good experience, every thing is nice and clean! I must tell you that the breakfast is not complimentary. You should stay here.
